牛肝片吸虫病又称牛肝蛭,是由肝片形吸虫寄生于牛只肝脏、胆管而引起的一种慢性寄生虫病,发病特征主要是病牛异食、水肿、贫血,营养障碍、消瘦等,严重影响牛只生产与繁殖性能。笔者结合实践经验,从病原、流行特点、临床症状、剖检病变等方面对牛肝片吸虫病进行了阐述,并同时提出防治措施,以期为临床诊治牛肝片吸虫病提供技术参考。  相似文献

为了解广西片形吸虫病的流行情况,本文采用胆囊检查法对广西黄牛和水牛片形吸虫病的流行情况进行了调查,结果表明广西水牛片形吸虫的感染率在60%~80%,黄牛感染率在60%左右,表明广西片形吸虫病感染非常严重。利用胆囊检查法进行片形吸虫病流行病学调查具有操作简单、经济、结果可靠等优点。  相似文献

运用2,3—二氨基萘荧光分光光度法对重庆三峡库区范围内涪陵等15个区县出产的玉米、稻谷、小麦及生产用土壤、人畜饮水中的硒含量进行了调查。结果表明重庆市三峡库区的土壤中不缺硒,但稻谷、玉米、小麦及饮水中的硒含量均不能满足人和动物的正常需要。  相似文献

 依据2010年海南省畜禽养殖数据,采用排污系数法估算了畜禽粪尿排泄量,同时结合农地面积,分析评价了海南省农地畜禽粪便承载力现状,并计算了海南省畜禽养殖环境容量。结果表明,2010年海南省以猪粪当量计的农地土壤畜禽粪便负荷量平均值为10.33 t/hm2,农地畜禽粪便承载力的预警值平均值为0.20,级别为Ⅰ级,对环境无污染风险,但海口市和东方市预警值分别为0.51和0.45,对环境稍有污染;2010年海南省最大畜禽饲养容量为5237.35万头猪标准动物,剩余饲养容量为2643.17万头猪标准动物,但海口市和东方市已超出当地最大畜禽饲养容量,应适当控制畜禽饲养规模。  相似文献

以甘肃天祝和玛曲为例,研究了青藏高原东北缘和东缘地区高寒草甸植物群落特征和多样性的分异性。结果显示,青藏高原东北缘和东缘地区高寒草甸植物群落的优势种均为高山嵩草(Kobresia pygmaea);东缘地区植物群落高度和盖度大于东北缘地区;植物群落均表现为双层垂直结构。东缘和东北缘地区高寒草甸植物群落的物种丰富度指数差异不显著(P>0.05);物种均匀度指数、α多样性指数、β多样性指数和地上生物量均表现为东缘地区显著大于东北缘地区。本研究结果说明,青藏高原周边地区高寒草甸群落特征、植物多样性和草地初级生产力具有较大分异性,因此,制订经营策略时应因地制宜,以维持高寒草甸的稳产和保育植物多样性。  相似文献

为了有效地进行草地蝗虫的防治,必须摸清其生长和繁殖与生态环境条件的关系,研究表明,气温对草地蝗虫影响较为明显的是在蝗卵越冬期和孵化期。降水量太多不利于草地蝗虫的发育,但适量降水因有利蝗蝻出土可能会增加蝗虫基数。青海湖Ⅱ级湖成阶地和构造台地更有利于蝗虫的繁育,此外,土壤的温度,质地及水分和盐分含量对草地蝗虫的发生和繁育也有一定影响。  相似文献

A restricted programme of strategic dosing with triclabendazole was used to treat a sheep flock with severe clinical fascioliasis. After five years the percentage of ewes passing fluke eggs was reduced from 49 per cent to less than 1 per cent, without the reappearance of clinical fascioliasis. It is suggested that this programme offers an efficient and practical means of controlling fascioliasis.  相似文献

This study was done in the White Nile Province to characterise the history and signs of naturally occurring Schistosoma bovis infection in cattle (Gorag). Necropsy and laboratory examinations were performed on 10 animals six to 30 months of age which were in poor condition. They were selected because of a history suggestive of schistosomiasis. All the animals showed some degree of S. bovis infection; eight had a moderate or heavy degree of infection. Also all had liver damage due to either past or active Fasciola gigantica infection. Although concurrent infection with these two trematodes is common an owner who diagnoses Gorag is most likely referring to the syndrome caused by S. bovis as being the major cause of the poor performance observed. Fasciolicide treatment may eliminate active fascioliasis as the principal damaging agent. Also differentiating signs of haemorrhagic diarrhoea, severely sunken eyed appearance and only moderate inappetence are common in animals with acute schistosomiasis.  相似文献

The most common cause of death in impala (Aepyceros melampus) herds on 20 game farms in Zimbabwe was stress or physical injury during capture. Acute fascioliasis due to Fasciola gigantica was identified as the main disease problem associated with smaller game farms and where impala had been recently introduced. Losses associated with ticks and tick-borne diseases were rare. Impala in Zimbabwe are maintained in a healthy condition on game farms where they are given supplementary feed during the dry winter.  相似文献

本试验旨在比较鹅和鸡常用饲料原料的代谢能差异.选用体重为(3.76±0.23)kg的成年扬州鹅(公)和体重为(2.57±0.17)kg的成年新扬州鸡(公)各10只,采用Sibbald真代谢能法测定玉米、豆粕、稻谷、麦麸4种常用饲料原料的代谢能值,内源能测定采用饥饿法.结果表明:玉米、豆粕的表观代谢能(AME)鹅与鸡差异不显著(P>0.05),真代谢能(TME)鹅显著低于鸡(P<0.05);而稻谷、麦麸的AME鹅显著高于鸡(P<0.05),TME鹅与鸡差异不显著(P>0.05).每小时内源能排出量,除强饲豆粕条件下鹅略高于鸡但差异不显著外(P>0.05),强饲其他3种饲料条件下,鹅均显著高于鸡(P<0.05).由此表明,鹅的饲料代谢能与鸡的并不完全相同,部分饲料的代谢能鹅和鸡之间存在显著差异,并且鹅的内源能排出量高于鸡.  相似文献

The emission of Fasciola hepatica eggs in faeces is usually subject to oscillations along time in animals as well as humans. Thus, looking for alternative biological markers reflecting eggs shed per gram of faeces (epg) with lower oscillations may be useful. This study analyzes the possible relationship between liver-fluke uterus area and epg. Uterus area (UA) development of adult F. hepatica obtained at different days post infection (dpi) in a Wistar rat model with isolates obtained from cattle, sheep, pigs and humans from the endemic human fascioliasis zone of the Northern Bolivian Altiplano was analyzed and compared with the number of eggs shed per gram of faeces as obtained through the Kato-Katz technique. The morphometric study of the UA of liver flukes was carried out using image analysis software. The multiple regression model shows that UA is dependent on dpi and isolate. The evolution of UA vs dpi followed a damped model. This work shows a positive relationship between liver-fluke UA and egg production. The complete absence of eggs in the uteri of some parasite individuals at 300 dpi was observed, which corresponds to the cessation of egg shedding in the advanced chronic stage. The results obtained suggest the necessity to characterize the isolates employed with regard to geographical as well as host origin in fascioliasis studies in which egg production is used as a biological tag.  相似文献
