以皱纹盘鲍幼鲍Haliotis discus hannaiIno(平均壳长:13.90±0.01mm;平均体重:482.2±2.2mg)为研究对象,在室内循环水养殖系统中进行112d的摄食生长实验,以海带为对照,探讨饲料中不同叶酸含量(0.06、1.44、2.86、5.88、14.27、35.71mg/kg饲料)对皱纹盘鲍脂肪酸组成的影响。实验结果表明,(1)叶酸缺乏可显著降低皱纹盘鲍C20∶4n-6和C20∶5n-3的含量(P<0.05),却显著提高C18∶3n-3和C22∶6n-3的含量(P<0.05);(2)海带与实验基础饲料中的脂肪酸组成存在显著差异,海带中的C14∶1、C16∶0、C18∶1n-9、C18∶3n-3、C20∶4n-6、C20∶5n-3含量显著高于饲料组(P<0.05),而C18∶0、C18∶1n-7、C18∶2n-6、C20∶0、C22∶6n-3均显著低于饲料组(P<0.05);(3)海带组鲍鱼的C20∶4n-6、C20∶5n-3显著高于饲料组鲍鱼(P<0.05),而C18∶1n-9、C18∶1n-7、C18∶2n-6、C22∶6n-3则显著低于饲料组鲍鱼(P<0.05)。(4)C16∶0、C16∶1、C18∶0在鲍鱼体内的含量比较稳定,不受饲料中叶酸含量和脂肪酸组成的显著影响(P>0.05)。这些结果说明,饲料中叶酸缺乏导致皱纹盘鲍脂肪酸组成发生改变,很可能抑制C18∶2n-6和C18∶3n-3的碳链延长和去饱和作用,从而减少C20∶4n-6和C20∶5n-3的合成。此外,饲料中的脂肪酸组成也是影响皱纹盘鲍体组织脂肪酸组成的一个重要因素。  相似文献

瓯江彩鲤生殖周期内卵巢成熟系数及脂类、脂肪酸的变化   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用生化方法测定了瓯江彩鲤(Cyprinus carpio var.color)卵巢不同发育时期的成熟系数及卵巢脂类、脂肪酸含量与组成,旨在了解瓯江彩鲤卵巢中脂类、脂肪酸的变化与卵巢发育及卵细胞成熟之间的关系。结果显示:卵巢中总脂含量在产卵前最高,占干重17.62%,产卵后显著下降到12.84%(P<0.05),到快速生长期又出现稍微下降,之后在越冬期开始呈上升趋势。4个时期中,C16∶0(软脂酸)、C18∶1n-9c(油酸)、C18∶2n-6c(亚油酸)均是卵巢中的主导脂肪酸,其含量显著高于其它脂肪酸(P<0.05);产卵前,卵巢中脂肪酸含量高,但种类较少,产卵后,卵巢中脂肪酸含量低,但种类较多;随卵巢的发育,不饱和脂肪酸的比例增加,从快速生长期到产卵前,C20∶4n-6(ARA)与C22∶6n-3(DHA)的含量逐渐上升,最高分别达11.63 mg/g、17.80 mg/g。结果表明:不同时期卵巢中脂类含量与成熟系数呈正相关,卵巢成熟需积累较多脂类物质。不饱和脂肪酸尤其是DHA、ARA对卵巢的成熟具有重要作用。  相似文献

为给花鳗鲡肉质营养评价及饲料研制提供基础数据和理论分析依据,对花鳗鲡肌肉粗营养成分与脂肪酸组成进行了测定。测定结果:花鳗鲡肌肉的水分含量为68.79%,蛋白质含量为17.58%,脂肪含量为10.86%,其中C14∶0、C15∶0、C16∶0、C18∶0,C16∶0等饱和脂肪酸(SFA)的相对含量为27.6%,C16∶1、C18∶1、C20∶1、C18∶1等单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)的相对含量为47.04%,C16∶3n-3、C18∶3n-3、C20∶5n-3、C22∶6n-3等n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3PUFA)的相对含量为9.4%,C18∶2n-6、C20∶4n-6、C18∶2n-6等n-6多不饱和脂肪酸(n-6PUFA)的相对含量为6.66%,多不饱和脂肪酸中DHA的相对含量为2.29%,EPA的相对含量为5.30%。分析结果显示,花鳗鲡肌肉中蛋白质和多不饱和脂肪酸含量非常高,属于优质的蛋白和脂肪源。  相似文献

采用生物化学方法测定和分析了河川沙塘鳢(Odontobutis potamophila)胚胎、仔鱼发育过程中脂类的含量及脂肪酸的组成。结果显示,随着胚胎和仔鱼的发育,其总脂的含量呈下降趋势,饱和脂肪酸(SFA)的含量亦呈现出下降趋势,单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)的含量在胚胎期保持稳定、在仔鱼期下降,而多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)却呈现出不断增长的趋势。在整个胚胎和仔鱼发育过程中,平均含量最高的脂肪酸依次是C16∶0、C18∶1n-9、C18∶0、C16∶1、C22∶6n-3(DHA)和C20∶5n-3(EPA)。结果表明:河川沙塘鳢在胚胎和仔鱼发育过程中有消耗饱和脂肪酸和单不饱和脂肪酸,而保存n-3系列和n-6系列的高度不饱和脂肪酸的趋势,饱和脂肪酸被作为胚胎期能量代谢的主要来源,单不饱和脂肪酸被作为仔鱼期能量代谢的主要来源,而C18∶3n-3(亚麻酸)和C18∶2n-6(亚油酸)被用于合成DHA、EPA和C20∶4n-6(AA)。  相似文献

Folch法提取红罗非鱼(Oreochromis sp.)和福寿鱼(O.mossambicus×O.niloticus)雌亲鱼不同组织(肌肉、肝胰脏和卵巢)中的脂质,GC法分析脂肪酸组成。结果显示,红罗非鱼和福寿鱼卵巢中总脂含量分别占湿重的16.16%和10.20%,显著高于肝胰脏中的总脂含量(P<0.05),而肝胰脏中的总脂含量又显著高于肌肉(P<0.05)。2种鱼肌肉、肝胰脏和卵巢中共检出18种脂肪酸,主要饱和脂肪酸(SFA)是C14:0、C16:0和C18:0,主要单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)是C16:1和C18:1n-9,主要多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)是C18:2n-6、C20:4n-6(ARA)、C20:5n-3(EPA)和C22:6n-3(DHA)。ARA在福寿鱼肌肉中含量最高(9.16%),显著高于2种试验鱼其他组织中的ARA含量。Σ(EPA+DHA)在红罗非鱼的卵巢和福寿鱼的肌肉、肝胰脏和卵巢中含量高于其它组织(5.09%~7.70%),福寿鱼肌肉中最高(7.70%),卵巢中次之(6.97%)。红罗非鱼肌肉、肝胰脏和卵巢中的ΣPUFA含量均低于福寿鱼相应组织。红罗非鱼与福寿鱼各组织之间n-3/n-6比率变化不显著,但均小于1,为0.12~0.41。红罗非鱼的肝胰脏和卵巢中,脂肪酸含量ΣSFA>ΣMUFA>ΣPUFA;红罗非鱼肌肉、福寿鱼肝胰脏和卵巢中,ΣMUFA>ΣSFA>ΣPUFA;福寿鱼肌肉中,ΣSFA>ΣPUFA>ΣMUFA。  相似文献

对人工培育的90-180日龄的大黄鱼鱼种,用GC/MS法分析比较了其肌肉和肝脏的脂肪酸组成,肌肉和肝脏分别检出脂肪酸25种和42种.试验结果表明,7-10月,肌肉中的脂肪不断积累,而肝脏中则保持相对恒定,且是肌肉的1.7~3倍;2种组织中均以C16∶0(棕榈酸)含量最高,其次为C18∶1(油酸);肝脏中脂肪酸以饱和脂肪酸(SFA)为主,SFA的平均含量是多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)的4倍,而肌肉中的SFA平均含量则与PUFA基本相当;花生四烯酸(AA)、二十碳五烯酸(EPA)、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)及亚油酸(C18∶2)等n-3和n-6系列的PUFA在肌肉中含量更高;大黄鱼鱼种首先利用肌肉组织中以C16∶0为主的十八碳以下的SFA作为能量来源,而不轻易动用肝脏贮藏的能量.通过与幼鱼和成鱼比较可知,随着鱼体的成长,其脂肪酸种类不断丰富,组成也更趋合理.  相似文献

为探寻封闭循环流水养殖模式下养殖的较大型(≥2 kg)花鳗鲡(Anguilla marmorata)各可食部的脂肪酸特征,利用索氏抽提法获得各部位的粗脂肪,以37种脂肪酸甲酯混标标准品为标准,气相色谱外标法检测脂肪酸的组成。检测结果显示,鱼皮中粗脂肪含量最高为26.96%,鱼肉的粗脂肪含量为10.36%;不同可食部的脂肪酸组成基本相似,饱和脂肪酸9种,单不饱和脂肪酸6种,多不饱和脂肪酸8种,饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸和多不饱和脂肪酸间的比例大约都为1∶3∶1,三大类脂肪酸中含量最高的分别为软脂酸C16∶0、油酸C18∶1n9c和二十二碳六烯酸C22∶6n3,油酸在不同可食部中均超过20 g/100 g总脂,C22∶6n3(DHA)在不同可食部中含量在4.42~5.59 g/100 g总脂之间。研究表明,较大型花鳗鲡是人体所需脂肪酸的良好食物来源。  相似文献

多个条斑紫菜品系采收期内脂肪酸组成、含量的变化分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为探讨条斑紫菜不同栽培品系、不同采收期脂肪酸组成及含量的变化,本实验对10个栽培品系进行了跟踪测定分析,结果显示:条斑紫菜的脂肪酸组成稳定,与品系、采收期内季节性变化无关,但含量存在明显的差异。各品系的3个采收期的饱和脂肪酸(16∶0为主,包括13∶0、16∶0、18∶0)的相对含量约为20%;不饱和脂肪酸(以EPA为主,包括18∶1 n-9、18∶2 n-6、18∶3 n-3、20∶1 n-9、20∶2 n-7、20∶3 n-7、20∶4 n-6(AA)、20∶5 n-3(EPA))的相对含量为70%左右。在温度最低2月份的采收样品中,总脂肪酸和EPA含量最高,显示低温有利于条斑紫菜脂肪酸尤其是EPA的积累。另外,条斑紫菜富含以EPA为主的不饱和脂肪酸,在整个采收期内,样品中的n-6/n-3比值为4.9~7.7,符合WHO/FAO膳食推荐值。  相似文献

对不同增养殖模式下中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)可食部分脂肪酸的分析结果显示:中华绒螯蟹有脂肪酸18种,分别为5种饱和脂肪酸,3种单烯酸,10种多烯酸。各脂肪酸中以油酸含量最高,不饱和脂肪酸的含量极显著高于饱和脂肪酸(P<0.01);就营养品质指标(单烯酸、多烯酸、必需脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸)而言,以湖泊网围模式脂肪酸营养品质为优。以棕桐油酸(C16∶l)和硬脂酸(C18∶0)为风味评价指标(脂肪酸角度),结果得出以湖泊放流中华绒螯蟹最为味美。  相似文献

采用生物化学方法测定了黄颡鱼成熟卵及早期胚胎的脂肪酸组成.试验结果表明,在成熟卵和早期胚胎中占主要比例的脂肪酸为:软脂酸(C_(16∶0))、硬脂酸(C_(18∶0))、棕榈油酸(C_(16∶1n-7))、油酸(C_(18∶1n-9))、亚油酸(C_(18∶2n-6)),此外,成熟卵中还含有较高比例的亚麻酸(C_(18∶3n-3)).胚胎对不同脂肪酸的利用因胚胎发育时期的不同而有差异,多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)在囊胚期、原肠期和器官形成期占有较高的比例;单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)在卵裂期和囊胚期所占比例升高较快;饱和脂肪酸(SFA)是胚胎发育过程中能量的主要提供者,在原肠期、神经胚期和器官形成期存在着活跃的代谢,为这些时期的发育提供能量.与成熟卵相比,黄颡鱼的受精卵在脂肪酸组成上显示了不同.PUFA比例明显减少,而SFA的比例迅速增加,表明在卵粒受精后,胚胎内开始了活跃的代谢过程.  相似文献

Abstract:   The total lipid content and fatty acid composition were determined in the flesh and skin of wild and cultured rainbow trout in Turkey. The effect of diet content was also investigated on cultured trout. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used for fatty acid analyses. Total lipid content of skin was higher than flesh in both types and when compared appreciably higher in cultured fish. The predominant fatty acid was palmitic acid (C16:0) in saturated fatty acids and oleic acid (C18:1n-9) in monounsaturated fatty acids. The amount of eicosapentaenoic acid was double in wild and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 1.5 times higher in cultured fish flesh. The n-3/n-6 ratio was higher in cultured fish than wild fish. The levels of palmitic, oleic, linoleic (C18:2n-6) and palmitoleic (C16:1n-7) acids were high in skin. The level of EPA was the same in skin of wild fish but 5.5 times higher in cultured fish, whereas the proportion of DHA in skin was lower for wild and 3.5 times higher in cultured fish. Wild fish had a high level of linoleic, arachidonic (C20:4n-6) and linolenic (C18:3n-3) acids. The total amount of n-3 and n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids was higher in flesh of wild fish than cultured fish, contrary to skin of cultured fish. The data obtained demonstrated that fatty acid composition of cultured fish did not depend on that of feed.  相似文献

亚东鲑(Salmo trutta fario)是鲑属鱼类在青藏高原仅有的鱼类种群,是亚东地区全国农产品地理标志产品。本研究对西藏亚东地区野生和养殖亚东鲑的常规营养成分及各组织氨基酸和脂肪酸组成进行分析,旨在比较野生和养殖亚东鲑营养成分的异同,为养殖亚东鲑的品质评价和饲料配方的完善提供参考信息。实验采集亚东河中野生亚东鲑和亚东渔业产业园中使用配合饲料养殖的亚东鲑各10尾用于相关成分分析,每尾为一个独立样本。结果显示,野生组肥满度显著低于养殖组,而全鱼水分和灰分显著高于养殖组。全鱼粗蛋白、粗脂肪以及肝脏常规成分在野生组和养殖组间无显著差异。野生组肌肉粗脂肪显著低于养殖组,而水分含量显著高于养殖组。野生组全鱼必需氨基酸总量显著高于养殖组,且野生组肌肉中苏氨酸、缬氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸和甘氨酸含量显著高于养殖组。野生组全鱼、肌肉和肝脏中饱和脂肪酸、n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3 PUFA)总量、EPA、C20:4n-6以及肌肉中DHA含量高于养殖组,而全鱼和组织中单不饱和脂肪酸和n-6 PUFA总量低于养殖组。综上所述,目前养殖亚东鲑和野生亚东鲑在机体成分上存在较大差异。由于养殖鱼类体成分很大程度上反映了饲料组成,因此,亚东鲑养殖中饲料营养组成可能有待进一步优化。  相似文献

试验以300尾初始体重为(44.40±0.41)g的吉富罗非鱼(GIFT,Oreochromis niloticus)为研究对象,分别饲喂用蚕蛹(SP)替代0、25%、50%、75%和100%鱼粉(FM)的5种等氮(32%)等脂(5.5%)的饲料(分别命名SP0、SP25、SP50、SP75和SP100,基础饲料中含8%的鱼粉),每组3重复,每重复20尾鱼,在室内循环水养殖系统进行为期8周的生长试验,旨在探讨蚕蛹替代鱼粉对吉富罗非鱼肌肉营养成分的影响。结果表明:随蚕蛹替代水平上升,吉富罗非鱼肌肉粗蛋白、灰分、总氨基酸、必需氨基酸显著下降,肌肉粗脂肪含量无显著差异;较SP0组,SP100组肌肉总氨基酸和必需氨基酸分别下降3.99%和3.46%。随蚕蛹替代量增加,吉富罗非鱼肌肉C18∶3n-3和C20∶5n-3显著上升,C18∶2n-6显著下降;SP100组吉富罗非鱼肌肉C18∶3n-3和C20∶5n-3较SP0组分别上升105.33%和132.72%。结论:蚕蛹替代鱼粉后显著提高了吉富罗非鱼肌肉C18∶3n-3和C20∶5n-3含量,有利于生产富含n-3PUFA的鱼肉产品。  相似文献

The desaturation and elongation of [1-14C]18:3n-3 was investigated in hepatocytes of the tropical warm freshwater species, zebrafish (Danio rerio) and Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The hepatocyte fatty acid desaturation/elongation pathway was assayed before and after the fish were fed two experimental diets, a control diet containing fish oil (FO) and a diet containing vegetable oil (VO; a blend of olive, linseed and high oleic acid sunflower oils) for 10 weeks. The VO diet was formulated to provide 1% each of 18:2n-6 and 18:3n-3, and so satisfy the possible EFA requirements of zebrafish and tilapia. At the end of the dietary trial, the lipid and fatty acid composition was determined in whole zebrafish, and liver, white muscle and brain of tilapia. Both zebrafish and tilapia expressed a hepatocyte fatty acid desaturation/elongation pattern consistent with them being freshwater and planktonivorous fish. The data also showed that hepatic fatty acid desaturation/elongation was nutritionally regulated with the activities being higher in fish fed the VO diet compared to fish fed the FO diet. In zebrafish, the main effect of the VO diet was increased fatty acid Δ6 desaturase activity resulting in the production of significantly more 18:4n-3 compared to fish fed the FO diet. In tilapia, all activities in the pathway were greater in fish fed the VO diet resulting in increased amounts of all fatty acids in the pathway, but primarily eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA; 20:5n-3) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA; 22:6n-3). However, the fatty acid compositional data indicated that despite increased activity, desaturation of 18:3n-3 was insufficient to maintain tissue proportions of EPA and DHA in fish fed the VO diet at the same level as in fish fed the FO diet. Practically, these results indicate that manipulation of tilapia diets in commercial culture in response to the declining global fish oil market would have important consequences for fish fatty acid composition and the health of consumers. Scientifically, zebrafish and tilapia, both the subject of active genome mapping projects, could be useful models for studies of lipid and fatty acid metabolism at a molecular biological and genetic level. In support of developing sustainable aquafeeds, production performance and fillet fatty acid profile were assessed in juvenile Nile tilapia (0.61 ± 0.0 g/fish mean ± SE) raised for 16 weeks on diets containing fish oil or 50:50 blends of fish and plant-derived lipids. Standard, low 18:3n-3, or saturated fatty acid (SFA)-enriched soybean oils, palm oil, or low 18:3n-3 canola oil may be used to partially spare fish oil in feeds for Nile tilapia without impairing production performance, though use of hydrogenated soybean oil appears to impair growth and conversion efficiency. Of the plant lipids evaluated, palm and SFA-enriched soybean oil appear to be the best alternatives in terms of maintaining fillet long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acid content and the nutritional value of tilapia fillets.  相似文献

Lipid contents and fatty acid compositions were compared among 110 muscle samples of Japanese wild, Japanese cultured, and Chinese cultured ocellate puffer Takifugu rubripes. The effects of diet on muscle lipids in cultured ocellate puffer were also investigated. There was no noticeable difference between the wild and cultured fish with regard to the lipid content, but there were significant differences in the fatty acid composition ratio such as C16:0, C16:1n-7, and C20:4n-6. Moreover, the percentages of the fatty acids C18:2n-6 and C22:5n-3 were correlated with those in the diet. These results suggest that the muscle lipid content was not affected by diet, whereas fatty acid composition was affected. There were significant differences in fatty acid composition among Japanese wild fish, Japanese cultured fish, and Chinese cultured fish. The results suggest that the fatty acid composition is applicable as a tool to distinguish between wild and cultured ocellate puffer as well as those cultured in Japan and China.  相似文献
