大围山国家级自然保护区是云南省最重要的保护区之一,生物多样性的管理十分重要。研究对生物多样性和影响生物多样性的因子进行评估。研究所采用的第一手自然和生物多样性的第一手数据,如海拔、土壤类型、坡度、森林覆盖率、植物物种、鸟类物种等从大围山保护区的28个样点中获得。用CurveExpert统计软件对这些数据进行数理统计分析,分析的结果显示鸟类物种的多样性与植物物种的多样性呈明显的正相关,说明生境对动物区系多样性保护的关键作用。该研究还分析了关键景观特征与生物多样性的相关性,并对如何测度生物多样性和增强保护和管理该区域的生物多样性提出了建议。本研究的结果不仅对大围山自然保护区的生物多样性保护和管理策略的制定有重要的意义,而且对中国其他自然保护区的保护和管理也有积极地作用。  相似文献

通过自然保护区的建立可以有效保护区域生物多样性, 并促进其生态系统平衡。截至2012年底, 我国已建立自然保护区2 669个, 总面积达149.79万km2, 约占国土陆地总面积的14.94%。由于自然保护区数量众多, 难以对其采用统一的保护投资水平, 所以对已建自然保护区进行保护价值评价尤为重要。文中从定性、定量以及定性与定量相结合3个方面综述了国内外保护区生物多样性保护价值评价方法, 并分析了三者的优缺点, 以期为保护区生物多样性保护价值评价提供新的思路。  相似文献

This article analyzes the application of co-management in establishing and zoning nature reserves, explains two types of participatory models, explains the main content and steps required to implement a co-management program, and suggests future direction of co-management. In China, great progress has been achieved since 1956 when the first nature reserve was established. However, conflicts between nature reserve officials and community members, and differences between conservation and utilization of natural resources suggest that the traditional community affair model is unfit to some degree. A more workable and economically sustainable model is recommended. Co-management appears to be the preferred management model. International conservation organizations have carried out projects in Chinese nature reserves in recent years, and co-management is thought to be an effective approach to resolve conflicts coming from community and to improve nature reserves management.  相似文献

自然保护区的资源受到严格保护,不具备生产价值,但其生物多样性及生态系统服务价值巨大。对自然保护区价值进行评估有助于在保护区管理和相关政策方面做出最优决策。文中通过对自然保护区价值研究的分析和总结得出,自然保护区价值评估正趋向于动态化、规范化、多学科融合以及向中尺度扩展,目前自然保护区价值评估的核心是生物多样性与生态系统服务价值,价值评估结果的高低取决于“价值观”,对价值的“理解”需要更加严谨并不断进行修正,应建立反映“人—地—生态”和谐共处的自然保护区评估体系。  相似文献

我国自然保护区的面积覆盖率已经超过了世界平均水平,但生物多样性保护的压力越来越大,其中主要原因之一是保护管理的有效性低。自然保护区管理对象异于其他地区,是以自然生态系统/野生动植物种群为主要保护对象,管理有效性评价应从种群安全、自然保育、社区和谐3个目标层次的实现程度进行考量,评价体系设计重点应把握管理基础、机制、决策、实施、监督5个管理的关键环节,并提出了包括16个评估因素44个评估指标的设计方案。评价方案选择1 394个国家级和地方自然保护区进行应用,取得了初步成果。  相似文献

From the point of cost-benefit flow and with the Six Green Projects in China as the case and background, it iscriticized that the cun~nt natural resource and environmental management and the policies in China have some problems unsolvedsince the model of cost-benefit flow is still centralized and mainly in an administrative way in spite of many efforts madetheoretically and practically. It is suggested that a new model based on market-oriented economy from the point of cost-benefit flowwith Six Green Projects Management and Policies System consist of complete natural reserve (NR). Management system includedenvironmental nature reserves in addition to biodiversity nature reserve, paid using nature resources, an environmental conservationand construction industry and renewable resource production incentive system that turn the direct administration and operation tomanagement and services. 我国自然保护区的类型是以保护对象来划分的,随着湿地和山地等自然保护区的出现,诸如跨林业部门和农业(渔业)部门主管的自然保护区会越来越多。本文试图设计跨部门管理的自然保护区建立和变更的法律规则,并以湖南岳阳东洞庭湖国家级自然保护区为例来探讨跨部门管理的自然保护区变更的必要性和可行性。建议在《自然保护区法》制定中考虑跨部门管理的自然保护区问题,自然保护区合作管理机构应整合其多个管理部门的权力,对自然保护区进行一体化管理或生态系统管理。  相似文献

The Sanjiang Plain is a vast area of alluvial floodplains and low hills in northeast Heilongjiang Province. It is the largest tract of wetlands in China and East Asia outside of Siberia. 28 wetland nature reserves exist on the Sanjiang Plain, and three of them have been listed as wetlands of international importance to water bird conservation by the Ramsar Convention Bureau. The wetlands of Sanjiang Plain are noteworthy for its rich biodiversity, but they continue to decline in area and deteriorate in quality currently. The main threats or constrains, immediate cause, root cause and required response are analyzed in this paper, and the four aspects opinion such as improvement of watershed management, enhancement of protection and restoration of habitats and biodiversity, alternative livelihoods of rural residents living in and near natural wetland reserve, and reinforcement of capacity building of natural reserves are brought forward as the effective measures for the Sanjiang Plain wetland protection.  相似文献

Tropical deforestation and habitat fragmentation in areas around conservation areas have been an important element for discussion in the conservation and policy-making community. In this paper, we evaluate land cover change processes around one of the most important tropical dry forest reserves in the Americas: the Chamela-Cuixmala Biosphere Reserve, Mexico. The analysis is conducted at three scales: regional scale (coast of the State of Jalisco), proximity to the reserve (via a 30-km buffer zone analysis), and inside the Biosphere Reserve. The proximity analysis is complemented by a unique data set that represents the extent and boundaries of Ejidos (local land management units) in the region. Results indicate that areas surrounding the reserve have low deforestation, with Ejidos and buffer areas having more forest cover as they get closer to the reserve. The nature of this important phenomenon is discussed in the context of the socio-economic conditions of the local communities. Our work suggests that the creation of a network of “Ejidos’ Conservation Areas”, in the context of an approach that will recognize payments for environmental services provided to local communities, could contribute to the conservation and maintenance of the rich biodiversity in a region that has one of the highest levels of endemism in the world.  相似文献

The primary conservation objective in China is to establish nature reserves to protect biological resources and natural heritage, protect ecosystems which are of global importance or have unique regional features, protect endangered and threatened species and their habitat, and safeguard the genetic resources. By 2000, the number of nature reserves increased to 1,276, while at the same time, the total area protected in nature reserves was up to 123 million ha. Of the total number of reserves, 908 sites with a total area of some 102 million ha (68.39% of the total reserve area) were under control of the forestry system accounting for some 82.93% of all nature reserves in the country and 10.65% of China's territory. Management planning and administrative systems have been developed for all national nature reserves, but insufficient funding, a shortage of professional managers and inadequate reserve staffs have resulted in low levels of management effectiveness in many reserves.
