[目的]定量分析国家中心城市2006—2017年基础设施承载力的具体情况,为促进国家中心城市建设良性健康发展提供科学依据。[方法]选取2006—2017年国家中心城市基础设施承载力面板数据,从压力和状态两个层面构建城市基础设施承载力评价指标体系。运用熵权TOPSIS方法和障碍度模型对2006—2017年国家中心城市基础设施承载力和障碍因素进行评价和诊断,并基于基础设施承载力评价结果,定量测度基础设施承载力状况并诊断其障碍因子。[结果] 2006—2010年国家中心城市的基础设施承载力水平总体上大幅度提升,2011—2017年基础设施承载力的增长速度有所减缓,北京、上海、成都、郑州、西安的基础设施承载力大幅度提高,广州市的基础设施承载力改善幅度最小;随着国家中心城市的人口持续增加,基础设施的承载压力也持续增加,通过障碍度模型分析发现制约国家中心城市基础设施承载力的主要因素为人均绿地面积、人均家庭年生活用水量和城市移动电话普及率。[结论]随着中国经济的发展,中心城市对人口的虹吸作用越加强烈,人均绿地面积、城市移动电话普及率以及人均家庭年生活用水量可能与城市的经济与人口规模产生脱钩现象,无法满足人们日常的基础设施需求。  相似文献

以Web of Science数据库1996—2015年水土保持文献数据为对象,运用CiteSpace可视化分析软件对引文数据进行了分析和处理,以知识图谱的方式,梳理了国际水土保持研究的文献增量趋势、学科交叉和分布、作者和国家或地区的合作网络,以及水土保持研究的知识基础和热点关键词时间演进等内容。研究认为:国际水土保持研究文献数量呈明显增长趋势;学科领域跨度较大,交叉融合较多;作者合作网络具有丰满的树状生长图结构,表现出较好的合作生态链;国家或地区合作网络紧密,部分国家或地区在合作中发挥了重要的媒介联结作用;筛选的知识基础文献具有较好的代表性,是水土保持研究的奠基性基础知识;突发性关键词的热点趋势变化为相关学者的进一步研究及政府管理决策提供了参考。  相似文献

随着农业大数据时代的到来,如何开展直观的有效信息挖掘成为数据利用的一大难题。作为一种能够帮助人们高效地管理现实世界中事物及其关系的异构语义网络,知识图谱应用在近年来备受关注。在农业数据不断增加、结构越来越复杂的背景下,将知识图谱应用于农业领域有助于农业大数据分析,促进智慧农业发展。该文首先分析了知识图谱构建的模式,即自顶向下、自底向上及两种模式结合等3种模式的特点,然后从本体构建、知识抽取、知识融合、知识推理、知识图谱存储及可视化5个方面综述了农业知识图谱构建的关键技术应用进展与难点,接着对当前知识图谱在农业领域的应用进行了梳理,主要有农业专题文献计量研究、农业信息检索、农业知识问答和农业信息资源推荐等4个方面,最后对知识图谱技术在农业领域的应用研究方向进行了展望,认为未来应关注基于知识图谱的农产品电商推荐、动态农业知识图谱的构建、跨领域知识图谱的构建与关联等方面。  相似文献

The recovery of the Hungarian national economy can be characterized as a smooth and rapid change into a modern market economy. A key transitional element in the agricultural structure is the acceleration of scientific and technical progress. Greater expertise, improved and more rapid access to scientific and technical results, as well as intensification of knowledge and technology transfer, will be of great importance during this transitional period. It is increasingly recognised that land degradation monitoring and assessment can benefit from incorporating multiple sources of knowledge, using a variety of methods at different scales, including the perspectives of researchers, land managers and other stakeholders. However, the knowledge and methods required to achieve this are often dispersed across individuals and organisations at different levels and locations. Appropriate knowledge management mechanisms are therefore required to more efficiently harness these different sources of knowledge and facilitate their broader dissemination and application. This paper examines what knowledge is, how it is generated and explores how it may be stored, transferred and exchanged between knowledge producers and users before it is applied to monitor and assess land degradation at the local scale. It suggests that knowledge management can also benefit from the development of mechanisms that promote changes in understanding and efficient means of accessing and/or brokering knowledge. Broadly, these processes for knowledge management can (i) help identify and share good practices and build capacity for land degradation monitoring at different scales and in different contexts and (ii) create knowledge networks to share lessons learned and monitoring data among and between different stakeholders, scales and locations. 借助Web of Science和CNKI数据库,利用文献计量学方法定量分析了近30年来国内外发表的土壤科学文献,研究了土壤科学不同时期(1986—1995、1996—2005、2006—2013年)的发展与演变过程,对比了国内外土壤科学发展的异同点。早期的国际土壤科学是以土壤肥力主导的农田土壤学研究,逐渐转向以生态环境为核心的问题导向研究,强调土壤生物驱动的土壤过程研究;而我国土壤科学研究更注重区域特色,以地力提升、土壤侵蚀与水土保持、土壤污染与修复等问题导向更加明确,发展过程中学科间的交叉与融合不断增强。本论文期望以文献计量学的分析方法客观评价土壤科学发展的脉络,把握学科发展前沿,提升土壤科学研究的创新能力,从而推动我国土壤科学的发展。  相似文献

Increasingly knowledge is shared using new web‐based channels. The use of these channels is relatively new in the realm of soil science. However, they may prove to be very useful for connecting time‐poor, geographically dispersed audiences in an efficient and cost‐effective way. There has been limited study of this form of knowledge sharing for natural science (let alone soil science). In New South Wales (NSW), Australia, the NSW Department of Primary Industries (NSW DPI) has coordinated the Soil Network of Knowledge (SNoK) monthly webinar over 3 years, with over 40 webinars targeting an audience of next users of soil information. Aggregated data collected from these webinars indicated that the majority of information is used for professional development by participants. Whether this will eventually lead to on‐ground practice change because of the improved professional and technical knowledge of participants is still a moot point and will require further investigation over time. The information collected on attendance and participation showed that webinars are a good way to connect with some target audiences such as other government bodies that have a historical relationship with NSW DPI. However, other target audiences that NSW DPI has always found difficulty in engaging, such as private advisers, require more active overtures to drive participation. The growing subscriber base is encouraging.  相似文献

For twenty‐one years, soil information and knowledge in Victoria, Australia has been shared via the Victorian Resources Online (VRO) website. VRO has been the primary online repository for soil and landscape information generated from land resource assessment studies, field days, training workshops, and the visualization and animation of soil and landscape processes. User surveys and qualitative feedback have highlighted the value of online soil information to users, with many considering it a useful “tool of trade,” particularly those involved in agricultural research, extension, planning and education. An extensive series of “Healthy Soils” training workshops (2007–2010) focused on topics such as “soil types and structure,” “soil chemical testing,” “soil biology,” “soil erosion” and “organic matter.” Evaluation has demonstrated their usefulness and relevance, with learning outcomes achieved by >80% of overall participants, many of whom planned to make better management decisions and change management practices on‐farm. The information and knowledge generated through the series of workshops remains a valuable online resource. The development of more sophisticated knowledge visualization tools, such as animations, has broadened the potential audience for soil‐related information. Analytical profiling of VRO users in recent years has highlighted it as a source of information and knowledge for a local, national and international audience. This supports the notion that increasing access to public‐sector data and information provides significant benefits. Lessons learnt from enduring programs such as VRO can inform future information and knowledge management initiatives.  相似文献
