Rectal swabs from healthy cats and dogs, and from dogs and cats with clinical diarrhoea were collected approximately every third month from May 2000 to June 2001 from six small-animal practices throughout Norway. A questionnaire was filled in for each animal. Of the 301 healthy cats sampled, 54 (18%) were positive for Campylobacter, compared to 5 out of 31 (16%) cats with diarrhoea. Campylobacter jejuni was isolated from 11 (3%), C. upsaliensis from 42 (13%) and C. coli from 2 (0.6%) of the cats sampled. Isolates from four cats (1%) could not be specified. Of the 529 healthy dogs, 124 (23%) were positive for Campylobacter, compared to 18 of 66 (27%) dogs with diarrhoea. C. jejuni was isolated from 20 (3%) and C. upsaliensis from 117 (20%) of the dogs sampled. Isolates from five dogs (0.8%) could not be specified. Eighteen out of the 20 investigated C. upsaliensis samples were resistant to streptomycin. The clinically healthy animals were included in the analysis to identify factors associated with Campylobacter prevalence. The cat model had low classification ability. The dog-data model indicated increased odds of infection with Campylobacter for dogs ≤1 year, and in dogs sampled during the spring. No difference was observed between the prevalence of Campylobacter infections in cats and dogs with diarrhoea and healthy animals.  相似文献

Helicobacter-like organisms are frequently observed in the stomach of dogs but the relationship between these microorganisms and gastric pathology has not been clearly established. Different species of helicobacters are known to be present in the canine stomach but their specific prevalence in naturally infected dogs is unknown. The aims of this study were to isolate and characterize helicobacters in canine gastric biopsies, to compare the commonly used tests for the identification of Helicobacter spp. and to determine the occurrence of these species in dogs. Twenty-three out of 25 dogs (92%) were positive for Helicobacter-like organisms in cytological screening. Culture was successful from biopsies of 5/25 dogs. The isolates were analyzed by electron microscopy, biochemical and physiological tests, whole protein analysis and 16S rDNA sequencing. Helicobacter felis was identified in four samples and Helicobacter bizzozeronii in one sample. Only the whole protein analysis in combination with electron microscopy was able to clearly discriminate the two species. Compared to the high prevalence of Helicobacter-like organisms, the occurrence of H. felis and H. bizzozeronii, was low (17 and 4%, respectively). No Flexispira rappini-like organisms or H. salomonis were detected. Electron microscopy revealed that H. bizzozeronii-like microorganisms were present in three additional biopsies where we were unable to culture any Helicobacter-like organisms. These observations indicate that in the stomach of dogs not all helicobacters are culturable. The unculturable bacteria appeared to be the prevalent ones and may represent different spiral organisms. The presence of distinct helicobacters with different characteristics can reflect different roles in the pathogenesis of canine gastric disease.  相似文献

With the aim to improve current molecular diagnostic techniques of Hepatozoon sp. in carnivore mammals, we developed a quantitative PCR (qPCR) assay with SYBR Green I®. The method, consisting of amplification of a 235 bp fragment of the 18S rRNA gene, is able to detect at least 0.1 fg of parasite DNA. Reproducible quantitative results were obtained over a range of 0.1 ng–0.1 fg of Hepatozoon sp. DNA. To assess the performance of the qPCR assay, DNA samples from dogs (140) and cats (50) were tested with either standard PCR or qPCR. Positive samples were always confirmed by partial sequencing of the 18S rRNA gene. Quantitative PCR was 15.8% more sensitive than standard PCR to detect H. canis in dogs. In cats, no infections were detected by standard PCR, compared to two positives by qPCR (which were infected by H. canis as shown by sequencing).  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the antimicrobial resistance, virulence genes of Campylobacter spp. isolated from chicken and swine farms in Jiangsu Province. Campylobacter spp. were isolated and identified from two hundred and fifty fecal samples collected from twenty-five animal farms in Jiangsu Province. Campylobacter strains were tested for the antimicrobial susceptibility against to 9 kinds of antimicrobial agents by using an agar dilution method. Eight virulence genes (cdtB, cadF, htrB, clpP, csrA, wlaN, cstⅡ, and cgtB) were detected by polymerase chain reaction. Ninety-three Campylobacter strains were isolated and identified from 250 samples, including 45 C. jejuni strains and 48 C. coli strains. The highest percentage of antimicrobial resistance was found for nalidixic acid (80.0%), tetracycline (71.1%) and ciprofloxacin (66.7%) in C. jejuni isolates. The C. coli isolates were most frequently resistant to erythromycin (87.5%), nalidixic acid (79.2%) and azithromycin (72.9%). Moreover, the multi-drug resistance (resistance to three or more antimicrobial classes) was common among Campylobacter isolates with a rate of 67.7%. On the other hand, the 93 Campylobacter strains showed a wide variation for the presence of the 8 virulence genes, cdtB and cadF were positive for all isolates,while htrB, clpP, csrA, wlaN, cstⅡ and cgtB was 97.8%, 76.3%, 18.3%, 5.4%, 2.2%, and 0%, respectively. The results indicated that the multiple drug resistance of Campylobacter strains from animal origin was relatively serious. In addition, the virulence-associated genes were detected widely among Campylobacter strains.  相似文献

In a recent study of intestinal parasites in dogs and cats in Australia, Giardia was found to be the most prevalent parasite in dogs. The aim of the current study through the use of molecular tools was to determine the zoonotic significance of the Giardia and Cryptosporidium isolates recovered from dogs and cats during the Australian study. Of the isolates successfully amplified all but one of the Giardia from dogs was either Assemblage C and/or D, with one Assemblage A. Of the cat samples amplified all but one were Assemblage F, with one Assemblage D. We hypothesize that the lack of zoonotic Giardia Assemblages recovered is a result of their being a low prevalence of Giardia in the human population. The Cryptosporidium recovered from dogs and cats was determined to be C. canis and C. felis, respectively, a finding which supports growing evidence that Cryptosporidiumin companion animals is of limited public health significance to healthy people.  相似文献

旨在了解江苏省部分地区鸡源与猪源弯曲菌的耐药及毒力基因携带情况。从江苏省25个规模养殖场采集250份粪便样品进行弯曲菌的分离鉴定,采用琼脂平板稀释法测定9种抗菌药物的最小抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentrations,MICs),PCR方法扩增弯曲菌8种与致病力相关的毒力基因。结果显示:共分离得到93株弯曲菌,包括空肠弯曲菌45株,结肠弯曲菌48株;空肠弯曲菌对萘啶酸(80.0%)、四环素(71.1%)和环丙沙星(66.7%)的耐药率较高,而结肠弯曲菌对红霉素(87.5%)、萘啶酸(79.2%)和阿奇霉素(72.9%)产生较强的耐药性,分离株多重耐药现象严重,多重耐药率达67.7%;8个毒力基因在弯曲菌分离株中的携带率不同,cdtBcadF携带率为100%,htrB为97.8%,clpP为76.3%,csrA为18.3%,wlaN为5.4%,cstⅡ为2.2%,cgtB为0%。结果提示,江苏省畜禽养殖场弯曲菌分离株多重耐药情况严重,毒力相关基因在弯曲菌中分布广泛。  相似文献

The cell morphology, the number of flagella, the occurrence of periplasmic fibrils and ultrastructural structures of five groups of cultured canine gastric Helicobacter spp. were compared. The study included four strains of Helicobacter felis, four strains of Helicobacter bizzozeronii, one strain of ‘Flexispira’, six strains of an unnamed spiral organism 2 and one strain of an unnamed spiral orgaism 3 which were isolated from gastric biopsies. Cultures were studied with negative staining, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Bacterial dimensions were measured from the negative staining samples and values were tested with ANOVA and Bonferroni tests. The organisms studied differed from each other morphologicall. H. felis was a slightly spiraled organism with periplasmic fibrils. ‘Flexispira’ was a thin and straight organism with periplasmic fibrils. H. bizzozeronii was a tightly spiraled organism. Spiral organism 2 was loosely spiraled and thicker than the other organisms. Spiral organism 3 was a short curved rod having a single bipolar flagellum. The other species had multiple flagella. As a conclusion the canine gastric Helicobacter spp. can be differentiated from each other morphologically with an electron microscope. The morphological differences were mainly found in the structures involved in motility. The importance of the differences may lie in their impact on the colonization in a gastric mucous environment.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to obtain information of epidemiological nature through genotypic characterization of Cryptosporidium isolates from dogs, cats and bovines from the state of São Paulo, Brazil. The extraction of DNA from oocysts was carried out and polymerase chain reaction was accomplished using specific primers to 18S rRNA gene. The amplicons were directed sequenced. Seven cat samples, nine dog samples and nine bovine samples were analysed. From the seven cat samples the genotypic analyses revealed Cryptosporidium felis in all. These were the first genotypic characterization of Cryptosporidium from domestic felines in Brazil. In nine sequenced samples from dogs, genotypic identities compatible with Cryptosporidium canis were revealed in all samples. The genotypic analyses in bovines revealed Cryptosporidium parvum in eight samples and Cryptosporidium bovis in another sample, the last one being a non-zoonotic species, not related to clinical symptoms and described for the first time in Brazil.  相似文献

【目的】 分离鉴定武汉市患皮肤病犬猫细菌性病原,并探索其对传统抗菌药物与天然活性产物藤黄酸(GA)和6-溴靛玉红-3’-肟(BIO)的敏感性。【方法】 对患皮肤病犬猫采样并分离病原,通过生长特性观察、革兰氏染色镜检、PCR等方法鉴定并利用SPF小鼠验证致病性;通过药敏纸片验证其对传统药物的耐药性,并测定天然产物对其最小抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC)值。【结果】 分离得到2株金黄色葡萄球菌、3株伪中间型葡萄球菌、2株猫葡萄球菌、1株犬链球菌及1株奇异变形杆菌。SPF小鼠皮肤创伤感染验证分离菌株均有致病性。犬链球菌及奇异变形杆菌对各自受试药物均敏感;葡萄球菌对复方新诺明、青霉素、红霉素、四环素、左氧氟沙星、苯唑西林、庆大霉素、克林霉素及氯霉素存在不同程度耐药。天然活性产物GA和BIO对上述9株菌均具有良好抑菌效果,且除分离菌株F5外GA对分离菌株的MIC值均小于BIO。【结论】 本研究共分离得到5种、9株犬猫皮肤细菌。犬链球菌、奇异变形杆菌对传统抗菌药物均敏感,部分葡萄球菌存在耐药。GA和BIO对犬猫皮肤病原菌均有明显抑菌活性,显示其可作为防控犬猫细菌性皮肤病的候选药物。  相似文献

We investigated the prevalence of Cryptosporidium infection in relation to age and clinical status in cattle in the central region of Viet Nam. A total of 266 fecal samples from diarrheic and non-diarrheic cattle were examined by the modified Ziehl-Neelsen staining method. Prevalence of Cryptosporidium parvum type infections, those of the Cryptosporidium andersoni type, and mixed infection of both types was 33.5% (89/266), 5.6% (15/266), and 3.4% (9/266), respectively. The infection rate of 44.3% (35/79) of C. parvum in calves less than 6 months old was significantly higher than that of 28.9% (54/187) in cattle greater than 6 months old (P < 0.01). Although no C. andersoni oocysts were detected in calves less than 3 months old, no significant difference was observed between the age groups in the prevalence of C. andersoni infection and mixed infection. The percentage of diarrheic and non-diarrheic cattle identified to be shedding C. parvum oocysts was 46.5% (74/159) and 14.0% (15/107), respectively (P < 0.0001). The risk of diarrhea was 1.7 times greater in C. parvum-infected calves than in their non-infected counterparts. DNA sequences of 18S rRNA genes of C. parvum type and C. andersoni type indicated that they were C. parvum bovine genotype and C. andersoni, respectively. This is the first genetic identification of C. parvum bovine genotype and C. andersoni from cattle in Viet Nam.  相似文献

To explore the clinical significance of campylobacter infections for dogs and cats we compared intestinal carriage rates for Campylobacter sp. between animals with gastroenteritis and healthy controls. We cultured fecal specimens of 405 diarrheic dogs and 203 cats as well as 71 asymptomatic dogs and 35 cats using a selective medium in addition to filtration on a non-selective blood agar plate. We identified 224 campylobacter isolates using conventional phenotypic tests and DNA hybridization. There were 112 isolates, of C. upsaliensis, 43 C. jejuni and 69 other Campylobacter sp. For cats, there was no association between campylobacter carriage and disease, irrespective of the animals age. For dogs older than 12 months there was also no difference in campylobacter carriage rates between diarrheic and healthy animals. However, in younger dogs 44% of animals with diarrhea shed campylobacters in their feces, more than twice the rate in asymptomatic controls (21%), a significant difference. C. jejuni and C. upsaliensis contributed equally to this association between diarrhea and campylobacter prevalence. The parallel use of two culture methods enabled us to show that the recovery of Campylobacter sp. by filtration may be less than optimal and that filtering is probably unsuitable as a reference method for culturing C. upsaliensis. Finally we found that almost half of the campylobacter isolates from cats belong to a phenotypically homogeneous group of strains closely resembling C. upsaliensis but hybridizing only weakly with C. upsaliensis DNA.  相似文献

The seroprevalence of three canine tick-transmitted parasites, Babesia gibsoni, Babesia canis and Ehrlichia canis, was estimated in selected regions of California. Blood smears and sera were obtained from 971 dogs in seven animal shelters: four in Los Angeles County, one in Yolo County, one in El Dorado County in California and one in Minden, Nevada. Seroprevalence in Los Angeles County shelters were 0–13%, 0–2.6% and 0% for B. canis, B. gibsoni and E. canis, respectively. Seroprevalences of the same three parasites in Yolo County and El Dorado County Shelters were 0% except for a 1% seroprevalence of B. canis in dogs from Yolo County Shelter.

Potential risk factors (breed, age, sex and evidence of ticks on the dogs) for B. canis seropositivity were evaluated. Dogs 3 years of age or older had a significantly higher risk (odds ratio 5.04) of being seropositive to B. canis compared with dogs less than 1 year old. Breed, sex and evidence of ticks were not associated with seropositive reactions to B. canis. Of 29 coyotes captured in Los Angeles County, three (10.3%) were seropositive for B. gibsoni, with titers of 1280 to 2560. This study indicated that dogs in Los Angeles County were at higher risk of being seropositive and potentially infected with canine babesial parasites than dogs in Yolo and El Dorado Counties. Movement of chronically infected dogs from Los Angeles County into other areas could contribute to the spread of these important pathogens.  相似文献

A total of 469 fecal samples were collected from American minks (Mustela vison) on a farm in Hebei Province in China and examined for Cryptosporidium by Sheather's sugar flotation technique and 8 Cryptosporidim isolates were obtained. The partial 18S rRNA, 70 kDa heat shock protein (HSP70), Cryptosporidium oocyst wall protein (COWP) and actin genes of six isolates were sequenced. Sequence data were analyzed together with known Cryptosporidium spp. and genotypes. Results of this multi-locus genetic characterization indicated that the six Cryptosporidium isolates in this study shared the same sequences of the genes studied and were different from known Cryptosporidium species and genotypes. The closest relative was Cryptosporidium ferret genotype with 7, 22, 2 and 2 nucleotide differences in the 18S rRNA, HSP70, COWP and actin genes, respectively. The homology to ferret genotype at the 18S rRNA locus was 99.1%, which is comparable to that between C. parvum and C. hominis (99.2%), or between C. muris and C. andersoni (99.4%). Therefore, the Cryptosporidium in minks in this study is considered a new genotype, the Cryptosporidium mink genotype.  相似文献

Organisms in the genus Anaplasma are obligate intracellular pathogens that multiply in both vertebrate and invertebrate hosts. The type species, Anaplasma marginale, causes bovine anaplasmosis and infects erythrocytes of the vertebrate host and undergoes a complex developmental cycle in ticks which serve as biological vectors. Infected cattle, wild ruminants and ticks can all serve as reservoirs of A. marginale. In this study, hunter killed Iberian red deer (Cervus elaphus hispanicus) from the region of Castilla-La Mancha in southwestern Spain were tested for Anaplasma infection. We found that 10% of the deer examined were seropositive for Anaplasma. Three A. marginale strains were subsequently obtained from salivary glands of Hyalomma marginatum that were removed from these deer, and the sequence of the major surface protein (msp)4 gene was determined for each strain and used for phylogenetic studies. Maximum parsimony analyses of msp4 sequences from H. marginatum ticks in comparison with New World cattle and bison isolates reported previously, suggested different origins for these Spanish A. marginale strains. The results of this study demonstrated that Iberian red deer are naturally infected with Anaplasma, and may therefore serve as a wildlife reservoir of the pathogen. Although the link between deer infection and the strains of A. marginale identified in ticks was not established, H. marginatum and Rhipicephalus bursa were identified as potential biological vectors for A. marginale in this region and may effect transmission of A. marginale between deer and cattle populations.  相似文献

Canine ehrlichiosis and babesiosis have a worldwide distribution with geographic variation in prevalence and main clinical manifestations. We prospectively determined seroprevalence of canine babesiosis and ehrlichiosis, and risk factors for seropositivity. Three hundred and eighty-one dogs were randomly selected to represent the canine population at a Veterinary Teaching Hospital in south Brazil (latitude 23° S). Dogs were tested with a point-of-care ELISA for Ehrlichia canis antibodies and IFA to confirm previous exposure to Babesia vogeli. Multiple logistic regression analysis was then used to estimate adjusted odds ratio (OR) and their 95% confidence intervals. One hundred and thirty-six (36%) dogs were seropositive for B. vogeli antibodies, whereas 87 (23%) dogs were seropositive to E. canis antibodies. Fifty-four (14%) dogs seroreacted to both agents. Adult dogs previously infested with ticks were more likely to seroreact to B. vogeli or E. canis. Superficial bleeding (OR = 12.4) was more common in dogs exposed to B. vogeli, whereas neurological signs (OR = 7.7) were more common in dogs seropositive to E. canis. Neurological signs (OR = 12.0) and lameness (OR = 12.8) were more prevalent in dogs that seroreacted to both organisms. Owners of dogs with ticks were more likely to have been exposed to ticks themselves (OR = 3.2). Canine babesiosis and ehrlichiosis appear to be highly prevalent in this hospital population. Clinical signs differed from the most common signs in other regions with bleeding occurring more in dogs seropositive to babesiosis, but not ehrlichiosis; neurologic signs in dogs with E. canis antibodies; and lameness in dogs that seroreacted to both organisms.  相似文献

本研究自陕西省富平县某规模化关中奶山羊养殖场腹泻奶山羊肛门拭子中分离到5株产气荚膜梭菌,命名为21-D-1~21-D-5。毒素基因检测表明,其均为携带etx的D型产气荚膜梭菌,且21-D-5携带食源性致病毒素基因cpe。全基因组序列测定显示,5株D型产气荚膜梭菌基因组大小、GC含量和基因数量稳定;单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)分析显示,21-D-1和21-D-2以及21-D-3和21-D-4之间的SNPs差异极低(<25),表明其大概率属于相同的产气荚膜梭菌菌株。分离的D型产气荚膜梭菌基因组中共检测到15种毒素基因,其中,毒素基因etx在分离的D型菌株中高度保守、基因环境相似,且在菌株21-D-5中毒素基因cpe位于etx下游。此外,包括噁唑烷酮类耐药基因optrA在内的9种耐药基因也在分离株中被检测到,并且erm(A)、optrAfexA具有共同传播的可能性。本研究为国内首次对D型产气荚膜梭菌进行全基因组序列测定分析,结果对产气荚膜梭菌疾病的防治和基因组的进一步研究具有参考价值。  相似文献

PEG模拟干旱胁迫对四种荒漠植物种子萌发的影响   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
试验以内蒙古阿拉善荒漠4种优势植物:梭梭、红砂、驼绒藜和碱蓬种子为材料,在-3.0~0 MPa 的PEG渗透势下,研究了干旱胁迫对种子萌发的影响,探讨了经PEG浸种预处理后种子的萌发恢复能力。结果表明,随PEG渗透势的下降,梭梭、红砂、驼绒藜和碱蓬种子的萌发和初生根生长均受到不同程度的抑制,总体来看,PEG渗透势越低,抑制作用越明显。但是,轻度的干旱胁迫能促进红砂、驼绒藜和碱蓬种子的萌发,提高红砂和碱蓬种子的发芽指数,刺激了4种荒漠植物的初生根生长。4种荒漠植物种子萌发的最低渗透势阈值分别为-3.0,-2.1,-2.1和-1.5 MPa,说明梭梭种子萌发的抗旱性最强,而碱蓬的抗旱性最弱。经PEG浸种预处理的种子在适宜条件下可以恢复萌发,但浸种时间越长,种子受干旱胁迫的影响越大,甚至其萌发完全被抑制。短时间的PEG浸种预处理提高了红砂种子的发芽率,并显著提高了其发芽指数,刺激了梭梭、红砂、驼绒藜的初生根生长,而碱蓬的初生根生长则一直受到PEG浸种预处理的抑制。  相似文献

We sampled 1091 Icelandic broiler flocks at slaughter from May 2001 to December 2003 to determine the prevalence of, and investigate risk factors for the presence of, Campylobacter spp. at the flock level. Approximately 15% of the flocks were positive for Campylobacter spp.; most (95%) of the infected flocks being raised during the months of April–September. Based on the data from the latter months, and using multivariable logistic regression with random effects for herd, we found that the odds of a flock being positive for Campylobacter spp. increased with age and flock size. Additionally, vertical ventilation systems were strongly associated with positive flocks (OR = 5.3). After controlling for these variables, we found no evidence of an effect of: year; company; Campylobacter being carried over from one flock to the next; time interval between flocks; using (at the hatcheries) eggs laid on the floor; density of bird housing, or the number of catch lots a flock was divided into for slaughtering purposes on the risk of a Campylobacter-positive flock.  相似文献

为探究不同载畜率对荒漠草原群落建群种与优势物种间的关系及其空间分布的影响,于2020年7-9月在内蒙古四子王旗短花针茅荒漠草原进行野外调查,以建群种短花针茅及优势种无芒隐子草和冷蒿为研究对象,设置不放牧对照(CK)、轻度(LG)、中度(MG)和重度放牧(HG)载畜率水平(分别放牧0、4、8和12只羊),结合常规方法与地统计学方法分析建群种及优势种出现频率、多度、种间关系强度及空间分布特征。结果表明:1)与CK相比,LG下冷蒿出现频率仅在7月显著降低了50.55%(P<0.05),而MG和HG在7-9月均显著降低(P<0.05),7-9月平均降低77.76%和97.53%;而不同处理及月份下短花针茅和无芒隐子草出现频率无显著差异(P>0.05)。 2)与CK相比,各处理在7-9月时短花针茅种群多度均显著增加(P<0.05),LG、MG和HG分别在7-9月平均增加37.34%、75.72%和99.32%;冷蒿种群多度均显著降低(P<0.05),分别降低61.26%、66.32%和99.31%;无芒隐子草除LG在9月无显著变化外,各处理在7-9月时种群多度均显著增加(P<0.05)。3)短花针茅与无芒隐子草主要表现为亲和关系,而在9月时从CK的亲和关系转化为HG的竞争关系;短花针茅与冷蒿主要表现为竞争关系,放牧未改变其种间关系。4)短花针茅与无芒隐子草对冷蒿的作用强度较大,而冷蒿对短花针茅和无芒隐子草的作用强度较小。5)模拟9月物种间空间分布发现,CK中短花针茅种群多度随无芒隐子草种群多度增加而增加,随冷蒿种群多度增加而呈降低的趋势;HG中冷蒿种群多度不随短花针茅与无芒隐子草的变化而变化,但随着无芒隐子草种群多度增加,短花针茅种群多度整体上呈波动下降的趋势,表明短花针茅与无芒隐子草之间的关系由CK中的亲和关系转变为HG下的竞争关系。综上,放牧会改变物种的种群多度及物种间的关系。  相似文献

旨在了解四川省松潘县牦牛体表蜱、高原鼠兔巴尔通体和无形体感染情况。采集牦牛体表的蜱和捕获高原鼠兔,对蜱进行形态学初步鉴定后,提取蜱和高原鼠兔脾总DNA,PCR扩增蜱16S rRNA、巴尔通体rpoB和无形体16S rRNA基因,对PCR产物阳性产物测序、比对及构建系统进化树,从而确定蜱种类及蜱和高原鼠兔感染巴尔通体和无形体的种类及感染率。结果显示:在松潘县进安乡、山巴乡、下八寨乡各采集到蜱102、97和131只,共计330只,经鉴定均为青海血蜱。蜱巴尔通体仅检出1种巴尔通体,与B.melophagi亲缘关系最近,进安乡、山巴乡和下八寨乡检出率分别为16.7%、8.2%和18.3%,其中下八寨乡检出率显著高于进安乡(P<0.05);蜱源无形体进安乡、山巴乡和下八寨乡检出率分别为9.8%、12.4%和26.7%,下八寨乡检出率显著高于进安乡(P<0.01),检出的无形体均为1种,与牛无形体(A.bovis)亲缘关系最近;下八寨乡检出的鼠兔源巴尔通体与B.queenslandens亲缘关系最近,感染率为6.7%;进安乡、山巴乡和下八寨乡检出的鼠兔源巴尔通体与B.grahamii亲缘关系最近,感染率分别为8.7%、17.9%和13.3%,3个点检出率无显著差异;未定种Bartonella sp.(MN296294)和Bartonella sp.(MN296293)仅分别在进安乡和下巴乡检出;与蜱均检出无形体不同,高原鼠兔均未检出无形体。此外,蜱和高原鼠兔均未发现2种及2种以上病原混合感染。松潘县青海血蜱携带巴尔通体和无形体,高原鼠兔感染巴尔通体,且首次在高原鼠兔体内检测到疑似B.queenslandens的病原体,提示当地居民有感染这两类病原风险。  相似文献
