本文阐述了欧洲鲟鱼在网箱中进行人工养殖切实可行是欧洲鲟鱼养殖的最佳模式,利用75m^2(3只网箱)养殖2欧洲鲟鱼试验,经过170天饲养鲟鱼454公斤,单产每平方米6.05公斤,出箱欧洲鲟鱼395民活率98.8%,平均规格1.15公斤,饲料系数2.5,投入产出比1:2.17,获得显著的经济效益和社会效益。总结出网箱养殖欧洲鲟鱼生产配套养殖工艺。  相似文献

在鲟鱼苗种培育转食阶段,多采用先喂活饵,再逐渐驯食投喂人工配合饲料的方法进行转食.利用地下河水进行杂交鲟鱼苗种流水养殖,直接采用微粒饲料进行鲟鱼苗开口,苗种成活率为74.0%,饵料系数为1.31,平均单产为23.64 kg/m2,投入产出比1:2.12,养殖成本为17.9元/kg,取得较好养殖效果,证明利用微粒饲料直接开口饲养是可行的.  相似文献

在辽宁省凤城市四门子镇新农水产养殖场进行金鳟鱼的养殖试验。养殖用水为当地山涧冷泉水,养殖水面为100m2,共投放单重20g的鱼种12000尾。试验期间,金鳟生长良好,成活率为99%,利润为12万元。试验结果表明,金鳟作为良好水环境的指示生物,具有极高的生态附加值,可以为进一步开发辽东山区的生态资源和冷水资源提供有效途径,为促进生态经济的协调发展奠定良好基础。  相似文献

虹鳟Oncorhynchus mykiss原产于北美地区,为典型的冷水性鱼类,是世界性重要经济养殖鱼类之一和水产遗传育种领域的重要研究对象。虹鳟是最早采用数量遗传学理论指导遗传选育的水产动物之一,BLUP育种值估计和配合力分析等遗传评定方法以及家系选育、杂交和配套系育种等技术均在虹鳟育种实践中广泛应用。淡水鱼类养殖中,必须使用遗传选育的优良品种的行业共识,最早在虹鳟中确立。目前,在欧洲、北美以及智利等主要鲑鳟鱼养殖国家和地区,虹鳟良种覆盖率均已达到90%以上。鉴于虹鳟仍是我国养殖产量最高的鲑鳟鱼类,其育种工作在许多非原产国都取得了令人瞩目的成就,本文以全球化的视角,从虹鳟养殖与选育的历史概况、虹鳟种业的主要技术手段及产业格局、主要虹鳟育种机构的组织形式与类型特点等方面,简要介绍了国际虹鳟种业的发展及对我国虹鳟种业的借鉴意义。  相似文献

运用IFE-PAGE电泳技术,对施氏鲟(Acipenser schrencki Amur sturgeon)、小体鲟(Acipenser ruthenus Linnaeus)、西伯利亚鲟(Acipenser baeri Siberian sturgeon)、哲罗鲑(Huchotaimen Taimen)和虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykissgo Lden rainbow trout)5种鱼类卵黄蛋白等电点的特性进行研究,建立了比较成熟的测定卵黄蛋白等电点的实验方法。5种鱼类卵黄蛋白等电聚焦电泳图谱都为3条带,表明5种鱼都是由3种卵黄蛋白组成,哲罗鲑和虹鳟卵黄蛋白都属于酸性类型,与鲟形目这3种鱼卵黄蛋白等电点差别较大。  相似文献

Carnivorous fish are two to three times as efficient as pigs and broilers in converting energy and protein to edible food for humans. As the domestication of fish continues, they will become more and more efficient and competitive with these industries. In the future, this will be very important, as more efficient utilization of available food resources is required to supply the growing human population with enough food. Today, about 1% of aquaculture production is based on genetically improved fish and shellfish. For salmonid fishes, we have the necessary knowledge to establish efficient breeding programmes. Large genetic variation has been associated with important economic traits. For growth rate, heritability ranges from 0.2 to 0.3, with a coefficient of variation of 20–30%. This implies that it is possible to obtain large responses from selection for growth rate. In several large‐scale experiments and in breeding programmes, 10–15% genetic change has been obtained per generation, which is much higher than that reported for other farm animals. In Norway, extensive breeding experiments with Atlantic salmon and rainbow trout were started in 1971. For the first two generations of selection, the breeding goal was growth rate. Age at sexual maturation (measured as frequency of grilse) was then included. From the fifth generation, disease resistance (measured by challenge test for furunculosis and the virus ISA) and meat quality (measured as fat percentage, fat distribution and flesh colour) were included. Today, Norsk Lakseavl AS (Norwegian Salmon Breeding Company Ltd) or NLA runs the National Breeding Programme and has two breeding stations where 400 full‐sib and half‐sib families of Atlantic salmon are tested in each of four year classes. For rainbow trout, the number of families totals 120 in each of three year classes. In 1997, the Norwegian production was 310 000 tons of Atlantic salmon and 33 000 tons of rainbow trout. At present, about 65% of the salmon and trout produced in Norway use genetically improved fish from NLA and multipliers. The cost–benefit ratio for the National Breeding Programme in Norway is estimated to be 1:15.  相似文献

Photoperiod enhancement of growth is becoming an area of increasing interest as a means of enhancing rainbow trout production efficiency in commercial practice. This paper examines the possible implications of shortening periods of constant light (LL) exposure on rainbow trout growth during autumn–spring grow-out under ambient water temperatures in freshwater to portion size. Triplicate groups of juvenile all-female rainbow trout were permanently exposed to LL in October, November, December or January. Growth was monitored and compared with those maintained under a simulated natural photoperiod (SNP) until the following May. Permanent exposure to LL (all treatments) resulted in significantly greater weight gain of rainbow trout than those under SNP. Furthermore, greatest growth was achieved when fish were left permanently exposed to LL from October. These findings suggest there may be implications for fish farmers if the period of photoperiod exposure is reduced, or timing of application is not considered with regards to ambient water temperatures.  相似文献

Abstract

The production characteristics of juvenile rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss and brook trout, Salvelinus fontinalis were compared under winter pond conditions. Juvenile rainbow trout (55.1 ±1.5 g) and brook trout (28.9 ±0.4 g) were stocked at a density of 8,750 fish/ha into six 0.04-ha ponds. After 163 days, survival, growth, and feed conversion were similar (P >0.05). The results of this study suggest that brook trout may attain growth rates similar to rainbow trout under winter pond conditions in temperate regions of North America.  相似文献

Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) is one of the most popular aquacultured species in the world. Sustainable production of this fish at commercial scale is very important but requires maintaining good water quality throughout the total rearing period. The present study aimed to develop a rainbow trout production index in order to raise awareness about the conditions of the rearing environment, enhance production, and reduce losses. For this purpose, an intensive rainbow trout production system was selected as the study system. In this system, there were seven stations including (a) 3000 5-g fish, (b) 3000 25-g fish, (c) 3000 50-g fish, (d) 3000 100-g fish, (e) 3000 220-g fish, (f) 2000 350-g fish, and (g) 2000 830-g fish. The fuzzy inference system was used to develop the target rearing index. Water quality parameters involved in the variation in the rainbow trout rearing conditions were classified into three groups including un-ionized ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate, Alkalinity and phosphate, along with dissolved oxygen and linear velocity. For each group and condition of rearing, a separate fuzzy inference system was defined and the output of each fuzzy system was named I1, I2, I3. Finally, I1, I2, and I3 were considered as the inputs to a fuzzy system in order to evaluate their effects on the index of general rearing conditions (I). The results indicated that un-ionized ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and phosphate had negative effects while dissolved oxygen, linear velocity, and alkalinity positively affected water quality and rearing index. Most of the decline in the rainbow trout rearing index was related to the effect of un-ionized ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate due to food decomposition. Therefore, intelligence feeding based on fish appetite through reducing food conversion rate and water pollution can improve rainbow trout production in this system. The index of rainbow trout production conditions reflects the type, amount, and effect of water quality pollutants on rearing conditions. Producers can use this information to reduce the negative environmental effects and improve the product quality.  相似文献

In order to find an efficient method for marking fish a tagging experiment has been carried out at the Fish Breeding Experimental Station, Sunndalsøra, Norway. Three different methods have been tried: jaw-tagging, cold-branding and tattooing with two different types of dye. During the winter 1972/1973 relatively large numbers of rainbow trout (12 602), sea trout (2 065) and salmon (13 141) were marked using the three marking methods mentioned. It was found that cold-branding with liquid nitrogen was the most rapid and inexpensive method for marking salmonids; after about one year between 87 and 92% of the fish can be identified.For cold-branding rainbow trout and sea trout an exposure time of 3 sec is too long.Tattooing with fluorescent pigments gave poor results in this experiment but could be a useful method for marking salmonids if a device could be constructed that tattoos bigger spots.Fast blue is not recommended for marking fast-growing salmonids.  相似文献

利用温流水小水体养殖鲟鱼,初步试验结果表明:放养规格在每尾长10-12cm时,放养密度可达到80-90v/m^2;当放养规格每尾长为30-35cm时,放养密度以50-60v/m^2为宜;鲟鱼的日均增重量随着个体的增重而增加;饲料系数随着鱼体的增大而增大。  相似文献

In some fish farms it is advantageous to transfer rainbow trout from fresh water to sea water at as small a size as possible. It has been shown that a relatively small reduction in salinity at the marine site can give appreciable improvements in survival rates during acclimation by smaller fish, thus rainbow trout of 15 g have routinely been put directly into sea cages at a salinity of 22% with mortality levels of from 1 to 8%.  相似文献
