从黑龙江省西瓜主产区分离露地西瓜果斑病病原菌18份,经过致病性测定,其中有8份对西瓜具有致病性。通过培养性状观察、显微形态观察、染色及生理生化测定,证明这8个菌株为燕麦食酸菌西瓜亚种。这8个菌株的寄主范围不尽相同。 相似文献

通过人工接种发病试验和长期自然发病观测,证明主干上病斑数量、感病指数和材积损失率三者成正相关,可作为杨树水泡型溃疡病防治的三项指标:主干上有病斑25个以下,感病指数10以下和材积损失率10%以下时,是溃疡病受害允许水平,不需采取防治措施,可保持自然平衡;主干上有病斑26~50个,感病指数10~20,材积损失率10%~20%,应加强经营管理,提高植株抗病能力;主干上有病斑51~75个,病情指数20~30,材积损失率30%左右,应重点进行药剂防治;主干上有病斑76~100个以上,病情指数40~50以上,材积损失率50%以上,应采取综合全面防治措施,或伐掉重新造林。 相似文献

杨树灰斑病是由杨捧盘孢菌(Coryneumpopullinum Breso)引起的重要病害,危害多种杨树,尤其青杨派的杨树易感病,如小叶杨(Populus simonii),小青杨(P·pseudo simonii)年年都有发生。近年来黑龙江省大力推广的杨树优良品种小黑杨(P·simonii×P·nigra)也普遍发生灰斑病,并且病情逐年加重,已给育苗生产造成了严重损失。为了寻求有效的防治方法,我们对其发病规律进行了调查研究,结合全国新农药林间试验,从一九八一年至一九八四年收集国内外部分新杀菌剂、国内正在研制的新农药、新剂型进行了防治试验,现将几年来的调查、试验 相似文献

近几年来,枣焦叶病在南皮县发病严重,据调查,在南皮县鲍官屯镇董丁庄村发病率达40%,个别地块高达60%,并呈逐年加重趋势。枣树染病后,首先叶片出现灰色斑.进而转褐,斑与斑相连导致顶端、外缘向内枯焦;枣吊顶部坏死焦枯。后期病叶发黄早落。幼果瘦小、早落。发病严重时病株在9月中、下旬出现二次萌芽,新叶发出后,重新感染发病。该病对树势、产量影响很大。 相似文献

黑龙江省的榛属有两个种即平榛与毛榛。平榛主要分布在全省山区、低山丘陵区;毛榛分布在除大兴安岭外山区的山坡灌丛中,以及阔叶林或针阔混交林林下。通过多年的研究在种质资源的保护、优良林分和优树的选择、良种选育、垦复园建设和红松榛子果林兼用园的建设上取得了重要进展。 相似文献

To elucidate mechanisms regulating ascorbic acid (AsA) biosynthesis and accumulation in the fruit and leaves of black currants, AsA and the activities of key enzymes in the ascorbate–glutathione (AsA–GSH) cycle were measured from fruit set to fruit ripening during fruit thinning treatments of three common commercial black currant cultivars that differed in their AsA levels: ‘Risager’ (low), ‘Brodtrop’ (medium) and ‘Adelinia’ (high). Treatments were 50% fruit reduction (50% of total fruit set) by hand, control was no thinning. Fruit thinning treatment significantly increased AsA content in fruit of all three cultivars from weeks 2 to 8, significantly decreased AsA content in leaves from weeks 3 to 8. Dehydroascorbate reductase and monodehydroascorbate reductase activities in fruit and leaves had a similar pattern, increasing during week 2, rose until they peaked in week 4. Ascorbate peroxidase activity in fruit in the thinning treatment was slightly lower than in the control. Fruit thinning was shown to be a good model to test AsA biosynthesis regulation and accumulation in black currants. The results from our study provided strong evidence that AsA–GSH cycle involved in AsA synthesis and accumulation in fruit. 相似文献

为选育良种及为产业生产提供优质穗条,在腾冲红花油茶集中分布的滇西5县(区)开展优树选择。按照优树选择标准,经初选、复选、决选共选出优树50株,其平均单果重66.42g变幅39.7~99.9、鲜果出干籽率18.19%变幅14.1-25.2、种子出仁率69.35%变幅60,93~77.76、仁油率55.90%变幅50.89-62.68、果油率7.05%变幅5.2-10.2、果实产量3.53kg/m^2变幅1.55~8.47,优树间种实性状及果实产量差异仍然较大。利用优树无性系建立3个品比试验园,为长期保存优树种质、良种选育及开展种间杂交育种工作创造了条件。 相似文献

Baobab fruit are harvested and used throughout Africa as an important source of food and are sold to generate income. Commercial use is increasing rapidly as derivatives of the fruit such as baobab seed oil and fruit pulp are being exported to Europe and North America. The cash derived from the sale of fruit support thousands of rural people. This study examines baobab fruit yields in an area being harvested for commercial use. It represents baobab populations and harvesting scenarios typically found in Southern Africa and is the first study in Africa to combine demographic and production data in determining baobab fruit yields.Fruit production was examined across five land-use types (nature reserves, rocky outcrops, plains, fields and villages) and over three consecutive years. Factors assessed included differences in life-stage, tree size, land-use type, inter-annual variation and quantifiable fruit predation.Results showed that adult trees produced 8 times more fruit than sub-adult trees. Fruit production fluctuated between size-classes and exhibited weak linear and logarithmic trends between fruit production and dbh and crown volume, respectively. There was high variation between trees with 41% of adult trees consistently producing <5 fruit per year, which we classed as ‘poor-producers’. Different land uses showed no significant differences in fruit production per tree, but where baboons were present, in nature reserves and rocky outcrops, predation of immature fruit resulted in up to 85% fruit loss. Villages and fields had the highest tree density and yielded the most fruit/ha. Inter-annual variation was significant with a two and a half fold difference between the highest and lowest year.The results of this study are important for economic planning and management and are key to determining sustainable harvesting levels of baobab fruit in Southern Africa. 相似文献
