在实验室水温26±1℃、盐度28±1的条件下,对眼斑双锯鱼(Amphiprion ocellaris)胚胎发育过程中的形态学变化和时间进行了观察研究。结果表明,眼斑双锯鱼受精卵属一端带有附着丝的沉性卵,呈长椭圆形,长径2.0±0.1 mm,短径0.95±0.1 mm;其卵裂方式为端黄卵盘状卵裂;胚胎发育可分为10个主要阶段:卵裂前期、卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠期、神经胚期、体节期、翻转期、血管形成期、器官形成期和孵化期。发育过程中胚胎的颜色逐渐加深,呈现由橙黄色到棕黄色的变化;在26℃水温条件下,整个胚胎发育过程需200 h左右。  相似文献

为了掌握匙吻鲟(Polyodon spathula)仔稚鱼摄食前后的生长规律及其能量代谢情况,研究了孵化后第3、5、7、13、19、25天匙吻鲟仔稚鱼生长特征与体脂肪酸组成变化。结果表明,摄食前匙吻鲟仔鱼全长(L_1)生长方程为:L_1=0.1288t_1+0.7134(3≤t_1≤7),R~2=0.9993;摄食后匙吻鲟仔稚鱼全长(L_2)生长方程为:L_2=0.9133e~(0.0785t_2)(7t_2≤25),R~2=0.9913;2个阶段全长(L)生长方程为:L=0.8948e~(0.0796t)(3≤t≤25),R~2=0.9950。摄食前匙吻鲟仔鱼体重(W_1)生长方程为:W_1=0.0035t_1-0.0032(3≤t_1≤7),R~2=0.9932;摄食后仔稚鱼体重(W_2)生长方程为:W_2=0.0061e~(0.1893t_2)(7t_2≤25),R~2=0.9948;2个阶段体重(W)生长方程为:W=0.0049 e~(0.2004t)(3≤t≤25),R~2=0.9911。2个阶段匙吻鲟仔稚鱼体重(W)与全长(L)的幂函数关系为:W=0.007L~(2.513)。前仔鱼期,随着孵化天数的增加,匙吻鲟饱和脂肪酸(SFA)比例显著升高(P0.05);单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)比例显著下降(P0.05);多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)比例无显著变化;其中,亚油酸(C_(18)∶2 n-6)、α-亚麻酸(C_(18)∶3 n-3)、n-6 PUFA比例显著下降(P0.05),EPA(C_(20)∶5 n-3)、DHA(C_(22)∶6 n-3)、n-3 PUFA比例显著升高(P0.05);摄食生物饵料后,随着孵化天数的增加,匙吻鲟SFA比例先升高后下降(P0.05);MUFA比例先下降后升高再下降(P0.05);PUFA比例先升高后下降再升高(P0.05);其中C_(18)∶2 n-6先升高后下降,EPA、DHA呈相反趋势(P0.05),C_(18)∶3 n-3先升高后下降再升高(P0.05)。研究表明,随着孵化时间的延长,摄食前匙吻鲟仔鱼全长和体重均呈线性增长,摄食后均呈指数增长,2个阶段匙吻鲟仔稚鱼全长和体重均呈指数增长,体重与全长呈幂函数关系;前仔鱼期,匙吻鲟仔鱼对体内不同脂肪酸利用顺序为MUFAn-6 PUFAn-3 PUFA和SFA;摄食后,生物饵料脂肪酸组成对匙吻鲟仔稚鱼脂肪酸组成的影响日益显著。  相似文献

黄鳍金枪鱼(Thunnus albacares)是生态系统中的顶级捕食者, 是海洋生态系统能量流动及物质循环的重要一环。为研究太平洋黄鳍金枪鱼在个体发育过程中的摄食变化以及不同海域营养生态位差异, 根据 2019 年东太平洋和 2021 年中西太平洋海域金枪鱼渔船采集的黄鳍金枪鱼样本, 对其肌肉的脂肪酸组成及特征进行了分析研究。结果显示, 黄鳍金枪鱼肌肉检测出 34 种脂肪酸, 包括 16 种饱和脂肪酸(SFA), 8 种单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA), 10 种多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)。黄鳍金枪鱼肌肉脂肪酸中 SFA 含量与 PUFA 含量呈负相关, MUFA 含量与 PUFA 含量呈正相关。SFA 含量与叉长呈显著负相关, MUFA、PUFA 含量与叉长呈显著正相关。中西太平洋和东太平洋黄鳍金枪鱼肌肉脂肪酸含量存在差异, 两海域之间脂肪酸组成平均不相似性为 18.85%, 主要差异来自 n-3 系列多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3 PUFA)、SFA、PUFA、C22∶6n3 (DHA)、Cl6∶0、Cl8∶1n9、MUFA、C22∶6n3/C20∶5n3 (DHA/EPA)、 C18∶0、n-6 系列多不饱和脂肪酸(n-6 PUFA)。主成分分析显示, 黄鳍金枪鱼的营养级越高, 肉食性越高, 以甲藻和硅藻为食源的生物对黄鳍金枪鱼的能量来源贡献越大。相反, 营养级越低的黄鳍金枪鱼主要摄食以细菌、陆地植物和植食性桡足类为食源的生物。主成分回归表明, 黄鳍金枪鱼随叉长增大, 其营养级增加, 肉食性提高, 食性逐渐由以甲壳类和头足类向虾和硬骨鱼等富含多种特征脂肪酸的生物转变。东太平洋黄鳍金枪鱼较中西太平洋肉食性更强, 营养级更高, 甲壳类对其能量贡献更大。  相似文献

以野生日本鬼鲉人工催产获得的受精卵为实验材料,定量检测了日本鬼鲉胚胎及卵黄囊仔鱼发育过程中脂肪组成及脂肪酸含量.结果表明:日本鬼鲉胚胎及卵黄囊仔鱼的总脂肪含量为13.85%~ 11.66%,极性脂肪占总脂肪含量为75.39%~ 72.20%.总脂肪及极性脂肪含量在胚胎发育阶段无显著变化,在卵黄囊仔鱼阶段随发育而显著下降.中性脂肪含量在胚胎发育阶段有显著变化,在卵黄囊仔鱼阶段其含量相对稳定.野生日本鬼鲉胚胎及卵黄囊仔鱼总脂肪的主要脂肪酸为DHA(22∶6n-3),16∶0,ARA(20∶4n-6),EPA(20∶5n-3),18∶0和18∶1n-9.总脂肪及极性脂肪的DHA,ARA,EPA含量(mg/gDW)均随胚胎和卵黄囊仔鱼的发育而显著下降,且DHA和ARA含量均在胚胎囊胚期至尾芽期大幅降低.中性脂EPA和DHA含量随发育呈先升后降,其峰值分别出现在初孵仔鱼和2日龄(2DPH)卵黄囊仔鱼.中性脂ARA含量随发育逐步升高,峰值出现在3日龄(3DPH)卵黄囊仔鱼.在胚胎发育前期,总脂肪DHA和ARA相对EPA被选择性消耗,饱和脂肪酸(SFAs)和多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)相对单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFAs)被机体选择性消耗,N-6PUFA相对N-3 PUFA被选择性消耗;在胚胎发育后期及卵黄囊仔鱼阶段,总脂肪EPA相对DHA和ARA被选择性消耗.在胚胎和卵黄囊仔鱼发育过程中,SFAs中16∶0相对18∶0被选择性消耗.胚胎发育后期阶段和卵黄囊仔鱼阶段,总脂肪MUFAs中16∶1相对18∶1被选择性消耗.实验表明日本鬼鲉胚胎及卵黄囊仔鱼发育阶段极性脂肪中DHA、ARA和EPA可以向中性脂肪中转移,胚胎和卵黄囊仔鱼对不同类别脂肪中的重要脂肪酸的消耗具有选择性,且其选择性与发育阶段相关.  相似文献

对人工培育的90-180日龄的大黄鱼鱼种,用GC/MS法分析比较了其肌肉和肝脏的脂肪酸组成,肌肉和肝脏分别检出脂肪酸25种和42种.试验结果表明,7-10月,肌肉中的脂肪不断积累,而肝脏中则保持相对恒定,且是肌肉的1.7~3倍;2种组织中均以C16∶0(棕榈酸)含量最高,其次为C18∶1(油酸);肝脏中脂肪酸以饱和脂肪酸(SFA)为主,SFA的平均含量是多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)的4倍,而肌肉中的SFA平均含量则与PUFA基本相当;花生四烯酸(AA)、二十碳五烯酸(EPA)、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)及亚油酸(C18∶2)等n-3和n-6系列的PUFA在肌肉中含量更高;大黄鱼鱼种首先利用肌肉组织中以C16∶0为主的十八碳以下的SFA作为能量来源,而不轻易动用肝脏贮藏的能量.通过与幼鱼和成鱼比较可知,随着鱼体的成长,其脂肪酸种类不断丰富,组成也更趋合理.  相似文献

采用生物化学方法测定和分析了河川沙塘鳢(Odontobutis potamophila)胚胎、仔鱼发育过程中脂类的含量及脂肪酸的组成。结果显示,随着胚胎和仔鱼的发育,其总脂的含量呈下降趋势,饱和脂肪酸(SFA)的含量亦呈现出下降趋势,单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)的含量在胚胎期保持稳定、在仔鱼期下降,而多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)却呈现出不断增长的趋势。在整个胚胎和仔鱼发育过程中,平均含量最高的脂肪酸依次是C16∶0、C18∶1n-9、C18∶0、C16∶1、C22∶6n-3(DHA)和C20∶5n-3(EPA)。结果表明:河川沙塘鳢在胚胎和仔鱼发育过程中有消耗饱和脂肪酸和单不饱和脂肪酸,而保存n-3系列和n-6系列的高度不饱和脂肪酸的趋势,饱和脂肪酸被作为胚胎期能量代谢的主要来源,单不饱和脂肪酸被作为仔鱼期能量代谢的主要来源,而C18∶3n-3(亚麻酸)和C18∶2n-6(亚油酸)被用于合成DHA、EPA和C20∶4n-6(AA)。  相似文献

为研究不同脂肪源对黄颡鱼幼鱼生长性能、体成分、血清生化指标、体组织脂肪酸组成及抗氧化能力的影响,进行为期8周的养殖实验。实验配制了4种分别添加有椰子油(CO)、苏子油(PO)、葵花籽油(SO)、鱼油与葵花籽油1∶1混合油(FO/SO)的等氮等脂的饲料,喂养平均初始体质量为(1.52±0.00)g的黄颡鱼幼鱼。实验结果显示:不同脂肪源对黄颡鱼终末体质量(FBW)、增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)和成活率(SR)均无显著影响,对饲料系数(FCR)影响显著,各组SR均在95%以上。各组间的肝体比(HSI)、肥满度(CF)均有显著性差异,而脏体比(VSI)和肠脂比(IPR)无显著性差异。HSI和CF均以鱼油与葵花籽油1∶1混合油(FO/SO)组最高,葵花籽油(SO)组最低。黄颡鱼的鱼体水分、粗蛋白和灰分不受饲料脂肪源的影响,而椰子油(CO)组的粗脂肪含量显著高于其他3组,为10.51%,剩余3组间无显著性差异。饲料中脂肪源对黄颡鱼肌肉、肝脏组织脂肪酸组成和含量影响显著,并且肌肉和肝脏中脂肪酸含量变化与饲料中相应脂肪酸含量变化基本一致,椰子油(CO)组组织中饱和脂肪酸(SFA)含量最高,苏子油(PO)组组织中亚麻酸(ALA)和n-3 PUFA含量最高,葵花籽油(SO)组组织中亚油酸(LA)和n-6 PUFA含量最高,而鱼油与葵花籽油1∶1混合油(FO/SO)组组织中脂肪酸较为均衡。黄颡鱼血清中的总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLOB)、白蛋白/球蛋白(A/G)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)、血糖(GLU)、肌酸激酶(CK)含量不受饲料脂肪源的影响。各组黄颡鱼肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽S转移酶(GST)活性有显著差异。椰子油(CO)组的SOD和GST活性最高,而MDA含量最低。研究表明,在添加豆油的基础上,椰子油、苏子油、葵花籽油和鱼油与葵花籽油1∶1混合油都可以用作黄颡鱼饲料的脂肪源;证实了鱼体组织中脂肪酸组成基本可以反映饲料脂肪酸组成,并且说明了黄颡鱼具有延长和去饱和ALA和LA的能力。  相似文献

对乌苏里鮠受精卵及其胚胎发育特征进行了观察和描述,总结出乌苏里鮠胚胎发育时序。乌苏里鮠受精卵为粘性卵、球形、橘黄色、半透明、卵径2mm左右。在水温25.5~26℃,有效积温1 285.27℃.h,经过49h26min仔鱼破膜孵出。根据乌苏里鮠胚胎发育的形态特征,胚胎发育分为受精卵、胚盘形成期、卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠期、神经胚期、器官形成期、出膜期8个阶段。  相似文献

采用毛细管气相色谱法,对贵州锦江河繁殖期产卵前后黄颡鱼肌肉中的脂肪酸组成进行了测定。结果显示:黄颡鱼产卵前后肌肉中脂肪酸种类都比较丰富,含有有22种脂肪酸。油酸(C18:1n-9)所占比例最高,其次是软脂酸(C16:0)、硬脂酸(C18:0)和棕榈酸(C16:In-7),分别占总脂肪酸的40.31%-43.90%、22.94%-25.05%、6.05%-7.75%、6.26%-7.00%。廿碳五烯酸(C20:5n-3,EPA)和廿二碳六烯酸(C22:6n-3,DHA)之和占4.69%~5.38%,其中EPA约占总脂肪酸的1.4%,DHA占3.6%。同产卵前相比,软脂酸(C16:0)、硬脂酸(C18:0)、亚油酸(C18:2n-6)和花生四烯酸(C20:4n-6,ARA)所占比例下降较大,而C15:0、C22:0、亚麻酸(C18:3n-3)的比例显著升高。研究表明在黄颡鱼产卵后的饲料配制中,需要适当添加脂类物质,以恢复其在产卵后的体质。  相似文献

Lipid classes and fatty acid levels were analyzed in freshly fertilized eggs, early and late embryo development, and freshly hatched larvae obtained from wild and captive silverside Chirostoma estor estor broodstock, as well as in plankton, Artemia, and pelleted feed. The concentration of triglycerides (TGs) and highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFAs) in neutral lipid fraction significantly decreased during early development and especially after hatching, whereas phospholipids and HUFA in polar lipid fraction remained constant. These results indicate that TGs rather than PLs are used as energy sources and that all HUFAs [20:4n-6/arachidonic acid (ARA), 20:5n-3/eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and 22:6n-3/docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)] of polar lipids are selectively conserved during early development. High levels of DHA (30%, on average, of total fatty acids) and low levels of EPA (4%) were observed in eggs, embryos, and larvae and did not reflect the proportions of these fatty acids in food. Preferential accumulation of DHA from food consumed by broodstock, and then transference to eggs, was probably occurring. The main difference between eggs from both origins was a low level of ARA in eggs from captive fish (4% of total fatty acids) compared to wild fish (9%). This could be associated with a deficiency in the diet that is not compensated for by desaturation/elongation of 18:2n-6 and, possibly, with greater stress in captive fish. In any case, particular requirements of ARA should be determined to optimize the culture of C. estor.  相似文献

ABSTRACT:   Changes in lipid content and fatty acid composition of muscle, liver and ovary of captive-reared and wild silver Japanese eel Anguilla japonica were examined during artificial maturation induced by salmon pituitary homogenate (SPH) injections. Although the relative levels of n-3 and n-6 highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFA) in liver and ovary were higher than in muscle in both captive and wild silver eels before SPH injection, these tended to decrease with maturation. The relative levels of n-6 HUFA in muscle, liver, ovary and eggs of wild silver eels were remarkably higher than those in captive eels. Therefore, we attempted to alter the ratio of n-6 HUFA in eggs by feeding eels a diet supplemented with linoleic acid-rich plant oil. Although the percentage of n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids to total fatty acids in eggs of eels fed the supplemented diet was similar to wild silver eels, the percentage of n-6 HUFA remained remarkably lower than in wild silver eels. Hence, it appears that the supplemented diet affected the fatty acid composition of eggs, but did not result in much conversion of linoleic acid to its higher homologs in eels.  相似文献

Changes in the fatty acid profiles of the Percichthyid fish trout cod, Maccullochella macquariensis (Cuvier), and Murray cod, M. peelii peelii (Mitchell), two Australian native freshwater fish species, were investigated during early development from egg to yolk-sac-resorbed larval stage. In the two Percichthyid fishes polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) accounted for more than 50 % of the 19 quantified fatty acids in total lipid. The fatty acids that occurred in the highest abundance in both trout cod and Murray cod, in all developmental stages, in order, were docosahexaenoic acid [DHA 22:6(n-3)], arachidonic acid [AA 20:4(n-6)], oleic acid [18:1(n-9)] and palmitic acid (16:0), all of which exceeded 100 μg per mg total lipid in most instances. The ratio of 22:6(n-3) to eicosapentaenoic acid- 20:5(n-3) in eggs of trout cod and Murray cod was 5.4:1 and 7.3:1, respectively, and remained almost unchanged through development, and was considerably higher than the 2:1 ratio generally reported for fish eggs. In trout cod, 11 of the 19 fatty acids in total lipid decreased during the transformation from egg to yolk-sac-resorbed larva. In Murray cod, only 16:1(n-7) showed a significant decrease whilst 20:4(n-6) increased significantly with development. Overall, there was a tendency in both species to conserve n-3 and n-6 series highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFA), suggesting their essentiality in first feeding larvae. These observations are discussed in relation to the feeding habits of trout cod and Murray cod, which are top order, freshwater carnivores.  相似文献

研究了黄颡鱼受精卵孵化期间和仔鱼发育阶段脂肪含量和脂肪酸的组成变化规律.采用常规化学分析方法和气相色谱法对黄颡鱼从鱼卵受精开始至仔鱼孵化后未投饵的7 d内的脂肪含量和脂肪酸组成进行测定.结果表明,受精卵在整个孵化期间脂肪含量有下降趋势.受精卵中不饱和脂肪酸含量大于饱和脂肪酸含量.受精卵在整个孵化期间各种脂肪酸含量无明显变化.仔鱼孵化后,鱼体总脂肪含量急剧下降,总脂含量从0日龄的4.57%降低到7日龄的0.75%.仔鱼在饥饿期间鱼体脂肪酸组成发生明显变化,单不饱和脂肪酸含量下降最为明显,尤其是C18:1.仔鱼在饥饿期间,脂肪酸按n-9>n-6>n-3顺序被先后利用,黄颡鱼仔鱼发育阶段主要以单不饱和脂肪酸作为能量代谢基质,而C20:4n6(AA)和C22:6n3(DHA)优先于C20:5n3(EPA)被保存下来.  相似文献

The effects of dietary n-3 highly unsaturated fatty acid (n-3 HUFA) on eggs and larval quality were investigated in the Chilean flounder Paralichthys adspersus . Broodstock were fed with three formulated diets with similar proximate compositions but different n-3 HUFA (2.1%, 3.1% or 4.1%) estimated levels from 5 months before and during the spawning period. The diet with an intermediate n-3 HUFA level resulted in a significantly higher ( P <0.05) percentage of buoyant eggs (68.2 ± 2.9%), fertilization (92.8 ± 3.9%), normal cell cleavages (93.5 ± 1.9%), hatching rate (87.7 ± 4.1%) and normal larvae (76.3 ± 3.7%) compared with the other two diets. In contrast, high levels of n-3 HUFA produced larvae with a higher survival capacity when subjected to fasting. The diet with the lowest content of n-3 HUFA produces lower quality eggs and larvae. The n-3 HUFA level in eggs increased with an increase in the dietary level, and the n-3/n-6 ratios were 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1. The DHA/EPA and EPA/ARA ratios of 2 and 4 in eggs, respectively, were associated with improved egg and larval quality and were similar to the ratios found in eggs from wild broodstock. Attainment of optimal fatty acid contents in broodstock diets is one of the key factors for producing the high-quality spawning required for managed culture of this flounder.  相似文献

A feeding experiment was conducted on gilthead seabream (Sparus aurata) broodstock to investigate the incidence of n-3 highly unsaturated fatty acids (n-3 HUFA) dietary deficiencies on the lipid composition of female liver, gonads and eggs, in relation to spawning quality. Broodstock were fed a control (C) diet or a n-3 HUFA deficient (D) but linolenic acid rich diet. After 20 weeks of feeding, the results showed that levels of total neutral (TNL) and total polar (TPL) lipids of female gonads and eggs were independent of diet. However the fatty acid composition of phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and phosphatidylinositol (PI) of female liver, gonads and eggs in the two groups of fish showed marked differences, reflecting the influence of fatty acid levels in the broodstock diets. This influence was even higher in TNL than in the phospholipid classes examined. In fish fed n-3 HUFA deficient diet, fatty acid composition of TNL of female gonads and eggs reflected the diet more than liver. A higher egg production in broodstock fed C diet (1.8% n-3 HUFA in diet) was extended to spawning quality such as percentages of fertilised and hatched eggs.  相似文献

采用生化方法分析了俄罗斯鲟(Acipenser gueldenstaedti)和西伯利亚鲟(Acipenser baerii)鱼卵的营养成分,并对两者的营养品质进行了比较。结果表明:这两种鱼卵的水分含量平均值为62.83%~64.88%,粗蛋白平均含量为20.38%~20.77%,粗脂平均含量为10.41%~13.58%。统计分析表明,俄罗斯鲟鱼卵的粗脂肪含量显著低于西伯利亚鲟鱼卵,而粗蛋白、水分和灰分含量略高于西伯利亚鲟鱼卵。俄罗斯鲟鱼卵和西伯利亚鲟鱼卵的氨基酸组成一致,均含有17种氨基酸,必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)分别为50.66和44.43。两种鲟鱼卵的脂肪酸中,均以C16∶0、C18∶2n6c和DHA为主要脂肪酸,三者总的质量分数达50%左右;而二十碳五烯酸(EPA)与二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)的总量俄罗斯鲟鱼卵高于西伯利亚鲟鱼卵,在两种鱼卵中含量分别为19.47%和16.83%。分析结果表明,两种鲟鱼卵均含有丰富的各种营养成分,但从粗蛋白、必需氨基酸(EAA)、DHA和n3PUFA含量来看,俄罗斯鲟鱼卵的营养价值优于西伯利亚鲟鱼卵。  相似文献

The influence of broodstock dietary lipids on egg quality and egg fatty acid composition throughout the spawning season of gilthead seabream was investigated. For this purpose, the fish were fed for 7 months either a control diet (diet C) or a diet deficient in n−3 highly unsaturated fatty acids (n−3 HUFA) but rich in both oleic (18:1n−9) and linolenic (18:3n−3) acids (diet D). Eggs spawned by both groups of fish were sampled at the beginning, middle and end of the spawning season and the fatty acid composition of their neutral (NL) and polar lipids (PL) determined. In the early season, percentages of fertilized and hatched eggs, relative proportions of NL and PL as well as their fatty acid compositions, were not affected by the lipid composition of the broodstock diet. However, the eggs spawned during the middle and late seasons showed marked differences among the two groups of fish, clearly reflecting the influence of dietary fatty acids. This influence was more evident in the neutral lipid fraction than in the polar lipids. No correlation was found between the number of buoyant eggs and eicosapentaenoic (20:5n−3, EPA), docosahexaenoic (22:6n−3, DHA) fatty acids or total n−3 HUFA contents in egg phospholipids. However, a negative correlation was detected when percentages of fertilized eggs were compared with the levels of 18:1n−9, 18:3n−3 and with the ratio 18:1n−9/n−3 HUFA present in the phospholipids. Our results indicate the importance of maintaining not only the level of n−3 HUFA in egg membrane phospholipids, but also the balance between n−3 HUFA and other fatty acids such as 18:1n−9 and 18:3n−3, in order to obtain a high spawning quality.  相似文献

采用毛细管气相色谱法,对产卵前后大鳍鳠肌肉中的脂肪酸组成进行了测定。结果表明,大鳍鳠肌肉中脂肪酸种类丰富,含有22种脂肪酸,油酸(C18:1n-9)所占比例最高,其次为软脂酸(C16:0)、棕榈酸(C16:1n-7)、亚油酸(C18:2n-6),所占比例分别为22.38%~37.57%、18.86%~23.95%、7.00%~11.52%、7.46%~9.97%。EPA和DHA在大鳍鳠肌肉中占有较高的比例,EPA占总脂肪酸的5.39%,DHA占5.44%。在野生大鳍鳠产卵前后的22种脂肪酸中有8种饱和脂肪酸(SFA),6种单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)和8种多饱和脂肪酸(PUFA),大鳍鳠肌肉中脂肪酸在产卵前后表现出差异。  相似文献
