0~3周龄肉仔鸡日粮中维生素E的适宜供给量研究   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
为了探讨0~3周龄肉仔鸡日粮中维生素E的适宜供给量,将一日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡900只分成5个处理组,每组含6个供测定生产性能用的重复小组(各小组22只,公母各半)和1个含公雏鸡45只的小组,以便采血、屠宰取器官供测定α生育酚和硫巴比妥酸反应物质(TBARS)。各组的基础日粮相同,含α生育酚13mg/kg,各组日粮中分别添加dlα生育酚醋酸酯0、5、10、50和100mg/kg。试验结果表明,0~3周龄肉仔鸡的玉米豆粕豆油型日粮中不同维生素E水平不明显影响采食量;维生素E含量达到18~23mg/kg以上才能维持肉仔鸡正常的快速生长及11~21日龄阶段血浆恒定的α生育酚含量,当日粮中只含维生素E13mg/kg时,血浆和肝脏中α生育酚明显随鸡日龄增大而耗竭(P<005)。日粮中维生素E含量达到113mg/kg时,肉仔鸡肝脏组织的α生育酚含量在各日龄点明显最高(P<005)且较恒定,TBARS值在11、16及21日龄时最低且与含维生素E13mg/kg和18mg/kg组的差异显著,说明抗氧化能力最强。  相似文献

小麦戊聚糖对肉仔鸡内源氮及氨基酸分泌的影响   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
本试验采用酶解酪蛋白和超滤的方法研究小麦麸皮水提取戊聚糖(WEP)和碱提取戊聚糖A(EP)对肉仔鸡内源氮及氨基酸分泌的影响。60只35日龄肉仔鸡随机分成3组,对应3种日粮处理,分别是纯合日粮对照组,纯合日粮添加4%WEP或4%AEP试验组。结果表明,与对照组纯合日粮相比,添加W EP和AEP肉仔鸡内源氮的分泌量分别增加8%和13%P(>0.05),同时,显著增加了肉仔鸡内源氨基酸的分泌(P<0.05),其中AEP对促进内源氮和氨基酸分泌的作用更大。添加AEP比添加WEP肉仔鸡内源氨基酸分泌量提高26%(P>0.05),是对照组纯合日粮分泌量的3.42倍(P<0.05),添加W EP的氨基酸分泌量是对照组的2.71倍(P<0.05)。说明小麦戊聚糖能够作用于肉仔鸡肠壁从而增加其内源氮和氨基酸分泌。  相似文献

鸡饲料中氨基酸消化率检测方法的比较   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
在2个试验中,利用肉仔鸡(7日龄和21日龄)标准回肠氨基酸消化率测定法和"定量饲喂"去盲肠成年公鸡氨基酸真消化率测定法,对数种鸡饲料原料的氨基酸消化率进行比较研究。试验1分别以豆粕、棉籽粕、禽类副产品粉和鱼粉作为试验日粮的唯一蛋白质源,试验2则分别以玉米、小麦、豆粕、禽类副产品粉、羽毛粉和鱼粉为试验日粮唯一的蛋白质源。以硅藻土(celite)为不可消化的标记物,按1.5%的浓度加入试验日粮。试验肉仔鸡在0~7日龄(试验1)和4~7日龄及17~21日龄(试验2)期间自由采食试验日粮,分别于7日龄(试验1、试验2)和21日龄(试验2)对试验鸡实施安乐死,同时收集回肠消化糜样本。另外,选择21周龄单冠白来航成年公鸡作嗉囊插管手术,以进行试验日粮氨基酸真消化率测定。检测结果表明,试验1中用7日龄肉仔鸡测得的日粮氨基酸消化率显著低于用去盲肠成年公鸡测得的结果,试验2中用7日龄和21日龄肉仔鸡测得的试验日粮中大部分必需氨基酸的消化率没有显著差异。但是,用7日龄和21日龄肉仔鸡测得的部分氨基酸消化率显著低于用去盲肠成年公鸡测得的结果。本研究表明,利用肉仔鸡和成年公鸡测得的氨基酸消化率存在着一定的差异,这些差异可能与所用测定鸡的日龄或两种测定法所采用方法上的差异造成的。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究1~21日龄雌性肉仔鸡表观回肠可消化色氨酸需要量及饲粮色氨酸水平对肉仔鸡肉品质、抗氧化指标和免疫指标的影响。试验选取480只1日龄雌性商品代肉雏鸡,随机分成5个处理,每个处理8个重复,每个重复12只鸡。采用含0.170%色氨酸的玉米-豆粕-玉米蛋白粉型基础饲粮,分别在其中添加0、0.021%、0.042%、0.063%和0.084%晶体L-色氨酸,使饲粮色氨酸水平分别为0.170%、0.191%、0.213%、0.234%和0.248%。测定1~21日龄肉仔鸡生产性能、胸肌品质、抗氧化指标、免疫指标和21~25日龄肉仔鸡氨基酸表观消化率和表观回肠消化率。结果表明:饲粮色氨酸水平显著影响1~21日龄肉仔鸡采食量及增重(P<0.05),采食量及增重与饲粮表观回肠可消化色氨酸水平呈现二次曲线关系(P<0.05)。1~21日龄肉仔鸡获得最大增重的饲粮表观回肠可消化色氨酸水平为0.176%,表观回肠可消化色氨酸摄入量为68.15 mg/d。与饲粮色氨酸水平0.170%相比,饲粮色氨酸水平0.213%及0.248%可显著降低肉仔鸡胸肌丙二醛含量、肝脏总超氧化物歧化酶活性和血清谷丙转氨酶活性(P<0.05),饲粮色氨酸水平0.248%可显著提高肉仔鸡屠宰后45 min胸肌pH、肠道总分泌型免疫球蛋白A浓度及血清总免疫球蛋白A浓度(P<0.05)。由此可知,1~21日龄雌性肉仔鸡获得最大增重的表观回肠可消化色氨酸需要量为0.176%(68.15 mg/d)。提高饲粮色氨酸水平可减轻肉仔鸡组织细胞脂质过氧化损伤,降低屠宰后肉仔鸡胸肌酸度,改善肉仔鸡肠道黏膜免疫和体液免疫能力。  相似文献

研究日粮中添加由枯草芽孢杆菌、低聚木糖和低聚甘露糖复合制成的合生素对肉仔鸡生长性能、血液生化指标及养分利用率的影响。选择1日龄"科宝48"肉仔鸡450只,随机分成5个日粮处理,分别为基础日粮、基础日粮+抗生素、基础日粮+益生素、基础日粮+益生元、基础日粮+合生素,每处理3个重复,每个重复30只。试验分前期(1~21日龄)和后期(22~42日龄)。结果表明:合生素可提高试鸡Ca和P的消化率(P005),但对粗灰分和粗蛋白的利用率无影响(P005);日粮添加合生素比单独应用益生素、益生元或抗生素对肉仔鸡的平均日增重和饲料转化效率均有显著的改进效果(P005);提高了试鸡21日龄和42日龄血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、溶菌酶的活性,降低了丙二醛(MDA)的含量(P005)。  相似文献

为了研究肉仔鸡体内器官中是否存在转基因稻谷所表达的外源蛋白,为转基因水稻品系进一步的饲用或食用安全性研究奠定基础,试验将200只1日龄的AA肉仔鸡随机分成2组,试验组、对照组,分别饲喂转基因稻谷及其亲本配制的基础日粮,采用Western blotting方法对饲喂转基因稻谷及其亲本稻谷种子、饲料及其对应粪便,各组肉仔鸡的胸肌、腿肌、肝脏、肾脏、血液、腺胃、肌胃、十二指肠肠壁、空肠肠壁、回肠肠壁的转基因外源蛋白在肉仔鸡体内的表达情况进行了检测。结果表明:采用Western blotting技术未在肉仔鸡体内各器官中检测到转基因稻谷所转录表达的外源蛋白,转基因蛋白成分能够被机体完全消化,肉仔鸡粪便中未检测到所转录的外源蛋白,转基因蛋白不会通过粪便在自然界传播。  相似文献

研究了在各种类型饲料中添加氯化钴,硫酸铜和硫酸铁对肉用仔鸡肉中蛋白质蓄积的影响.试验分别在三个不同地区的禽场进行。试验鸡为《肉用仔鸡-6》杂交鸡,添加氯化钴组为一日龄雏鸡,每公斤基础日粮中钴剂量为20.2-30.3-50毫克.使基础日粮中钴的含量达到0.39毫克/公斤,试验共进行21天,添加硫酸铜组为17日龄雏鸡,添加量为20.2-60毫克/公斤,每公斤日粮中铜含量达2.5毫克,共37天.硫酸铁组为7日龄雏鸡,剂量为20.2-25.3-30毫克/公斤,铁含量达6毫克/公斤,共54天.试验结果表明:添加氯化钴、硫酸铜和硫酸铁可促进肉用仔鸡活  相似文献

盲肠细菌对肉仔鸡生 产性能及沙门氏菌传 染病抗性的影响 本实验研究了盲肠细菌处理 1日龄雏鸡后,对雏鸡生产性能及沙门氏菌传染病抗性的影响。   试验 1将鸡群随机地分为 12组,每组 30只小鸡。然后对这十二组鸡分别采用三种处理:盲肠细菌处理。阳性对照和阴性对照,各种处理设置 4个重复。结果表明:实验组雏鸡在 1日龄接种健康仔鸡盲肠细菌,而在 3日龄用沙门氏菌攻毒,它们体增重、盲肠中挥发性脂肪酸含量显著高于没有接种盲肠细菌的雏鸡。另外,实验组雏鸡的盲肠粘膜上有更多的细菌,但其中的厌氧菌和大肠杆菌却显著少于阴性对照…  相似文献

试验主要通过建立高脂动物模型诱导小鼠消化道氧化应激,研究不同来源的小肽和寡糖对小鼠体内小肠绒毛形态结构的影响。选取72只雄性ICR小鼠,体重为(24±2)g,随机分为6组(n=12),分别饲喂基础日粮组(对照组)、高脂日粮组、0.5%胶原蛋白肽(CP)高脂日粮组、0.5%米蛋白肽(RP)高脂日粮组、0.5%甘露寡糖(MOS)高脂日粮组和0.5%壳寡糖(COS)高脂日粮组。6周后处死小鼠,用HE染色制作石蜡切片,光镜观察各组小鼠小肠组织结构的变化。结果表明,饲喂高脂日粮使小鼠小肠绒毛脱落严重,绒腺比变小。添加0.5% CP、0.5% RP、0.5% MOS和0.5% COS的高脂日粮组均能减轻小肠绒毛短缩融合、脱落现象,使高脂小鼠小肠绒毛有所增长,隐窝深度变浅,绒腺比增大,其中0.5% CP和0.5% MOS对肠道黏膜保护效果最好。  相似文献

1. The objective of the present study was to investigate the effect of taurine on intestinal morphology and utilisation of dietary fatty acids in chicken. One-day-old broilers chickens were fed with a maize- and soybean-based diet containing soy oil, and supplemented with taurine at either 0 or 0·5 g/kg. 2. Result showed that the total bile acid in blood and lipase activity in the small intestine were elevated in 3-week-old broilers given the taurine-supplemented diet. No differences were observed for total serum bile acid and lipase activity between the groups of 6-week-old broilers. 3. The development of the jejunum villus and ileum villus was inhibited, and the weight of jejunum and the relative height of intestinal mucosa were decreased in the chickens fed the taurine-supplemented diet. 4. The rate of diet fatty acid utilisation was not different between the groups of 3- and 6-week-old chickens. 5. Our results showed that dietary supplementation with taurine had no beneficial effect on intestinal morphology or utilisation of a soy oil diet in chickens.  相似文献

A study was conducted to investigate the effect of the key cereal grains and a microbial enzyme supplement on broiler chicken performance, gut microflora and intestinal function. Ingestion of the barley-based diet was associated with low 28-day body weight, decreased feed intake and high FCR. The supplemental enzyme increased feed intake and weight gain of the chickens on a wheat-based diet. The pH of the gizzard and caecal contents varied with the grain type. Enzyme supplementation reduced ileal viscosity, particularly in birds that received the diet based on wheat. The birds on the barley-based diet had lower ileal digestibility of dry matter, protein and energy than those given maize and sorghum-based diets. The ileal digestibility of starch was increased by enzyme supplementation. Enzyme supplementation increased the number of total anaerobic bacteria in the gizzard of birds fed on sorghum and increased lactobacilli in the gizzard of those fed both sorghum and wheat. The birds fed the sorghum-based diet had the lowest counts of caecal total anaerobic bacteria and lactobacilli. Jejunal villus height and villus:crypt ratio of birds fed the barley-based diet were the lowest when compared with those fed the other diets. Enzyme application induced an increase in villus height and villus:crypt ratio of birds on wheat, crypt depth on barley and a reduction in crypt depth of chickens on the sorghum-based diets. The highest activity of maltase and the lowest activity of sucrase were observed in tissue from birds fed on maize and sorghum-based diets respectively. The differences in the performance of broilers on cereal grains could be explained by changes in intestinal morphology, enzyme activities and gut microflora as well as nutrient digestibility. The improved performance by supplemental enzyme in wheat-fed chickens was associated with beneficial changes in intestinal morphology and digesta viscosity.  相似文献

为研究复合植物精油(OCT)对脂多糖(LPS)刺激断奶仔猪肠道结构和抗氧化能力的影响,本试验选取28日龄左右健康的杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪24头,按照体重相近原则随机分为3个处理组:对照组、LPS组和OCT组。对照组和LPS组仔猪饲喂基础日粮,OCT组仔猪饲喂基础日粮+50 mg/kg OCT。试验期21 d。于试验第21天,LPS组和OCT组仔猪注射LPS(100μg/(kg·BW)),对照组仔猪注射等量生理盐水。LPS或生理盐水注射后3 h采血;6 h后,屠宰全部仔猪取肠道样品测定有关指标。结果表明,与对照组相比,LPS组仔猪空肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度有降低趋势(P>0.05),回肠绒毛高度及绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05);血浆过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、血浆和空肠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著降低(P<0.05),空肠诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)活性、血浆和回肠H_2O_2含量显著上升(P<0.05)。与LPS组相比,OCT组仔猪空肠绒毛高度、空肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度和回肠绒毛高度显著提高(P<0.05),回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度有提高趋势(P>0.05);血浆CAT、空肠SOD活性显著提高(P<0.05),血浆和回肠H_2O_2含量显著下降(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,日粮中添加50 mg/kg OCT可以在一定程度上缓解由LPS刺激引起的仔猪氧化应激,改善仔猪肠道结构。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究葛根素对饲喂氧化大豆油饲粮黄羽肉鸡小肠黏膜形态结构、紧密连接蛋白基因表达及抗氧化能力的影响。试验采用2×2因子设计,因子包括油脂质量(新鲜大豆油和氧化大豆油)和葛根素添加水平(0、750 mg·kg-1)。选取健康1日龄雌性黄羽肉鸡360只,随机分成4个处理组,分别为新鲜大豆油饲粮组、新鲜大豆油+葛根素(750 mg·kg-1)饲粮组、氧化大豆油饲粮组和氧化大豆油+葛根素(750 mg·kg-1)饲粮组,每组6个重复,每个重复15羽。在28和56日龄时,每个重复随机选取1只鸡,取十二指肠、空肠、回肠检测小肠形态结构和测定小肠黏膜紧密连接蛋白基因表达及抗氧化指标。结果表明:1)饲喂氧化大豆油显著降低28日龄肉鸡十二指肠的绒毛高度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)、回肠V/C和claudin-1 mRNA表达量以及56日龄肉鸡3个肠段的绒毛高度及V/C (P<0.05),显著升高56日龄3个肠段的隐窝深度(P<0.05)。饲粮中添加葛根素显著提高28日龄肉鸡空肠绒毛高度和V/C、回肠闭合小环蛋白1(ZO-1) mRNA表达量和56日龄肉鸡十二指肠V/C、空肠和回肠的绒毛高度及V/C (P<0.05),显著降低3个肠段的隐窝深度(P<0.05)。2)饲喂氧化大豆油显著升高28日龄十二指肠还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量和空肠还原型谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05),并显著降低28日龄回肠GSH含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P<0.05)。饲粮中添加葛根素显著提高28日龄肉鸡十二指肠GSH-Px活性(P<0.05)。饲喂氧化大豆油显著降低56日龄回肠SOD活性和T-AOC (P<0.05),饲粮中添加葛根素显著提高56日龄肉鸡十二指肠SOD和回肠SOD、GSH-Px活性(P<0.05),显著降低56日龄肉鸡空肠GSH含量、SOD活性、T-AOC和回肠T-AOC (P<0.05)。综上所述,饲喂氧化大豆油破坏肠道黏膜形态结构、降低紧密连接蛋白基因的表达量和抗氧化能力,添加葛根素可提高肉鸡小肠黏膜紧密连接蛋白基因的表达量,改善氧化损伤条件下肠道黏膜形态结构,提高抗氧化酶的活性而提高其抗氧化能力。  相似文献

选取200只1日龄健康的蛋鸡,随机平均分为2组:试验组(T组)日粮中添加大豆异黄酮提取物20mg/kg,对照组(C组)饲喂基础日粮,分别于10、15、22、29、37日龄取材,制作石蜡切片及HE染色,显微成像系统测定十二指肠、空肠和回肠的绒毛长度、隐窝深度和肌层厚度。结果显示,随着日龄(15~37日龄)的增长,T组蛋鸡十二指肠、空肠和回肠的肌层厚度和V/C值都有低于C组蛋鸡的趋势。结果说明,20mg/kg的大豆异黄酮提取物的添加量对蛋鸡的小肠肠道黏膜结构有负面影响,不利于蛋鸡的生长。  相似文献

1. A study was conducted on the pattern of development of the intestinal mucosa of the Steggles x Ross (F1) strain of broiler chickens reared on a commercial starter diet. The mechanisms underlying the structural changes were also assessed. 2. In relation to body weight, small intestinal weight peaked at 7 d of age and declined subsequently. There was also a reduction in the relative weights of the gizzard and yolk sac with age. The length of the small intestine and its regions increased with age. 3. Crypt depth increased with age in the duodenum and jejunum while villus height increased significantly with age in all three regions of the small intestine. There were also significant changes in apparent villus surface area in the three regions, while interactions between age and intestinal region were significant in the case of crypt depth and villus height. 4. There were significant differences between the age groups in the mucosal protein content of jejunal and ileal homogenates, both tending to peak at 7 d of age. The DNA content of the intestinal mucosa declined with age in the three regions of the small intestine. While there was an increase in RNA content in the duodenum and ileum, there was a reduction in the jejunum. 5. Protein: DNA ratio increased between hatch and 21 d of age in all intestinal regions. Protein: RNA ratio decreased with age in the duodenum and ileum but increased in the jejunum. There were significant increases in RNA: DNA ratio in the duodenum and ileum but no changes were observed in the jejunum. The interactions between age and intestinal region were significant for all biochemical indices assessed. 6. At all ages, enterocyte proliferation at the jejunum was completed and quantifiable within 1 h of administration of 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine (BrDU). Subsequent assessment revealed an increase in crypt column count and number of BrDU-labelled cells. The rate of cell migration increased with age while there was a decline in the distance migrated in proportion to mucosal depth. The estimated life-span of enterocytes and time spent by enterocytes in the crypt varied with age. In d-old and 7-d-old chicks, migration was complete or nearly complete within 96 h of cell birth. 7. Although the intestinal mucosa of the strain was structurally developed at hatch, there was much change in structure with age, especially over the first 7 d post hatch. The rate of development was most rapid in the jejunum but the other regions are also important, on account of villus height or relative length of the region.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究不同水平玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEA)对断奶母仔猪血清酶、代谢产物和肠道形态的影响。选取28日龄平均体重为(14.01±0.86)kg、健康的三元杂交(杜×长×大)雌性断奶仔猪40头,随机分为4组,每组10头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验1组、试验2组和试验3组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.5、1.0和1.5 mg/kg ZEA。预试期10 d,正试期35 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,各试验组的谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶和乳酸脱氢酶活性显著升高(P0.05);试验2组的血清总胆固醇含量显著升高(P0.05);试验3组血清尿素氮和高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量显著升高(P0.05),血清总蛋白含量则显著降低(P0.05)。2)与对照组相比,试验组十二指肠和空肠绒毛高度和隐窝深度都显著增大(P0.05)。试验1组和试验2组十二指肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度值显著提高(P0.05),空肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度值显著降低(P0.05),回肠绒毛高度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度值都显著升高(P0.05)。3)与对照组相比,试验组十二指肠绒毛高度明显增大且排列疏松无序,小肠腺数量减少,黏膜厚度变薄。4)与对照组相比,试验组空肠绒毛高度增大,小肠腺数量减少,并且试验2组和试验3组空肠上皮脱落固有层裸露。5)与对照组相比,试验1组和试验2组回肠绒毛高度增大且黏膜下层内弥散淋巴细胞增多。由此可见,饲粮中添加ZEA(0.5~1.5 mg/kg)改变了断奶母仔猪的肝脏代谢和肠道的形态结构,进而影响断奶母仔猪的健康生长。  相似文献

To investigate the effects of different levels of enzymatic hydrolysate of dietary locust bean gum on nutrient digestibility, intestinal morphology and microflora of broilers, a total of 768 one-day-old Arbor Acres (AA) broiler chicks were randomly divided into 6 treatments with 8 replicates per treatment and 16 birds per replicate. The treatments were as follows: (1) CON, basal diet; (2) ANT, basal diet +62.5 mg/kg flavomycin; (3) LBG, basal diet +0.1% locust bean gum; (4) ELBG-0.1, basal diet +0.1% enzymatic hydrolysate of LBG; (5) ELBG-0.2, basal diet +0.2% enzymatic hydrolysate of LBG; and (6) ELBG-0.3, basal diet +0.3% enzymatic hydrolysate of LBG. The digestibilities of ether extract, crude protein and dry matter were increased (p < .01) in broilers fed the ELBG-0.3 diet compared with the CON and LBG diets on day 21. Duodenal villus height and the ratio of the villus height to crypt depth were greater (p < .01) in broilers fed the ELBG-0.3 diet than the CON, ANT and LBG diets. Jejunum villus height was higher (p < .05) in broilers fed the ELBG-0.2 and ELBG-0.3 diets than the CON diet. The number of caecal Escherichia coli was reduced (p = .01) in broilers fed the ELBG-0.2 and ELBG-0.3 diets compared with the CON diet. The number of caecal Lactobacilli was greater (p < .05) in broilers fed the ELBG-0.3 diet than the CON and ANT diets. In summary, the addition of 0.3% locust bean enzymatic hydrolysate can increase the surface area of intestinal villi and the number of beneficial bacteria, inhibit the proliferation of harmful bacteria, maintain the balance of intestinal microflora and improve the digestibility of nutrients.  相似文献

旨在研究基础日粮中添加不同水平的斜发沸石对苏淮育肥猪血液生化指标、肠道形态的影响,为斜发沸石在苏淮猪生产中的应用提供数据参考。选择体重(50±2)kg、健康的苏淮阉公猪40头,随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组共4个处理组。试验预饲期10 d,所有猪自由采食对照组基础日粮;正试期64 d,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ至Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%、2.0%的斜发沸石。结果:随斜发沸石水平增加,血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、肠道黏膜分泌型免疫球蛋白(sIgA)和肠道黏膜IgG含量升高。随斜发沸石水平增加,血清碱性磷酸酶含量升高;血清甘油三酯含量先升高后降低。随斜发沸石水平增加,平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度含量升高;红细胞分布宽度变异系数降低。随斜发沸石水平增加,十二指肠隐窝深度降低;空肠绒毛高度和空肠段绒毛高度/隐窝深度有升高的趋势。试验表明,在各组日粮消化能和粗蛋白均满足且一致的情况下,添加适宜比例斜发沸石对改善猪的机体血液及肠道免疫功能有积极作用。综合考虑以上检测指标变化规律及斜发沸石添加成本,建议斜发沸石的适宜添加比例为1.0%。  相似文献
