The aim of this study was to estimate direct and maternal genetic parameters for calving difficulty score, stillbirth, and birth weight at first and later parities for Charolais and Hereford cattle in Sweden. Calving traits have long been recorded for pure-bred beef cattle in Sweden, but only birth weight has been used in the selection in order to avoid calving difficulties. Linear animal model analyses included records on birth weight for 60,309 Charolais and 30,789 Hereford calves born from 1980 to 1999, and calving traits for 74,538 Charolais and 37,077 Hereford calves born from 1980 to 2001. The frequencies of difficult calvings and stillbirths were approximately 6% at first and 1 to 2% at later parities for both breeds. Fewer than half the stillborn calves were born from difficult calvings. Heritabilities estimated for birth weight in different univariate and bivariate analyses for Charolais and Hereford calves born at first and later parities ranged from 0.44 to 0.51 for direct effects and 0.06 to 0.15 for maternal effects. Heritabilities on the observable scale for calving difficulty score of Charolais and Hereford, scored in three classes, ranged from 0.11 to 0.16 for direct and 0.07 to 0.12 for maternal effects at first parity, and lower at later parities. All estimated heritabilities for stillbirth were very low (0.002 to 0.016 on the observable scale). Direct-maternal genetic correlations were negative, with few exceptions. Genetic correlations between the traits and between parities within traits were generally moderate to high and positive. Calving difficulty score should be included in the genetic evaluation of beef breeds in Sweden, whereas progeny groups in Swedish beef populations are too small for stillbirth to be considered directly.  相似文献

The effects of heterosis for gestation length, dystocia, calf survival, birth weight, 200-d weight, and ADG from birth to weaning were evaluated in F1, F2, and combined F3 and F4 generations in three composite populations. Breed effects were evaluated for the nine parental breeds (Red Poll, Hereford, Angus, Limousin, Braunvieh, Pinzgauer, Gelbvieh, Simmental, and Charolais) that contributed to the three composite populations. Breed effects were significant for all traits evaluated except survival at birth. The large differences among breeds in additive direct and additive maternal genetic effects offer a great opportunity to use the genetic differences among breeds to achieve and maintain optimum additive genetic (breed) composition to match genetic resources to a wide range of production-marketing ecosystems. There was no heterosis for gestation length. Mean heterosis for dystocia was significant estimated in F1 but not in F2 or in the combined F3 and F4 generations. Mean heterosis was not significant in any generation for survival at birth, to 72 h, and to weaning for the F1 generation; mean heterosis was significant for survival to weaning for the F2 generation and approached significance (P = .06) for the combined F3 and F4 generations. Mean heterosis over all composite populations and heterosis for each composite population were significant in all generations for weight at birth and at 200 d and for ADG from birth to weaning. Retained heterosis was not less than expected from retained heterozygosity in composite populations for the traits evaluated. These results suggest that heterosis for these traits likely is due to dominance effects and, thus, can be attributed to the recovery of accumulated inbreeding depression in the parental breeds.  相似文献

Effects of DGAT1 variants on milk production traits in German cattle breeds   总被引:15,自引:0,他引:15  
Various QTL mapping experiments led to the detection of a QTL in the centromeric region of cattle chromosome 14 that had a major effect on the fat content of milk. Recently, the gene encoding diacylglycerol O-acyltransferase (DGAT1) was proposed to be a positional and functional candidate for this trait. This study investigated the effects of a nonconservative lysine to alanine (K232A) substitution in DGAT1, which very likely represents the causal mutation, on milk production traits. Existing granddaughter designs for Fleckvieh and German Holstein, the two major dairy/dual-purpose breeds in Germany, were used to estimate allele frequencies and gene substitution effects for milk, fat, and protein yield, as well as fat and protein content. A restriction fragment length polymorphism assay was applied to diagnose the K232A substitution in DGAT1. Estimates of the allele frequencies for the lysine-encoding variant were based on maternally inherited alleles in sons and amounted to 0.072 for Fleckvieh and 0.548 for German Holstein. Effects of DGAT1 variants on content traits were pronounced; estimates of the gene substitution effect for the lysine-encoding variant were 0.35 and 0.28% for fat content and 0.10 and 0.06% for protein content in Fleckvieh and German Holstein, respectively. Conversely, negative effects of the lysine variant of -242 to -180 kg for Fleckvieh and -260 to -320 kg for German Holstein were revealed for milk yield from first to third lactation, resulting in enhanced fat yield of 7.5 to 14.8 kg in Fleckvieh and 7.6 to 10.7 kg in German Holstein. For protein yield, however, mainly negative effects of -3.6 to 0.2 kg in Fleckvieh and -4.8 to -5.2 kg in German Holstein were observed. Pearson correlations between residuals of milk yield and content traits were decreased when omitting DGAT1 effects in the analysis, thereby indicating that DGAT1 contributes to negative correlations between these traits. Molecular tests allow for the direct selection among variants; however, the benefits of the alternative alleles depend on economic weights given to the different milk production traits in the breeding goal.  相似文献

Resistance to the drugs used to control African animal trypanosomosis is increasingly recognised as a constraint to livestock production in sub-Saharan Africa. The most commonly used tests for detection of trypanocidal drug resistance are tests using mice or ruminants, but these suffer from lack of standardisation and hence it may be difficult to compare the results of different investigators. Tests in mice are less expensive than tests in ruminants, but while tests in mice they may be useful as a general guide to resistance in a geographic area they should not be extrapolated to cattle on an individual trypanosome level. Moreover, the commonly used protocols are too laborious for their application to large number of trypanosome isolates on an area-wide basis. This paper presents guidelines for standardised testing of trypanocidal drugs in vivo, and introduces a simplified single-dose test for use in mice, which is convenient for use in areas with limited laboratory facilities. The single-dose test is appropriate for characterisation of geographic areas in terms of trypanocidal drug resistance using large numbers of trypanosome isolates, for making comparisons between areas, and for monitoring changes in trypanocidal drug resistance over time. Multiple-dose tests may be used to determine the degree of resistance of individual stabilates to be determined precisely in mice are also described, but for logistical reasons these will rarely be conducted on more than a few stabilates, and testing of a larger number of stabilates in the single-dose test will generally provide more useful information. Finally, we describe tests in cattle that may be used to determine the efficacy of recommended curative doses of trypanocidal drugs for the treatment of infection with individual trypanosome isolates, including Trypanosoma vivax, which is rarely infective for mice.  相似文献

The Drought Calculator (DC), a spreadsheet-based decision support tool, was developed to help ranchers and range managers predict reductions in forage production due to drought. Forage growth potential (FGP), the fraction of historical average production, is predicted as a weighted average of monthly precipitation from January through June. We calibrated and evaluated the DC tool in the Great Plains of the United States, using FGP and precipitation data from Colorado (CO), North Dakota (ND), and Wyoming (WY). In CO, FGP was most sensitive to precipitation in April and May, in ND to precipitation in April and June, and in WY to precipitation in April, May, and June. Weights in these months ranged from 0.16 to 0.52. Prediction was better for CO and WY than for ND. When January–June precipitation was used, the tool correctly predicted 83% of the years with FGP reduced by drought for CO, 82% for WY, and only 67% for ND. Positive values of the True Skill Statistic (0.53 for CO, 0.42 for WY, and 0.17 for ND) indicate that FGP was classified as above or below average better than random selection. Predicting FGP earlier than April in CO and WY will require accurate forecasts of April–June precipitation. Use of the DC is most limited by insufficient forage data to determine the site-specific relationships between FGP and monthly precipitation. Even so, the decision tool is useful for discriminating drought effects on FGP classification being above or below the long-term average, and it provides a quantitative prediction to producers for their destocking decisions in drought years.  相似文献

Effects of oxygen (O2) tension in the gas atmosphere during in vitro maturation (IVM), in vitro fertilization (IVF) and in vitro culture (IVC) on the efficiency of in vitro production of mouse embryos were examined. Mouse oocytes recovered from large antral follicles were subjected to IVM in Waymouth medium for 15, 16 and 17 hr under 5 or 20% O2 and then subjected to IVF and IVC under 5 or 20% O2 tension. Lowering the O2 tension in the gas atmosphere for IVM from 20 to 5% improved the cleavage rate after IVF when the oocytes were subjected to IVM for 15 hr; however, no improvement in the cleavage rate was observed when the culture period for IVM was extended to 16 and 17 hr. Lowering the O2 tension to 5% for IVM and IVC improved the development of the cleaved oocytes to the blastocyst stage, regardless of the culture period for IVM. However, the O2 tension for IVF had no remarkable effect on the subsequent embryonic development. These results demonstrate that 5% O2 is superior to 20% O2 for IVM and IVC, and suggest that 20% O2 for IVM may delay oocyte maturation and/or the acquisition of fertilizability and impair the developmental competence of oocytes.  相似文献

There is growing interest among resource managers in implementing long-term wildlife monitoring. The process to develop such a program may seem daunting, however, because it requires determining the species, metrics, sampling methods, experimental design, and level of effort necessary to achieve the desired power for detecting meaningful changes. Failure to give these decisions proper attention often leads to suboptimal information for decisions and planning objectives. Our primary objectives were to develop alternative scenarios for a monitoring program, including power estimates and sampling effort required to detect population changes for small mammals on rangelands in southern Texas. Our secondary objective was to present a framework for developing customized monitoring programs for tracking wildlife populations over time. We trapped small mammals using ~ 28 000 trap nights each year from 2014 to 2016 resulting in 13 183 captures of nine species. We estimated abundances and occupancy in each year for each species and conducted power analyses using simulations. We used these results to develop four multispecies monitoring scenarios: two with distinctly different levels of effort with abundance as the focal metric and two for monitoring occupancy. The most effort-intensive scenario required trapping 40 grids for 6 consecutive nights each yr. With this effort, we predicted it would be possible to detect annual changes in abundance of ≤ 10% after 10 yr for four species and net declines in occupancy of ≤ 50% after 10 yr for five species with a power of 0.90. The least effort-intensive scenario required trapping 30 transects for 4 consecutive nights each yr. We predicted this effort would allow for the detection of annual changes in occupancy rates between 35% and 55% after 10 yr for five species. Our study is an example for land managers, providing general guidelines for developing rigorous, long-term monitoring programs specific to their objectives.  相似文献

Meat inspection records in an abattoir located in Shiraz, a city in southwest Iran and the capital of Fars province, during a 5-year period from 20 March 1999 to 19 March 2004 were used to determine the prevalence of hydatidosis in sheep, cattle, and goats in the region. A total of 844,039 animals (cattle 131,716; sheep 577,090; goats 135,233) slaughtered in the 5-year period and overall 34,856 (4.1%) livers and 123,402 (14.62%) lungs were condemned. Hydatidosis was responsible for 28.7 and 15.4% of total livers and lungs condemnations, respectively. The overall trend for all livestock and in both organs was a significant downward one. The annual prevalence of liver condemnations due to hydatidosis was decreased from 2.1, 1.8, and 1.0% in 1999-2000 to 0.62, 0.33, and 0.20% in 2003-2004 for cattle, sheep, and goats, respectively. The corresponding features for lung condemnation due to hydatidosis were relatively higher than liver, declining from 3.0, 4.6, and 4.4% in 1999-2000 to 1.3, 1.5, and 0.56% in 2003-2004, for cattle, sheep, and goats, respectively. Greater awareness among farmers, destruction of organs containing hydatid cysts, prevention of access of dogs to raw offals and implementation of national rabies control program could be responsible factors. Data showed significant seasonal pattern for hydatidosis in all species. Liver condemnations due to hydatidosis were higher in the spring and summer for sheep, whereas lung condemnations were higher in summer for both sheep and goats. Liver and lung condemnations in cattle were higher in winter. This could be attributed to various factors such as sources of slaughtered animals, changes in management practice and ecological factors. The overall trend was relatively the same when annual condemnations were adjusted for the effect of seasonal variation. The present survey provides baseline data for the future monitoring of this potentially important parasitic disease in the region.  相似文献

Large amounts of antimicrobial agents are in the production of food animals used for therapy and prophylactics of bacterial infections and in feed to promote growth. The use of antimicrobial agents causes problems in the therapy of infections through the selection for resistance among bacteria pathogenic for animals or humans. Current knowledge regarding the occurrence of antimicrobial resistance in food animals, the quantitative impact of the use of different antimicrobial agents on selection for resistance and the most appropriate treatment regimes to limit the development of resistance is incomplete. Programmes monitoring the occurrence and development of resistance are essential to determine the most important areas for intervention and to monitor the effects of interventions. When designing a monitoring programme it is important to decide on the purpose of the programme. Thus, there are major differences between programmes designed to detect changes in a national population, individual herds or groups of animals. In addition, programmes have to be designed differently according to whether the aim is to determine changes in resistance for all antimicrobial agents or only the antimicrobial agents considered most important in relation to treatment of humans. In 1995 a continuous surveillance for antimicrobial resistance among bacteria isolated from food animals was established in Denmark. Three categories of bacteria, indicator bacteria, zoonotic bacteria and animal pathogens are continuously isolated from broilers, cattle and pigs and tested for susceptibility to antimicrobial agents used for therapy and growth promotion by disc diffusion or minimal inhibitory concentration determinations. This programme will only detect changes on a national level. However, isolating the bacteria and testing for several antimicrobial agents will enable us to determine the effect of linkage of resistance. Since 1995 major differences in the consumption pattern of different antimicrobial agents have occurred in Denmark. The Danish monitoring programme has enabled us to determine the effect of these changes on the occurrence of resistance. The Danish monitoring is, however, not suited to determine changes on a herd level or to detect emergence of new types of resistance only occurring at a low level.  相似文献

The dried, ground aerial portions of the plant Cassia roemeriana were administered to each of seven calves at a dosage of 10 g/kg of body weight/day for 2 to 10.5 days and to each of six goats at a dosage of 10 g/kg/day for 5 days or 5 or 7 g/kg/day for 23 to 25 days. Experimentally induced C roemeriana poisoning in both species resulted in hepatopathic poisoning characterized by a brief survival period (3.9 to 7.9 days), moderate-to-severe hepatocellular damage, and little or no evidence of injury to skeletal muscle or resulted in myopathic poisoning characterized by a longer period of survival, mild-to-severe skeletal myopathy, and mild hepatocellular injury. The minimal dosage that induced hepatopathic poisoning (also the minimal lethal dosage) was 10 g/kg/day for 3 days in calves and for 5 days in goats. The minimal dosage that induced the myopathic syndrome (as determined by the earliest increase in serum creatine kinase activity) was 10 g/kg/day for 6 days for calves and 5 g/kg/day for 10 to 16 days for goats.  相似文献

The objective of this experiment was to measure the digestibilities of energy, CP, and AA in 10 samples of corn distillers dried grain with solubles (DDGS) and in corn fed to growing pigs. Twelve growing barrows (initial BW: 34.0 +/- 1.41 kg) were allotted to an 8 x 12 Youden square design with 8 periods and 12 animals. Ten of 12 diets were based on the 10 DDGS samples (66.7%), 1 diet was based on corn (97%), and the last diet was a N-free diet based on cornstarch and sucrose. Chromic oxide (0.3%) was included in all diets as an inert marker. Pigs were provided their respective diets at a level of 3 times their estimated energy requirement for maintenance. The apparent (AID) and standardized (SID) ileal digestibilities for CP and AA were measured in the 10 samples of DDGS and in corn using the direct procedure, but the apparent total tract digestibilities for DM and GE were estimated using the difference procedure. The concentration of DE in each sample of DDGS and in corn was also calculated. The results of the experiment indicated variation among the different sources of DDGS in AID and SID for Lys, which ranged from 35.0 to 55.9% and 43.9 to 63.0%, respectively. For Met, the SID varied between 73.9 and 84.7%. However, the variability among samples in the SID for CP, and for the indispensable AA other than Lys and Met, was relatively low and ranged between 6 and 8 percentage units (i.e., from 64.0 to 70.6%, 74.1 to 80.1%, and 67.4 to 75.3% for Thr, Trp, and Ile, respectively). The SID for Trp in corn (72.8%) was lower (P < 0.05) than in DDGS, but for the remaining indispensable AA, except Arg, the SID for corn were greater (P < 0.01) than for DDGS. The DE concentration in the 10 samples of DDGS varied (P < 0.001) from 3,382 to 3,811 kcal of DE per kg of DM. For corn, the DE was 3,845 kcal per kg of DM. It is concluded that the AID and SID for Lys vary among samples of DDGS, but for most other AA the AID and SID are relatively similar and vary only 6 to 8 percentage units among different samples. Future work should focus on identifying the reasons for the variation in the digestibility of Lys to avoid processing procedures that are detrimental to Lys digestibility.  相似文献

Pancreatitis is recognized as an important cause for morbidity and mortality in cats, but diagnosis remains difficult in many cases. As a first step in trying to identify a better diagnostic tool for feline pancreatitis the objective of this project was to develop and analytically validate a radioimmunoassay for the measurement of feline pancreatic lipase immunoreactivity (fPLI). Feline pancreatic lipase (fPL) was purified from pancreatic tissue and antiserum against fPL was raised in rabbits. Tracer was produced by iodination of fPL using the chloramine T method. A radioimmunoassay was established and analytically validated by determination of sensitivity, dilutional parallelism, spiking recovery, intra-assay variability, and interassay variability. A control range for fPLI in cat serum was established from 30 healthy cats using the central 95th percentile. The sensitivity of the assay was 1.2 microg/L. Observed to expected ratios for serial dilutions ranged from 98.8% to 164.3% for 3 different serum samples. Observed to expected ratios for spiking recovery ranged from 76.9% to 147.6% for 3 different serum samples. Coefficients of variation for intra- and interassay variability for 4 different serum samples were 10.1%, 4.5%, 2.2%, and 3.9% and 24.4%, 15.8%, 16.6%, and 21.3%, respectively. A reference range for fPLI was established as 1.2 to 3.8 microg/L. We conclude that the assay described is sensitive, accurate, and precise with limited linearity in the lower and limited reproducibility in the lower and higher end of the working range. Further studies to evaluate the clinical usefulness of this assay are needed and in progress.  相似文献

在兽医临床上,尿道插管术是常用的操作技术之一,用于冲洗膀胱与尿道,根治炎症;导流尿液,规避感染;提供尿道支撑,防止闭塞等。但雄犬因尿道解剖与生理的特殊性,插管比较困难。反复操作必然给犬带来很多痛苦,而且容易损伤尿道黏膜,出现并发症。现有资料对雄犬尿道插管技术的介绍并不多见。笔者在研究雄犬尿道解剖结构与生理特点的基础上,结合临床实践经验,总结了雄犬尿道插管的实际操作技术,并详细分析了插管过程、导尿管留置期间和更换导尿管时应注意的问题及处理方法,以期为临床上科学地应用导尿管及开展泌尿外科动物试验提供一些帮助。  相似文献

The study describes the profiles of culled cows in order to assess the possible contribution to economic losses due to health disorders. Data regarding dates of birth, final calving and culling, parity at culling, milk yield at the two first test-days of the final lactation and reason(s) for culling were collected in a 5-year survey, carried out from 1989 to 1994 in 84 commercial Holstein farms in western France. Polytomous logistic regression was used to assess the relationship between parity, calving-to-culling interval, milk yield and eight groups of primary culling reasons (i.e. udder disorders; infertility or reproductive disorders; lameness or foot/leg defects; emergency culling reasons; other health disorders; low milk yield; sales for dairy purpose; and other voluntary culling reasons). Out of a total of 5133 culled cows, the proportions of culls, for each of these groups of reasons, were 12.4, 28.4, 2.7, 3.9, 4.6, 16.7, 5.9, and 25.4%, respectively. Cows culled for udder disorders left the herd earlier in lactation and were more frequently at parities 4–6 than cows culled for voluntary reasons. In contrast, cows culled for infertility were younger and culled later within lactation. They were also higher yielding cows than those culled for other reasons. Cows culled for lameness were similar to those of the voluntarily culling group. Cows culled for emergency reasons were more frequently younger cows in early lactation. Cows culled for other health disorders left the herd early in lactation, but at a higher parity than the voluntarily culled cows. These results suggest that most of the culls related to health could be contributing to economic loss. However, special priority should be given to reduce culling for reproductive problems, which is the most costly exit reason.  相似文献

In 2002, the US government encouraged the production of ethanol and other biofuels through a combination of tax benefits and direct subsidies. Most of the ethanol produced in the United States comes from corn, the most abundant crop available. In 2002, 11% of available US corn was used for ethanol production. By 2008, approximately 30% of the US corn crop was used for ethanol production. The increased demand for corn supplies as a result of the diversion of significant amounts of corn for biofuel production in the United States, combined with increased world demands for feed grains, have resulted in unprecedented feed prices for livestock and poultry. Feed ingredient costs as a percentage of live production costs have increased from 51.8% in 2001 to 68.7% in 2008. Live production costs for broilers increased from $0.25 per pound of live weight in September 2006 to $0.45 in 2008. Similarly, live production costs for turkey meat increased from $0.35 per pound in 2006 to $0.58 in 2008, whereas the live production costs for a dozen eggs increased from $0.34 to $0.56. The increased costs of feed ingredients in the United States have resulted in $9.36 billion in cumulative additional costs to the poultry industries since 2006. Despite increases in land planted to corn and soybeans, the demand for feed grains has outpaced the supply. These factors will likely continue to put pressure on poultry producers in the United States as they seek to regain profitability.  相似文献

Because antimicrobial usage (AMU) data are crucial in understanding and dealing with the threat that antimicrobial resistance (AMR) poses to global health, data of the sale of antimicrobials from 2016 to 2019 of CDMV Inc. — a major distributor of veterinary products in Canada — were collected and analyzed for the province of Quebec. The primary objective was to describe the evolution of AMU sales data for dairy cattle, small animals, and horses; a secondary objective was to determine effects of a new provincial regulation on antimicrobials of very high importance (in Quebec) on sales for dairy cattle. Results are described in milligrams of antimicrobials per kilogram of animal biomass (mg/PCU) for dairy cattle, small animals, and horses; intramammary products were analyzed for number of treatments per 100 cow-years; and results for dairy cattle were compared in Canadian-defined course doses for cattle (DCDbovCA) per 100 cow-years to a recent study for this species in Quebec. Between 2016 and 2019, there were decreased sales of Category 1 antimicrobials for all species included in the study (Category 1-VI for small animals). This reduction was even more apparent for dairy cattle, for which a 76% decrease occurred from 2018 to 2019 (1.7 to 0.4 mg/PCU). This marked reduction was attributed to the new regulation implemented in February 2019. Since a farm- and clinic-level AMU monitoring system has not yet been implemented in Quebec, analysis of CDMV Inc. sales enabled observations of temporal trends in AMU for dairy cattle, horses, and small animals. These temporal trends based on CDMV Inc. sales will be useful for making comparisons and validating trends derived from farm- and clinic-level data generated by a monitoring system.  相似文献

Variance and covariance components for sire of cow and sire of insemination of fertility traits were estimated by parity using REML procedures. Subsequently direct genetic and maternal components were calculated. Heritabilities for 56-day non-return rate, conception rate (heifers, parity one to three) and days open (parity one to three) varied between 0.007 and 0.049. The heritability for age at conception in heifers was 0.192. The maternal component for days open was greater than the direct genetic component. The genetic correlations between sire of insemination and sire of cow for non-return rate changed from −0.29 in heifers to 0.59 in parity three, that for conception rate from −0.74 to 0.48. The relation between maternal and direct genetic components changed from −0.94 to 0.26 and −0.97 to 0.12 for non-return and conception rates, respectively. Changes in correlations for days open from parity one to three were smaller. The results indicated that the genetic correlation between the sire of cow components for non-return and conception rate in heifers, first parity and older cows may differ from unity.  相似文献

旨在探究江苏地区荷斯坦牛体细胞数变化模式的影响因素。本研究通过对江苏地区12个奶牛场2017—2019年荷斯坦牛253 706条DHI测定日SCC记录进行分析,在划分9种SCC变化模式基础上,利用最小二乘法探究不同牧场规模、胎次、产犊季节、产犊间隔和305天产奶量对荷斯坦牛SCC变化模式的影响。结果表明,SCC模式在各因素不同水平间分布均有极显著差异(P<0.01)。其中,较低-维持模式在5 000头以上的牧场比例最高,较低-感染模式的比例最低;感染-维持模式在1 000头以下的牧场比例最高,较低-维持模式的比例最低。较低-维持模式在1胎牛的比例最高,感染-痊愈模式的比例最低;较低-感染模式在5胎牛的比例最高,较低-维持模式的比例最低。较低-感染模式在春季产犊时奶牛的比例最高,较低-维持模式的比例最低;易感-降低模式在夏季产犊时奶牛的比例最高,较低-感染模式的比例最低。较低-感染模式在产犊间隔为441 d以上的奶牛比例最高,较低-感染模式在产犊间隔为300~400 d的奶牛比例最低。较低-感染模式在305天产奶量为3 000~5 000 kg的奶牛比例最高;较低-维持模式在305天产奶量为9 001~11 000 kg的奶牛比例最高,感染-痊愈模式的比例最低。上述结果表明,不同牧场规模、胎次、产犊季节、产犊间隔和305天产奶量对荷斯坦牛SCC变化模式的分布均有一定影响,该结果为荷斯坦牛隐性乳房炎的预测提供了参考。  相似文献
