选用体重为16.85±0.68g的湘云鲫180尾,随机分为三组,每组两个重复,每个重复30尾鱼.采用单因子实验设计,在基础日粮中添加0mg/kg(对照组)、500mg/kg、1000mg/kg免疫多糖,经45d的生长试验研究免疫多糖对湘云鲫生长和消化酶活性的影响.结果表明:500mg/kg免疫多糖组对湘云鲫的生长,肠道和肝胰脏的各消化酶活性影响均不显著(P>0.05),而1000mg/kg免疫多糖组能显著促进湘云鲫生长和提高蛋白酶活性(P<0.05),但对淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性影响不显著(P>0.05).  相似文献

200尾均重25.1g的高背鲫按L-肉碱在饲料中添加量的不同(0,50,100,150,200mg/kg)随机分成5组,用于研究L-肉碱对鲫鱼生长及肌肉营养成分的影响。结果表明:鲫鱼饲料中添加50~100mg/kg的L-肉碱能显著提高鲫鱼的相对生长率、饲料效率,其中添加100mg/kg的L-肉碱效果最好,其相对生长率和饲料效率与对照组相比分别提高了122.4%和91.3%(P<0.05);在鲫鱼饲料中添加50~150mg/kg的L-肉碱时均能显著提高肌肉中蛋白质的含量,同时显著降低肌肉中脂肪的含量,其中添加150mg/kg的L-肉碱时肌肉中蛋白质含量比对照组提高4.04%,而脂肪含量降低了45.1%(P<0.05),但添加L-肉碱对鲫鱼的空壳率没有明显影响,各组差异均不显著。  相似文献

用分别在基础日粮中添加了黄霉素(4 mg/kg)和3种植物提取物(皂树皂甙150 mg/kg、茶多酚50 mg/kg、水飞蓟素100 mg/kg)的饲料饲喂异育银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)56 d后,测定各组鱼生长性能,并于实验结束时尾静脉采血,测定血液生化指标。结果表明:与对照组和黄霉素组相比,3种植物提取物组间的增重率(WGR)和蛋白质效率(PER)无显著性差异(P>0.05);其中皂树皂甙能显著提高血清白蛋白(ALB)的含量(P<0.05);茶多酚能显著提高血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的含量(P<0.05),降低血清尿素氮(BUN)含量(P<0.05);水飞蓟素能显著提高血清碱性磷酸酶的含量(P<0.05),降低血清丙二醛(MDA)的含量(P<0.05)。  相似文献

试验研究了EM菌及酵母细胞壁多糖对淇河鲫幼鱼生长和体成分的影响。以1200尾淇河鲫幼鱼为试验对象,随机分为4组(A、B、C、D),每组3个重复,每重复100尾试验鱼。A组(对照)、B组(泼洒EM菌1mL/m3)、C组(投喂添加酵母细胞壁多糖4g/kg的饲料)、D组(泼洒EM菌1mL/m3+投喂添加酵母细胞壁多糖4g/kg的饲料),试验期30d。结果显示,与对照组相比,淇河鲫质量增加率分别提高31.22%、101.38%、59.89%,饵料系数分别下降6.78%、14.41%、7.63%;EM菌1 mL/m3组鱼体粗蛋白含量显著提高、粗脂肪含量显著降低(P0.05);酵母细胞壁多糖4g/kg组鱼体粗灰分含量显著提高(P0.05);EM菌1mL/m3+酵母细胞壁多糖4g/kg组鱼体粗蛋白含量显著提高(P0.05);试验组必需氨基酸、鲜味氨基酸、总氨基酸含量均显著高于对照组(P0.05);EM菌1mL/m3组花生四烯酸、二十二碳六烯酸含量显著高于对照粗(P0.05),酵母细胞壁多糖4g/kg组和EM菌1mL/m3+酵母细胞壁多糖4g/kg组各种脂肪酸含量与对照组差异不显著(P0.05)。  相似文献

选取初始体重为(0.32±0.02) g的罗氏沼虾450尾,随机分为5组,每组设3个重复,每个重复30尾虾。以基础饲料为对照组,分别于基础饲料中添加10 mg/kg、20 mg/kg、40 mg/kg、400 mg/kg植物甾醇,饲养试验为期70天。试验结果表明:①与对照组相比,添加20 mg/kg、40 mg/kg和400 mk/kg植物甾醇组罗氏沼虾的终末体重、增重率和特定生长率显著高于对照组(P 0.05),添加40 mk/kg组的饲料系数显著低于对照组和添加10 mg/kg和400 mg/kg组(P 0.05),添加40 mk/kg组的肥满度显著高于对照组和添加10 mg/kg和400 mg/kg组(P 0.05)。②添加20 mg/kg和40 mg/kg植物甾醇其肝脏脂肪酶活性显著高于对照组(P 0.05),对肝脏蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性则没有显著影响(P 0.05)。③添加20 mg/kg、40 mg/kg和400 mg/kg植物甾醇组罗氏沼虾的含肉率显著高于对照组(P 0.05),添加40 mg/kg和400 mg/kg植物甾醇显著降低了滴水损失(P0.05)。④添加20 mg/kg、40 mg/kg和400 mg/kg植物甾醇显著提高了罗氏沼虾肌肉粗蛋白质含量(P 0.05),添加40 mg/kg和400 mg/kg植物甾醇显著提高了罗氏沼虾肌肉谷氨酸和甘氨酸含量(P 0.05)。在本试验条件下,在罗氏沼虾基础饲料中添加40 mg/kg植物甾醇可获得最佳生长性能和肌肉品质。  相似文献

为评价饲料中添加不同水平的姜黄素对杂交鲟(Acipenserbaeri♂×Acipenserschrenckii♀)幼鱼生长和形体指标、血清生化、代谢酶活性、抗氧化功能和肠道结构的影响,在基础饲料中分别添加0、0.025 g/kg、0.05 g/kg、0.1 g/kg和0.2 g/kg的姜黄素配制成5种饲料,投喂初始体重(16.24±0.11) g的杂交鲟幼鱼。实验分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾鱼。结果显示:饲料中添加姜黄素对杂交鲟幼鱼生长没有产生显著影响。血清总胆固醇(TG)含量在姜黄素添加量为0.2 g/kg时显著降低(P<0.05)。肝谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性在0.05 g/kg姜黄素组明显降低,谷草转氨酶(AST)活性在0.05 g/kg、0.1 g/kg、0.2 g/kg添加量时活性显著降低(P<0.05)。十二指肠蛋白酶和淀粉酶分别在0.05g/kg和0.1g/kg姜黄素组活性显著升高(P<0.05)。血清丙二醛(MDA)含量在0.025g/kg时显著降低(P<0.05),过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在0.025g/kg时显著高于对照组(P<...  相似文献

将云芝多糖(Coriolus versciclor polysaccharides,CVP)按不同的剂量(0、0.25、0.5、1.0、2.0和4.0 g/kg)添加到银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)的基础饲料中,连续投喂56 d,并在试验的第0、7、14、21、28、35、42和56天取样检测CVP对供试鱼血液的白细胞吞噬活性、血清溶菌酶活力、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和补体C3、C4的含量共5种指标的影响。结果显示,饲料中添加0.25 g/kg的云芝多糖,对银鲫的白细胞吞噬活性、血清溶菌酶活力、血清SOD活性和补体C3、C4含量的影响不显著(P>0.05);添加0.5 g/kg、1.0 g/kg的云芝多糖,对5种指标有一定程度的促进作用,并当添加量为1.0 g/kg时,在14~21d时效果最显著(P<0.05);而添加2.0 g/kg和4.0 g/kg的云芝多糖,5种指标在试验的后期显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,在银鲫饲料中添加0.5~1.0 g/kg的云芝多糖对银鲫的非特异性免疫功能有增强作用。  相似文献

为探讨大鲵日粮中添加不同剂量的桑叶提取物对其免疫性能的影响,试验选取100尾健康状态良好、体质量为(45.20±0.25)g的大鲵,设置饲料中桑叶提取物含量分别为0 g/kg、4 g/kg、8 g/kg和12 g/kg的饲喂处理组4个,未添加桑叶提取物组为对照组,每组5个重复,每个重复饲喂大鲵5尾,经饲养10周后测定大鲵的免疫指标。结果表明,8 g/kg桑叶提取物组大鲵补体C4含量与4和12 g/kg组无显著差异(P0.05),但较对照组显著提高28.32%(P0.05);8 g/kg处理组免疫球蛋白M含量亦与4和12 g/kg组无显著差异(P0.05),而较对照组显著提高53.50%(P0.05);8 g/kg处理组免疫球蛋白G含量比对照组、4和12 g/kg组分别显著提高26.55%、19.79%和17.97%(P0.05),而后三者间无显著差异(P0.05);添加桑叶提取物对大鲵补体C3、免疫球蛋白A含量及溶菌酶活性无显著影响(P0.05)。综上所述,在大鲵日粮中添加桑叶提取物有提高免疫力的功能,且最适添加量为8 g/kg。  相似文献

饲料中铁元素含量对鱼菜共生系统水质及鱼菜生长的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过控制饲料中铁元素含量,研究其对鱼(金鲫)、菜(红皱生菜和红油阿拉斯)生长和系统水质的影响。实验设置1个对照组和5个处理组,饲料铁含量分别为0、0、10、20、40和80 mg/kg。结果显示:该系统对水体质量有净化作用;不同铁含量对金鲫存活率影响不显著(P0.05),对增重率影响显著(P0.05);当饲料中铁含量为20 mg/kg时,金鲫鱼存活率和鱼体增重率均达到最大值;饲料中铁含量为80 mg/kg时,金鲫的存活率和增重率均出现下降趋势;饲料中不同铁含量对两种蔬菜的存活率和增重率均没有产生显著影响(P0.05),但在增重率方面有一定的差异。研究表明:饲料中添加铁元素能够促进金鲫和蔬菜的生长,当铁元素含量为20 mg/kg时,该鱼菜共生系统具有最佳的生产力。  相似文献

为研究橡胶籽油替代豆油对草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)生长性能、消化酶活性、血脂水平、蛋白质代谢及抗氧化功能的影响,分别以橡胶籽油替代0(对照组)、25%、50%、75%和100%豆油配制5种等氮等能饲料,进行10周饲养实验。实验显示,0~50%替代组草鱼增重率、日增重系数显著高于100%替代组(P<0.05)。随着橡胶籽油替代豆油比例的升高,饲料系数呈先下降后上升的趋势,其中,25%替代组饲料系数最低,显著低于50%~100%替代组(P<0.05);25%替代组蛋白质效率最高,显著高于其他处理组(P<0.05)。随着橡胶籽油替代比例的升高,肠道胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性呈先上升后下降的趋势,其中,25%替代组脂肪酶活性最高,显著高于其他处理组(P<0.05),50%替代组胰蛋白酶活性最高,显著高于对照组、75%和100%替代组(P<0.05)。0~50%替代组肝胰脏胰蛋白酶活性显著高于75%和100%替代组(P<0.05)。25%~100%替代组血清总胆固醇(TC)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。随着橡胶籽油替代比例的升高,肝胰脏天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活性呈先下降后上升的趋势,其中,25%替代组AST、ALT活性最低,显著低于对照组和100%替代组(P<0.05)。0~25%替代组血浆总抗氧化力(TAC)显著低于75%和100%替代组(P<0.05)。对照组血浆、肝胰脏丙二醛(MDA)含量显著高于100%替代组(P<0.05)。由此可知,橡胶籽油替代25%~50%豆油对草鱼生长性能、饲料利用率、血脂水平、抗氧化功能指标均无不良影响;但替代超过50%时显著降低草鱼生长性能和消化酶活性。  相似文献

分别以常规配合饲料(配合饲料组)、浸泡蚕豆(浸泡蚕豆组)、含75%蚕豆(蚕豆饲料组)、60%大巢菜籽(巢菜籽饲料组)、60%苦瓜籽(苦瓜籽饲料组)的饲料饲喂体重为(59.0±0.6)g的草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella),养殖8周后,配合饲料的增重率显著高于其他各组(P0.05),饲料系数显著低于其他各组(P0.05);与浸泡蚕豆组相比,蚕豆饲料组的增重率提高56.9%,而巢菜籽饲料组、苦瓜籽饲料组的增重率则分别下降30.6%、21.2%(P0.05);浸泡蚕豆组、蚕豆饲料组、巢菜籽饲料组、苦瓜籽饲料组的肌肉胶原蛋白含量较配合饲料组显著提高,而肌肉脂肪含量显著下降(P0.05);苦瓜籽饲料组的肌肉总氨基酸(TAA)、鲜味氨基酸(DAA)含量显著高于配合饲料组和浸泡蚕豆组(P0.05)。在生化指标方面,与配合饲料组相比,投喂蚕豆、巢菜籽饲料及浸泡蚕豆显著降低了肝胰脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P0.05),提高了肝胰脏丙二醛(MDA)含量和肌肉肌酸激酶(CK)活性(P0.05),但蚕豆饲料组的肝胰脏丙二醛(MDA)含量低于浸泡蚕豆组(P0.05);在消化酶方面,投饲蚕豆、巢菜籽、苦瓜籽饲料和浸泡蚕豆显著降低了前肠脂肪酶活性(P0.05),提高了α-淀粉酶活性(P0.05),蚕豆饲料组、巢菜籽饲料组及浸泡蚕豆组的碱性蛋白酶活性较对照组显著降低(P0.05)。上述结果表明,饲喂以蚕豆、大巢菜籽、苦瓜籽为主要成分的配合饲料及浸泡蚕豆可改变草鱼肌肉组成,但也降低了草鱼生长性能;综合生长性能和肌肉组成,蚕豆饲料较巢菜籽饲料、苦瓜籽饲料和浸泡蚕豆在脆化草鱼生产养殖上更具有可行性。  相似文献

This study was performed to determine the effect of the dietary inclusion of various sources of green tea on growth, body composition and blood chemistry of the olive flounder. Twenty-five juvenile fish were distributed into each of 15 180 l flow-through tanks. Five experimental diets with triplicates were prepared: control, raw leaves, dry leaves, by-product and extract. The 5% various sources (raw leaves, dry leaves and by-product) of green tea were included in the experimental diets at the expense of 5% wheat flour. The extract was diluted with water and mixed with the ingredients to maintain 5% green tea at the same concentration as in the other diets. Weight gain and specific growth rate of fish fed the control diet and experimental diet containing extract were higher than those of fish fed the diets containing raw and dry leaves and by-product. Feed and protein efficiency ratio for fish fed the control diet and diet containing extract was higher than for fish fed the diets containing raw leaves and by-product. The level of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol of fish fed the control diet was higher than that of fish fed the other diets containing various sources of green tea. The glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GPT) concentration of fish fed the diets containing raw leaves and extract was lower than that of fish fed the control diet. Crude lipid content of liver in fish fed the control diet was higher than that in fish fed the diets containing raw and dry leaves and by-product but was not significantly different from that of fish fed the diet containing extract. Dietary inclusion of extract was the most effective way to improve growth and feed utilization of the olive flounder among the various sources of green tea, and all sources of green tea were effective in lowering serum LDL cholesterol and GPT of the fish.  相似文献

An 8‐week feeding trial was conducted in a warmwater recirculation system at 27 ± 0.2 °C to evaluate the nutritive value of dhaincha (Sesbania aculeata) seed meal as a possible fish meal substitute in the diet of tilapia. Five isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets were formulated to contain 32% crude protein and 18.4 kJ g?1 gross energy. Sesbania seed meal was included in diets at various levels [0%, 9.7%, 19.4%, 29.1% and 38.8% for diets 1 (control), 2, 3, 4 and 5, respectively, which correspond to 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% of dietary crude protein]. Each treatment had two replicates, eight fish per replicate, with mean initial weight of 7.06 ± 0.03 g. Fish were fed 20 g kg?1 metabolic body weight daily. On the basis of the observed growth rate, feed conversion ratio, protein efficiency ratio, apparent net protein utilization and energy retention, diets 1 (control) and 2 (containing 9.7% Sesbania meal) were similar and significantly (P < 0.05) better than the other dietary groups. Fish fed diets 3, 4 and 5 containing higher levels of Sesbania meal showed significantly reduced growth performance compared with those fed diets 1 and 2. Fish fed diets 3, 4 and 5 had significantly lower faecal dry matter (DM) content, apparent crude protein, lipid and energy digestibility and reduced levels of cholesterol compared with the control and diet 2. Fish fed diets containing higher levels (>9.7%) of Sesbania meal had significantly higher whole‐body moisture, lower lipid and gross energy content. The lower growth performance of fish fed diets containing higher levels of Sesbania meal is thought to result from the presence of tannins, saponin and the non‐starch polysaccharide content of the seed. The results of this study showed that inclusion of up to 9.7% untreated Sesbania seed meal (10% of the dietary protein) in the diet did not affect the growth performance and nutrient utilization in tilapia.  相似文献

Growth, survival, and body composition were evaluated in two feeding trials using juvenile hybrid bluegill Lepomis cyanellus × L. macrochirus . In Experiment 1, hybrid bluegill (20 g) were stocked into 1.25-m3 cages at a rate of 300 fish/cage and fed diets containing 35, 40, 44, or 48% protein for 12 wk. Fish meal comprised 32% of the dietary protein in all diets. Fish were fed all they could consume in 40 min. No significant differences ( P > 0.05) in individual length, individual weight, specific growth rate (SGR), condition factor (K), and feed conversion ratio (FCR) were found among treatments and averaged 13.4 cm, 47.4 g, 1.02%/d, 1.96, and 4.06, respectively. Whole-body composition of hybrid bluegill indicated that fish fed a diet containing 35% protein had a significantly lower ( P < 0.05) percentage protein (56.3%) and a higher ( P < 0.05) percentage lipid (29.3%) compared to fish fed diets containing 40, 44, and 48% protein. In Experiment 2, 15 hybrid bluegill (15 g) were stocked into 110-L aquaria and fed one of four diets containing 28, 32, 36, or 38% protein for 10 wk. Fish were fed twice daily all they would consume in 20 min. Fish fed a diet containing 38% protein had higher ( P < 0.05) percentage weight gain (265%) than fish fed diets containing 28% (203%) and 32% (219%) protein, but were not significantly different ( P > 0.05) compared to fish fed a diet containing 36% protein (251%). Feed conversion ratio (FCR) of hybrid bluegill fed diets containing 36% and 38% protein (average 1.39) were significantly lower ( P < 0.05) than fish fed a diet with 28% protein (1.73). Results from these studies indicate that hybrid bluegill can be fed a practical diet containing 35–36% protein (with fish meal comprising 32% of the protein). Further refinement of the diet formulation may allow producers to reduce diet and production costs.  相似文献

A fish feeding trial was conducted in a warm‐water recirculating system for 8 weeks to assess the nutritive value of processed mucuna seeds as a dietary protein replacement for fish meal in practical diets of tilapia. Diets 2–6 contained mucuna seeds processed as follows: raw, soaked in water, soaked in sodium bicarbonate solution (0.07%), soaked in ascorbic acid solution (0.1%) or soaked in water containing 3% of freeze‐dried moringa leaf powder, followed by autoclaving. The mucuna seed meals were then used to replace 25% of the total dietary protein in each diet. The performance of fish fed these diets was compared with fish fed a fish meal‐based control diet (diet 1), which contained 35% protein. All diets were prepared to be isonitrogenous and isoenergetic. Each treatment had three replicates, using seven fish per aquarium, with a mean initial body weight of 3.9 ± 0.06 g. Fish were fed five times about their maintenance level (3.0 g feed × body weight (kg)?0.8 day?1), and no mortality was observed during the experiment. The growth rate, feed conversion ratio and protein productive value of fish fed diets 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 were similar. However, with regard to energy retention and apparent net lipid utilization, the values observed in fish fed diet 1 were similar to those of fish fed diets 5 and 6, and diet 6, and significantly higher than other dietary groups. Fish fed diet 2 showed a significantly (P < 0.05) reduced growth performance, higher carcass moisture and ash contents, and lower levels of lipid and energy compared with all other dietary groups. Fish fed diet 2 had a significantly lower plasma cholesterol level compared with other diets. However, no significant variation of muscle cholesterol was found between the dietary groups. Even though the hepato‐somatic index of the fish fed diets 3, 4, 5 and 6 was significantly lower than diet 1, these values appeared to be significantly higher compared with fish fed diet 2. The present study indicates that the inclusion of mucuna seed meal (replacement of 25% of total dietary protein of feed) after soaking in any one of the tested solutions followed by autoclaving significantly improved the growth performance and feed utilization of tilapia compared with that of the raw seeds. Moreover, these values were similar to the performance obtained with the fish meal‐based control diet 1. This might be due to the relative reduction of anti‐nutrients, particularly the non‐protein amino acid 3, 4‐dihydroxyphenylalanine, and increased palatability and nutrient availability of processed beans.  相似文献

The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of fenugreek seed meal (FKSM) on growth performance, blood haematological and biochemical factors, survival and stress resistance of the common carp (2.46 ± 0.06 g) fingerlings. Four practical diets containing 0 (control), 0.5%, 1% and 1.5% FKSM were used to feed fish. Fish were fed on the tested diets at a rate of 3% of body weight for 8 weeks. Results indicated that fish fed the control diet had a significantly lower weight gain, specific growth rate and condition factor compared to the other treatments (P < 0.05). Feed conversion ratio decreased significantly in fish fed diets containing FKSM. There were no significant differences in glucose levels, red blood cell count, haematocrit and haemoglobin between treatment groups and the control group (P > 0.05). Significantly lower white blood cells count was observed in fish treatment with FKSM when compared with the control group (P < 0.05). The cholesterol level in group fed supplemented diet by 1% fenugreek significantly lower than other groups (P < 0.05). Total protein levels were significantly higher in all treatments compared to the control (P < 0.05). No mortality was recorded during the feeding trial. In salinity stress experiment, highest survival rate belong to fish fed supplemented diet by 1% fenugreek. These results indicate that FKSM can be considered as a beneficial dietary supplement for improving the growth performance and blood indices of common carp fingerling.  相似文献

This study aimed to assess the effect of date palm (Phoenix dactylifera) seed (DPS) extract at 0.5%, 1%, 2% and 4% as a dietary supplement over 60 days, on the growth and immune‐physiology of common carp (Cyprinus carpio) fingerlings. The weight gain in fish fed with 0.5% DPS was significantly greater than other treatments and fish fed a control diet with no DPS (p < 0.05). With increasing DPS dosage above 0.5%, weight gain and growth rate gradually declined. Feed conversion ratio in fish fed 0.5% DPS was lower than other treatments, but not significantly so, except for the highest DPS concentration (4%). With respect to immunophysiological variables, fish treated with 0.5% DPS leucocyte, neutrophil, lymphocyte and monocyte counts that were generally equivalent to fish on a control diet, but significantly lower than fish treated with greater concentrations of DPS (p < 0.05). Chemilumincene response and lysozyme activity, as well as levels of total protein and albumin, were higher in all treated groups than the control. The highest levels of iron and high density lipoprotein (HDL) were observed in fish fed with 0.5% DPS, while the levels of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP), glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein (LDH), thyrotropin, thyroxine and triiodothyronine were lower level in fish fed with 0.5% DPS than in all other treatments. In aquaculture practice, use of 0.5% DPS in commercial carp feed can improve the growth rate and condition of fish.  相似文献

In this study, the feasibility of using pomegranate seed oil, rich in conjugated linolenic acid and its partial replacement for fish oil in fish diet were investigated. Common carp, Cyprinus carpio, juveniles (1.8 ± 0.1 g) were fed four isonitrogenous and isolipidic diets with similar basal composition but different oil mixture containing 100% fish oil (A), 50% fish oil +50% sunflower oil (B), 50% fish oil +25% sunflower oil +25% pomegranate seed oil (C) and 50% fish oil +50% pomegranate seed oil (D) for 8 weeks. The highest weight gain was observed in fish fed diet D (p < 0.05). Test diets had no significant effect (p > 0.05) on saturated and monounsaturated fatty acid contents of fish muscle. Docosahexaenoic acid (22:6n‐3; DHA) was significantly lower in the muscle of fish fed diet B (p < 0.05) compared to those fed diet A. However, there was no significant difference in the muscle DHA content of fish fed diets A, C, or D. No specific hepatocyte damage associated to dietary pomegranate seed oil was found in this study. This study showed a 50‐50 combination of fish oil and pomegranate seed oil could be used as dietary lipid source for common carp without any adverse effect on growth performance or muscle n‐3 content while accumulated punicic acid in the muscle could be considered as added value for the final human consumer.  相似文献
