二甲酸钾对肉仔鸡抗菌促生长作用研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
将1日龄雏鸡随机分为三组,饲养21天,比较二甲酸钾和黄霉素对肉仔鸡生产性能、肠道菌群和pH值的影响.结果表明①日粮中添加4.5g/Kg二甲酸钾显著降低嗉囊和肌胃内容物的pH值达0.34和0.32个单位,且显著降低盲肠乳酸杆菌和大肠杆菌,两者之间的比例也显著提高(P<0.05).②日粮中添加4.5g/Kg二甲酸钾显著提高肉鸡的日增重达10.2%和饲料报酬达5.4%左右(P<0.05),达到与黄霉素同等的效果(P>0.05).  相似文献

试验旨在研究二甲酸钾和黄霉素对仔猪生产性能和肠道微生物菌群的影响。试验采用2×2因子设计,二甲酸钾(0和0.6%)与黄霉素(0和25 m g/kg)为2个主效应。试验结果表明:在基础日粮中分别添加二甲酸钾和黄霉素时,仔猪断奶后0-28 d的平均日增重从345 g分别增加到383 g和392 g。日粮中添加0.6%的二甲酸钾,显著降低了胃中乳酸杆菌的数量(P=0.005),以及胃、空肠和结肠中大肠杆菌的数量(P<0.05)。添加黄霉素显著减少了胃、回肠和结肠乳酸杆菌的数量(P<0.05)。添加二甲酸钾使胃中食糜的pH值大幅降低。本研究表明二甲酸钾的促生长效果和黄霉素相当,并且可以和黄霉素有效配伍;二甲酸钾抑制了肠道微生物的生长和代谢活性,降低了胃中食糜的pH值。  相似文献

选择24日龄体况良好、平均体重为(7.09±0.09)kg 的 DLY 断奶仔猪 96 头,按性别、窝别相同原则随机分为 4 个处理,每个处理 6 个重复,每个重复 4 头,分别饲喂 A (不添加二甲酸钾)、B (添加 0.9 % 二甲酸钾)、C (添 1.8 % 二甲酸钾)和 D (添加 3.6 % 二甲酸钾) 4 种日粮,考察二甲酸钾对断奶仔猪生产性能和养分消化率的影响.试验期为 28d.在第 29 天每个重复屠宰 1 头猪.收集胃和回肠末端的食糜测定其 pH 值.结果表明:(1)断奶仔猪日粮中二甲酸钾的添加量为 0.9% 时.试验猪的日增重较日粮中添加 0%,1.8%和 3.6% 组相比分别提高了 14.1%(P<0.1)、7.3%(P>0.1)和15.0%(P<0.1).(2)与日粮中二甲酸钾添加量为 0 %、1.8%和 3.6%相比,添加量为 0.9%的日粮中粗蛋白质的表现消化率分别提高了 4.7%(P%0.1)和2.32%(P>0.1)和 5.96%(P<0.1),而对能量与脂肪消化率差异不显著.(3)胃中 pH 值随着二甲酸钾添加量的提高而降低,而回肠末端的 pH 值无显著变化.(4)日粮中添加 3.6% 二甲酸钾时降低断奶仔猪的生产性能.  相似文献

试验旨在研究日粮中添加二甲酸钾和凝结芽孢杆菌替代抗生素对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和免疫指标的影响,以确定二甲酸钾+凝结芽孢杆菌组合替代抗生素在断奶仔猪生产上的可行性。选取216头体重[(7.33±0.02)kg]相近的21日龄健康三元杂交(杜×长×大)断奶仔猪,随机分成3个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复12头猪(公、母各半)。3个处理组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加抗生素(复合酸化剂+杆菌肽锌+硫酸粘杆菌素)、1%二甲酸钾和1%二甲酸钾+200 g/t凝结芽孢杆菌的日粮。预饲期3 d,正饲期14 d。结果表明,1%二甲酸钾+200 g/t凝结芽孢杆菌组(C组)仔猪的平均日增重(ADG)显著高于抗生素组(A组)和1%二甲酸钾组(B组)(P0.05),料重比(F/G)显著低于抗生素组和1%二甲酸钾组(P0.05),各组间平均日采食量和腹泻率均无显著差异(P0.05)。与抗生素组相比,1%二甲酸钾组仔猪血清Ig M含量显著提高(P0.05)。结果提示,日粮添加1%二甲酸钾+200 g/t凝结芽孢杆菌可显著改善断奶仔猪的生长性能,有替代抗生素的潜能。  相似文献

文章旨在研究二甲酸钾对坏死性结肠炎感染肉鸡生长性能、肠道菌群及短链脂肪酸含量的影响。试验选择1日龄肉仔鸡924只,随机分为7组,每组6个重复,每个重复22只鸡,7个试验组分别是:未感染阴性对照组、未感染+4 g/kg二甲酸钾、感染阴性对照组、感染+45 mg/kg杆菌肽锌(感染阳性对照组)、感染+2或4或6 g/kg二甲酸钾。试验从1 d进行到35 d。与未感染的阴性对照组相比,感染阳性对照组显著提高了肉鸡1~35 d日增重和饲料报酬(P 0.05),所有的二甲酸钾组较未感染阴性对照组或感染的阳性对照组均显著降低了日增重和饲料报酬(P 0.05);感染坏死性肠炎的鸡只较未感染组均显著提高了肉鸡死亡率(P 0.05),但添加二甲酸钾较感染阴性对照组显著降低了死亡率(P 0.05)。感染组较未感染组显著提高了15 d肉鸡盲肠总厌氧菌含量(P 0.05),感染组加4 g/kg二甲酸钾较未感染组显著提高了15 d肉鸡盲肠大肠杆菌含量(P 0.05);无论感染或未感染,添加4 g/kg二甲酸钾较阴性对照组均显著降低了35 d肉鸡肌胃乳酸杆菌及空肠大肠杆菌和产气荚膜梭菌含量(P 0.05)。感染阳性对照组和未感染阴性对照组较其他感染组均显著提高15 d肉鸡十二指肠和空肠pH(P 0.05),未感染阳性对照组较其他组显著提高了15 d肉鸡回肠pH(P 0.05)。二甲酸钾可以通过增加体重和降低死亡率在一定条件下缓解肉鸡生长性能的下降。  相似文献

文章旨在探讨日粮添加芒果叶提取物对1~42 d肉鸡生长性能、血液生化指标、屠宰性能及肌肉品质的影响。试验选择健康、平均体重为(63.18±0.69)g的1日龄艾维茵白羽肉仔鸡780只,随机分为3组,每组设4个重复,每个重复饲养65只鸡。对照组饲喂以玉米-豆粕型日粮,处理组在基础日粮中添加150和300 g/kg芒果叶提取物,试验分1~21 d和22~42 d两阶段饲养,共进行42 d。结果显示:150和300 g/kg芒果叶提取物组较对照组显著提高了42 d肉鸡的体重(P0.05),日粮添加芒果叶提取物组比对照组提高了22~42 d和1~42 d平均日增重(P0.05)。日粮添加150 g/kg芒果叶提取物较对照组显著提高了21 d肉鸡总抗氧化力酶的活力(P0.05);日粮添加300 g/kg芒果叶提取物与对照组相比显著降低了42 d肉鸡总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量(P0.05);与对照组和150 g/kg芒果叶提取物组相比,300 g/kg芒果叶提取物组显著降低了42 d肉鸡血液葡萄糖含量(P0.05)。对照组与芒果叶提取物组对肉鸡屠宰性能无显著影响(P0.05)。日粮添加300 g/kg芒果叶提取物组较对照组显著降低了胸肌的滴水损失(P0.05),且300 g/kg芒果叶提取物组显著提高了屠宰后1和24 h胸肌的肉色(a值),且显著减低了肉色(L值)(P0.05),显著降低了24 h后肉色(b值)(P0.05)。结论 :在本试验条件下,在玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加300 g/kg芒果叶提取物可以提高1~42 d肉鸡生长性能,改善胸肌肉品质及血液脂肪代谢。  相似文献

文章旨在研究日粮添加不同水平黄连提取物对生长育肥猪生长性能、养分消化率及肉品质的影响。试验将150头平均体重为(20.05±1.0)kg的生长育肥猪随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复10头猪。试验共进行126d,各组分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+0.5和1.0g/kg黄连提取物。结果 :日粮处理对各时期体重、日增重和采食量均无显著影响(P 0.05),但在第126天时,1g/kg黄连素提取物组较对照组饲料效率显著降低了10.6%(P 0.05)。试验结束时,1.0g/kg黄连提取物组血液红细胞计数较对照组显著增加17.3%(P 0.05)。在日粮中添加黄连提取物后显著降低了肌肉的b值(P 0.05)。1g/kg黄连提取物组pH和系水力均显著高于对照组和0.5g/kg黄连提取物组(P 0.05)。1g/kg黄连提取物组最长肌不饱和脂肪酸含量较对照组显著提高了7.2%(P 0.05),而0.5和1.0g/kg黄连提取物组最长肌饱和脂肪酸含量较对照组显著降低了5.9%和5.7%(P 0.05)。此外,1.0g/kg黄连提取物组最长肌胆固醇含量较对照组显著降低了5.4%(P 0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加黄连素可改善生长育肥猪肉质,增加红细胞浓度和免疫功能,对生长性能无不良影响。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平菊粉对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率及抗氧化能力的影响。选取32头平均体重为(7.10±0.20)kg的杜长大(DLY)断奶仔猪,随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加2.5、5.0和10.0 g/kg的菊粉(等量替代基础饲粮中的玉米)。试验期21 d。结果表明,与对照组相比:1)饲粮添加2.5、5.0和10.0 g/kg菊粉对断奶仔猪平均日采食量和平均日增重无显著影响(P>0.05),饲粮添加2.5、5.0和10.0 g/kg菊粉可显著提高断奶仔猪粗灰分表观消化率(P<0.05),饲粮添加2.5和5.0 g/kg菊粉可显著提高断奶仔猪粗蛋白质表观消化率(P<0.05)。2)饲粮添加2.5 g/kg菊粉可显著提高血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性(P<0.05);饲粮添加2.5、5.0和10.0 g/kg菊粉可显著降低肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05);饲粮添加2.5和5.0 g/kg菊粉可显著提高空肠中过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(P<0.05),饲粮添加2.5和5.0 g/kg菊粉可显著降低回肠中MDA含量(P<0.05),饲粮添加2.5 g/kg菊粉可显著提高十二指肠中CAT活性(P<0.05)。3)饲粮添加2.5、5.0和10.0 g/kg菊粉可显著提高肝脏中核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)的mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05),饲粮添加5.0和10.0 g/kg菊粉可显著提高肝脏中血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)的mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05)。4)饲粮添加2.5、5.0和10.0 g/kg菊粉可显著提高十二指肠中HO-1的mRNA相对表达量和空肠中Nrf2的mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05),饲粮添加2.5和5.0 g/kg菊粉可显著提高回肠中HO-1和Nrf2的mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05),饲粮添加2.5 g/kg菊粉可显著提高空肠中Kelch样环氧氯丙烷相关蛋白1(Keap1)的mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05),饲粮添加10.0 g/kg菊粉可显著提高空肠中HO-1和Keap1的mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加菊粉对断奶仔猪生长性能无显著影响,但可改善养分表观消化率,提高抗氧化能力。本试验条件下,断奶仔猪饲粮中菊粉适宜添加水平为2.5 g/kg。  相似文献

选用8000尾健康体重相近(100g/尾)的鲤鱼随机分为2组,研究在日粮中添加半胱胺(CS)对其生产性能及生化指标的影响。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ组为试验组,饲喂基础日粮加150mg/kg半胱胺。试验期45d。结果表明,日粮中添加半胱胺可提高鲤鱼的生产性能;对谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、钾、钠、镁等无显著影响(P>0.05);但显著降低试验组血糖、甘油三酯的含量(P<0.05);极显著提高血液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总蛋白质、白蛋白、球蛋白(P<0.01);显著降低血液中钙离子含量(P<0.05)。  相似文献

本试验研究了日粮中添加DMPT对草鱼生长性能、SOD活性和血清生化指标的影响。300尾健康的平均体重71.6±4.8 g的草鱼随机分为5个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复20尾。对照组饲喂基础日粮,4个实验组分别在基础日粮上添加50、100、150、200 mg/kg DMPT。整个试验期70 d。结果表明:各处理组均未见死亡。与对照组相比,日粮中添加100 mg/kg和150 mg/kg DMPT草鱼的增重率和特定生长率显著提高(P<0.05),饵料系数显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,日粮中添加不同浓度的DMPT草鱼血清高密度脂蛋白浓度显著升高(P<0.05),低密度脂蛋白的浓度显著降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,添加100 mg/kg和150 mg/kg的DMPT血清葡萄糖的含量显著提高(P<0.05);添加100 mg/kg和150 mg/kg DMPT的各试验组草鱼血清、肝脏SOD活性显著提高。以上结果表明日粮中添加100~150 mg/kg DMPT对草鱼具有促生长作用。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加酵母寡聚糖(YOS)对高密度养殖条件下蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、肠道黏膜形态结构及微生物区系分布、血清生化指标和肠道功能相关基因表达的影响。选取864只12周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为6个组,每组12个重复,每重复3个笼子,每个笼子3只(低密度)或5只(高密度)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加250和500 g/t YOS的饲粮,试验期18周。结果表明:1)饲粮添加YOS能显著提高蛋壳颜色的均匀度(P0.05)。2)饲粮添加YOS增加了蛋鸡肠道绒毛高度/隐窝深度值(P=0.059),其中250 g/t YOS组显著高于对照组(P0.05)。3)饲粮添加YOS使得蛋鸡空肠乳酸杆菌数量显著增加(P0.05),大肠杆菌数量显著减少(P0.05),其中250 g/t YOS组菌群变化较为明显。4)饲粮添加YOS显著降低了蛋鸡血清中内毒素含量(P0.05),提高了免疫球蛋白A含量(P=0.090),且250 g/t YOS组较对照组显著提高(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加YOS能够改善高密度养殖条件下蛋鸡肠道功能,添加剂量以250 g/t的综合效果较佳。  相似文献

900羽21周龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每个重复30羽。分别在基础日粮中添加0、0.1%、0.5%、2.5%、5%NaHCO3,持续10周。结果显示,与对照组相比,0.1%组蛋鸡盲肠乳酸菌数量增加,大肠杆菌数量降低,菌群多样性指数提高(P〉0.05)。0.5%组蛋鸡粪便pH值显著提高(P〈0.05),乳酸菌数量增加,菌群多样性指数提高(P〉0.05)。2.5%、5%组蛋鸡粪便pH值、水分含量极显著高于其他组(P〈0.01)。同时,2.5%、5%组盲肠乳酸杆菌数量降低(P〉0.05或P〈0.05),大肠杆菌数量增高(P〉0.05或P〈0.05),5%组菌群多样性指数亦显著降低前3组(P〈0.05)。结果表明,日粮添加NaHCO3超过2.5%,蛋鸡腹泻严重,肠道菌群平衡严重破坏。而当NaHCO3的添加量低于0.5%时,肠道有益菌数量和菌群多样性指数呈增加趋势,蛋鸡生产性能维持正常。因此,本试验提示蛋鸡生产中饲料添加剂NaHCO3最高耐受量为0.5%。  相似文献

A total of 180 weanling pigs (21 ± 3 d of age; 5.98 ± 0.04 kg) were used to investigate the effect of chito-oligosaccharide (COS) on growth performance, intestinal barrier function, intestinal morphology, and cecal microflora. Based on initial BW, gender and litter, the pigs were given 5 treatments during a 14-d feeding experiment, including a basal diet (control), 3 diets with COS supplementation (200, 400, or 600 mg/kg), and a diet with colistin sulfate (CSE) supplementation (20 mg/kg). Six randomly selected pigs from each treatment were used to collect serum, duodenal, jejunal, ileal, and cecal samples on d 7 and 14 postweaning. From d 1 to 7 postweaning, pigs fed COS or CSE had greater ADG and ADFI compared with the control pigs. From d 1 to 14, diets with either 400 or 600 mg/kg COS, or 20 mg/kg CSE increased (P < 0.05) ADG and G:F compared with the control diet. No significant differences were observed in ADG, ADFI, and G:F between the pigs fed COS and CSE. Pigs fed either 400 or 600 mg/kg COS, or 20 mg/kg CSE had less (P < 0.05) diamine oxidase (DAO) in the serum, but greater concentration of (P < 0.05) DAO in jejunal mucosa, than the control pigs on d 7 postweaning. Treatments did not affect villous height and crypt depth of the duodenum, jejunum, or ileum. Pigs fed COS at 400 mg/kg had greater (P < 0.05) concentration of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli in the cecum than pigs fed the control diet and CSE diet on d 7 postweaning. Supplementation of COS or CSE decreased (P < 0.05) the population of cecal Staphylococcus aureus compared with the control diet on d 7 postweaning. The number of cecal Bifidobacteria in pigs fed 600 mg/kg COS was greater (P < 0.05) than that of pigs fed the control diet or CSE diet on d 14 postweaning. No significant differences were observed in Escherichia coli counts in the cecum among treatments. The present results indicate that dietary supplementation of COS at 400 or 600 mg/kg promotes growth performance and improves gut barrier function, increases the population of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli, and decreases S. aureus in the cecum of weanling pigs.  相似文献

The experiment was carried out on 96 female broilers, allocated to eight groups of 12 birds kept in individual cages. Two basal wheat‐ and soyabean meal‐based diets containing 150 g/kg of rapeseed expeller cake were formulated, differing in the level of P: 7.1 g/kg in diet H or 5.9 g/kg in diet L. Rapeseed cake supplied 3.15 μmol alkenyl glucosinolates per gram of diet. The eight treatments were: basal diets only, basal diets + phytase (1000 U/kg), basal diets + organic acid blend (OA, 6 g/kg), or basal diets + both additives. Diets were fed from day 8 to 28 of life. The results showed that the lower dietary P content and OA supplementation did not significantly affect feed intake or BWG, while both increased (p < 0.001) after phytase supplementation. Tibia ash content as well as tibia ultimate strength were lower (p < 0.001) in birds fed diets L compared with diets H, and increased (p < 0.01) with phytase supplementation of diet L, while OA had no influence on either parameter. Dietary P levels and OA supplementation had no influence on the pH of gut digesta, but the pH of jejunal digesta increased following phytase supplementation (p < 0.01). Morphological measurements of the small intestinal mucosa of chicks indicated that OA added to diet L depressed villi height (p < 0.001) and crypt depth (p < 0.001); both parameters increased after phytase supplementation (p < 0.01). The lower total SCFA as well as acetic, propionic and butyric acid concentrations in caecal digesta indicated lower activity of caecal microflora in birds fed diets L compared with H. OA supplementation had no influence, while phytase supplementation increased the concentration of acetic acid in caecal digesta. Supplementation of diets with either phytase or OA increased thyroid weight by 16% (p < 0.01) and 11% (p < 0.05) respectively. The increase in thyroid weight because of phytase supplementation was greater at the lower dietary P level, and the greatest when both phytase and OA were added to the diet.  相似文献

The present study was conducted to determine effects of different forms of yeast(Saccharomyces cerevisiae,strain Y200007) on the growth performance,intestinal development,and systemic immunity in early-weaned piglets.A total of 96 piglets(14-d old,initial average body weight of 4.5 kg) were assigned to 4 dietary treatments:(1) basal diet without yeast(Control);(2) basal diet supplemented with 3.00 g/kg live yeast(LY);(3) basal diet supplemented with 2.66 g/kg heat-killed whole yeast(HKY);and(4) basal diet supplemented with 3.00 g/kg superfine yeast powders(SFY).Diets and water were provided ad libitum to the piglets during 3-week experiment.Growth performance of piglets was measured weekly.Samples of blood and small intestine were collected at days 7 and 21 of experiment.Dietary supplementation with LY and SFY improved G:F of piglets at days 1-21 of the experiment(P0.05) compared to Control group.Serum concentrations of growth hormone(GH),triiodothyronine(T_3),tetraiodothyronine(T_4),and insulin growth factor 1(IGF-1) in piglets at day 21 of the experiment were higher when fed diets supplemented with LY and SFY than those in Control group(P 0.05).Compared to Control group,contents of serum urea nitrogen of piglets were reduced by the 3 yeast-supplemented diets(P 0.05).Diets supplemented with LY increased villus height and villus-to-crypt ratio in duodenum and jejunum of piglets(P 0.05) compared to other two groups at day 7 of the experiment.Feeding diets supplemented with LY and SFY increased(P 0.05) serum concentrations of IgA,IL-2,and IL-6 levels in piglets compared to Control.The CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio and proliferation of T-lymphocytes in piglets fed diets supplemented with LY were increased compared to that of Control group at day 7 of the experiment(P 0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation with both LY and SFY enhanced feed conversion,small intestinal development,and systemic immunity in early-weaned piglets,with better improvement in feed conversion by dietary supplementation with LY,while dietary supplementation with SFY was more effective in increasing systemic immune functions in early-weaned piglets.  相似文献

A total of 50 weaning pigs (16 d of age; 4.72 +/- 0.23 kg of BW) were selected to investigate the effect of dietary chito-oligosaccharide (COS) supplementation on growth performance, fecal shedding of Escherichia coli and Lactobacillus, apparent digestibility, and small intestinal morphology. Pigs housed in individual metabolic cages were assigned randomly to 5 treatments (n = 10), including 1 basal diet (control), 3 diets with COS supplementation (100, 200, and 400 mg/kg), and 1 diet with chlortetracycline (CTC) supplementation (80 mg/kg). Fresh fecal samples were collected to evaluate shedding of E. coli and Lactobacillus on d 0, 7, 14, and 21 postweaning. Fresh fecal samples collected from each cage from d 19 to 21 were stored frozen for determination of apparent total tract digestibility. On d 21, all pigs were killed to collect the middle sections of the duodenum, jejunum, and ileum for determination of mucosa morphology. Supplementation of COS at 100 and 200 mg/kg and supplementation of CTC improved (P < 0.05) overall ADG, ADFI, and G:F in comparison with the control. Supplementation of COS at 200 mg/kg as well as supplementation of CTC increased (P < 0.05) apparent total tract digestibility of DM, GE, CP, crude fat, Ca, and P, whereas COS at 100 mg/kg increased (P < 0.05) the digestibility of DM, Ca, and P in comparison with the control diet. Pigs receiving diets supplemented with COS or CTC had a decreased (P < 0.05) incidence of diarrhea and decreased diarrhea scores compared with control pigs. Fecal samples from pigs receiving diets supplemented with COS had greater (P < 0.05) Lactobacillus counts than those from control pigs and pigs receiving diets supplemented with CTC on d 14 and 21. However, supplementation of COS at 200 mg/kg and supplementation of CTC decreased (P < 0.05) E. coli counts in the feces on d 21 compared with the control diet. Dietary supplementation of COS at 200 mg/kg and of CTC increased (P < 0.05) the villus height and villus:crypt ratio at the ileum and jejunum, and COS at 100 mg/kg also increased (P < 0.05) the villus height in the ileum compared with the control diet. The current results indicated that dietary supplementation of COS at 100 and 200 mg/kg enhanced growth performance by increasing apparent digestibility, decreasing the incidence of diarrhea, and improving small intestinal morphology.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的低分子质量(1 000 u)壳寡糖对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标、盲肠微生物数量以及脾脏白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)基因表达的影响。选取体重和产蛋率相近的58周龄海兰褐壳蛋鸡600只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复30只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加300、600、900 mg/kg壳寡糖的试验饲粮。预试期为7 d,正试期为42 d。结果表明:1)添加300、600和900 mg/kg壳寡糖组的产蛋率分别比对照组提高了4.52%(P0.05)、2.99%(P0.05)和4.08%(P0.05)。2)试验第3、6周末,添加600和900 mg/kg壳寡糖组的鸡蛋哈夫单位分别比对照组提高了6.87%、6.69%和6.47%、6.60%(P0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮添加600、900 mg/kg壳寡糖显著降低了血清葡萄糖、胆固醇含量和谷草转氨酶活性(P0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮添加600、900 mg/kg壳寡糖显著提高了盲肠双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌的数量(P0.05),显著降低了盲肠金黄色葡萄球菌的数量(P0.05)。5)与对照组相比,饲粮添加300、600 mg/kg壳寡糖显著提高了脾脏IL-2 m RNA表达水平(P0.05),饲粮添加600 mg/kg壳寡糖显著提高了脾脏TNF-αm RNA表达水平(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加不同水平的壳寡糖,提高了蛋鸡的产蛋率和哈夫单位,调节了肠道微生物菌群,增强了蛋鸡的免疫力,适宜壳寡糖添加水平为600 mg/kg。  相似文献

用 1 6头体重 1 8kg左右的去势漏管公猪 ,测定了乙酰螺旋霉素 ( 50mg/kg)、喹乙醇 ( 50mg/kg)和杆菌肽锌 ( 1 0 0mg/kg)对回肠菌群及物质代谢的影响。试验结果表明 :乙酰螺旋霉素可降低回肠乳酸杆菌量 ,增加大肠杆菌数量 (P <0 .0 5) ;提高回肠干物质消化率和粪中蛋白质消化率 (P <0 .0 5) ;提高蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、谷氨酸、丝氨酸和天门冬氨酸的回肠消化率 (P <0 .0 5)。喹乙醇可降低回肠大肠杆菌的数量 ,降低回肠pH值 (P <0 .0 5) ;提高粪干物质和蛋白质消化率 (P <0 .0 5) ;提高赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、脯氨酸、甘氨酸和丙氨酸的回肠消化率。杆菌肽锌可增加回肠乳酸杆菌的数量 ,降低大肠杆菌的数量 (P <0 .0 5) ;降低回肠pH值 (P <0 .0 5)。  相似文献
