山杨材性群体变异趋势及个体遗传差异的研究*   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3       下载免费PDF全文
在山杨主要分布区随机抽取6个天然群体,每群体随机抽样15株采集木芯,分析结果表明:群体间及个体间的木材密度和纤维长度差异都极显著。群体平均密度0.432lg/cm3,极差0.0662g/cm3;平均纤维长度1.0775mm,极差0.2650mm。东北、华北群体的密度呈梯度变异,纤维长度的梯度变异不明显。木材密度群体重复率0.541,个体重复率0.471;纤维长度重复率分别是0.471与0.412。不同群体、不同年轮组的密度与纤维长度的个体重复率有所不同。密度、纤维长度等与生长性状呈微弱遗传相关,可以进行材性与生长的同步遗传改良。  相似文献

测定了24个不同产地青杨3年生幼树的木材性质,对材性性状在产地与单株两水平上的变异进行了研究。木材基本密度的变异产地间大于个体间,密度随产地纬度升高而增大。纤维、导管性状产地间的变异达到0.05水平显著,被测个体数较大时产地内表现出差异。纤维、导管与产地纬度呈微弱负相关。纤维、导管单株内变异较大,所以进行纤维、导管测定应取大样本数。在育种改良时要根据不同的目的性状采用各自方案。  相似文献

山东省长清县36个8年生美洲黑杨无性的木材基本密度、纤维长度,树高和胸径在无性系间的变异达极显著水平,用选优法选出5个密度较高,纤维较生,生长较快的优良无性系,它们的引种号分别是13号,3号,34号,22号和8号,除22号起源于加拿大外,其余均起源于美国,木材基本密度,纤维长度,树高和胸径的广义遗传力分别为0.32、0.40、0.43和0.71,材性和生长性受中等或较强遗传控制。树木生长速度分别与  相似文献

11—13龄柚木20株,17—19龄7株,取自海南岛尖峰岭,用以研究木材比重及纤维长度的某些特性及测定标准物理力学性质。以胸高圆盘加权平均数为单元,比重0.466—0.588,平均0.516:纤维长度0.878—1.230mm,平均1.063mm。生长轮宽度与比重及纤维长度之间表现弱的负相关。第1轮和第9轮的材性存在显著的相关关系。材性在标地间的差异不显著,标地内株间的差异很显著。径向变异:髓心附近几轮的纤维长度和比重均增长很快,第8轮以后,前者增长缓慢,后者多起伏。轴向变异:1.心部系列(髓心向外6生长轮)第1轮纤维长度的轴向变异很小,其外几轮的纤维长度缓慢向上减轻或有起伏;基部各生长轮的比重很大,向上急剧减小至1.3m高度,此后各生长轮的变化不一致。2.边部系列(树皮向内6生长轮)纤维长度和比重均很快向上减小。讨论了影响纤维长度轴向变异的主要因素。提出标准物理力学性质的试验结果。  相似文献

本文对4个地点的毛白杨无性系进行了木材纤维长度遗传变异的研究.结果表明木材纤维长度在地点和无性系水平上均有显著的差异.木材纤维长度的无性系重复力估计为0.79,表明这一材性性状受到较强的遗传控制,可以通过遗传手段得到改良.本文还研究了木材纤维长度在株内的遗传变异.木材纤维长度以及其它性状间的相关分析发现木材纤维长度和树木生长性状(包括材积、树高、胸径和树干通直度)之间均呈显著的正相关关系,但在木材纤维长度和木材基本密度之间存在显著的负相关关系.研究结论认为根据不同地点生长速率与材性的关系,可以进行以生长性状或木材材性性状为主的选择,也可以进行两方面的联合选择.  相似文献

按生长性状预选出毛白杨13年生10个无性系用于材质测定。试材取自北方大兴县测定林,每无性系在3个重复中各抽样1株,伐倒取样,分析表明,毛白杨无性系间纤维长度,宽度和长宽比差异极显著,重复率依次为0.777,0.537和0.676;木材全年密度,早材密度和晚材密度差异极显著,重复率依次为0.536,0.514和0.429。  相似文献

收集我国东北林区特有乡土树种大青杨天然基因资源400多份。在黑龙江省伊春带岭建立了我国第一个大青杨基因库,利用常规手段对其生长,物候,抗锈病和木材材性等性状进行了遗传分析,利用高新技术方法从DNA分子水平上探测了大青杨天然群体的遗传结构和分化程度,经综合评价选出5个优良群体,44个优良单株,为该地区营建大青杨人工林奠定了一定基础,为杨树抗性育种等提供了育种材料和信息,认为选择优良个体是近期大青杨改良的一条重要途径。  相似文献

樟树人工林株内纤维长度径向变异由髓心向外递增,而后趋于稳定;木材基本密度髓心处稍大,由髓心向外先稍递减而后递增,再趋于稳定;纤维长度和基本密度性状与生长轮年龄关系模型可用来预测其性状值。樟树木材幼龄期约为7-9a,株内细幼龄材基本密度较成熟材小1.0%-9.9%,株内幼龄材与成熟材基本密度差异多不显著;其浸提物含量幼龄材与成熟材之间差异不显著。纤维长度株内变异系数大于株间,木材基本密度均值和浸提物含量二性状则是株间变大于株内变异。生长速度对樟树木材纤维长度、基本密度、浸提物含量等性状影响不显著。  相似文献

对海南岛乐东尖峰岭和琼海上甬的8年生细叶桉和赤桉共15个种源(含刚果12号桉)的木材进行了基本密度、纤维长度和宽度测定及分析。结果表明,两树种的基本密度及纤维长度在种源间均表现出显著差异。纤维宽度差异较小,变异大小排序:木材纤维长度〉基本密度〉纤维宽度。赤桉的基本密度和纤维长度值较细叶桉更易受环境影响。不同种源的树皮厚度差异显著。不同方位间的树皮厚度有差异,北向最厚。种源间不同取样等分析纤维长度影  相似文献

本文对四川原产区的四川桤木(Aluns Cremastogyne Burk)木材材性进行了研究,测定了木材纤维素含量,基本密度,1%NaOH抽出物,纤维长度和宽度,并计算长宽比,研究表明;四川桤木木材纤维素含量平均为49.62%,1%NaOH抽出物为16.11%。木材基本密度为0.419g/cm^3。平均纤维长度为1.222mm,且分布集中合理,纤维宽度24.8μm,长宽比为49.2,说明四川桤木的纤维形态,物理性质和化学成分均有利于造纸和降低成本,是一种优良的造纸纤维树种,并可进行全树干利用。纤维素含量,1%NaOH抽出物,木材基本密度和纤维长度在各种源间和不同年龄阶段存在极显著差异。纤维宽度在不同种源间存在显著差异。不同年龄阶段间差异不明显。四川桤木材性性状与生长性状可进行独立选择,金堂-1种源平均木的各项材性性状均优于其它种源。其单株生长量也较大,可进行优质纸浆林定向培育推广试验。  相似文献

The wood basic density, cellulose content and fiber form were investigated for all sample trees at breast height (1.3m) in seven poplar clones, and at 0 (butt), 5.6, 9.6, 13.6, 17.6, 19.6 and 21.6 m for clone Nanlin-95 and Nanlin-895, respectively,for providing information on variation patterns of wood density, fiber characteristics and holocellulose content within trees and among clones. The results showed that significant variations about wood density, cellulose content, fiber diameter and the ratio of fiber length to diameter existed among poplar clones examined. Variance analysis indicated that there were significant differences in wood basic density, fiber length, fiber diameter and cellulose content among the growth rings, which had an increasing tendency along the direction from pith to bark. The significant differences also existed in wood basic density, fiber length and fiber diameter at different tree height. The mean wood basic density had a general increase trend with increasing height of trees and the lowest was found at the base, while fiber length and fiber diameter had a general decline pattern with increasing height of trees and the biggest value was observed at the height of 5.6 m. Regression analysis indicated that the relationship between examined wood properties and growth ring number (cambial age), and the relationship between examined wood properties and tree height can be described by polynomial functions.  相似文献

This study represents a geographical approach to morphological variation of cones, needles and seeds in natural dragon spruce (Picea asperata Mast.) populations across western China and the relationship between morphological traits and weather variation for the origins of populations. Significant differences were found for all cone, needle and seed traits among populations and trees within populations. The coefficients of variation in 2 higher latitude populations were higher than those in other populations in all traits except for needle width and seed width. Fairly high within-population variability was also detected for cone dry weight, seed dry weight and needle traits in this study. Cone length, cone width, cone dry weight, seed scale length, seed scale width and seed wing length were strongly positively intercorrelated. Seed length and seed dry weight showed a significantly positive correlation with seed wing length. And needle width showed a significant negative correlation with cone traits, seed scale length, seed wing length and seed length. The higher the annual mean temperature, the higher the average cone length. This study also revealed a negative linear dependence on latitude: the higher the latitude, the lower the population average seed length. Seed dry weight was positively and linearly related with altitude.  相似文献

以东北地区的5个白桦天然种群为研究材料,在木材纤维形态性状测定的基础上,采用ISSR、RAPD分子标记研究了5个种群的遗传变异以及种群间纤维形态性状与DNA分子标记的相关性.结果表明:白桦天然林成熟材(18~31年生)的木材纤维长度在种群间差异不显著,纤维宽度和长宽比差异显著,帽儿山种群的木材纤维形态性状最好,汪清最差;利用ISSR和RAPD 2种标记检测5个白桦种群的遗传多样性,所得的研究结果基本一致,多态位点比率最高的为辽宁新宾种群,其次是帽儿山和汪清,而塔河和金山屯最低;ISSR标记的AMOVA分析表明白桦种群间的遗传变异占总遗传变异的10.82%;RAPD标记的AMOVA分析表明白桦种群间的遗传变异占总遗传变异的12.94%,研究结果均显示白桦的遗传变异主要发生在种群内部.利用2种标记技术的种群聚类结果基本一致,这一结果与基于木材纤维性状的表型聚类基本一致, 而且种群间遗传距离和地理距离之间存在一定的相关性.  相似文献

以东北林业大学帽儿山实验林场天然白桦为研究群体,通过分析其中有代表性的100株个体的纤维长度与RAPD分子标记间相互关联性,筛选出一条与长纤维长度相关性系统为0.6144、显著性达1%水平的片段"BFLR-16",对此片段进行克隆、测序后,并将其转化成与长纤维性状相关的SCAR标记。此标记对长纤维白桦的鉴定效率高达92%,说明此SCAR标记对长纤维个体具有高度特异性,与控制纤维性状长度的基因高度连锁,它的存在与白桦纤维长度的增加有明显的相关性。图6参16。  相似文献

Knowledge of SGS in plants is vital to understand the ecological and evolutionary dynamics of populations and to plan conservation strategies. Some of the major factors that can affect spatial genetic structure (SGS) in plants are the level of gene flow, spatial arrangement and life stages of individuals within populations. Applying six highly variable microsatellite markers, we investigated the effect of these factors on spatial genetic structure selecting two natural populations of sycamore maple, which is an insect-pollinated, autotetraploid and an indigenous hardwood species in Germany and in other central European countries. The two study populations had different shapes (“compact” and “elongated”) and tree densities. Significant SGS extended to ~180 m in the elongated population and to ~35 m in the compact population. Juvenile plants of the compact population showed significant SGS up to 40 m. Estimate of Sp statistic in high-density population was almost double of that in the population with low density. Gene dispersal distance in the low-density population was about 9 times higher than in the population with high density. The similar level of significant SGS in both adult and juvenile plants suggested minimal or no effect of life stages of individuals on SGS in the sycamore maple population. The data presented in this study can provide guidelines for seed collection and to establish populations for the conservation and management of genetic resources of the species.  相似文献
