香蕉果实采后乙醇脱氢酶活性与乙烯代谢的关系 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)在果实的生长发育以及果实成熟过程中起到一定的作用。以香蕉果实为材料,测定了乙烯、1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)处理对香蕉果实采后乙烯释放量和ADH活性的影响,以了解ADH活性与乙烯代谢的关系。结果表明,与正常后熟的香蕉相比,乙烯处理使香蕉果实的乙烯释放量提前11 d达到峰值,ADH活性提前11 d开始上升。1-MCP处理则显著抑制了香蕉的乙烯释放,没有出现乙烯峰,ADH活性也被抑制,活性变化不明显。推测在香蕉果实采后成熟过程中乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)活性与乙烯代谢成正相关,乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)活性可能受乙稀代谢调控。 相似文献

乙烯和1-MCP的竞争性作用对月季花器官乙烯生成量及相关基因表达的影响 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
以探讨月季切花不同花器官的乙烯生物合成和对乙烯的感受为目的,以切花月季‘Samantha’为试材,进行了乙烯和1-MCP交叉处理,测定花朵各器官乙烯生成量,Rh-ACS3、Rh-ACO1和Rh-ETR3基因的表达。结果表明,1-MCP前处理或后处理均能有效抑制花瓣、雌蕊和花托中由于外源乙烯造成的内源乙烯生成量增加。在基因表达方面,Rh-ACS3、Rh-ACO1和Rh-ETR3在花瓣和雌蕊中对乙烯处理的诱导表达均可被1-MCP前处理或后处理有效抑制,而在花托中,这种抑制主要针对Rh-ETR3。这些结果说明,1-MCP对乙烯的竞争性抑制作用主要发生在花瓣、雌蕊和花托上,其竞争效果在乙烯处理前或乙烯处理后均有效。 相似文献

乙烯对‘洛阳红’牡丹切花开放衰老进程及内源乙烯生物合成的影响 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
以开花指数为1级的‘洛阳红’牡丹切花为试材,研究了外源乙烯和乙烯作用抑制剂1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)处理对其采后开花衰老进程中开花指数、花径增大率、瓶插寿命、内源乙烯生成量及乙烯生物合成关键酶ACC合成酶(ACS)和ACC氧化酶(ACO)活性的影响,从乙烯生物合成角度探讨了乙烯对其采后开花衰老的调节机理。结果表明,10 μL·L-1乙烯处理6 h明显加快了‘洛阳红’花朵开放进程,缩短了切花的瓶插寿命,并促使其在盛开后出现严重落瓣;1.0 μL·L-1 1-MCP处理6 h则延缓了花朵开放,延长了瓶插寿命,但却影响了部分切花的充分开放;内源乙烯的生成分别受乙烯和1-MCP处理的促进和抑制,与切花的开放衰老进程密切相关。不同处理后ACS、ACO酶活性分析表明,ACS活性变化与内源乙烯的生成相联系,是影响牡丹切花开放衰老进程的主要因子,这与目前得出的ACS是植物乙烯生物合成限速酶的研究结果相一致。 相似文献

以宁夏中部干旱带生产的‘玉金香’甜瓜为试材,采用0、0.5、1μL/L的1-MCP,研究不同浓度1-MCP处理对甜瓜果实贮藏期间品质、生理代谢的影响,以期筛选最适宜的1-MCP处理浓度.结果表明:1-MCP处理可以显著延缓贮藏期间甜瓜果实硬度的下降,以1 μL/L 1-MCP处理的效果最好,延长果实的贮藏期;延缓了甜瓜贮藏期可溶性固形物含量下降的趋势,一定程度上保持了甜瓜贮藏期的风味;抑制甜瓜果实贮藏期间呼吸强度、延缓呼吸高峰的出现;显著抑制了贮藏期果实乙烯的释放量,并推迟了乙烯高峰出现的时间.说明1-MCP是通过抑制甜瓜贮藏期乙烯的释放量达到抑制乙烯的生理效应. 相似文献

Abstract 1-Methylcyclopropene (1-MCP), an ethylene action inhibitor, was applied to ‘d’Anjou' pears (Pyrus communis L.) at 20°C between 2 and 5 days after harvest. Scald of ‘d’Anjou' pears was completely controlled by 1-MCP at a concentration between 0.05 and 0.3 µl l1 after a prolonged cold storage plus 7 days of exposure to an environment with or without 500 µl l1 ethylene at a temperature of 20°C or 25°C. 1-MCP inhibited the biosyntheses of α-farnesene and its oxidative products (conjugated trienes) and thus controlled scald. However, fruit treated with the above concentrations of 1-MCP did not ripen normally in an environment with or without ethylene. Ethylene production and fruit softening of 1-MCP-treated ‘d’Anjou' pears were inhibited during 7 and 15 days at 20°C. ‘d’Anjou' fruit treated with 0.01 and 0.02 µl l1 1-MCP ripened normally on day 7 at 20°C after 3 months of cold storage at ? 1°C, and ripened fruit did not develop any incidence of scald. Untreated fruit developed substantial scald. After 4 months of storage or longer, both untreated fruit and fruit treated with 0.01 and 0.02 µl l 1 1-MCP developed an unacceptable incidence of scald upon ripening. Thus, use of other scald control methods may be necessary in addition to treatment with a low dosage of 1-MCP to insure both normal ripening and scald control for d'Anjou pear fruit from the Mid-Columbia district. 相似文献

SummaryThe influence of the ethylene action inhibitors STS and 1-MCP on poststorage performance and subsequent rooting of cuttings was investigated in Epipremnum pinnatum. Unfavourable storage conditions resulted in decreasing poststorage quality of single-eye cuttings, expressed as leaf drop and yellowing. 1-MCP and STS prohibited leaf drop and yellowing in E. pinnatum. STS pretreatment decreased rooting ability significantly, measured as percentage of rooted cuttings, number of roots, total root length and dry weight. STS caused severe injuries to the cuttings, which were worse if the cuttings were stored rather than propagated immediately. There was no significant difference in rooting between 1-MCP treated cuttings and untreated control in either stored or unstored cuttings. The influence of ethylene action inhibitors on rooting and a possible use of 1-MCP for practical use to increase poststorage performance in cuttings are discussed. 相似文献
