本试验对阜新市某肉鸡养殖场的94只疑似鸡白痢病鸡进行沙门氏菌的分离、鉴定及药物敏感性试验。共分离沙门氏菌79株,分离率为84.0%,79株鸡沙门氏菌对受试的12种抗菌药均有不同程度的耐药性,耐药性最高的是氨苄青霉素,最低的是链霉素和阿米卡星;经79株分离株中blaTEM基因的分离率为63.29%(50株),aadA2基因的分离率为58.23%(46株)。该鸡场沙门氏菌耐药水平较高,建议科学用药。  相似文献

某“南海黄”鸡养殖场鸡群发生一种高发病率、高死亡率的传染病。从病死鸡肝脏分离到1株细菌,经分离鉴定为肠炎沙门氏菌。经毒力试验和药敏试验,结果表明,细菌毒力很强,但对丁胺卡那霉素、氟甲砜霉素等敏感。  相似文献

为了解吉林省某地鸡源性沙门氏菌的感染及耐药情况,对该地7个肉鸡场150份病鸡组织样品进行细菌分离,并进行了血凝试验、致病性试验和药敏试验。分离得到26株沙门氏菌,经血凝鉴定有19株呈阳性,其中5株呈强阳性并均能使雏鸡致死。药敏试验结果显示,该5株沙门氏菌对头孢噻肟较为敏感;对氨苄西林、替米考星、林可霉素、阿奇霉素和头孢拉定表现出极高的耐药性,耐药率高达100%;诺氟沙星、恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、强力霉素和氯霉素5种临床用药与痢菌净不具有协同或累加作用。试验结果表明,沙门氏菌是危害该地肉鸡养殖场的主要病原菌之一,且耐药性十分严重。  相似文献

2011年12月,广东省东莞市某镇一养殖场内部分10日龄雏鸡发病死亡,无菌操作采集组织病料进行细菌的分离培养与血清型鉴定。结果表明,分离菌株为鸡白痢沙门氏菌,结合雏鸡发病情况、临床症状和病理变化等确诊雏鸡死于鸡白痢沙门氏菌感染。对分离菌株进行药敏试验,发现该分离菌对丁胺卡那、庆大霉素和呋喃妥因敏感。  相似文献

为了解肉鸡生产链各环节沙门氏菌污染情况,试验从江苏某产业链型农牧食品企业的养殖场、屠宰场、运输车辆、专营店采集样品540份,进行沙门氏菌分离鉴定、血清型及毒力基因检测。结果显示:该肉鸡生产链沙门氏菌检出率为7.22%(39/540),生产链各环节沙门氏菌污染程度依次为:养殖环节>屠宰环节>销售环节>运输环节;共检出6种血清型,其中印第安纳沙门氏菌和肠炎沙门氏菌为优势血清型,屠宰环节沙门氏菌血清型最丰富;沙门氏菌8个毒力基因在39个分离株均有检出,毒力岛基因mogA(SPI-1)、sopB(SPI-2)、araA(SPI-5)的携带率高于肠毒素基因stn、毒力质粒基因spvD、spvR、spvA及菌毛基因agfA。结果表明该肉鸡生产链各环节均存在沙门氏菌污染,其中养殖环节污染最严重,提示养殖场应重视对肉鸡和饲料中沙门氏菌的监测,屠宰环节和销售环节应加强对环境的消毒,以避免交叉污染。  相似文献

2009年5月,北京郊区某肉鸡养殖户的2 000只7日龄雏鸡出现拉白色稀粪,肝脏有黄色结节等症状和病变的疾病。为探索该病病因及制定有效防治措施,对病鸡样品进行了细菌学检验。通过细菌分离、生化试验、PCR及16 S rRNA基因测序鉴定出1株鸡白痢沙门菌。该分离株感染试验鸡能复制出与其临床表现一致的病例并能引起死亡。表明鸡白痢沙门菌是危害北京郊区该养殖户肉鸡的病原。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究日粮添加凝结芽孢杆菌对肠炎沙门氏菌感染肉鸡生产性能和抗氧化功能的影响。选用312只1日龄科宝500肉鸡公雏,随机分成4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复13只鸡。采用2×2因子完全随机设计,将肉鸡分为无肠炎沙门氏菌感染和肠炎沙门氏菌感染组,日粮中凝结芽孢杆菌水平分别为0、400mg/kg。试验分1~21日龄和21~42日龄2个阶段。结果表明:日粮添加凝结芽孢杆菌显著提高了14~21日龄肉鸡的体增重以及饲料增重比(P0.05);肠炎沙门氏菌感染显著升高了感染后1周血清MDA含量(P0.05),显著降低感染后15 d血清T-AOC活力和CAT活力(P0.05);日粮添加凝结芽孢杆菌极显著提高了沙门氏菌感染后1周血清T-SOD活力和NO含量(P0.01),显著提高了感染后15 d血清T-AOC活力(P0.01)和CAT活力(P0.05),极显著提高了感染后30 d血清T-SOD活力(P0.01),极显著降低了感染后30 d血清MDA含量(P0.01)。肠炎沙门氏菌感染可降低肉鸡抗氧化功能,日粮添加凝结芽孢杆菌能够通过提高肉鸡的抗氧化能力而缓解因肠炎沙门氏菌感染所造成的氧化应激。  相似文献

禽源沙门氏菌是一种重要的人畜共患病原菌和食源性病原菌。肉鸡作为人肠炎沙门氏菌感染的主要来源,目前国内对其沙门氏菌携带状况的研究资料较少。为了解北京地区健康肉鸡中沙门氏菌的携带情况,本研究共采集该地区28个肉鸡养殖场的盲肠或泄殖腔拭子样品1310份,进行沙门氏菌的分离和鉴定,总共分离出沙门氏菌54株。血清分型结果表明,肠炎和爪哇安那为两种优势血清型,所占比例分别为31.5%和25.9%;其次是禽伤寒,占比9.3%。本研究为北京地区肉鸡场沙门氏菌病的防控及首都公共卫生安全提供了基础资料。  相似文献

鸡白痢是养鸡生产中较为多发的常见疾病之一,其主要致病原沙门氏菌具有较强的耐药性,某肉鸡养殖场因患疑似鸡沙门氏菌感染导致雏鸡大量死亡,经实验室细菌分离、沙门氏菌stn基因PCR扩增,确诊为鸡沙门氏菌感染,同时对分离菌进行药物敏感性试验,并根据试验结果制定药物治疗方案,使疾病得到有效控制。  相似文献

Serial passage of Salmonella enteritidis (SE) yields heterophil-adapted SE (HASE) strains that have resulted in decreased shedding of SE in feces and reduced egg contamination. Additionally, increasing the number of heterophil passages further reduced the number and frequency of fecal shedding. To evaluate SE and heterophil interaction, nine SE strains were fluorescein isothiocyanate-labeled when viable. There were six wild-types: SE TK 474, SE TK 584, SE TK 599, SE TK 600, SE TK 655, and SE TK 657; and three HASE strains: TK 499 heterophil adapted five times, TK 598 heterophil adapted six times, and TK 605 heterophil adapted 11 times. Trials were repeated seven times in duplicate with heterophils isolated from seven healthy chickens. Heterophils were incubated with the bacterial strains at 41 C for 15 min, and 10,000 heterophils were analyzed by flow cytometry. Percentage of phagocytosis and mean channel number of fluorescence were compared. Both parameters were significantly increased for all HASE-type strains compared with wild-type, nonadapted SE strains. Increased phagocytosis of HASE bacterial strains may be significant in processing and elimination of the HASE strains and may be related to the protective effect of HASE by decreased shedding of wild-type SE challenge strains.  相似文献

In total, 63 S. aureus strains from mastitis milk samples of different animals in 57 farms were isolated. In 14 (22%) of the S. aureus strains resistancies against one or several of the examined antibiotics could be observed whereby six resistance patterns were found. 14.3% of the strains were penicillin resistant. 34 (54%) of the 63 S. aureus produced enterotoxins (SE). Three strains formed SEA, 21 SEC, three SED and seven strains 2 SE, SEAC, SEAD or SEBD.  相似文献

Milk and dairy products are frequently contaminated with enterotoxigenic Staphylococcus aureus, which is often involved in staphylococcal food poisoning. The distribution of genes encoding staphylococcal enterotoxins (SE) in S. aureus isolated from bovine, goat, sheep and buffalo milk and dairy products was verified by the presence of the corresponding SE production. A total of 112 strains of S. aureus were tested for SE production by immuno-enzymatic (SEA-SEE) and reversed passive latex agglutination (SEA-SED) methods, while multiplex-PCR was applied for SE genes (sea, sec, sed, seg, seh, sei, sej and sel). Of the total strains studied, 67% were detected to have some SE genes (se), but only 52% produced a detectable amount of the classic antigenic SE types. The bovine isolates frequently had enterotoxin SEA, SED and sej, while SEC and sel predominated in the goat and sheep strains. The results demonstrated (i) marked enterotoxigenic S. aureus strain variations, in accordance with strain origin and (ii) the two methods resulted in different information but concurred on the risk of foodstuff infection by S. aureus.  相似文献

本研究试图通过病原分离对安徽省某大型白羽肉鸡养殖公司持续出现疑似鸡传染性鼻炎的鸡群进行确诊,从不同批次发生鸡传染性鼻炎疑似症状的鸡体内分离细菌,经细菌分离、纯化、回鸡试验,共分离到8株细菌,经形态及培养特性、生化试验、血清学特性、16S rRNA基因序列分析等方法对分离的细菌进行鉴定。结果表明所分离的细菌有1株为A型副鸡禽杆菌,7株为B型副鸡禽杆菌,说明在安徽省某地持续引起幼龄肉鸡发生鸡传染性鼻炎的流行中B型致病株是优势毒株,显示新的流行特点。  相似文献

In Senegal, domestic ruminants play a vital role in the economy and agriculture and as a food source for people. Bartonellosis in animals is a neglected disease in the tropical regions, and little information is available about the occurrence of this disease in African ruminants. Human bartonellosis due to Bartonella quintana has been previously reported in Senegal. In this study, 199 domestic ruminants, including 104 cattle, 43 sheep, and 52 goats were sampled in villages from the Senegalese regions of Sine Saloum and Casamance. We isolated 29 Bartonella strains, all exclusively from cattle. Molecular and genetic characterization of isolated strains identified 27 strains as Bartonella bovis and two strains as potentially new species. The strains described here represent the first Bartonella strains isolated from domestic ruminants in Senegal and the first putative new Bartonella sp. isolated from cattle in Africa.  相似文献

Phylogenetic tree and partial nucleotide sequence analysis of RNA segment 3 were conducted to compare the Ibaraki virus (IBAV) strains from three epidemics in Japan, and serotype 2 epizootic hemorrhagic disease virus strains isolated in Australia, Taiwan, and Canada. Each strain was classified relative to the Ibaraki disease (IBAD) epidemics, which occurred in 1959-1960, 1987, or 1997-1998. In particular, major variation of the gene was identified in the strains isolated after 1997 when a new type of IBAD with the abnormal birth was confirmed. Ibaraki viruses isolated in Japan were more closely related to Taiwanese and Australian strains based on genetics, while the Canadian strain was more distantly related.  相似文献

To determine the distribution of genes that encode enterotoxins A, B and C, 36 strains of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from goat mastitis and 64 isolated from bovine mastitis were analyzed by Multiplex PCR. Of the total strains studied, 37 (37%) were detected to have some of the SEs genes. From the bovine mastitis strains, 4 (6.3%) co-amplified the sea and seb genes and 2 (3.1%) were positive for the sec gene. From the goat mastitis strains, 31 (86%) tested positive to the Multiplex, and the sec gene was detected in all of them. The production of SE was detected in all strains harboring the corresponding gene. The results demonstrated that S. aureus isolated from goat mastitis had a higher enterotoxigenic potential than those isolated from bovine mastitis. Additionally, the presence of the sec gene in the majority of goat mastitis strains suggests a possible involvement of SEC in goat mastitis pathogenesis.  相似文献

Staphylococcus aureus is a major etiological pathogen of bovine mastitis, which triggers significant economic losses in dairy herds worldwide. In this study, S. aureus strains isolated from the milk of cows suffering from mastitis in Korea were investigated by spa typing and staphylococcal enterotoxin (SE) gene profiling. Forty-four S. aureus strains were isolated from 26 farms in five provinces. All isolates grouped into five clusters and two singletons based on 14 spa types. Cluster 1 and 2 isolates comprised 38.6% and 36.4% of total isolates, respectively, which were distributed in more than four provinces. SE and SE-like toxin genes were detected in 34 (77.3%) isolates and the most frequently detected SE gene profile was seg, sei, selm, seln, and selo genes (16 isolates, 36.3%), which was comparable to one of the genomic islands, Type I νSaβ. This is a first report of spa types and the prevalence of the recently described SE and SE-like toxin genes among S. aureus isolates from bovine raw milk in Korea. Two predominant spa groups were distributed widely and recently described SE and SE-like toxin genes were detected frequently.  相似文献

本实验从40只患传染性窦炎的病鸭眶下窦中(其中4只未作病毒分离)分离到16株血凝性病毒,经血凝抑制试验(HI)及神经氨酸酶抑制试验(NI)鉴定,均为A型流感病毒(H_(11)-N_9);又分离到18株霉形体中,除2株未定种外,其余16株经生长抑制试验和间接表面免疫荧光试验鉴定均为鸭霉形体(Mycoplasma anatis)。同时分离到31株大肠杆菌,O抗原分属O_(15)、O_(70)、O_(138)三个血清型。将A型流感病毒(H_(11)N_9)、鸭霉形体和大肠杆菌(O_((?))和O_(138))分别经眶下窦接种1日龄雏鸭,并接种灭菌生理盐水作对照。结果,鸭霉形体的感染成功地复制出自然病例,表明鸭霉形体是鸭传染性窦炎的病原体。  相似文献
