This study compared Amur sturgeon (Acipenser schrenckii) and Chinese sturgeon (Acipenser sinensis) on several biochemical parameters including glucose (GLU), urea, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH-L), activities of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), direct bilirubin (D.BILI), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), cholesterol (CHOL), triglyceride (TGL), creatinine (CREA), total protein (TP), and total bilirubin (T.BILI). The results showed that there were great differences in these parameters between the two species. The concentrations of GLU, UREA, LDH-L, ALT, AST, D.BILI, ALP, CHOL, TGL, CREA, and T.P for the Amur sturgeon were significantly higher than those for Chinese sturgeon.The T.BILI level of the Amur sturgeon was, however, significantly lower than that for the Chinese sturgeon.  相似文献

Fish oils may differ in fatty acid (FA) composition depending on diet. Oils extracted from muscle, liver, and adipose tissue of Nile perch (Lates niloticus), Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), silver fish (Rastrineobola argentea), lungfish (Protopterus aethiopicus), Victoria squeaker (Synodontis victoriae), and two catfishes (Clarias gariepinus and Bagrus docmac) from Lake Victoria, a tropical freshwater lake, were evaluated for FA composition. Oil contents of muscles, livers, and adipose tissues were in the range of 3.16 to 13.8%, 3.62 to 53.4%, and 28.8 to 42.4%, respectively. Omega-3 polyunsaturated FA, particularly alpha-linolenic (ALA), eicosapentaenoic (EPA), docosapentaenoic (DPA), and docosahexaenoic (DHA) acids, were found to be in substantial amounts in oils from all seven fish species. Ratios of polyunsaturated FA to saturated FA (0.79 to 1.18) were in the range considered adequate for normal health. Overall, the results show that the fish species studied are a rich source of omega-3 polyunsaturated FA.  相似文献

为了解配合饲料和活饵料对刀鲚幼鱼生长、存活和几种酶活性的影响,对用配合饲料和活饵料喂养178 d的刀鲚幼鱼的生长、存活和消化酶、非特异性免疫酶、代谢酶以及抗氧化酶活性进行分析与比较。结果显示,配合饲料组的最终体长、体质量、成活率、鱼体肥满度和肝指数(分别为125.17 mm、6.27 g、65.73%、0.31 g/cm3和1.4%)显著低于活饵料组(分别为150.66 mm、12.39 g、85.59%、0.36 g/cm3和1.9%),两组鱼的肠长和体长比无显著差异(分别为25.3%和23.6%);两组鱼的肝脏中均未检测出蛋白酶,配合饲料组的幽门盲囊中碱性蛋白酶的活性(43.49 U/mg prot)显著低于活饵料组(86.37 U/mg prot),但两处理组鱼胃中酸性蛋白酶和肠道中碱性蛋白酶的活性均没有显著差异;配合饲料组肠道和幽门盲囊中的淀粉酶活性(分别为196.63和575.93 U/g prot)显著低于活饵料组(分别为928.91和1 755.90U/g prot),但两处理组鱼肝脏和胃中的淀粉酶活性没有显著差异;两处理组鱼的肝脏和胃中均未检测出脂肪酶,配合饲料组的肠道脂肪酶活性(23.55 U/g prot)显著高于活饵料组(14.39 U/g prot),但两处理组幽门盲囊中脂肪酶活性(分别为17.90和13.23 U/g prot)没有显著差异;配合饲料组的肝脏碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性(103.44 U/g prot)显著高于活饵料组(58.20 U/g prot),而配合饲料组的肝脏谷草转氨酶(AST/GOT)活性(20.38 U/g prot)显著低于活饵料组(32.51 U/g prot);肝脏中其余被检测的5种酶活性(ACP、ALT/GPT、SOD、GSH-PX和CAT)和血清中被检测的代谢酶(ALT/GPT和AST/GOT)及抗氧化酶(SOD和GSH-PX)活性在两处理组之间均没有显著差异。研究表明,刀鲚能摄食配合饲料,配合饲料组和活饵料组的大多数消化酶、非特异性免疫酶、代谢酶及抗氧化酶活性,没有显著性差异,但配合饲料组的刀鲚生长和成活率远低于活饵料组,建议今后研发和改进刀鲚配合饲料,逐步替代活饵料。  相似文献

A study was conducted on African catfish, Clarias gariepinus, to examine the apparent digestibility coefficient (ADC) of protein, dry matter, lipid, and energy, and the apparent availability coefficient (AAC) of essential amino acid (EAA) for a cricket meal (CM) diet, Gryllus bimaculatus, and fishmeal (FM). Both diets consisted of 30% isonitrogenous levels with a 70:30 ratio of basal diet to test ingredient. Chromic oxide (0.5%) was added to the diet as an inert marker. The ADCs of crude protein (CP) in CM (81.21%), lipid (89.82%), gross energy (64.42%), and dry matter (73.97%) was significantly higher (P < 0.05) than the value of CP (78.22%), lipid (82.03%), gross energy (56.52%), and dry matter (62.26%) in FM. All EAAs were present in both diets. The AACs for both diets ranged from 0.906 to 0.961 and 0.812 to 0.938 for the CM and FM diets, respectively. The growth performance of fish fed with CM exhibited significantly higher (P < 0.05) weight gain, feed conversion ratio, and protein efficiency ratio compared with FM. Overall, the results suggest that CM could be included in the African catfish diet without affecting their nutrient and amino acid digestibility as well as growth performance.  相似文献

The objectives of this study were to evaluate the effects of varying dilutions, pH, temperature, osmolality, and cations on sperm motility parameters in waigieu seaperch, Psammoperca waigiensis. The maximum velocity of average in path (VAP), percentage of motile cells (MOT), and duration of sperm motility (DSM) were observed when semen was diluted in artificial seawater (ASW) at a ratio of 1:100 (144.9 ± 0.6 µm/sec, 95.6 ± 0.4%, and 230.3 ± 2.3 sec, respectively), at 30 C (142.0 ± 0.6 µm/sec, 93.6 ± 0.4%, and 238.3 ± 0.9 sec, respectively), and pH 8 (144.8 ± 0.6 µm/sec, 93.3 ± 0.4%, and 234.0 ± 1.5 sec, respectively). Maximum VAP, MOT, and DSM were obtained in each solution containing 0.6 M NaCl (143.8 ± 1.0 µm/sec, 91.3 ± 2.0%, and 230.6 ± 4.2 sec, respectively), 0.6 M KCl (135.1 ± 3.1 µm/sec, 91.1 ± 3.1%, and 230.3 ± 3.7sec, respectively), 0.2M CaCl2 (105.3 ± 4.7μm/sec, 47.9 ± 2.7%, and 120.7 ± 1.3 sec, respectively), 0.2 M MgCl2 (107.3 ± 3.0 m/s, 42.1 ± 3.3%, and 120.3 ± 4.8 sec, respectively), and osmolality of 400 mOsm/kg (145.1 ± 2.5 µm/sec, 93.0 ± 2.1%, and 346.5 ± 4.4s, respectively). We used these mediums as artificial insemination media for fertilizing matured eggs. The results showed that the fertilization and hatching rates in 0.6 M NaCl (75.3 ± 0.6% and 57.0 ± 2.4%, respectively), ASW (70.8 ± 1.2% and 51.2 ± 1.8%, respectively), or 400 mOsm/kg (72.9 ± 1.8% and 55.3 ± 1.6%, respectively) were higher than that in seawater (63.9 ± 1.2% and 39.2 ± 3.9%, respectively). In conclusion, using 0.6 M NaCl, ASW, or 400 mOsm/kg as an artificial insemination medium is effective for fertilizing of waigieu seaperch.  相似文献

In the present study, juvenile (live body weight, 54.3 ± 8.2 g), preadult (live body weight, 822.5 ± 33.9 g), and adult (live body weight, 1,562.8 ± 41.8 g) pacu, Piaractus mesopotamicus, were used to estimate their dietary essential amino acid (EAA) requirements using the whole-body amino acid (AA) pattern. The results showed that whole-body moisture, crude protein, total lipid, and ash contents expressed on a wet weight basis (%) were significantly different among the studied growth phases. No significant differences were observed in the dietary EAA requirements estimated for the three growth phases of pacu. These dietary EAA requirements were found to be different than those previously estimated for the same fish through its muscle AA pattern. Based on whole-body EAA to total EAA ratios {A/E ratios; [(each EAA/total EAA) × 1,000]}, EAA requirements were estimated to be histidine (0.42%), arginine (1.36%), threonine (0.82%), valine (0.90%), methionine (0.45%), isoleucine (0.83%), leucine (1.29%), phenylalanine (0.74%), lysine (1.64%), and tryptophan (0.14%) for pacu. These estimated requirements may serve as a reference line in the formulation of practical and experimental diets until dose–response-based optimum EAA requirements are available for pacu.  相似文献

为探讨日粮中添加不同水平的银杏叶提取物(Ginkgo bioba extract, GBE)对鲤(Cyprinus carpio)生长性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化功能、细胞色素酶以及免疫相关基因表达的影响, 在基础饲料中分别添加不同含量的银杏叶提取物[0 (对照组)、0.5 g/kg、1.0 g/kg、5.0 g/kg]投喂鲤 60 d。饲喂实验结束后, 称重并采集血液、肝脏、肠道、 鳃和肌肉组织, 检测相关生化指标以及基因表达的变化。结果表明: 与对照组相比, 饲料中添加不同水平 GBE 对鲤生长性能和饵料系数均未产生显著影响(P>0.05)。血清生化数据显示: 饲料中添加 GBE 显著提高了总蛋白(TP) 含量, 而降低了葡萄糖(Glu)和皮质醇(cortisol)水平(P<0.05), 但对总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT) 和谷草转氨酶(AST)含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。抗氧化参数表明: 与对照组相比, 日粮中添加 GBE 对血清、肝脏、 肠道、鳃和肌肉中丙二醛(MDA)含量无显著影响(P>0.05), 但肝脏中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、以及还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量均显著升高。同时, 1.0 g/kg GBE 显著提高了肠道和鳃 T-AOC 含量(P<0.05); 5.0 g/kg GBE 显著提高了鳃 GSH 含量(P<0.05)。基因表达结果显示: 与对照组相比, 饲料中添加 GBE 能显著诱导肝脏和肠道中 cyp3a 基因表达, 而下调 cyp1a 和 cyp1b 基因表达; 同时, 肝脏和肠道中免疫相关基因(c3 和 c-lyz)表达量在 1.0 g/kg GBE 添加组中显著上调(P<0.05)。综上所述, GBE 作为饲料添加剂不能改善鲤的生长性能和饵料系数, 但可以增强鲤的抗应激、抗氧化能力和免疫相关基因的表达, 并且未对鲤产生肝毒性, 鲤饲料中 GBE 建议添加量为 1.0 g/kg。  相似文献

Six practical extruded diets were formulated to investigate the effect of graded levels of starch (17, 22, and 26%) associated with either 30 or 34% protein level on growth, feed utilization, body composition, and hepatic transaminases of juvenile grass carp, Ctenopharyngodon idella. Over an 8‐wk growth trial, survival rates (99–100%) were not significantly affected (P > 0.05) by dietary treatments. Independent of dietary starch level, weight gain (WG, %), specific growth rate (SGR, %/d), and feed efficiency ratio (FER) showed significant better response (P < 0.05) of fish fed 34% protein diet than those of fish fed 30% protein diet. Protein productive value (PPV) was only affected by dietary protein level, with higher values in the 34% protein level than their 30% counterparts. Irrespective of dietary protein level, lipid productive value (LPV), energy productive value (EPV), viscerosomatic index (VSI, %), intraperitoneal fat ratio (IPF, %), and whole body, liver, and muscle lipid level increased with increasing starch supply. At the same protein level, plasma triacylglycerol (TG), cholesterol (CHO), and low density lipoprotein‐cholesterol (LDL‐C) increased when dietary starch level increased from 17 to 26%. Neither dietary protein level nor starch level affected activities of hepatic alanine aminotransferase (ALAT) and aspartate transferase (ASAT). The overall results in this study suggested that the higher 34% protein was superior for juvenile grass carp and an increase in dietary starch level did not improve growth or protein utilization but enhanced whole‐body lipid deposition and liver, viscera and muscle lipid level. The diet containing 34% protein and 17% starch was optimal for practical production of juvenile grass carp.  相似文献

This study investigated the effects of dietary protein source and feeding regime (apparent satiation and rationed) on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, fatty acid (FA) profile, and fillet quality traits in rainbow trout. A stock of 1200 juvenile trout (mean weight 114.6 ± 0.2 g) were randomly distributed into 24 fiberglass tanks (four diets × three replications × two feeding regimes). The experimental diets were formulated to be isoproteic and isoenergetic based on bacterial protein meal (BPM), pea protein concentrate (PPC), mixture thereof (MIX), and fish meal (FM), respectively. The feeding trial lasted 77 d with water temperature of 13 C. Statistical differences appeared among the diets only in terms of crude protein digestibility. Growth performance and somatic indexes were significantly affected by the diet, while only the condition factor was influenced by the feeding regime. None of the parameters appeared to be affected by the interaction effects. Differences appeared between the FA profiles of the dorsal muscle. Oleic, linoleic, α‐linolenic, and docosahexaenoic acid contents were influenced by diet, while only minor FAs were influenced by feeding regime. In conclusion, growth performance and nutrient digestibility resulted lower in fish fed BPM diet than other groups, while PPC group was similar to FM group.  相似文献

Growth, feed conversion, and nutrient retention efficiencies of African catfish fingerling, Clarias gariepinus (5.22 ± .07 cm; 8.22 ± 0.03 g), fed diets with varying levels of protein were assessed by feeding seven casein/gelatin based isocaloric (17.62 kJ/g GE) experimental diets with graded levels of dietary protein (20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, and 50% of the diet) to triplicate groups of fish to apparent satiation for eight weeks. Effects of feeding these diets on live weight gain (LWG%), feed conversion ratio (FCR), protein efficiency ratio (PER), protein retention efficiency (PRE%), and energy retention efficiency (ERE%) were assessed. Maximum LWG% (867%), PER (2.01), highest PRE (32%), ERE (69%), best FCR (1.39), and maximum body protein were recorded in fish fed diet containing 35% protein. On the basis of the second-degree polynomial regression analysis of the above response variables, it is recommended that the inclusion of protein in the range of 34.4%–39.6% is optimum for maximizing growth potential, feed conversion, and nutrient retention in African catfish fingerling, Clarias gariepinus.  相似文献

A series of laboratory experiments were conducted on the harpacticoid copepod, Euterpina acutifrons, to assess the influence of 10 different microalgal diets (four monoalgal and six mixed algal diets) on several parameters related to its productivity in culture. The four monoalgal diets were the Tahitian strain of Isochrysis sp. (T‐Iso), Pavlova salina (Pav), Tetraselmis chuii (Tet) and the diatom Chaetoceros muelleri (Chaet), the five binary diets were T‐Iso+Tet, Pav+Tet, T‐Iso+Pav, Tet+Chaet and Pav+Chaet, while the tri‐algal diet was T‐Iso+Tet+Pav. All diets were fed to copepods at 1500 μ gC L?1 and in the case of binary or trialgal diets, carbon concentration was divided equally between the two or three algae offered. Among monoalgal diets, the diatom Chaet was excellent for E. acutifrons. Out of the 10 diets tested, the binary diet Tet+Chaet, which contained the diatom Chaet, was the best for naupliar production of single pair E. acutifrons (19.5±1.7 nauplii female?1 day?1), significantly (P<0.05) higher than all other treatments except for the Chaet treatment (P>0.05). Similarly, in the group naupliar production trial (50 adult E. acutifrons per replicate), Tet+Chaet produced a significantly higher number of nauplii (405.8±18.6 nauplii day?1) than the other treatments (P<0.05). Tet+Chaet further supported the highest naupliar survival (82.0±2.8%) and copepodite survival (89.0±2.8%), while the mono‐algal diet Chaet produced the second highest naupliar (76.7±2.6%) and copepodite survival (83.5±2.6%). In contrast, Pav produced the lowest overall survival at the naupliar stage (30.0±2.9%), significantly lower than all other treatments (P<0.05). While development from newly hatched nauplii to copepodites was not significantly affected by diets, mean development time from nauplius to adult was significantly different among treatments. Mean development time from hatching (naupliar I stage; NI) to the adult stage was the fastest with Tet+Chaet and Chaet (6.8±0.0 days for both treatments), which was significantly faster than that of Pav, T‐Iso Pav+Tet and T‐Iso+Pav+Te treatment (P<0.05). E. acutifrons sex ratio was significantly affected by diets, and always skewed in favour of males. Feeding on Pav resulted in the lowest proportion of females (23.7±1.2%), significantly lower than for six of the other treatments (P<0.05). Adult females had longer average life expectancy than males for all treatments, and were the longest when fed Tet+Chaet (9.5±0.4 days), which was more than twice as long as the shortest lifespan recorded for the Pav treatment (4.2±0.6 days) (P<0.05). In summary, among 10 diets tested, the binary diet Tet+Chaet appeared to support the highest culture productivity of E. acutifrons while the diatom Chaet also performed well as a monoalgal diet.  相似文献

This study was conducted to quantify dietary vitamin C requirement of fingerling, Cirrhinus mrigala, (0.79 ± 0.07 g; 3.51 ± 0.15 cm) by feeding casein‐gelatin based purified diets (400 g/kg crude protein; 3.45 kcal/g digestible energy) containing nine levels of vitamin C as l‐ascorbyl‐2‐polyphosphate (0.0, 5, 15, 25, 35, 45, 55, 75, and 95 mg vitamin C equivalent/kg diet) to triplicate groups of fish to apparent satiation for 16 wk. Absolute weight gain (AWG, g/fish), feed conversion ratio (FCR), protein retention efficiency (PRE%), RNA/DNA ratio, hemoglobin (Hb, g/dL), and hematocrit value (Hct%) were taken as the response criteria to determine vitamin C requirement of mrigal. Fish fed diet with 35 mg/kg vitamin C had significantly higher AWG (9.94 g/fish), FCR (1.39), PRE (27.72%), RNA/DNA ratio (4.18), Hb (11.15 g/dL), and Hct (34.44%) values. However, liver vitamin C concentration was found to be higher (64.92 µg/g wet tissue) in diet containing 45 mg vitamin C/kg. Broken‐line regression analysis of AWG data estimated the requirement of 35.65 mg/kg, whereas that of the liver vitamin C concentration data projected the requirement to 41.99 mg/kg.  相似文献

Thirty two families (representing 397 fish of 900 g average weight) of rainbow trout. Oncorhynchus mykiss (Walbaum) (16 diploid sib-groups and their homologous triploids obtained by heat shock) were fed astaxanthin (96 mg kg-1 feed) for 39 days, resulting in a red colouring of the muscle. The colour was measured in the CIELCH colour space using a chromameter at three points of fish muscle (head, middle and tail). The effects of ploidy, sex, family and location of measurement on the colour attributes offish muscle (lightness, chroma and hue angle) were analysed. Diploid fish had a higher chroma than triploid ones (P<0.02), but no ploidy effect was found on lightness nor on hue angle. Sex had little influence on colour attributes, except for the hue angle which was slightly higher (P<0.07) in females than in males. Family had a strong effect on chroma (P<0.002), hue angle (P<0.02), and, to a lesser extent, on lightness (P<0.07). However, within families the muscle colour was very variable from one fish to another (highly significant variation [P<0.0001] on every colour attribute). The location effect was highly significant on lightness (P<0.0001), chroma (P<0.0001), and hue angle (P<0.0001). Data from the tail part of the fish muscle were higher than those from the head part. The middle part always exhibited the lowest data.  相似文献

Four isonitrogenous (30% crude protein) and isocaloric (4.40 kcal/g) experimental diets were formulated to contain 0.0% (control), 0.5%, 1.0%, or 1.5% cinnamon. The diet containing 1% cinnamon resulted in significantly greater (P < 0.05) specific growth rate (SGR), feed conversion ratio (FCR), feed efficiency ratio (FER), protein efficiency ratio (PER), apparent protein utilization (APU), and energy utilization (EU). In regard to body composition, there was no significant difference in dry matter, protein, lipids, and ash (P > 0.05) contents due to cinnamon supplementation. Blood plasma profile showed an improvement in hemoglobin (HB), red blood cell (RBCS), hematocrite (PCV), total protein, and total lipids, while there was a decrease in creatinin, urea, aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and glucose in fish fed 1% cinnamon. Cinnamon was found to have an antibacterial activity antagonistic to Aeromonas hydrophila infection in fish. Performance and FCR improvement translated into a 10% decrease in feed costs associated with the 1% cinnamon diet.  相似文献

实验用中华绒鳌蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)幼蟹初始体质量为1.8 g左右.饲料A添加6%鱼肝油和4%大豆卵鳞脂(饲料含4.53%磷脂和1.08%HUFA),饲料B添加10%的猪油(饲料含0.39%磷脂和0.18%HUFA);实验蟹单个体饲养(可防止蜕壳期间蟹相互残杀而获得饲料外的营养源),雌蟹(F)、雄蟹(Lul)各60个,实验周期120 d.结果表明:两组饲料条件下,幼蟹的存活率、增重率、特定生长率、平均蜕壳次数、蜕壳间隔时间及肝胰腺指数均无显著差异(P>0.05).但无论是雌蟹还是雄蟹,A组幼蟹肝胰腺和肌肉的总脂含量显著低于B组(P<0.05),并且A组蟹肝胰腺和肌肉中磷脂、多不饱和脂肪酸和高度不饱和脂肪酸的含量显著高于B组(P<0.05).这表明,在中华绒鳌蟹幼蟹饲料中添加4.53%磷脂和1.08%HUFA对其存活、生长、蜕壳无显著影响,但可使其肝胰腺和肌肉中的总脂含量降低,而磷脂、多不饱和脂肪酸和高度不饱和脂肪酸的含量升高.本研究结果旨在为中华绒鳌蟹幼蟹的营养学研究提供理论依据,同时也为生产上幼蟹饲料的开发提供参考.  相似文献

Three 9‐wk feeding trials were performed to assess the effects of dietary protein and lipid levels on the growth, feed utilization, and body composition of turbot, Scophthalmus maximus Linnaeus, at three different growth stages with initial average weight 4.5 ± 0.01, 59.1 ± 0.24, and 209.1 ± 0.21 g, respectively. Six practical test diets were formulated to contain three protein levels (45, 50, and 55%), each of which was supplemented with two lipid levels (12.0 and 16.0%), to produce a range of P : E ratios (from 87.4 to 110.0 mg protein/kcal). The results of three experiments suggested that growth performance generally improved with increasing dietary protein irrespective of dietary lipid. Fish fed diets with 55% protein (12 and 16% lipid, P : E ratio of 110.9 and 107.1 mg protein/kcal) had the highest specific growth rates (SGRs), feed efficiency ratios (FERs), and energy retention. At the same protein level, FER and protein efficiency ratio (PER) increased significantly with the increase of lipid except in large fish (initial average weight 209.1 ± 0.21 g). SGR of medium turbot (initial average weight 59.1 ± 0.24 g) was also improved by the lipid increase, indicating a protein‐sparing effect of lipid.  相似文献

Studies were conducted with Atlantic cod, Gadus morhua (L.), to determine the apparent digestibility coefficients (ADCs) of protein and energy and the digestible energy (DE) content in feed ingredients widely available in Canada. We also tested the assumption of “independency” used in digestibility studies. The feed ingredients included two fish meals (herring, anchovy), three crustacean by-product meals (whole krill, crab, shrimp), two animal by-product meals (poultry by-product, hydrolyzed feather), six oilseed meals (soybean, soy protein concentrate, soy protein isolate, canola, canola protein concentrate, flaxseed), two pulse meals (white lupin, pea protein concentrate) and two cereal grain meals (corn gluten, wheat gluten). Protein ADCs were high for wheat gluten meal (99.9%), soy protein concentrate (98.6%), soy protein isolate (97.4%), whole krill meal (96.3%), herring meal (93.3%), soybean meal (92.3%), anchovy meal (92.2%), pea protein concentrate (89.8%), white lupin meal (89.7%), crab meal (89.4%), canola protein concentrate (88.8%) and corn gluten meal (86.3%); mid-range for poultry by-product meal (80.2%) and canola meal (76.0%); and low for shrimp meal (66.7%), hydrolyzed feather meal (62.4%) and flaxseed meal (50.2-55.0%). Energy ADC was high for whole krill meal (96.3%), wheat gluten meal (95.4%), soy protein concentrate (94.9%), herring meal (92.8%), soy protein isolate (92.1%), soybean meal (88.1%) and anchovy meal (86.4%); mid-range for canola protein concentrate (83.3%), corn gluten meal (82.7%), crab meal (82.4%), pea protein concentrate (76.7%) and white lupin meal (75.3%); and low for poultry by-product meal (71.0%), canola meal (60.6%), hydrolyzed feather meal (58.9%), shrimp meal (41.4%) and flaxseed meal (21.2-37.4%). From the protein ADC data, results clearly showed that the basal diet and test feed ingredients were digested independently of one another in nearly all cases, the only exceptions being for those diets containing test ingredients of very high (> 99%, wheat gluten) or very low (< 67%, hydrolyzed feather and flaxseed) protein ADCs. The degree of hydrolysis (DH) of the ingredients was evaluated for Centropomus undecimalis juveniles. The in vitro experiment included wheat gluten (WG), corn gluten (CG), soybean meal (SBM) and pretreated phytase (SBM + phytase), soy protein concentrate (SPC), canola meal (CAN) and pretreated phytase (CAN + phytase), poultry byproduct meal (PBPM), chicken meal (CHKM), dried whey (DW), Pota meal (PM: mix of giant squid, fish soluble protein concentrate, crustacean meal, and fish oil), and Protiblend (PTB: aquatic and render mix). The highest acidic DH occurred with PTB (0.38 ± 0.06), CHKM (0.33 ± 0.3), and PBPM (0.25 ± 0.03). In the alkaline condition, PTB (1.6 ± 0.17 and 0.98 ± 0.05 for pyloric caeca and intestine, respectively) and CG (1.04 ± 0.4 and 0.75 ± 0.2 for caeca and intestine, respectively) provided the highest DH values. In vitro digestibility demonstrated that PTB was the highest (85.3%) followed by PBPM (51.4%), CAN + phytase (47.6%), CG (45.1%), and CHKM (46.5%). The in vivo experiment concerned the WG, CHKM, PBPM, PM, and PTB diets plus a reference diet with fishmeal (Ref diet). The total %DH was different (P < 0.05) with the lowest values for the WG diet (0.34 ± 0.09%) and Ref diet (0.34 ± 0.15). Free amino acid released during digestion was displayed for these diets and a bifactorial analysis produced no difference (P > 0.05). The apparent digestive coefficients ranged from 89.8 to 92.9% for protein and from 68 to 71.4% for energy.  相似文献

The initial ingestion age and size and the digestive index of Argopecten ventricosus-circularis Sowerby II, 1842 veliger larvae were investigated using epifluorescence microscopy. Ten microalgae were tested as feed during the first 7 days of life at this stage. Results of ingestion experiments showed there was a significant positive correlation between the smaller geometric dimension of the algae and the larval age and size of initial ingestion. Out of the 10 species offered, only Nannochloris oculata (NANO), Isochrysis galbana (TISO), Monochrysis lutheri (MONO), Chaetoceros muelleri (CM), Chaetoceros calcitrans (CC), Thalassiosira pseudonana clone 3H (3H), and Phaeodactylum tricornutum (PHT) were ingested. No ingestion was observed in Thalassiosira pseudonana clone s78 (S78), Tetraselmis suecica (TETRA) and Dunaliella tertiolecta (DUN) during the experiment. The digestion index of the larvae, defined as the degree of algal digestion at the third hour after ingestion, increased with larval age and size with TISO and MONO. With CC, 3H and CM, the digestion index was lower and no digestion was observed with NANO and PHT.  相似文献
