根据Iwao的抽样数模型,确定出门源草原毛虫(Gynaephoramenyuanensis)的最适抽样数。当防治指标标为30头/m ̄2时,序贯抽样的累积幼虫量界限公式为:T_0(N)=30n±29.71当t=1.64,或T_0(N)=30n±35.51,当t=1.96。在高寒草甸中,棋盘式抽样方法是随机取样幼虫和茧的最佳方式。  相似文献

对我国江苏省淮阴县、北京市平谷县、内蒙古自治区库伦旗、陕西省吴旗县和甘肃省武威市的不同年龄的沙打旺(AstragalusadsurgensPal.)病害进行了调查,并以生长地≥0℃年积温和草原湿润度为指标,分析了病害与产地环境条件的关系。结果表明,沙打旺植株田间发病率随草地年龄而增加,在四龄时最高可达100%。共发现10种真菌病害,它们是锈病(Uromyceslapponicus)、白粉病(Erysiphepisi)、小丛壳炭疽病(Glomerelasp.)、交链孢黑斑病(Alternariaalternata)、多主枝孢叶斑病(Cladosporiumherbarum)、茎点霉褐霉病(Phomasp.)、棘壳孢叶斑病(Pyrenochaetasp.)、丝核菌基腐病(Rhizoctoniasolani)、壳针孢斑枯病(Septoriasp.)和匍柄霉叶斑病(Stemphyliumbotryosum)等,另发现细菌病、病毒病(花叶病)和菟丝子各1种。细菌、病毒未鉴定,菟丝子为中国菟丝子(Cuscutachinensis)。各地病害发生种数与≥0℃年积温相关不显著(P>0.05),但与草原湿润度(K值)显著相关  相似文献

通过Illumina平台Miseq重测序方法分析不同世代(G0、G5、G10、G12、G14、G15、G17)的MHC BF1和BF2基因座位多态性,揭示狼山鸡不同世代间MHC BF基因遗传多样性,为更好地监测保种效果提供科学的决策依据。在狼山鸡7个世代中分别鉴定出MHC BF1、BF2基因59和34个SNPs。狼山鸡MHC BF1基因观察杂合度(Ho)、期望杂合度(He)和多态信息含量(PIC)在G10、G12、G14保持稳定,Ho在不同世代变化情况为G17G15G14、G12、G10G5G0,He和PIC在不同世代变化情况为G17、G15G14、G12、G10G5G0,MHC BF2基因的Ho在G10、G14、G15保持稳定,其他世代变化情况为G17、G12G15、G14、G10G0、G5;He和PIC在G12、G14、G15和G17保持稳定,在其他世代变化情况为G17、G15、G14、G12G10G5、G0。从本研究结果看,狼山鸡不同世代MHC BF1和BF2遗传多样性变化规律不太一致,但总体规律符合波动选择(时空变换的选择)假说,随着时间的推移MHC BF基因遗传多样性变得更为丰富,在某些连续几个世代群体遗传多样性基本保持稳定,这可能与MHC BF基因功能有关。  相似文献

对线叶嵩草(Kobresia capillifolia)内生细菌部分生物功能进行鉴定及测定;采用组织分离法从青藏高原青海省海西线叶嵩草根部分离出10株内生细菌。结果表明,10株内生细菌均能固氮,2G1和2G10能够产IAA;其中2G2、2G3、2G4、2G5、2G6、2G7、2G8和2G9对指示菌均有拮抗作用,对马铃薯炭疽菌Colletotrlchum coccodes的拮抗作用最强,抑菌率达88.58%。通过培养性状和形态特征,结合16S rDNA序列相似性分析,将2G1和2G10分别鉴定为苏云金芽孢杆菌Bacillus thuringiensis和Bacillus simpix,2G2和2G9鉴定为亲甲基醇芽孢杆菌Bacillus methylotrophicus,2G3和2G6鉴定为解淀粉芽孢杆菌Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,2G4和2G5鉴定为云南苏铁芽孢杆菌Bacillus siamensis,2G7和2G8鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis。该研究结果为青藏高原极端生境牧草根部内生细菌的多样性及功能菌株的开发提供依据。  相似文献

五种丛枝菌根真菌对白三叶耐铜污染的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用盆栽试验研究了副冠球囊霉、摩西球囊霉、根内球囊霉、聚从球囊霉和幼套球囊霉五种丛枝菌根(AM)真菌接种处理的白三叶对Cu污染的生理反应.结果表明:(1)Cu污染土壤中接种根内球囊霉显著提高了白三叶地上部和根部鲜重、株高和主根长,菌根依赖性依次为:根内球囊霉>摩西球囊霉>幼套球囊霉>聚从球囊霉>副冠球囊霉.(2)AM真菌(副冠球囊霉除外)接种株地上部POD、CAT活性及根内球囊霉接种株SOD活性均显著高于对照,根内球囊霉、幼套球囊霉和副冠球囊霉处理显著降低了地上部MDA含量;AM真菌接种株叶绿素含量及根内球囊霉、摩西球囊霉接种株地上部脯氨酸含量亦显著高于对照.(3)根内球囊霉和幼套球囊霉处理显著提高了地上部及根部Cu含量,摩西球囊霉接种株根部Cu含量亦显著增加,而副冠球囊霉处理降低了根部Cu含量,五种处理中以根内球囊霉处理的地上部/根系Cu转运系数最大.(4)AM真菌(副冠球囊霉除外)接种株地上部与根部Zn含量、根内球囊霉和幼套球囊霉接种株地上部与根部P含量均显著高于对照,同时聚丛球囊霉和副冠球囊霉处理显著提高了地上部P含量;AM真菌显著提高了根部K含量,对地上部K含量无显著性影响;根内球囊霉处理地上部Mg含量增加,AM真菌(幼套球囊霉除外)接种株根部Mg含量显著高于对照;此外,AM真菌处理显著增加了地上部Ca(聚丛球囊霉处理除外)和根部Ca(副冠球囊霉处理除外)含量.可见,根内球囊霉接种处理最有利于白三叶对Cu污染土壤的修复,幼套球囊霉处理的修复效果次之,副冠球囊霉处理的修复效果相对较弱.  相似文献

The developmental ability and the nucleus and microtubule dynamics of nuclear transplanted goat embryos derived from in vitro matured oocytes were studied while controlling cell-cycle coordination of donor embryonic nuclei and recipient cytoplasts. Three groups of transfers were studied: G0/G1 (after the fibroblast cells grew to 100% confluence) and G2/M (nocodazole treated) phase fibroblasts transferred to MII cytoplasts (G0/G1-->MII and G2/M-->MII group, respectively), and G0/G1 phase fibroblasts transferred to preactivated cytoplasts, mostly at S-phase, (G0/G1-->Pre group) by electrical fusion. The results showed that fusion and developmental ability did not differ between G0/G1-->MII and G0/G1-->Pre groups. However the developmental rate of embryos in the G0/G1-->MII group was significantly higher than that of the G2/M-->MII group. Most fibroblast nuclei (G0/G1 and G2/M) transferred into MII oocytes underwent premature chromosome condensation (PCC). Normal spindle were only detected in the G0/G1-->MII group. In contract, fibroblast nuclei in pre-activated oocytes rarely underwent PCC, but formed a swollen nuclear structure. The data suggest that in vitro matured goat oocytes can support the development of somatic fibroblasts after nuclear transfer, G0/G1 -->MII and G0/G1-->S nuclear transfer might be effective ways for improving the developmental competence of the reconstituted embryos, and that G2/M-->MII nuclear transfer by electrical fusion (even in Ca2+-free fusion medium) induces abnormal chromosome ploidy.  相似文献

通过细胞毒性试验和细胞增殖试验对干酪乳杆菌LC2W产胞外多糖纯化两组分G1和G2的体外免疫活性进行了初步研究,体外细胞培养试验结果表明,G1和G2均无细胞毒性,在5μg/mL~80μg/mL的浓度范围内,G1与G2对T淋巴细胞增殖的作用差异较大,G1与G2对B淋巴细胞增殖均表现为抑制作用,而且G2的抑制作用比G1强,具有明显的剂量效应,其抑制作用与浓度呈正相关。  相似文献

2000-2002年在上海交通大学农业与生物学院农场对46个禾本科牧草品种进行比较试验,并在实验室内进行耐盐性鉴定与品质分析.通过对参试材料的鲜草产量、干草产量、粗蛋白含量、耐盐性等性状的考察和比较分析,筛选出越年生黑麦草Lolium multi florum是高产牧草种.其中秋播早发类型品种有泰蒂拉(英文名:Tetila;试验编号:G16;下文同),Grazer(G38),Total(G41),初春第1茬干草产量超过6 t/hm2;春播产量较高的品种有FaGrow(G30),97-3(G23),泰蒂拉和特高(Tatragold,G18)等,当年6月中旬1次收获的干革产量超过8.6 t/hm2;4次收获鲜草总产较高的品种有9724(G22),FaGron(G30),Total(G41),特高和泰蒂拉等,折合干草产量超过20 t/hm2;耐盐性较强的品种有特高,Minaret(G37)和上农四倍体(G45),能在含0.6%NaCl的1/4 Hoagland营养液中萌发和生长良好;高产品种中乳熟期粗蛋白含量较高的品种有9724(G22)和Tetila(G16),分别超过或接近占干物质的10%;乳熟期牧草干鲜比较高的品种有特高和上农四倍体(G45),超过0.3.在46个品种中,综合性状评定最好的5个品种有9724(G22),特高,泰蒂拉,FaGrow(G30),和Total(G41),它们都适合在上海及其周边地区加以推广应用.  相似文献

Rotaviruses (RV) have a high prevalence in piggeries worldwide and are one of the major pathogens causing severe diarrhoea in young pigs. RV species A, B, and C have been linked to piglet diarrhoea in Australian pig herds, but their genetic diversity has not been studied in detail. Based on sequencing of the structural viral protein 7 (VP7) RVA G genotypes G3, G4 and G5, and RVC types G1, G3, G5, and G6 have been identified in Australian piggeries in previous studies. Although occurrence of RVB was reported in Australia in 1988, no further genetic analysis has been conducted. To improve health management decisions in Australian pig herds, more information on RV prevalence and genetic diversity is needed. Here, 243 enteric samples collected from 20 pig farms within Eastern Australia were analysed for the presence of RV in different age groups using a novel PCR-based multiplex assay (Pork MultiPath™ enteric panel). RVA, RVB, and RVC were detected in 10, 14, and 14 farms, respectively. Further sequencing of VP7 in selected RV-positive samples revealed G genotypes G2, G5, G9 (RVA), G6, G8, G14, G16, G20 (RVB), and G1, G3, G5, G6 (RVC) present. RVA was only detected in young (<10 weeks old) pigs whereas RVB and RVC were also detected in older animals (>11 weeks old). Interestingly, RVB and RVC G-type occurrence differed between age groups. In conclusion, this study provides new insights on the prevalence and diversity of different RV species in pig herds of Eastern Australia whilst demonstrating the ability of the Pork MultiPath™ technology to accurately differentiate between these RV species.  相似文献

上海崇明白山羊具有高繁殖率的优良特性,为探索这一特性的遗传基础,本研究利用PCR-SSCP联合PCR产物测序的方法分析了gdf-9基因的多态性,结果发现在崇明白山羊gdf-9基因的编码区内存在3处多态位点,分别为A183C、G1188A和G1189A。其中G1188A变异位点在其他山羊中尚未有报道。经氨基酸编码分析,A183C和G1188A处的多态性未造成氨基酸的编码改变,G1189A处的G→A多态变化导致了缬氨酸→异亮氨酸的改变。两相邻多态位点G1188A和G1189A的产仔率分析结果表明:在75只崇明白山羊中,G1188A位点的3种等位基因型G(G)、G(A)和A(A)的基因频率分别为86.67%、13.33%和0;G1189A位点的3种等位基因型G(G)、G(A)和A(A)的基因频率分别为60.00%、40.00%和0;G1188A位点处G(G)型个体产仔数的最小二乘均值大于G(A)型个体(P>0.05);G1189A位点G(A)型个体的平均产仔数大于G(G)型个体(P>0.05)。综合G1188A和G1189A两个位点,不同基因型的最小二乘均值关系为AC>AA>AB,但3种基因型间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上结果,崇明山羊gdf-9基因变异位点的多态性对产仔数没有显著性影响。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to determine whether intracameral commercial lidocaine 2% induces alterations on the rabbit corneal endothelium. Forty white rabbits received different substances inside the anterior chamber: group (G)1, no substance; G2 and G3 received lidocaine 2% with preservative in aqueous solution; G4 and G5, lidocaine 2% with preservative in gel solution; G6 and G7, the anesthetic preservative (metilparahydroxybenzoate 0.1%); and G8 and G9, lidocaine 2% without preservative in aqueous solution. The animals from G2, 4, 6 and 8 were sacrificed after 1 h, and from G3, 5, 7 and 9 after 24 h after injection of the substance inside the anterior chamber. The corneas were clinically evaluated and assessed by transmission and scanning electron microscopy. G1, 2, 6, 7, 8 and 9 animals had very similar characteristics in clinical, ultrastructural and morphometric evaluations; the G3 and G4 animals showed discrete edema and one animal in G5 had intense corneal edema. We conclude that lidocaine 2% with preservative induces few ultrastructural alterations in the corneal endothelial cells.  相似文献

A randomised block design study was conducted to evaluate the effects of mange on cattle. Twenty-four Simmentaler Fleckvieh bulls were formed into eight replicates of three bulls based on Day -56 body weight (288-414 kg). Within replicates bulls were randomly allocated to groups G1: uninfested control, G2: infested control or G3: infested, treated with 0.2mg ivermectin/kg (1% ivermectin injection; IVOMEC, Merial) on Day 0. The G2 and G3 bulls were infested with Sarcoptes/Chorioptes mites on Days -56 and -49. Feed consumption was recorded daily throughout the study (Days -56 to 56). Body weights were measured and serum samples collected. Mites were counted at bi-weekly intervals from Day -14 on. The carcasses of the bulls and the leather produced from their hides were evaluated.
