为了研究獭兔目粮中硒的需要量,试验以72只50日龄吉戎-Ⅱ生长獭兔为研究对象,随机分成6组,在玉米-豆粕型日粮的基础上分别添加0,0.10,0.25,0.40,0.55,0.70 mg/kg水平的硒.结果表明:日粮硒水平对獭兔日增重、皮张面积及血清总蛋白、白蛋白、T3、T4影响显著(P<0.05);獭兔日粮中硒的适宜添加量为0.25 mg/kg.  相似文献

选用吉戎-Ⅱ生长獭兔随机分组,各组日粮中分别添加锌、铜、锰和硒,其中锌的添加量为0、40、80、120mg/kg,硒为0、0.1、0.25、0.4、0.55、0.7mg/kg,锰为0、5、15、25、35、45mg/kg,铜为0、10、20、40、80、160mg/kg。结果表明,4种元素均能影响生长獭兔的生长性能。试验所选相关酶CuZn-SOD、GPX、Mn-SOD、CP的活性能较好地反映此4种元素在獭兔体内的代谢状况。肾脏、肝脏中Zn和Se的沉积量能较好地反映饲粮Zn和Se在獭兔体内的沉积情况。胫骨和被毛中锰浓度则可以作为评价锰吸收利用率的敏感指标。综合各项指标得出,吉戎-Ⅱ獭兔日粮中锰、锌、铜、硒的适宜添加量分别为35、80、40、0.25mg/kg。  相似文献

选择30±2日龄平均体重0.78±0.04kg的健康獭兔96只,按体重和性别随机分为4组,每组24只,分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+200μg/kg酵母铬、基础日粮+400μg/kg酵母铬、基础日粮+800μg/kg酵母铬4种日粮,试验期60d。结果表明,基础日粮添加400μg/kg酵母铬,能显著提高獭兔断奶后15d内日增重(P〈0.01);日粮补铬能降低獭兔血清葡萄糖、总甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低脂蛋白胆固醇水平,升高高脂蛋白胆固醇水平,但对蛋白质水平无显著影响。  相似文献

本研究旨在通过在奶牛日粮中添加酵母硒,探讨其对奶牛血液抗氧化能力和泌乳性能的影响,为酵母硒在奶牛养殖业中的应用提供参考依据。试验选取40头体况、奶产量、泌乳天数相近的奶牛,分为4组,对照组添加亚硒酸钠,添加后硒水平为0.3 mg/kg日粮,3个处理组在日粮基础上添加酵母硒,添加后日粮硒水平分别为:0.3、0.4 5和0.6 mg/kg。对试验牛群乳样和血样分析表明:与亚硒酸钠相比,添加酵母硒可以极显著降低乳中体细胞数(P<0.0 1),-提高全血硒含量及血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活力(P<0.0 1);在0.3 mg/kg硒水平下,与亚硒酸钠相比饲喂酵母硒奶牛血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.0 5),综合考虑,日粮硒水平为0.4 5 mg/kg的酵母硒添加组效果较好。  相似文献

选择80只60日龄的法系獭兔研究酵母硒对生长性能和组织抗氧化能力及GSH-Px mRNA表达丰度的影响。随机分为4个处理组,对照组、硒添加组(1~3)的饲粮是在基础日粮中分别添加0、0.1、0.3、0.5 mg/kg酵母硒,试验期30 d。结果表明:硒添加2组与3组的饲料增重比分别降低12.86%与9.02%,而皮张面积却分别增加11.30%与11.97%(P<0.05);在血浆中,添加2组与3组的GSH-Px活性与CAT活性均极显著升高(P<0.01);在肝组织中,添加1组的GSH-Px活性与CAT活性显著升高(P<0.05),而添加2组的MDA含量降低得最多;在肌肉组织中,添加1~3组的GSH-Px活性分别显著升高17.66%、57.91%与65.02%(P<0.05);肝与背最长肌的GSH-Px mRNA表达水平随酵母硒添加水平升高而升高(P<0.01)。综合分析表明,仔獭兔饲粮中添加酵母硒的最适量为0.3 mg/kg。  相似文献

在鸡日粮中添加0.3和0.6mg/kg水平的亚硒酸钠,使鸡有较快的生长速度,添加量在0.6mg/kg水平时作用明显。试验各组之间相比。平均耗料量差异不显著(P〉0.05),0.9mg/kg水平的亚硒酸钠添加组与其他3组相比平均耗料量差异显著(P〈0.05)。0.6和0.9mg/kg水平的亚硒酸钠添加组与对照组相比全期平均增重差异显著(P〈0.05)。试验组与对照组相比料肉比差异不显著(P〉0.05)。添加0.3和0.6mg/kg水平的亚硒酸钠,可以降低试验鸡的死淘率,但当添加水平达0.9mg/ks时,会导致死淘率上升。  相似文献

选用14日龄AA肉仔鸡216只,随机分为6个处理组,每组设3个重复,每重复12只鸡,在基础日粮中分别添加铬0.0(对照)、1.0、2.0、3.0、4.0和5.0mg/kg,试验期4周,测定28d、42d时的免疫器官指数、外周血淋巴细胞转化率以及21d、28d、35d、42d血清新城疫抗体效价和42d胴体品质指标。结果表明:3.0、4.0、5.0mg/kg铬添加水平能够显著提高热应激肉鸡胸腺指数(P〈0.05);3.0、4.0mg/kg铬添加水平能够显著提高肉鸡血清新城疫抗体效价(P〈0.05);4.0、5.mg/kg铬添加水平能够显著提高热应激肉鸡28d和42d外周血淋巴细胞转化率(P〈0.05);日粮添加CrY对热应激肉鸡的屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率均未产生显著影响(P〉0.05);3.0mg/kg铬添加组腹脂率显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。因此,日粮添加酵母铬可以提高热应激肉鸡免疫器官指数和血清新城疫抗体效价,刺激外周血淋巴细胞的增殖,有改善胴体品质的趋势。  相似文献

SD大鼠75只,体重50~60g,随机均分5组。组Ⅰ,正常对照组;组Ⅱ,试验对照组;组Ⅲ,高亚硒酸钠组;组Ⅳ,富硒麦芽组;组Ⅴ,富硒酵母组。组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ各组基础饲料中分别添加亚硒酸钠硒,含量分别为0.1、0.1、0.3mg/kg;组Ⅳ,基础饲料中添加富硒麦芽硒0.3mg/kg;组Ⅴ,基础饲料中添加富硒酵母硒0.3mg/kg。各组饲喂基础料第32天时,除组Ⅰ大鼠外,其余4组大鼠实施“AFB1致肝癌短期实验模型程序”。记录各组大鼠体重情况,测定血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、NO和γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GTase)、SOD、MDA含量,以及肝、肾组织和全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)、MDA、SOD、羟脯氨酸(HyP)的活性。结果:与对照组相比,富硒酵母硒和富硒麦芽硒能显著促进大鼠生长,提高大鼠增重率、降低料肉比,而亚硒酸钠硒作用不明显;并明显降低血清γ-GTase、HyP水平,提升全血GSH—Px活性及血清SOD水平,有效清除肾脏MDA;在降低血清ALP、AFP和快速提高全血GSH—Px活性方面,富硒麦芽硒作用优于富硒酵母硒。表明富硒酵母硒和富硒麦芽硒比亚硒酸钠硒能更有效提高大鼠生长速度,增强其抗氧化能力,从而抵抗AFB1所致肝肿瘤。  相似文献

为研究酵母铬对种母鸡免疫功能的影响,选用576只50周龄海兰灰蛋用种母鸡随机分为6个处理组,每个处理组日粮中分别添加0、0.2、0.4、0.8、1.0、2.0mg/妇铬(酵母铬),测定血清中BSA抗体效价、T淋巴细胞转化率和嗜中性白细胞,淋巴细胞比(H/L)。结果发现,0.4mg/妇铬可以显著提高种蛋鸡全血BSA抗体效价(P〈0.05);0.4、0.8、1.0mg/kg水平铬均对全血T淋巴细胞转化率产生显著影响.1.0mg/kg铬组全血T淋巴细胞转化率显著高于其他各组(P〈0.01),0.4、0.8mg/kg铬组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。日粮中添加不同水平的铬对于种母鸡的全血嗜中性白细胞,淋巴细胞比(H/L)没有显著影响(P〉0.05)。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究在蛋鸡日粮中添加无机硒与酵母硒对蛋鸡生产性能及鸡蛋品质的影响。选择300日龄体质健康的京红1号蛋鸡540羽,分为3个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复45羽鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1、2组分别在基础日粮中添加亚硒酸钠0.09mg/kg饲料、酵母硒120mg/kg饲料。预饲1周,试验从44周龄持续到48周龄,为期35d。结果显示,酵母硒极显著提高产蛋率和降低料蛋比,极显著提高了鸡蛋中的硒含量。  相似文献

This paper describes 3 experiments comparing the effect of 10, 25 and 40 mg Se/kg, as sodium selenite, in mineral mixtures and salt licks fed to sheep. The supplement was given during the indoor season from October to May to 7 different flocks, each consisting of 50 to 100 sheep, in areas with selenium deficiency problems. The average selenium level in the basic diets did not exceed 0.05 mg/kg. Selenium status was monitored in the blood of ewes and lambs, and in milk. Blood selenium in lambs correlated well with blood selenium in their dams (r = 0.85). Selenium levels in milk on day 1 (colostrum) correlated well with selenium levels in dams (r = 0.92) and in offspring (r = 0.87). Statistically significant differences were found between the different flocks. In areas with extreme selenium deficiency, 10 mg Se/kg in mineral mixtures and salt licks proved insufficient. A content of 25 mg Se/kg, providing a daily intake of about 0.4 mg selenium, resulted in selenium levels in ewes’ blood, ewes’ milk and in the offspring that should prevent selenium deficiency disease without causing any toxic effects.  相似文献

Influence of supplemental Se on humoral immune response was measured in 60 weaned beef calves with marginal blood Se status. Calves were fed a Se-deficient diet consisting of corn silage, corn grain, and soybean meal. Blood Se concentrations, primary and secondary humoral immune responses to hen egg lysozyme inoculation, and weight gain were determined in a 70-day trial. Calves fed 20 mg of Se/kg of mineral mixture ad libitum had lower antibody responses (P less than 0.02), compared with calves fed 20 mg of Se/kg of mineral mixture and given 0.1 mg of Se and 0.22 IU of vitamin E/kg of body weight, IM, or with calves fed 80, 120, 160, or 200 mg of Se/kg of mineral mixture. Calves fed 80, 120, 160, or 200 mg of Se/kg of mineral mixture had higher (P less than 0.001) blood Se concentrations on day 70, compared with calves fed 20 mg of Se/kg of mineral mixture and given 0.1 mg of Se and 0.22 IU of vitamin E/kg of body weight, IM. Selenium supplementation had no effect on weight gain.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平酵母硒对爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡生长性能、血液血红蛋白含量和红细胞压积、血浆生化指标、器官指数和组织结构变化的影响,进而评价酵母硒对肉仔鸡的生物安全性。试验采用单因子完全随机设计,选用288只1日龄AA肉仔鸡,随机分为4个组,每个组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡(公母各占1/2)。各组分别在玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮中添加0、0.4、2.4和4.9 mg/kg(以硒计)的酵母硒试验。试验期为42 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮添加0.4和2.4 mg/kg酵母硒显著提高了22~42日龄肉仔鸡平均日采食量(P0.05);饲粮添加0.4、2.4和4.9 mg/kg酵母硒显著提高了1~42日龄肉仔鸡平均日增重(P0.05),而各酵母硒添加组之间差异不显著(P0.05)。2)饲粮添加不同水平酵母硒除对21日龄肉仔鸡血浆尿素氮含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性以及42日龄肉仔鸡血浆GSH-Px活性有显著影响(P0.05)外,对其他血浆生化指标均无显著影响(P0.05)。与对照组相比,各酵母硒添加组21和42日龄肉仔鸡血浆GSH-Px活性随着酵母硒添加水平的增加均显著提高(P0.05),且饲粮添加2.4 mg/kg酵母硒显著降低了21日龄肉仔鸡血浆尿素氮含量(P0.05)。3)饲粮添加不同水平酵母硒对21和42日龄肉仔鸡血液血红蛋白含量和红细胞压积及42日龄肉仔鸡器官指数均无显著影响(P0.05),且并未引起主要器官的组织结构变化。综上所述,肉仔鸡饲粮中酵母硒的添加水平为0.4 mg/kg(饲粮中总硒含量为0.41 mg/kg)时,具有10倍的安全系数,即饲粮中以酵母硒形式添加硒对肉仔鸡是安全的。  相似文献

在3×5的两因子试验中,研究了不同添加水平维生素E(4、14和24mg/kg)与有机和无机硒(亚硒酸钠0.20、0.35和0.50mg/kg,酵母硒0.35和0.50mg/kg)对褐壳蛋种母鸡在20~40周龄阶段生产繁殖性能和有关血液指标的影响。结果表明,产蛋母鸡的采食量、产蛋率、蛋重、产蛋量、饲料转化率和死淘率在3个维生素E添加水平间无差异;除了添加酵母硒0.50mg/kg组蛋鸡的蛋重和产蛋量显著低于酵母硒0.35mg/kg组以外,其它各项生产性能指标在各硒处理组间差异不明显。维生素E和硒可增加彼此在血液中的存留;当日粮中只补加维生素E4mg/kg时,将日粮亚硒酸钠硒添加水平由0.20mg/kg提高到0.35~0.50mg/kg可使血浆α-生育酚含量由0.50μg/ml上升到接近1.0μg/ml左右。  相似文献

为探明辽西地区舍饲条件下母羊繁殖性能与缺硒的关系,本研究在对舍饲母羊繁殖性能调查和血硒含量测定的基础上,系统比较了添加不同量酵母硒对母羊繁殖性能的影响。结果表明,辽西地区3个半舍饲和3个舍饲羊群全血硒含量分别为0.0167μg/mL和0.0126μg/mL,舍饲和半舍饲羊群间血清硒含量的差异显著(P<0.05),低于正常机体需要量的0.06μg/mL;舍饲羊群的发情率、受胎率和产羔率等指标显著低于半舍饲羊群相关指标(P<0.05)。硒补充试验结果表明,无论是酵母硒还是富硒舔砖均对繁殖母羊的发情率、受胎率、产羔率和繁殖成活率有所改善,且添加0.2 mg/kg和0.3 mg/kg的酵母硒对以上各指标的影响更为显著。以上研究结果为缺硒地区繁殖母羊补硒方案提供了重要参考。  相似文献

选用1日龄白羽肉鸡100只,随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组,每组20只。Ⅰ、Ⅱ为酵母锌组,锌水平分别为50,35mg/kg,Ⅲ为硫酸锌组,锌水平为50mg/kg;Ⅳ为空白酵母组,酵母添加剂量为100mg/kg;V为基础日粮对照组。各组饲喂相同基础日粮,50d后,对生长性能、血常规、血液生化(Crea、Urea、AST、ALT、ALB)及抗氧化(抗O2-.、GSH-Px、GSH)指标进行检测。结果显示,平均日增重和料重比,21d时各组之间无显著差异(P〉0.05),50d时与V组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ组生长性能显著提高(P〈0.01),其中I组最高。各组血液常规指标均处于正常范围内,但Ⅰ组红细胞数极显著高于其他组(P〈0.01)。血清中肌酐、尿素含量以及天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶和丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性各组间差异不显著(P〉0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ组白蛋白含量较其他组显著提高(P〈0.01)。血清抗O2-.活力、GSH含量Ⅰ组显著高于其他组(P〈0.01),GSH-Px活力Ⅰ、Ⅱ组显著高于其他各组(P〈0.01)。结果提示,日粮添加适量酵母锌(Zn 50mg/kg)可以提高肉鸡生长性能,在一定程度上增强机体免疫机能,提高肝脏功能和机体抗氧化功能。  相似文献

Pigs from sows fed a diet deficient in Se and low in vitamin E were fed a Torula yeast diet supplemented with 100 IU dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate/kg of diet. Dietary treatments were levels of supplemental Se of 0, .025, .050, .075 or .100 ppm. Some death loss occurred in pigs receiving no supplemental Se at approximately 5 wk of age. Autopsy revealed liver and heart lesions typical of vitamin E-Se deficiency. Selenium supplement had no significant effect on average daily gain, feed intake or gain to feed ratio for the 4-wk experiment. Selenium status of pigs was determined by serum Se concentration and serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity. Serum Se increased linearly (P less than .01) with increasing supplemental Se. Serum GSH-Px activity increased linearly (P less than .01) and quadratically (P less than .05) with increasing supplemental Se. With time, the level of serum Se and GSH-Px activity decreased in unsupplemental pigs, but increased in pigs fed diets supplemented with Se and resulted in significant interactions (P less than .01) between dietary Se level and time on experiment. The correlation between serum Se concentration and GSH-Px activity was .81 (P less than .01).  相似文献

The objective of these studies was to evaluate the effects of dietary restriction and Se on maternal and fetal metabolic hormones. In Exp. 1, pregnant ewe lambs (n = 32; BW = 45.6 +/- 2.3 kg) were allotted randomly to 1 of 4 treatments. Diets contained (DM basis) either no added Se (control), or supranutritional Se added as high-Se wheat at 3.0 mg/kg (Se-wheat), or sodium selenate at 3 (Se3) and 15 (Se15) mg/kg of Se. Diets (DM basis) were similar in CP (15.5%) and ME (2.68 Mcal/kg). Treatments were initiated at 50 +/- 5 d of gestation. The control, Se-wheat, Se3, and Se15 treatments provided 2.5, 75, 75, and 375 microg/kg of BW of Se, respectively. Ewe jugular blood samples were collected at 50, 64, 78, 92, 106, 120, and 134 d of gestation. Fetal serum samples were collected at necropsy on d 134. In Exp. 2, pregnant ewe lambs (n = 36; BW 53.8 +/- 1.3 kg) were allotted randomly to treatments in a 2 x 2 factorial arrangement. Factors were nutrition (control, 100% of requirements vs. restricted nutrition, 60% of control) and dietary Se (adequate Se, 6 microg/kg of BW vs. high Se, 80 microg/kg of BW). Selenium treatments were initiated 21 d before breeding, and nutritional treatments were initiated on d 64 of gestation. Diets were 16% CP and 2.12 Mcal/kg of ME (DM basis). Blood samples were collected from the ewes at 62, 76, 90, 104, 118, 132, and 135 d of gestation. Fetal blood was collected at necropsy on d 135. In Exp.1, dietary Se source and concentration had no effect (P > 0.17) on maternal and fetal serum IGF-I, triiodothyronine (T(3)), or thyroxine (T(4)) concentrations. Selenium supplementation increased (P = 0.06) the T(4):T(3) ratio vs. controls. In Exp. 2, dietary Se had no impact (P > 0.33) on main effect means for maternal and fetal serum IGF-I, T(3), or T(4) concentrations from d 62 to 132; however, at d 135, high-Se ewes had lower (P = 0.01) serum T(4) concentrations than adequate-Se ewes. A nutrition by Se interaction (P = 0.06) was detected for the T(4):T(3) ratios; ewes fed restricted and adequate-Se diets had greater (P = 0.10) T(4):T(3) ratios compared with the other treatments. Nutrient-restricted ewes had lower (P < 0.05) serum IGF-I, T(3), and T(4) concentrations. Fetal serum IGF-I concentrations were lower (P = 0.01) in restricted-vs. control-fed ewes; however, fetal T(3) and T(4) concentrations were unaffected (P > 0.13) by dietary Se or maternal plane of nutrition. These data indicate that dietary Se may alter maternal T(4):T(3) ratios. In addition, nutrient restriction during gestation reduces maternal IGF-I, T(3), and T(4) and fetal IGF-I concentrations.  相似文献
