在水温(25±2)℃下,给饲养在网箱(1.0m×0.5m×1.0m)中体质量(110±5)g的草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)投喂添加了金丝桃素(0、0.066%、0.132%)、绿原酸(0、0.04%、0.08%)和硬葡聚糖(0、0.2%、0.4%)饲料,以基础饲料组为对照组,探讨三种添加剂对草鱼幼鱼血清溶菌酶活性、白细胞吞噬率和血清补体C3含量的影响。结果表明:0.2%硬葡聚糖组草鱼溶菌酶活性最高,显著高于对照组(P<0.05),饲喂35d后溶菌酶活性达到峰值,而金丝桃素和绿原酸对草鱼幼鱼血清溶菌酶活性没有显著性影响;饲料中添加0.08%绿原酸组草鱼血液中白细胞吞噬率和血清补体C3含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但与添加0.2%和0.4%硬葡聚糖组没有显著性差异(P>0.05);添加0.132%金丝桃素组的血清中补体C3含量在最低,且显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。饲料中添加0.08%绿原酸和0.2%硬葡聚糖可有效增强草鱼幼鱼非特异免疫功能。  相似文献

以初始体重(5.90±0.01)g的青鱼(Mylopharyngodon piceus)为研究对象,用豆粕替代不同水平鱼粉,配制5种等氮等能的实验饲料,分别为30%鱼粉(对照组)、25%鱼粉、20%鱼粉、15%鱼粉和15%鱼粉+晶体氨基酸,试验持续8周。结果显示:当鱼粉含量为15%时,其增重率、特定生长率、肌肉鲜味氨基酸含量和总氨基酸含量显著低于对照组,而饲料系数则显著高于对照组,添加晶体氨基酸对青鱼生长无显著改善;各处理组间甘油三酯(TG)、总蛋白(TP)、总胆固醇(TC)含量及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性无显著差异,但15%鱼粉组和15%鱼粉+晶体氨基酸组的青鱼的血糖含量和谷丙转氨酶活性显著高于对照组。结果表明,青鱼幼鱼实用饲料中鱼粉含量以不低于20%为宜,添加晶体氨基酸对青鱼幼鱼的生长无改善作用。  相似文献

为探究低鱼粉饲料添加枯草芽孢杆菌对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼幼鱼生长、消化酶活性、抗氧化酶活性及其mRNA表达水平的影响,实验以720尾初始均重为(7.00±0.02) g的珍珠龙胆石斑鱼幼鱼为研究对象,分为8个处理,每个处理3个重复,设计1个正常鱼粉对照组(鱼粉含量35%),1个低鱼粉对照组(鱼粉含量15%)。投喂不同添加比例0(正常鱼粉对照组)、0(低鱼粉对照组)、0.10%、0.25%、0.50%、0.75%、1.00%和1.25%枯草芽孢杆菌的饲料,养殖期8周。结果显示,低鱼粉条件下,添加不同比例枯草芽孢杆菌对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼幼鱼的成活率无显著影响。增重率与特定生长率随添加量的变化呈先上升后下降趋势,但均显著高于低鱼粉对照组,低于正常鱼粉对照组;当添加0.75%枯草芽孢杆菌时,饲料系数最低,其他各组显著低于低鱼粉组,高于正常鱼粉组,而蛋白质效率的变化规律则与饲料系数相反。随枯草芽孢杆菌添加量的增加,肠蛋白酶、淀粉酶活性先升高后降低。血清过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性,在添加0.75%枯草芽孢杆菌的饲料组达到最大值。肝脏过氧化氢酶mRNA相对表达水平在添加量为0.50%达到最大值,谷胱甘肽还原酶mRNA表达水平在枯草芽孢杆菌添加量为0.75%时达到最大值。通过哈维氏弧菌攻毒实验7 d,珍珠龙胆石斑鱼存活率随枯草芽孢杆菌添加量的增加显著升高。以增重率为判断依据,根据折线模型得出,低鱼粉条件下(豆粕替代配方中20%鱼粉),饲料中添加0.63%枯草芽孢杆菌(1.0×108 cfu/mL)可显著促进珍珠龙胆石斑鱼幼鱼的生长,提高抗病力、消化酶、血清过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性及其mRNA表达水平。  相似文献

维生素C对青鱼幼鱼生长、免疫及抗氨氮胁迫能力的影响   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
以初始体质量为(7.27 ±0.40)g的青鱼为研究对象,采用维生素C(VC)含量分别为0(对照组)、16.3、33.9、69.1、137.8和277.5 mg/kg 6种等氮等能实验饲料,饲养青鱼8周后,选取0、69.1和277.5 mg/kg VC组进行24 h氨氮胁迫(20 mg/L),研究VC对青鱼幼鱼生长、免疫及抗氨氮胁迫能力的影响.结果显示:以特定生长率为指标,折线模型分析表明青鱼有效维生素C需要量为63.0 mg/kg.肌肉、肝脏和血清中VC积累量与饲料中VC含量呈正相关性,当VC添加量达到137.8 mg/kg时,肌肉和肝脏中VC积累量达到饱和.饲料中添加VC对血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量无显著影响,饲料中添加VC显著提高了血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(P<0.05);血清中谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量和鳃丝Na+/K+-ATP酶活力(NKA)随饲料中VC添加量的增加呈升高趋势,而血清皮质醇含量(COR)呈下降趋势.氨氮胁迫有使肝脏和肌肉VC含量、血清T-SOD、CAT、GSH-px活性、GSH含量和鳃丝NKA活性降低,血清VC含量、COR和MDA含量增加趋势.其中,对照组T-SOD、CAT、NKA活性、GSH、MDA和COR胁迫前后差异显著(P<0.05),氨氮胁迫使VC添加组青鱼肝脏VC含量显著降低(P<0.05),而CAT、NKA活力、GSH、COR胁迫前后均无显著变化.69.1 mg/kg VC组T-SOD活性胁迫前后无显著差异,但GSH-px活性和MDA含量胁迫前后差异显著(P<0.05),而277.5 mg/kg VC添加组GSH-px活力和MDA含量胁迫前后差异不显著,但T-SOD活性显著降低,血清VC含量显著升高(P<0.05).研究表明,青鱼获得最好生长的饲料有效VC添加量为63.0 mg/kg,氨氮胁迫使青鱼产生免疫应激反应,而补充VC可有效增强机体免疫,缓解机体免疫应激,改善青鱼抗氨氮胁迫能力.  相似文献

该研究对体质量为(25.03±0.02) g的健康黄鳝(Monopterus albus)进行了10周的养殖实验,探究了低鱼粉饲料中添加牛磺酸对黄鳝生长、消化率及肠道酶活性的影响。实验设置了高鱼粉组(42%, FM)、低鱼粉组(22%,T_0)以及在低鱼粉饲料中分别添加0.2%(T_(0.2))和0.5%(T_(0.5))牛磺酸的4个处理组,每组5个重复。结果显示,与FM组相比,T_0组黄鳝的增重率、蛋白质效率、干物质消化率和蛋白质消化率显著下降(P0.05),饲料系数显著上升(P0.05)。添加适量牛磺酸可显著提高黄鳝的增重率、蛋白质效率和干物质消化率,降低饲料系数(P0.05),但T_(0.5)组黄鳝的增重率、蛋白质效率和饲料系数与T_0组相比无显著性差异(P0.05)。此外,T_0组肠道肌酸激酶(CK)、钠钾ATP酶(Na~+-K~+-ATPase)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、胰蛋白酶(TRYP)和脂肪酶活性显著低于FM组(P0.05),T_(0.2)组的上述肠道酶活性均显著升高(P0.05),T_(0.5)组肠道Na~+-K~+-ATPase、AKP、TRYP和脂肪酶(LPS)活性虽高于T_0组,但无显著性差异(P0.05)。综上,低鱼粉饲料中添加0.2%牛磺酸可提高黄鳝的生长,改善肠道消化吸收功能,但添加过量牛磺酸(0.5%)效果不明显。  相似文献

以平均体重为(8.13±0.05)g的鲈鱼(Lateolabrax japonicus)幼鱼为研究对象,探讨了在低鱼粉饲料中添加牛磺酸、蛋氨酸和半胱氨酸对鲈鱼幼鱼生长及鱼体氨基酸组成的影响。分别在基础饲料中添加0(对照组T-0)、1.0%牛磺酸(T-1)、2.0%牛磺酸(T-2)、0.5%蛋氨酸(M-0.5)和0.5%半胱氨酸(C-0.5)制成5种等氮等脂的实验饲料,在室内流水养殖系统中进行为期70 d的养殖实验。结果显示,T-1、T-2、M-0.5和C-0.5组鲈鱼幼鱼的终末体重、特定生长率(SGR)、增重率(WGR)和摄食率(FI)均显著高于T-0组(P0.05);饲料中添加牛磺酸、蛋氨酸和半胱氨酸均可提高鱼体粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量(P0.05),鱼体水分含量则呈现出相反的变化趋势;T-I、T-2组肝脏、肌肉中的牛磺酸含量显著高于T-0组(P0.05),但M-0.5、C-0.5组肝脏、肌肉中牛磺酸含量与T-0组无显著差异(P0.05);T-1、T-2和C-0.5组肝脏的必需氨基酸及总氨基酸含量均高于T-0组(P0.05),但M-0.5组肝脏必需氨基酸及总氨基酸含量与T-0组无显著差异(P0.05);T-1、T-2、M-0.5和C-0.5组肌肉的必需氨基酸含量均高于T-0组,但只有M-0.5组显著高于T-0组(P0.05);T-1、T-2和M-0.5组肌肉的总氨基酸含量高于T-0组(P0.05),C-0.5组与T-0组无显著差异(P0.05)。研究表明,饲料中添加牛磺酸、蛋氨酸和半胱氨酸均可提高鲈鱼幼鱼的生长,同时可以改善鲈鱼肝脏和肌肉中的氨基酸沉积。  相似文献

本文探讨了饲料牛磺酸水平对尼罗罗非鱼幼鱼生长性能、体成分及游离氨基酸含量的影响。选用体重为5.89±0.03g的罗非鱼300尾,随机分为5个处理组,每个处理3个重复,每个重复20尾。在基础饲料中分别添加0、0.4%、0.8%、1.2%、1.6%的牛磺酸,配制成5种试验料,分别饲喂不同处理组的罗非鱼,饲养周期为56d。结果表明: 0.8%牛磺酸组罗非鱼增重率最高,且显著高于0%和1.6%组(P<0.05);饲料牛磺酸水平(0.4%-1.2%)显著提高了罗非鱼摄食率、肝脏指数和内脏指数,显著降低了饲料系数(P<0.05)。随着饲料牛磺酸水平的提高,鱼体粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量随之升高,鱼体水分和粗灰分含量随之降低(P<0.05);以增重率为指标,通过二次曲线回归分析得出罗非鱼饲料牛磺酸最适需要量为0.75%。罗非鱼血清、肝脏、肌肉和全鱼中牛磺酸含量与饲料牛磺酸含量存在正相关关系,且牛磺酸添加组血清、肝脏、肌肉和全鱼牛磺酸含量显著高于对照组相(P<0.05)。罗非鱼肝脏和肌肉中游离氨基酸含量随饲料牛磺酸含量的增加均呈逐渐下降的趋势,且牛磺酸添加组肝脏和肌肉中游离氨基酸含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。  相似文献

以银鲳(Pampus argenteus)幼鱼为研究对象,设置4组不同南极磷虾粉替代鱼粉水平(0%、10%、20%、40%,其中0%为对照组)的饲料,进行60 d的饲养实验,探讨饲料中添加南极磷虾粉对银鲳幼鱼生长、非特异性免疫及抗氧化功能的影响。结果显示:饲料中添加南极磷虾粉的处理组银鲳增重率与特定生长率(SGR)较对照组均有显著性提高(P <0.05),但在添加不同比例南极磷虾粉的饲料组间(10%、20%、40%),银鲳的增重率与特定生长率无显著性差异(P> 0.05)。血清中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)及溶菌酶(LZM) 20%饲料组活性均为最高,但与对照组无显著差异;肝脏AKP活性、肾脏LZM活性10%饲料组均分别显著高于其它各组(P <0.05);肌肉中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性40%处理组显著高于对照组(P <0.05),20%饲料组也高于对照组,但差异不显著(P> 0.05);添加南极磷虾粉的饲料组血清和肌肉中过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性均高于对照组,其中40%饲料组血清和肌肉CAT的活性均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,本实验条件下,结合银鲳幼鱼生长性能、非特异性免疫及抗氧化能力的分析,南极磷虾粉替代饲料中鱼粉的适宜比例建议控制在10%~20%。  相似文献

An 8‐week feeding trial was conducted to determine the effects of dietary taurine supplementation on growth performance, activities of digestive enzymes, antioxidant status and the target of rapamycin (TOR) gene expression in black carp (initial body weight 5.94 ± 0.02 g) fed with low fish meal diet. Six isonitrogen and isolipidic diets were formulated. High fish meal–based diet (HFM) contained 20% fish meal and 24% soybean meal as a positive control. Fifty per cent of fish meal in HFM was replaced by soybean meal and were supplemented with 0, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.4% dietary taurine respectively (designated as T0.00 (a negative control), T0.05, T0.1, T0.2 and T0.4). The results showed that the partial replacement of fish meal by soybean meal without taurine supplementation resulted in a significant reduction in weight gain (WG), activities of amylase and lipase in intestine, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH‐px) in serum, with a significant increase in feed conversion rate (FCR), the content of malonaldehyde (MDA), triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) in serum. WG in groups supplemented with equal or above to 0.1% dietary taurine was significantly higher compared with T0 group. With increasing levels of dietary taurine, the activities of amylase, lipase, GSH‐px and SOD and glutataione (GSH) content significantly increased (p < 0.05). FCR, the content of MDA, TG and TC in serum and crude lipid content in whole body were significantly reduced after taurine treatment (p < 0.05). In liver, TOR mRNA expression in groups with equal or above to 0.1% taurine was significantly higher than T0 group (p < 0.05).  相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of dietary taurine supplementation on growth, immunity and resistant to dry stress of rice field eel (Monopterus albus) fed low fish meal diets. Six isonitrogenous and isolipid diets (32% fish meal) supplemented with six taurine concentrations (0, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2 and 1.5 g/kg; designated as T0, T0.03, T0.06, T0.09, T0.12 and T0.15 groups, respectively) were prepared. A diet including 42% fish meal (FM group) was also included as a reference. The results showed that specific growth rate (SGR) in FM group was significantly higher than that in lower fish meal treatments. SGR significantly increased and slowly decreased with the increase in taurine supplementation level. Lipase activity value in intestine of M. albus fed FM diet was maximum, and with the increase in taurine supplementation level, lipase activity significantly increased and slowly decreased. The FM group had relative higher total antioxidant capacity (T‐AOC) content, catalase (CAT), total superoxide dismutase (T‐SOD), and lyzozyme (LZM) activities in serum than the other groups. With the increase in dietary taurine supplementation level, the CAT, T‐SOD, T‐AOC and LZM activities in serum significantly increased and then decreased. In the dry stress experience, the adrenaline (AD), cortisol (COR), glucose (GLU), total cholesterol (CHOL), and malondialdehyde (MDA) concentrations, T‐AOC content, CAT and T‐SOD activities in serum of M. albus in the four groups first increased and reached the peak at 2 hr, and then decreased under air‐exposure stress. Compared to the FM group, T0.15 group had relative higher T‐AOC content, CAT and T‐SOD activities, and lower AD, COR GLU, TC and MDA concentrations.  相似文献

Alternative protein feedstuffs are potential surrogates for fish meal in the diet of Florida pompano. This study was designed to evaluate the replacement of fish meal with meat and bone meal in a soybean meal‐based diet for Florida pompano. In Trial I (10 wk), the basal diet (FM15, formulated to contain 40% crude protein and 10% lipid) containing 15% fish meal was modified by the isonitrogenous replacement of fish meal with meat and bone meal producing diets with 10 (FM10), 5 (FM05), and 0% (FM0) fish meal. In Trial II (8 wk), the FM0 served as the basal diet (Tau 0) and was modified by the additive supplementation of taurine to produce three test diets containing 0.25 (Tau 0.25), 0.5 (Tau 0.50), and 0.75% (Tau 0.75) taurine. In Trial I, reduced weight gain (220.1%), feed efficiency (0.31), and survival (84.5%) were observed in fish fed the FM0 diet (P < 0.05). In Trial II, the supplementation of taurine improved the growth performance, survival, and protein and energy retention efficiencies of Florida pompano (P < 0.05). These results indicate that the supplementation of taurine was required in these feed formulations and that meat and bone meal is a good alternative ingredient for fish meal in soybean meal‐based diets for Florida pompano.  相似文献

A 10‐week feeding trial was conducted to determine the effects of dietary yucca meal supplementation on growth, haematology, non‐specific immune responses and disease resistance in juvenile Nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus. Six isonitrogenous and isoenergetic experimental diets were formulated to contain 0% (YMS0), 0.1% (YMS0.1), 0.3% (YMS0.3), 0.5% (YMS0.5), 1% (YMS1.0) and 2% (YMS2.0) dietary yucca meal on the dry weight basis. Results of this study showed a higher growth performance for YMS0.1 group with significant differences with YMS0.5, YMS1.0 and YMS2.0 groups. In addition, whole‐body protein content of fish fed the YMS0.1 diet was significantly higher as compared to YMS0. Plasma lysozyme activity significantly increased in YMS0.1 group comparing to YMS0 and YMS0.5 groups. Respiratory burst activity of phagocytic blood cells was significantly enhanced when fish were fed the YMS0.1 diet. Results also showed that yucca meal supplementation had moderate effects on glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase and cholesterol levels. After the 14‐day challenge test with Aeromonas hydrophila, cumulative survival of fish fed YMS0.1 diet was significantly higher than that of fish fed diet YMS0, YMS1.0 and YMS2.0. These results suggest that the optimum dietary yucca meal inclusion level in the diet of juvenile Nile tilapia could be between 0.1% and 0.14% (23.9~33.4 mg kg?1 saponin) as a feed additive to promote growth, enhance the non‐specific immune responses and increase disease resistance.  相似文献

This study aimed to investigate the effects of graded butyrate glyceride (BG) supplementation levels in high soybean meal diet on juvenile black sea bream. Three hundred and sixty fish were fed diets containing 199 g/kg fishmeal and 450 g/kg soybean meal, with increasing levels of BG at 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 or 16 g/kg for eight weeks. The growth performance of the fish increased with increasing dietary BG supplementation up to 6 g BG/kg, beyond which growth rate reduced significantly (p < .05). Dietary BG supplementation increased the intestinal protease activity, but had no significant (p > .05) effect on lipase and amylase activities. Fish fed the basal diet exhibited villus shortening with a decrease in the number of goblet cells and a reduction in absorptive and digestive epithelial surface, while fish fed ≥4 g BG/kg diets showed a well‐integrated gut, with large absorptive and digestive epithelial surface. Dietary BG supplementation also improved antioxidative capacity by increasing superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities while decreasing malondialdehyde content. The inclusion of BG in high soybean meal diets can improve growth performance, maintain healthy gut morphology and enhance antioxidative capacity of black sea bream.  相似文献

Dried distiller's grain (DDG) is considered as an alternative ingredient of dietary feed due to its high contents of protein, fibre and fat. In this study, 60 g kg‐1 of DDG was used to feed grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella), bluntnose black bream (Megalobrama amblycephala), gibel carp (Carassius gibelio) and black carp (Mylopharyngodon piceus) for 8 weeks, and its effect on fish production and gut allochthonous microbiota was investigated for the development of a suitable fish feed high in nutrients and low in cost for polyculture freshwater fish. DDG supplementation resulted in the less weight gain and higher feed conversion ratio of black carp (< 0.05), but had no significant effects on other fish or parameters. PCR–denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) analysis indicated that all four fish species had some common and unique bacteria in their digestive tracts, and the gut microbiota of bluntnose black and gibel carp fed the control diet and DDG diets were very similar (Cs > 91%); of them, the total counts of intestinal bacteria studied by qPCR increased in grass carp (< 0.05) and depressed in black carp (< 0.05) when fed dietary DDG. Thus, we assumed that dietary DDG modulated production and gut microbiota of fish in a host‐specific way.  相似文献

A feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effect of replacing fish meal protein with fermented soybean meal (FSM) on the growth performance, feed utilization, amino acid profile, body composition, morphological parameters, activity of antioxidant and digestive enzymes of black sea bream (Acanthopagrus schlegeli) juvenile. Five isonitrogenic and isolipidic diets were prepared with levels of 0 (control), 80, 160, 240 and 320 g kg?1 FSM. Triplicate groups (40 fish per tank) of juvenile black sea bream with initial weight of 1.17 ± 0.04 g were hand‐fed to visual satiation at three meals per day for 8 weeks. The fish fed diets containing different levels of FSM had no significant differences regarding survival and specific growth rate compared with control group. Feed and protein efficiency ratios of fish fed diet containing 320 g kg?1 FSM were significantly lower than those of control group. Daily feed intake and daily protein intake of fish fed diet containing 240–320 g kg?1 were significantly higher than those of control group. Hepatosomatic index and condition factor of fish were not affected by different dietary FSM level. Fish fed diets containing 240–320 g kg?1 FSM had significantly higher visceral somatic index than control group. Whole body proximate and amino acid compositions of fish were not affected by dietary FSM level. The activity of digestive enzymes in the intestine was not affected by dietary FSM level. The activity of glutathione peroxidase in liver was significantly higher for fish fed the diet containing 160 g kg?1 FSM compared with control group. This study showed that up to 40% fish meal in the diets of juvenile black sea bream could be replaced by fermented soybean meal with supplementation of methionine, lysine and taurine.  相似文献

An 8‐week feeding trial was conducted to compare the effects of different lysine isomers on growth, nutrient utilization and metabolic enzyme activity in common carp (Cyprinus carpio). A basic experimental diet (the control group) with 30% of dietary protein from fish meal and the remaining 70% from soybean meal was used either with or without supplementation of d‐ lysine, l‐ lysine or dl‐ lysine, respectively. The total feed intake was significantly improved by supplementation with lysine regardless of isomeric form (P < 0.05). Supplementation with d‐ lysine or l‐ lysine (but not dl‐ lysine) generally increased the weight gain, specific growth rate, feed efficiency ratio and protein efficiency ratio. Dietary lysine supplementation generally increased the apparent digestibility of dry matter, crude protein and crude lipid, but no statistically significant differences were observed between the control group and the lysine‐supplement groups (P > 0.05). The d‐ amino acid oxidase and d‐ aspartate oxidase activities were generally higher in the liver, kidney and intestine of fish fed diet containing d‐ lysine compared to fish fed diet containing l‐ lysine. The lysine, protein and lipid gains in fish were markedly increased by the supplementation with d‐ lysine or l‐ lysine, and the lysine (r = 0.618, P < 0.05) and protein gains (r = 0.671, P < 0.05) were linearly related to dietary lysine intake. Lysine retention efficiency linearly decreased with the increase of dietary lysine intake (r = ?0.579, P < 0.05). These results indicate that common carp are capable of utilizing the supplemental crystalline d‐ lysine·HCl (4 g kg?1 dry diet) for growth when the rest of dietary amino acids are protein‐bound forms.  相似文献

为研究杜仲对草鱼生长性能、肌肉品质及胶原蛋白基因COL1A1和COL1A2表达的影响,实验采用初始体质量为(215.0±0.4)g的草鱼120尾,随机分为2处理组(每组3重复,每重复20尾鱼),分别饲喂基础饲料(对照组)和添加2%杜仲的实验饲料(杜仲组),养殖时间为8周。结果显示,与对照组相比,添加2%杜仲对草鱼生长性能无显著影响,但能显著增加肌肉、皮肤和肝脏胶原蛋白水平,增加肌肉总必需氨基酸(TEAA)、总氨基酸(TAA)水平。2%杜仲可显著降低草鱼肌肉的冷冻失水率、离心失水率,但对肌纤维密度和肌纤维直径无显著影响。在胶原蛋白基因表达方面,2%杜仲显著增加了第4周、8周时草鱼的肌肉、皮肤和第8周时的肝脏组织COL1A1、COL1A2基因m RNA表达量。研究表明,饲料中添加2%杜仲可改善大规格草鱼的肌肉品质。  相似文献

This study was conducted to investigate the mechanism of green liver symptom induction and the effect of dietary taurine supplementation on growth performance in juvenile red sea bream fed non-fishmeal diets based on soy protein concentrate (SPC). Juvenile fish (initial BW 72 g) were fed for 20 weeks on SPC diets supplemented with taurine at levels of 0, 1.0, and 2.0%. In the taurine-unsupplemented SPC diet group, specific growth rate (SGR) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) were significantly inferior (P < 0.001), and incidence of green liver was observed in 70% of fish. In this group, hepatopancreatic and plasma taurine concentrations were lowest (P < 0.05), hepatopancreatic content of bile pigments was highest (P < 0.05), and osmotic tolerance of erythrocytes was inferior (P < 0.05) among the dietary treatment groups. Serum osmolality of all treatment groups was at similar levels. These physiological abnormalities as well as SGR and FCR were improved by dietary taurine supplementation. These results indicate that the mechanism for induction of green liver symptom is bile pigment overproduction due to increased hemolysis because erythrocytes become osmotically fragile due to dietary taurine deficiency. Taurine supplementation of SPC diets is essential for maintaining normal physiological condition and growth performance in juvenile red sea bream.  相似文献
