A kinetic study of the quenching reaction of singlet oxygen ((1)O(2)) with pyrroloquinolinequinol (PQQH(2), a reduced form of pyrroloquinolinequinone (PQQ)), PQQNa(2) (disodium salt of PQQ), and seven kinds of natural antioxidants (vitamin C (Vit C), uric acid (UA), epicatechin (EC), epigallocatechin (EGC), α-tocopherol (α-Toc), ubiquinol-10 (UQ(10)H(2)), and β-carotene (β-Car)) has been performed. The second-order rate constants k(Q) (k(Q) = k(q) + k(r), physical quenching and chemical reaction) for the reaction of (1)O(2) with PQQH(2), PQQNa(2), and seven kinds of antioxidants were measured in 5.0 wt % Triton X-100 micellar solution (pH 7.4), using UV-visible spectrophotometry. The k(Q) values decreased in the order of β-Car > PQQH(2) > α-Toc > UA > UQ(10)H(2) > Vit C ~ EGC > EC ? PQQNa(2). PQQH(2) is a water-soluble antioxidant. The singlet oxygen-quenching activity of PQQH(2) was found to be 6.3, 2.2, 6.1, and 22 times as large as the corresponding those of water-soluble antioxidants (Vit C, UA, EGC, and EC). Further, the activity of PQQH(2) was found to be 2.2 and 3.1 times as large as the corresponding activity of lipid-soluble antioxidants (α-Toc and UQ(10)H(2)). On the other hand, the activity of PQQH(2) is 6.4 times as small as that of β-Car. It was observed that the chemical reaction (k(r)) is almost negligible in the quenching reaction of (1)O(2) by PQQH(2). The result suggests that PQQH(2) may contribute to the protection of oxidative damage in biological systems, by quenching (1)O(2).  相似文献

用平衡吸附法研究了不同浓度的有机酸(乙酸、酒石酸和柠檬酸)对针铁矿和膨润土吸附Cd^2+、Pb^2+的影响。结果表明:(1)低浓度(〈0.6mmolL^-1)有机酸促进供试矿物吸附Cd^2+和Pb^2+,随着有机酸浓度增加,吸附逐渐被抑制。高浓度(〉1.0mmolL^-1)有机酸对Pb^2+吸附的抑制作用比对Cd^2+的强。有机酸浓度的变化对针铁矿Cd^2+、Pb^2+吸附率的影响大于对膨润土的。(2)不同Cd^2+浓度下,有机酸对膨润土Cd^2+吸附强度的影响大于针铁矿。加入高浓度Cd^2+(8.0mmolL^-1)时,低浓度有机酸对膨润土吸附Cd^2+的促进作用比加入低浓度Cd^2+(0.4mmolL^-1)时明显,高浓度有机酸对膨润土吸附Cd^2+的抑制作用与低浓度Cd^2+时相近。(3)低浓度有机酸(〈0.6mmolL^-1)时,酒石酸、柠檬酸对针铁矿吸附Cd^2+的促进作用大于乙酸,而它们对膨润土吸附Cd^2+的促进作用相似;在三种有机酸高浓度(〉1.0mmol L^-1)时,针铁矿对Cd^2+的吸附都趋于稳定,而柠檬酸对膨润土吸附Cd^2+的抑制作用比乙酸和酒石酸的明显。不同种类有机酸下,矿物对Pb^2+吸附率大小的变化基本一致。  相似文献

半干旱地区海涂海水灌溉菊芋盐肥耦合效应的研究   总被引:13,自引:4,他引:13  
在山东莱州海涂采用正交试验设计进行田间试验,研究了不同浓度海水灌溉下菊芋盐肥耦合效应。结果表明:(1)综合肥水情况下,在25%海水(W2)灌溉下菊芋块茎和地上部分生物产量与淡水处理(W1)没有显著差异,在50%(W3)和75%(W4)海水灌溉下产量均显著下降,与淡水比较,下降幅度达32%、76%和25%、60%;N3(150 kg hm-2)水平与N1(0 kg hm-2)水平相比,菊芋块茎产量可以显著提高77%,同样地上部分生物产量也提高了37%,而N4(225 kg hm-2)处理比在N3情况下低,但仍高于N2(75 kg hm-2)处理;P3(60 kg hm-2)水平与P1(0 kg hm-2)水平相比,菊芋块茎产量可以显著提高97%,同样地上部分生物产量也提高了39%,在P4(90 kg hm-2)处理下,菊芋块茎和地上部分生物产量分别比在P3处理下低19%和11%。(2)各浓度海水浇灌下,随着施氮、磷量的增加菊芋主茎普遍增长和增粗。(3)经过对海水与N肥及P肥的交互作用分析,可以看出W2N3和W2P3是优化组合;处理因子分析表明,影响菊芋产量的主要因素是不同浓度海水灌溉,N肥和P肥次之,其优化组合为W2N3P3。  相似文献

The toxicity of single metal ions: Al, Co(II), Cr(III), Cu(II), Fe(III), Mg, Mn(II), Mo(VI), Ni(II), Se(VI), V(V) and Zn and the following pairs of them: Al-Co, Al-Mg, Al-Mo, Al-Se, Al-Zn, Cr-Co, Cr-Mg, Cr-Mo, Cr-Se, Cr-Zn, Cu-Co, Cu-Mg, Cu-Mo, Cu-Se, Cu-Zn, Fe-Co, Fe-Mg, Fe-Mo, Fe-Se, Fe-Zn, Mn-Co, Mn-Mg, Mn-Mo, Mn-Se, Mn-Zn, Ni-Co, Ni-Mg, Ni-Mo, Ni-Se, Ni-Zn, V-Co, V-Mg, V-Mo, V-Se, V-Zn, Zn-Co, Zn-Mg, Zn-Mo, and Zn-Se on Daphnia magna was examined. The most prominent antagonism in the toxicity was observed in the following ion pairs: Al-Mo(VI), Cr(III)-Co(II), Cr(III)-Mg, Cr(III)-Mo(VI), Cr(III)-Se(VI), Cr(III)-Zn, Fe(III)-Se(VI), Mn(II)-Mg, Mn(II-Se(VI), Zn-Mg and Zn-Mo(VI). The strong synergism was found for the following ion systems: Cr(III)-Se(VI), Cr(III)-Zn, Fe(III)-Se(VI), Mn(II)-Zn, Mn(II)-Se(VI), Ni(II)-Co(II), Ni(II)-Mo(VI), Ni(II)-Se(VI), Ni(II)-Zn, V(V)-Co(II), V(V)-Mo(VI), V(V)- Se(VI), and V(V)-Zn. Synergism and antagonism in toxicity were dependent on water hardness as well as on the ion concentration. Adaptive procesess of the animals to the toxic environment could also be observed. Thus, the toxicity of the single ions and their pairs was not linear with respect to time.  相似文献

Protein of endosperm of maize grains originating from three wild-type inbreds and their opaque-2 versions were solubilized in diverse extracts (E) by the sequential use of 0.5 M NaCl, water (E(1,2)), alcohol plus a reducing agent (E(3)), and salt plus a reducing agent (E(4)). Zeins were isolated in extracts E(3) and E(4) obtained by using 55% (w/w) isopropyl alcohol (i-PrOH) + 0.2% dithiothreitol (DTT) followed by 0.5 M NaCl + 0.2% DTT buffered at pH 10 or 60% tert-butyl alcohol (t-BuOH) + 0.2% DTT followed by 0.5% sodium acetate + 0.2% DTT in 30% t-BuOH. For a given genotype the percentage of extracted zeins was independent of the nature of the alcohol. The latter had a slight effect on the respective magnitude of E(3) and E(4): E(3) increased at the expense of E(4) when t-BuOH was substituted to i-PrOH for their isolation. The percentage of the total endosperm nitrogen present in E(3) + E(4) was identical to that of fractions F(II) + F(III) + F(IV) isolated according to the classical Landry-Moureaux extraction procedure. SDS-PAGE analysis revealed the presence of all types of zeins (alpha, beta, gamma, and delta) in E(3) and F(III), residual zeins in E(4) isolated with t-BuOH, and streaking only in E(4) and F(IV) isolated with NaCl at pH 10. The data together with those of the literature were discussed with regard to the influence of procedure on the yield of zeins using alcoholic extraction.  相似文献

不同浓度钙营养液对烟草矿质营养吸收与积累的影响   总被引:9,自引:1,他引:9  
本文采用温室水培的方法,研究了不同的钙素供应水平对烟草各种矿质养分的吸收与积累的影响。结果表明,在其它养分形态与浓度一致条件下,随着钙浓度从75mgL-1提高到900mgL-1,烟草生长量呈抛物线型变化。钙浓度为150mgL-1时烟株干物质量最大。超过150mgL-1,随钙的增加而下降,当钙素达900mgL-1(K/Ca为1/6)时,烟株生长严重受抑。随着供钙水平由低到高,烟株氮、磷、钾、锌、锰含量均呈抛物线型变化,含钙量呈直线上升关系,而镁和铜含量则随钙浓度提高而显著下降。烟株各养分积累量均随营养液钙浓度提高呈抛物线型变化,但不同养分出现最大积累量时的营养液钙浓度却不相同。不同供钙水平上烟叶中各元素含量的变化特征与全株的结果基本一致。在低钙浓度范围(75~300mgL-1),钙对钾有协合关系,增钙促进提钾,大于300mgL-1后有拮抗作用,提钙导致降钾。钙与镁、锌、铜、锰间也存在明显的交互作用。烟叶中各元素含量与积累量的变化趋势与整株基本一致。  相似文献

14C-Fumonisin B(1) (FB(1)) was produced by Fusarium proliferatum M-5991 in modified Myro liquid medium and purified to >95% purity with a specific activity of 1.7 mCi/mmol. Nine male and nine female F344/N rats were each dosed by gavage with 0.69 micromol of (14)C-FB(1), (14)C-hydrolyzed FB(1), or (14)C-FB(1)-fructose/kg body weight. Urinary excretion of (14)C-FB(1) and (14)C-FB(1)-fructose was 0.5% and 4.4% of the total dose, respectively, and was similar between male and female rats. Urinary excretion of (14)C-hydrolyzed HFB(1) was significantly greater (P > 0.05) in female rats as compared with male rats (17.3% vs 12.8% of the total dose, respectively). There were no significant (P > 0.05) differences in biliary excretion of the three fumonisin compounds with a mean of 1. 4% of the dose excreted at 4 h after dosing. Lesser amounts continued to be excreted up to 9.25 h after dosing. Although biliary excretion of the (14)C-FB(1), (14)C-hydrolyzed FB(1), and (14)C-FB(1)-fructose was similar, increased urinary excretion of the (14)C-hydrolyzed FB(1) as compared to (14)C-FB(1) and (14)C-FB(1)-fructose indicated a greater absorption of the hydrolyzed form.  相似文献

The structures of biosynthetic deuterated carotenoids in labeled vegetables were investigated: (all-E)-lutein and (all-E)-beta-carotene from spinach, and (all-E)-beta-carotene and (all-E)-alpha-carotene from carrots. The vegetables were grown hydroponically using a nutrient solution enriched with deuterium oxide (D(2)O) and were extracted using matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD). Deuterium enrichment in the carotenoid molecules was determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). (all-E)-Lutein and (all-E)-beta-carotene in spinach showed partial deuteration from (2)H(1) to (2)H(12), with the abundance maximum at (2)H(5). (all-E)-beta-Carotene and (all-E)-alpha-carotene from carrots showed partial deuteration from (2)H(1) to (2)H(17), with the abundance maximum at (2)H(11). The (1)H NMR spectra of the four deuterated carotenoids showed additional signals for all methyl groups and decreased signal intensity for the olefinic protons and the methylene protons in the ring. These differences are due to isotopic effects and are based on the substitution of protons by deuterium atoms. The deuteration was distributed randomly throughout the carotenoid molecules.  相似文献

[Cr(2gb)(3)]Cl(ZnCl(4)), [Cr(2gb)(3)]Cl(3), and [Co(2gb)(3)]Cl(3) were synthesized and characterized. Their chemical structures and the oxidation states of their metal centers remained unchanged in solution. The effects of these compounds, CrCl(3) and [Co(NH(3))(6)]Cl(3), on photosynthesis were investigated. The coordination compounds inhibit ATP synthesis and electron flow (basal, phosphorylating, and uncoupled), behaving as Hill reaction inhibitors. The target for [Cr(2gb)(3)]Cl(ZnCl(4)) is located at the Q(B) level. In contrast, the interaction sites of [Cr(2gb)(3)]Cl(3) and [Co(2gb)(3)]Cl(3) are located in the span from P(680) to Q(A) and at the b(6)f complex. Neither CrCl(3) nor [Co(NH(3))(6)]Cl(3) inhibited photosynthesis. The 100% inhibition on PS II of [Cr(2gb)(3)]Cl(ZnCl(4)) is explained in terms of a synergystic effect between the 2gb-chromium(III) coordination compound and the ZnCl(4)(2)(-) anion.  相似文献

Polyclonal antibodies (PAb) against fumonisin B(4) (FmB(4)), which have good cross-reactivity with four major fumonisins, were produced by immunizing a rabbit with FmB(4)-keyhole limpet hemocyanin conjugate. A sensitive competitive direct enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (CD-ELISA) for fumonisins was developed. Because of the limited supply of FmB(4), both FmB(1)-horseradish peroxidase conjugate (HRP) and FmB(3)-HRP were tested as the toxin-enzyme markers in the CD-ELISA. In the FmB(1)-HRP-based CD-ELISA, the concentrations of FmB(1), FmB(2), FmB(3), and FmB(4) causing 50% inhibition of binding of enzyme marker (IC(50)) were 9.0, 2.1, 9.0, and 6.5 ng/mL (or the relative cross-reactivities toward FmB(1), FmB(2), FmB(3), and FmB(4) were 58.5, 309.5, 58.5, and 100%), respectively. In the FmB(3)-HRP-based CD-ELISA, the IC(50) values for FmB(1), FmB(2), FmB(3), and FmB(4) were 7.1, 1.9, 7.6, and 5.3 ng/mL (or the relative cross-reactivities toward FmB(1), FmB(2), FmB(3), and FmB(4) were 74, 280, 70, and 100%), respectively. The FmB(3)-HRP-based CD-ELISA was then used in a series of analytical recovery experiments using Fusarium moniliforme corn culture material spiked with FmB(1) and with clean corn spiked with a FmB(3)/FmB(4)-containing extract. The overall recovery of FmB(1) from culture material in the range of 10-100 ppm was 65%. The detection limit for FmB(1) with clean corn as matrix was between 100 and 500 ppb. F. moniliforme cultures were analyzed with the developed CD-ELISA and a well-established FmB(1) antibody-based ELISA, which is not sensitive to FmB(4). Differences in the fumonisin levels found by the two assays were used as an indication of the presence of FmB(4) in the culture material and, therefore, as a method to identify FmB(4)-producing strains. Using ELISA in combination with HPLC individual B-series fumonisins were quantified. The ELISA developed in the present study would be a useful supplement to FmB(1) antibody-based ELISA for screening of Fusarium strains for the production of major fumonisins.  相似文献

Investigation on the anthelminthic bioactive compounds of the ethanol extract of Tadehagi triquetrum resulted in the isolation of three new prenylated isoflavones, triquetrumones A (1), B (2), and C (3), and one new prenylated biisoflavanone, (R)-triquetrumone D (4), along with 16 known compounds, cyclokievitone (5), yukovanol (6), aromadendrin (7), kaempferol (8), astragalin (9), 2-O-methyl-l-chiro-inositol (10), galactitol (11), p-hydroxycinnamic acid (12), ursolic acid (13), betulinic acid (14), beta-sitosterol (15), daucosterol (16), stigmasterol (17), stigmasta-5,22-dien-3-O-beta-d-glucopyranoside (18), saccharose (19), and docosanoic acid (20). The structures of 1-4 were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic and spectrometric methods. Compounds 1-3 displayed mild anthelminthic bioactivity, and compound 3 showed a significant binding ability to the estrogen receptor.  相似文献

Antioxidative compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of fresh rhizome of smaller galanga (Alpinia officinarum Hance). Seven phenylpropanoids (1-7) were finally obtained by reversed-phase HPLC, and their structures were elucidated by MS and NMR analyses. They comprised the two known compounds, (E)-p-coumaryl alcohol gamma-O-methyl ether (1) and (E)-p-coumaryl alcohol (6), and the five novel compounds, stereoisomers of (4E)-1,5-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-methoxy-2-(methoxymethyl)-4-pentene (2a and 2b), stereoisomers of (4E)-1,5-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-ethoxy-2-(methoxymethyl)-4-pentene (3a and 3b), (4E)-1,5-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-[(2E)-3-(4-acetoxyphenyl)-2-propenoxy]-2-(methoxymethyl)-4-pentene (4), (4E)-1,5-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-(methoxymethyl)-4-penten-1-ol (5), and (4E)-1,5-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-(hydroxymethyl)-4-penten-1-ol (7). Compounds 1-7 were detected for the first time as constituents of galanga rhizomes and exhibited antioxidative activities against the autoxidation of methyl linoleate in bulk phase.  相似文献

Inhibition of the heat-induced cholesterol oxidation at 150 degrees C by incorporation of quercetin was kinetically studied. Results showed that without quercetin, the cholesterol oxidation products (COPs) concentration increased with increasing heating time. A low amount (0.002%, w/w) of quercetin was effective in inhibiting the formation of COPs during the initial heating period (< or =30 min) at 150 degrees C. However, after prolonged heating (30-120 min), a low antioxidant activity was observed because of the degradation of quercetin. When using nonlinear regression models for kinetic study of cholesterol oxidation in the absence of quercetin, the epoxidation showed the highest rate constant (h(-1) = 683.1), followed by free radical chain reaction (h(-1) = 453.5), reduction (h(-1) = 290.3), dehydration (h(-1) = 155.5), triol dehydrogenation (h(-1) = 5.35), dehydrogenation (h(-1) = 0.68), thermal degradation (h(-1) = 0.66), and triol formation (h(-1) = 0.38). However, in the presence of quercetin, the reaction rate constants (h(-1)) for epoxidation (551.4), free radical chain reaction (111.7), and thermal degradation (0.28) were reduced greatly. The kinetic model developed in this study can be used to predict the inhibition of COPs by quercetin during the heating of cholesterol.  相似文献

Uptake and elimination of aflatoxins (AFs) by rainbow trout ( Oncorhynchus mykiss ) during a long-term (21 days) dietary exposure were studied to assess contamination by AFs in aquaculture fish fed AF-containing feed. The uptake factor (UF) of aflatoxin B(1) (AFB(1)) in muscle ranged from 0.40 × 10(-3) to 1.30 × 10(-3). AFB(1) concentrations in liver were 165-342 times higher than in muscle. AFs from feed were more highly accumulated in liver than in muscle. Aflatoxicol (AFL) and aflatoxin M(1) (AFM(1)) were detected in muscle and liver and also in the rearing water. AFL concentrations were higher than AFM(1) by 2 orders of magnitude in muscle, and AFL was a major metabolite of AFB(1). The elimination rate constants (α) of AFB(1) and AFL in muscle (1.83 and 2.02 day(-1), respectively) and liver (1.38 and 2.41 day(-1), respectively) were very large. The elimination half-life (t(1/2)) of AFB(1) was 0.38 days (9.12 h) in muscle and 0.50 days (12.00 h) in liver. The elimination half-life of AFL in muscle and liver was 0.34 day (8.16 h) and 0.29 day (6.96 h), respectively. These data show that AFs are eliminated rapidly and are not biomagnified in fish. Thus, AFB(1) concentration in muscle of fish fed AFB(1)-containing feed (ca. 500 μg/kg) decreased to below the detection limit (20 ng/kg) of the most sensitive analytical method at 1.54 days (36.96 h) after the change to uncontaminated feed.  相似文献

Abstract

Neutron Activation Analysis (NAA) was used for the determination of metal concentrations of sediments sampled at specific locations of the Kubanni River in Nigeria. The sedimentation process was assessed by examining the variation of the concentrations of the metals in different cores with sediment depths. Fifteen metals: arsenic (As), cerium (Ce), europium (Eu), iron (Fe), gadolinium (Gd), hafnium (Hf), holmium (Ho), potassium (K), lanthanum (La), lutetium (Lu), samarium (Sm), scandium (Sc), thorium (Th), uranium (U), and ytterbium (Yb) were detected from the sediments in substantial concentrations; higher than the parts per million (μg g‐1) value in some cases. Our results showed contamination of the surface sediments by U and Th, suggesting contributions from phosphate fertilizers used in farmlands around the basin as potential sources of these pollutants. Aeolian depositions emanating from the uranium‐rich region of Air (Niger) in the Saharan desert were considered to be other possibilities.  相似文献

Eight rice varieties with wide diversity in apparent amylose content (AC) were selected and planted in the early (HZE) and late season (HZL) in Hangzhou and in the winter season in Hainan (HN) for two consecutive years to study the genotypic and environmental effects on starch thermal and retrogradation properties of grain. Genotypic variation (all at P < 0.01) accounted for >56% of the total variation for onset (T(o)), peak (T(p)), and completion (T(c)) temperature, width at half-peak height (DeltaT(1/2)) of gelatinization, enthalpy (DeltaH(r)) of retrograded starch, percentage of retrogradation (R%), and 45.8% for enthalpy (DeltaH(g)) of gelatinization. Seasonal variation accounted for about one-fifth for T(o), T(p), and T(c) and one-third for DeltaH(g), but less for T(1/)(2), DeltaH(r), and R% of the total variation, indicating that T(o), T(p), T(c), and DeltaH(g) were highly affected by seasonal environment in addition to the genotypic variation. The T(o), T(p), T(c), and DeltaH(g) in HZL were much smaller than those in HZE and HN. Correlation analysis for the eight genotypes showed that AC was significantly correlated with DeltaH(g) (r = -0.83, P < 0.01) and R% (r = 0.734, P < 0.05). DeltaH(g) was also positively correlated with T(c) (r = 0.878, P < 0.05), but it did not have any correlation with DeltaH(r), whereas the latter was positively correlated with R% (r = 0.994, P < 0.001). The intercorrelation of T(o), T(p), T(c), and DeltaT(1/)(2) themselves was significant at P < 0.001. The correlation analysis results suggest that there are different molecular mechanisms to regulate thermal properties (T(o), T(p), T(c), and DeltaH(g)) and retrogradation properties (DeltaH(r) and R%) as affected by environmental conditions. The implications of the results for rice breeders and starch-based food processors are discussed.  相似文献

Effects of diethylsuberate (DESU), tributyl phosphate (TBP), and monodisperse ethoxylated alcohols (EAs) on rate constants of penetration (k) of model solutes across astomatous cuticular membranes isolated from Madagascar ivy (Stephanotis floribunda) and pear (Pyrus communis) leaves were studied. Model solutes (selected on the basis of their octanol/water partition coefficients, K(ow)) were iprovalicarb (log K(ow) = 3.18), metribuzin (log K(ow) = 1.60), and methyl glucose (MG) (log K(ow) = -3.0). K(ow) varied by more than 6 orders of magnitude. Accelerators had wax/water partition coefficients (log K(ww)) ranging from 1.75 (DESU) to 4.32 (C(12)E(2)), and their equilibrium concentrations in Stephanotis wax varied from 0 to about 160 g kg(-)(1). Accelerators increase solute mobility in cuticles by increasing fluidity of cutin and waxes. This effect was quantified by plotting log k versus the accelerator concentration in wax. With the lipophilic solutes metribuzin and iprovalicarb, these plots were linear. Slopes of these plots characterize the intrinsic activities of the accelerators, and they decreased in the order DESU (0.029) > TBP (0.015) > EAs (0.01). Using these intrinsic activities, the effects of accelerators on rate constants of penetration can be calculated for any accelerator concentration in wax. For instance, at 50 g kg(-)(1), rate constants for lipophilic solutes increased by factors of 28 (DESU), 5.6 (TBP), and 3.2 (C(12)E(n)()), respectively. Permeability of cuticles for the hydrophilic MG was not increased by DESU, TBP, C(12)E(2), and C(12)E(4), while C(12)E(6) and C(12)E(8) increased it. Small hydrophilic solutes such as MG can access aqueous pores in cuticles, and this pathway is not affected by changes in fluidity of amorphous waxes. After rate constants of penetration of ionic CaCl(2) were compared with those for nonionic MG, it was concluded that 60% of the MG diffused across aqueous pores, while 40% used an alternative pathway. Because the solubility of MG in wax is extremely low, it is unlikely that MG diffused along the lipophilic pathway used by metribuzin and iprovalicarb. This agrees with the observation that DESU and TBP had no effect on rate constants for MG. An alternative pathway of unknown properties is suggested. It is speculated that C(12)E(6) and C(12)E(8) sorbed in cuticles might have generated a polar pathway for MG.  相似文献

通过对贵州中部喀斯特地区进行植被调查以及土壤和径流样品的分析,探讨石漠化过程中植被演替及其对径流水化学组成的影响。结果表明:喀斯特石漠化后,土壤出现粘质化,有机质含量急剧下降,土壤毛管孔隙度下降,干旱季节表层和次表层土壤的含水量明显减少,改变了生态系统的水分运动规律。喀斯特地表径流中离子浓度的大小排序为HCO3^->SO4^2->Ca2^2+>Mg^2+>K^+、NO3^-、Cl^->Na^+>NH4^+>PO4^3-,地表径流水化学类型以HCO3-Ca型为主;随着石漠化程度的增加,地表径流中PO4^3-输出量明显增加,其次是Ca^2+、NO3^-,这部分养分的流失造成土壤养分水平下降,同时影响受纳水体的环境质量。地下径流离子组成与地表径流总体相似,但HCO3^-、Ca^2+、Mg^2+的含量高于地表径流,而K^+、NH4^+的含量低于地表径流;石漠化发生后,地下径流中HCO3^-、Mg^2+浓度明显减少,岩溶作用减弱,而NH4^+、NO3^-浓度明显增加,对地下水质产生一定的影响。  相似文献

Measurements of the singlet oxygen ((1)O(2)) quenching rates (k(Q) (S)) and the relative singlet oxygen absortpion capacity (SOAC) values were performed for 16 phenolic antioxidants (tocopherol derivatives, ubiquinol-10, caffeic acids, and catechins) and vitamin C in ethanol/chloroform/D(2)O (50:50:1, v/v/v) solution at 35 °C. It has been clarified that the SOAC method is useful to evaluate the (1)O(2)-quenching activity of lipophilic and hydrophilic antioxidants having 5 orders of magnitude different rate constants from 1.38 × 10(10) M(-1) s(-1) for lycopene to 2.71 × 10(5) for ferulic acid. The logarithms of the k(Q) (S) and the SOAC values for phenolic antioxidants were found to correlate well with their peak oxidation potentials (E(p)); the antioxidants that have smaller E(p) values show higher reactivities. In previous works, measurements of the k(Q) (S) values for many phenolic antioxidants were performed in ethanol. Consequently, measurements of the k(Q) (S) and relative SOAC values were performed for eight carotenoids in ethanol to investigate the effect of solvent on the (1)O(2)-quenching rate. The k(Q) (S) values for phenolic antioxidants and carotenoids in ethanol were found to correlate linearly with the k(Q) (S) values in ethanol/chloroform/D(2)O solution with a gradient of 1.79, except for two catechins. As the relative rate constants (k(Q)(AO) (S)/k(Q)(α-Toc) (S)) of antioxidants (AO) are equal to the relative SOAC values, the SOAC values do not depend on the kinds of solvent used, if α-tocopherol is used as a standard compound. Aqueous crude extracts of a series of plant wastes (agricultural, wild plants, residues from sports activities (grass), ornamental residues (gardens)) from 17 different plant species representative of the typical biodiversity of the Iberian peninsula were investigated as new sources of peroxidases (EC 1.11.1.7). Of these, lentil (Lens culinaris L.) stubble crude extract was seen to provide one of the highest specific peroxidase activities, catalyzing the oxidation of guaiacol in the presence of hydrogen peroxide to tetraguaiacol, and was used for further studies. For the optimum extraction conditions found, the peroxidase activity in this crude extract (110 U mL(-1)) did not vary for at least 15 months when stored at 4 °C (k(inact) = 0.146 year(-1), t(1/2 inact) = 4.75 year), whereas, for comparative purposes, the peroxidase activity (60 U mL(-1)) of horseradish (Armoracia rusticana L.) root crude extract, obtained and stored under the same conditions, showed much faster inactivation kinetics (k(inact) = 2.2 × 10(-3) day(-1), t(1/2 inact) = 315 days). Using guaiacol as an H donor and a universal buffer (see above), all crude extract samples exhibited the highest peroxidase activity in the pH range between 4 and 7. Once semipurified by passing the crude extract through hydrophobic chromatography on phenyl-Sepharose CL-4B, the novel peroxidase (LSP) was characterized as having a purity number (RZ) of 2.5 and three SDS-PAGE electrophoretic bands corresponding to molecular masses of 52, 35, and 18 kDa. The steady-state kinetic study carried out on the H(2)O(2)-mediated oxidation of guaiacol by the catalytic action of this partially purified peroxidase pointed to apparent Michaelian kinetic behavior (K(m)(appH(2)O(2)) = 1.87 mM; V(max)(appH(2)O(2)) = 6.4 mM min(-1); K(m)(app guaicol) = 32 mM; V(max)(app guaicol) = 9.1 mM min(-1)), compatible with the two-substrate ping-pong mechanism generally accepted for peroxidases. Finally, after the effectiveness of the crude extracts of LSP in oxidizing and removing from solution a series of last-generation dyes present in effluents from textile industries (1) had been checked, a steady-state kinetic study of the H(2)O(2)-mediated oxidation and decolorization of Green Domalan BL by the catalytic action of the lentil stubble extract was carried out, with the observation of the same apparent Michaelian kinetic behavior (K(m)(appGD) = 471 μM; V(max)(appGD)= 23 μM min(-1)). Further studies are currently under way to address the application of this LSP crude extract for the clinical and biochemical analysis of biomarkers.  相似文献
