为研究植物乳酸杆菌对感染肠炎沙门氏菌蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血浆生化指标的影响,本试验选用400只沙门氏菌阴性蛋鸡,随机分成4个处理组,每处理组5个重复,每个重复20只试鸡。试验第1周,对照组(T1、T3组)饲喂基础日粮,试验组(T2、T4组)在基础日粮添加2×108 CFU/g植物乳酸杆菌。饲喂1周后,T3、T4组试鸡连续2d灌服1mL肠炎沙门氏菌悬浮液(1.0×108 CFU/mL),T1、T2组试验鸡口服等量无菌PBS溶液。结果显示:(1)蛋鸡感染肠炎沙门氏菌后可极显著降低产蛋率(PSE=0.02)及平均日采食量(PSE=0.01)。添加植物乳酸杆菌可显著提高产蛋率(PLP=0.02),显著降低料蛋比(PLP=0.04)。(2)蛋鸡感染肠炎沙门氏菌后,添加植物乳酸杆菌可显著增加蛋壳厚度(PLP=0.01)和蛋壳强度(PLP=0.02),显著降低蛋黄颜色(PLP=0.02)。(3)蛋鸡感染肠炎沙门氏菌后可极显著提高蛋鸡血浆中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量(PSE0.01),植物乳酸杆菌干预可显著提高谷草转氨酶(AST)(PLP=0.02)、钙(PLP=0.04)和磷(PLP=0.04)的含量。综上所述,植物乳酸杆菌可显著改善蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质,维持蛋鸡生理生化指标稳定,同时可缓解沙门氏菌带来的病理损伤,保障蛋鸡机体健康。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究植物乳酸杆菌对感染肠炎沙门氏菌蛋鸡血浆生化、免疫水平及沙门氏菌定植的影响。将400只京红1号商品代蛋鸡随机分成4个处理组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只鸡。A组和C组饲喂基础饲粮,B组和D组在基础饲粮添加2×10~8 CFU/g植物乳酸杆菌。饲喂1周后,C组和D组连续2 d口服1×10~10CFU/m L肠炎沙门氏菌菌液,A组和B组口服等量无菌PBS溶液,饲养3周。结果表明:添加植物乳酸杆菌可显著提升总蛋白、球蛋白水平(P0.05),显著降低低密度脂蛋白和甘油三酯(P0.05);添加植物乳酸杆菌可显著增加IgM、IgG(P0.05);蛋鸡感染沙门氏菌的第14天和第21天及试验全程,添加植物乳酸杆菌显著减少盲肠食糜中肠炎沙门氏菌拷贝数(P0.05)。综上可知,日粮中添加植物乳酸杆菌可改善感染肠炎沙门氏菌蛋鸡的血浆生化指标,缓解炎症损伤,降低盲肠沙门氏菌定植数量,保障机体健康。  相似文献

为揭示球虫感染对蛋鸡的肠炎沙门氏菌敏感性及鸡蛋的肠炎沙门氏菌污染率的影响而进行了本研究。结果显示,柔嫩艾美耳球虫感染对蛋鸡生产肠炎沙门氏菌污染蛋及感染肠炎沙门氏菌的敏感性均具有增强作用。具体表现为:柔嫩艾美耳球虫感染可使肠炎沙门氏菌污染蛋壳显著增多(P<0.05);球虫感染鸡所产蛋,无论是新鲜的还是贮存1周后的,其蛋内容物的肠炎沙门氏菌阳性率比仅感染肠炎沙门氏菌鸡所产蛋要高;球虫感染鸡盲肠中的沙门氏菌阳性率和沙门氏菌数显著增加(P<0.01);球虫感染鸡输卵管中的肠炎沙门氏菌也有增多;球虫感染使泄殖腔拭子的肠炎沙门氏菌阳性率增加。研究结果表明,柔嫩艾美耳球虫感染可以增加鸡群中肠炎沙门氏菌的水平及其垂直传播的危险。  相似文献

研究一株植物乳酸杆菌细菌素对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。选用232日龄产蛋率和体重相近、健康状况良好的海兰灰蛋鸡225只,试验期为34 d。结果表明:日粮中添加500 AU/kg植物乳酸杆菌细菌素对蛋鸡的产蛋率和平均蛋重的提升幅度最大,各细菌素添加组对降低料蛋比均有显著的效果(P<0.05),对平均日采食量、蛋黄色泽、哈氏单位、蛋壳强度和蛋形指数都有不同程度的改善。植物乳酸杆菌细菌素可以明显改善蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质,可以为饲料添加剂的研发提供新的思路。  相似文献

文章旨在评估日粮添加不同水平人参提取物对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响。试验选择产蛋性能一致的450只海兰褐壳蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复30只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组分别在基础日粮中添加0.04%和0.08%人参提取物,试验共进行6周。结果:与对照组相比,0.04%和0.08%人参提取物组产蛋率分别显著提高10.21%和8.77%(P<0.05),平均蛋重分别显著提高11.68%和9.07%(P<0.05)。0.04%人参提取物组料蛋比较对照组显著降低6.51%(P<0.05),蛋壳颜色较对照组显著提高26.50%(P<0.05)。对照组血清胆固醇浓度较处理组分别显著提高52.02%和58.32%(P<0.05)。0.04%人参提取物组血清超氧化物歧化酶活性较对照组显著提高30.50%(P<0.05)。0.04%和0.08%人参提取物组血清IgG和IgM浓度较对照组分别显著提高53.47%、60.72%和36.44%、42.43%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,0.04%和0.08%人参提取物组盲肠乳酸杆菌含量分别显著提高15.13%和12.82%(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,日粮添加0.4?g/kg人参提取物可以提高蛋鸡饲料效率和蛋壳颜色。 [关键词]人参提取物|蛋鸡|产蛋性能|蛋品质|血清生化  相似文献

试验旨在研究添加不同剂量的粪肠球菌对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及肠道形态结构的影响。选取70周龄产蛋率相近的海兰褐蛋鸡270只,随机分为3个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。试验设对照组(饲喂基础日粮)、试验Ⅰ组(基础日粮+3.75 mg/kg粪肠球菌)和试验Ⅱ组(基础日粮+7.5 mg/kg粪肠球菌),预试期7 d,正试期50 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋率、产蛋量极显著提高(P<0.01),料蛋比极显著降低(P<0.01);与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组蛋鸡的蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、蛋形指数、蛋白高度、哈夫单位、蛋黄相对重、蛋壳相对重均无显著变化(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组产蛋后期蛋鸡十二指肠、回肠的黏膜厚度极显著增加(P<0.01),回肠绒毛高度显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,在产蛋后期蛋鸡日粮中添加适宜剂量的粪肠球菌可提高蛋鸡生产性能,改善肠道形态结构。  相似文献

试验旨在研究植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum,LP)对致病性肠炎沙门氏菌(Salmonella enteric,SE)感染蛋鸡的生产性能和鸡蛋、粪中病菌残留的影响。选用144只50周龄农大3号蛋鸡,分4个组,每组4个重复,每个重复9只鸡。空白对照组和阳性对照组饲喂基础日粮;土霉素组在基础日粮中添加5 mg/kg土霉素;乳杆菌组在基础日粮中添加109 CFU/kg植物乳杆菌。阳性对照组、土霉素组和乳杆菌组蛋鸡在试验第22和24天口腔接种1 mL沙门氏菌(109CFU/mL),试验期50 d。结果显示:攻毒前,各组生产性能指标无显著差异(P>0.05);攻毒后,与空白对照组相比,感染前期阳性对照组平均蛋重显著降低(P < 0.05),料蛋比显著升高(P < 0.05),鸡蛋中沙门氏菌带菌率和粪中沙门氏菌含菌量显著升高(P < 0.05)。与阳性对照组相比,感染前期土霉素组和乳杆菌组蛋鸡平均蛋重分别提高5.43%(P < 0.05)、9.64%(P < 0.05),料蛋比分别降低11.51%(P < 0.05)、5.16%(P > 0.05);感染后期乳杆菌组料蛋比降低9.96%(P < 0.05),乳杆菌组鸡蛋中沙门氏菌带菌率和粪中沙门氏菌含菌量分别比阳性对照组降低43.17%、23.93%(P < 0.05)。空白对照组、乳杆菌组和土霉素组间生产性能和鸡蛋大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌带菌率均无显著差异(P > 0.05)。以上结果表明,日粮中添加植物乳杆菌和土霉素均可改善沙门氏菌感染蛋鸡的生产性能,降低鸡蛋和粪中的沙门氏菌含量,提高家禽抗感染能力。植物乳杆菌具有无污染、无残留的特点,可作为家禽养殖中理想的抗生素替代品。  相似文献

将240只39周龄海赛白壳蛋鸡随机分4组,分别在基础饲粮中添加0、0.02%、0.04%、0.06%槲皮素。采用单因子试验设计研究槲皮素对重鸡生产性能的影响,试验期8周。结果表明:与对照组相比,第4、8周0.04%槲皮素组产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01);第8周0.04%槲皮素组平均蛋重显著提高(P<0.05)、料蛋比极显著降低(P<0.01),日产蛋重极显著提高(P<0.01);0.04%槲皮素组粗蛋白表观消化率极显著提高(P<0.01),0.04%和0.06%槲皮素组钙表观消化率均显著提高(P<0.05);3个槲皮素组粗脂肪表观消化率有降低趋势;0.04%和0.06%槲皮素组大肠杆菌数量极显著降低(P<0.01);0.04%槲皮素组总需氧菌极显著降低(P<0.01);乳酸杆菌数量有升高趋势(P=0.09);3个槲皮素组双歧杆菌数量均显著提高(P<0.05)。结果提示0.04%槲皮素可通过提高肠道有益菌双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌数量,降低肠道有害菌大肠杆菌和总需氧菌数量,进而促进粗蛋白和钙的消化和吸收,最终提高蛋鸡的生产性能。  相似文献

文章旨在探讨日粮添加不同水平的可发酵纤维对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响。试验将560只产蛋性能一致的32周龄海兰褐壳蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复28只。对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,处理组蛋鸡分别饲喂可发酵纤维(甜菜粕)水平为2%(T1组)、4%(T2组)和6%(T3组)的日粮,各组日粮主要营养成本保存一致,试验为期6周。结果:T2和T3组蛋鸡的产蛋率和平均日采食量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。T3组蛋鸡的蛋重最高(P<0.05),料蛋比最低(P<0.05)。T3组蛋壳厚度和蛋白相对重量显著高于对照组和T1组(P<0.05),T3组蛋壳相对重量和哈夫单位显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但蛋黄相对重量最低(P<0.05)。T3组蛋黄胆固醇含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05),而T2和T3组蛋黄甘油三酯含量显著低于对照组和T1组(P<0.05)。对照组血清甘油三酯、胆固醇浓度及谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性显著高于T3组(P<0.05)。结论:本研究结果表明,蛋鸡日粮中可发酵纤维添加水平达到6%时可以提高产蛋率和料蛋比,改善蛋品质及降低蛋黄、血清中胆固醇和甘油三酯含量。 [关键词] 可发酵纤维|蛋鸡|生产性能|蛋品质|血清生化  相似文献

本试验旨在研究凝结芽孢杆菌对感染沙门氏菌前后蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质的影响,并探究其对感染沙门氏菌蛋鸡血浆生化指标的影响。将400只沙门氏菌阴性、体况健康的京红商品代蛋鸡根据产蛋率无显著差异(P0.05)原则随机分成4组(A组、B组、C组和D组),每组5个重复,每个重复20只鸡。对照组(A组和C组)饲喂基础饲粮,凝结芽孢杆菌组(B组和D组)在基础饲粮中添加2.5×1010CFU/kg凝结芽孢杆菌;饲喂1周后,C组和D组连续2 d定量口服肠炎沙门氏菌悬浮液(1×108CFU/mL),A组和B组口服等量无菌磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS),继续饲养3周。结果表明:1)感染沙门氏菌前,凝结芽孢杆菌对蛋鸡生产性能无显著影响(P0.05)。感染沙门氏菌后,沙门氏菌显著降低了蛋鸡平均日采食量(P0.05);凝结芽孢杆菌极显著降低了蛋鸡料蛋比(P0.01),显著降低了平均日采食量(P0.05)。2)感染沙门氏菌前,凝结芽孢杆菌极显著增加了蛋鸡蛋壳重/蛋重(P0.01)。感染沙门氏菌后,沙门氏菌和凝结芽孢杆菌对蛋鸡蛋品质指标均无显著影响(P0.05)。3)感染沙门氏菌后,凝结芽孢杆菌显著降低了血浆总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量(P0.05);沙门氏菌显著降低了血浆总胆固醇、甘油三酯和钙含量,显著提高了血浆谷草转氨酶活性(P0.05),极显著提高了血浆碱性磷酸酶活性(P0.01);凝结芽孢杆菌与沙门氏菌对血浆总蛋白含量、钙/磷及谷草转氨酶活性有显著交互作用(P0.05)。综上,凝结芽孢杆菌可改善蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质,在蛋白质代谢、脂质代谢、肝功能和钙磷吸收上都具有一定程度的改善作用。  相似文献

Contamination of eggs by Salmonella Enteritidis has been a prominent cause of human illness for several decades and is the focus of a recently implemented national regulatory plan for egg-producing flocks in the United States. Salmonella Heidelberg has also been identified as an egg-transmitted pathogen. The deposition of Salmonella strains inside eggs is a consequence of reproductive tract colonization in infected laying hens, but prior research has not determined the relationship between the numbers of Salmonella that colonize reproductive organs and the associated frequency of egg contamination. In the present study, groups of laying hens in two trials were experimentally infected with large oral doses of strains of Salmonella Enteritidis (phage type 13a), Salmonella Heidelberg, or Salmonella Hadar. Reproductive tissues of selected hens were cultured to detect and enumerate Salmonella at 5 days postinoculation, and the interior contents of eggs laid between 6 and 25 days postinoculation were tested for contamination. Significantly more internally contaminated eggs were laid by hens infected with Salmonella Enteritidis (3.58%) than with strains of either Salmonella Heidelberg (0.47%) or Salmonella Hadar (0%). However, no significant differences were observed between Salmonella strains in either isolation frequency or the number of colony-forming units (CFU) isolated from ovaries or oviducts. Salmonella isolation frequencies ranged from 20.8% to 41.7% for ovaries and from 8.3% to 33.3% for oviducts. Mean Salmonella colonization levels ranged from 0.10 to 0.51 log CFU/g for ovaries and from 0.25 to 0.46 log CFU/g for oviducts. Although parallel rank-orders were observed for Salmonella enumeration (in both ovaries and oviducts) and egg contamination frequency, a statistically significant relationship could not be established between these two parameters of infection.  相似文献

试验旨在研究槲皮素对蛋鸡蛋壳品质的影响。选择体重和产蛋率相近的240只29周龄蛋鸡,随机分4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1、2、3组分别在基础日粮中添加0.02%、0.04%、0.06%槲皮素。结果表明:①与对照组相比,产蛋高峰期试验2组的蛋壳相对重极显著提高(P<0.01);在产蛋后期各试验组的蛋壳厚度均显著提高(P<0.05),试验2、3组的蛋壳相对重分别提高0.27%(P<0.05)和0.48%(P<0.01),试验1、2组的鸡蛋破软壳率极显著降低(P<0.01)。②产蛋高峰期各试验组的蛋壳钙含量均显著升高(P<0.05);产蛋后期试验2、3组的蛋壳钙含量显著提高(P<0.05),试验3组蛋壳磷含量显著降低(P<0.05)。③产蛋高峰期和后期各试验组的血清钙含量均极显著提高(P<0.01);在产蛋高峰期试验2组的血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量极显著提高(P<0.01);在产蛋后期试验1组的血清ALP含量极显著降低(P<0.01),试验2、3组的血清羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。因此,0.04%槲皮素可有效改善产蛋后期蛋壳品质。  相似文献

Fowl typhoid is under control in poultry farms of developed countries, but it still endemically subsists in commercial laying hen farms of some countries. It has been demonstrated that Salmonella live vaccines can elicit cross-immunity against members of the same Kauffmann-White scheme serogroup. In this work, we explored the protection conferred by TAD Salmonella vac E, a live Salmonella enterica serovar Enteritidis vaccine, against fowl typhoid. Three groups of laying hens were vaccinated with different vaccination schedules starting on the first day of life, and afterwards were infected with 2 x 10(5) CFU of a virulent Salmonella Gallinarum strain, either at wk 28 or wk 52. Mortality, fecal shedding, and organ invasion of Salmonella Gallinarum were assessed. In this work we demonstrated that this Salmonella Enteritidis vaccine is able to cross-immunize against Salmonella Gallinarum. At wk 28, hens vaccinated with three oral doses or with two oral doses combined with one subcutaneous dose were protected by the vaccine. At wk 52, when hens were infected 36 wk after the final immunization, the vaccine was not able to confer protection. Thus, revaccination every 3 mo would be highly recommended. In countries where Salmonella Gallinarum subsists together with Salmonella Enteritidis, control programs should include vaccination of laying hens using safe attenuated Salmonella strains.  相似文献

试验旨在研究基础日粮中添加植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus Plantarum)WEI-70菌粉对产蛋鸡的生产性能、蛋品质、组织病理学影响,评价菌株WEI-70对产蛋鸡的安全性和功效性。试验使用305日龄海兰褐蛋鸡288只,随机分为2组,每组设6个重复,每个重复24只鸡,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加植物乳杆菌WEI-70冻干菌粉,每克日粮中的活菌浓度为1×10~6 CFU。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组的平均日产蛋量显著提高了2.71%(P0.05),平均料蛋比显著下降了3.27%(P0.05),哈氏单位显著提高了3.42%(P0.05),蛋黄颜色显著提高了4.37%(P0.05);试验组和对照组的心、肝、脾的脏器重量和脏器指数均无显著差异(P0.05),都没有出现病理学变化,但与对照组相比,试验组的空肠绒毛高度显著提高了31.82%(P0.05)。由此可见,植物乳杆菌WEI-70在蛋鸡养殖生产中能够促进蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质的提升和空肠绒毛高度增加,并且不会引起脏器的病理变化,体现出较高的安全性。  相似文献

The experiment was conducted to study the influence of Lactobacillus plantarum (LP) on production performance, egg and feces Salmonella enteric (SE) residues of SE-infected hens. 144 fifty-week-old Nongda No.3 hens were randomly allocated to 4 treatments with 4 replicates of 9 hens each. The hens in blank control and positive control groups were fed the basal diet, terramycin group, the basal diet with terramycin (5 mg/kg), LP group, the basal diet with Lactobacillus plantarum (109CFU/kg). The hens in positive control, terramycin and LP groups were oral inoculated with 1 mL SE (109CFU/mL) on 22 and 24 d. The experiment lasted for 50 d. Before being vaccinated, the production performance of each group showed no significant difference (P > 0.05); After being vaccinated, in early period, compared with blank control group, the average egg weight significantly decreased (P < 0.05), the feed-egg ratio significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the SE content of eggs and feces significantly increased (P < 0.05) in positive control group. Compared with positive control group, the average egg weight in terramycin group and LP group increased by 5.43% and 9.64% respectively (P < 0.05), while the feed-egg ratio decreased by 11.51% (P < 0.05) and 5.16% (P > 0.05) respectively. In later period, the feed-egg ratio in LP group decreased by 9.96% (P < 0.05), SE content of eggs and feces in LP group decreased by 43.17% and 23.93% respectively (P < 0.05). The production performance and E. coli, SE-carrying rates of eggs had no significant difference among the blank control, LP and terramycin groups (P > 0.05). The results indicated that, supplemented with Lactobacillus plantarum or terramycin could improve the production performance, reduce the SE content in eggs and feces, and improve the ability to resist infection in hens. Because Lactobacillus plantarum had the characteristics of no pollution and no residue, it could be used as a kind of ideal substitute for antibiotics in poultry production.  相似文献

Egg contamination by Salmonella Enteritidis has remained a significant public health problem for nearly two decades, and Salmonella Heidelberg has also been recently implicated in egg-transmitted human illness. Colonization of the intestinal tract is a necessary precursor to the invasion of reproductive organs and subsequent deposition inside eggs laid by infected hens, but the relationship between the persistence of Salmonella in the intestinal tract and the likelihood of egg contamination has been uncertain. In this study, groups of laying hens were inoculated with large oral doses of strains of Salmonella Enteritidis and Salmonella Heidelberg, including variants of the original parent strains that had been reisolated from eggs laid by infected hens in a prior study. The shedding of Salmonella in voided feces was monitored for 6 wk postinoculation, and all eggs laid by infected hens between 5 and 22 days postinoculation were cultured for Salmonella in their contents. The mean duration of fecal shedding was significantly longer for the previously passaged Salmonella strains (26.7 days) than for the original parent strains (17.5 days), and the passaged strains caused a significantly higher frequency of egg contamination (6.4%) than did the parent strains (3.3%). However, the duration of fecal shedding and the frequency of egg contamination were not correlated for any of the Salmonella Enteritidis or Salmonella Heidelberg strains.  相似文献

Internal contamination of eggs by Salmonella Enteritidis has been a significant source of human illness for several decades and is the focus of a recently proposed U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulatory plan. Salmonella Heidelberg has also been identified as an egg-transmitted human pathogen. The deposition of Salmonella strains inside eggs is apparently a consequence of reproductive tissue colonization in infected laying hens, but the relationship between colonization of specific regions of the reproductive tract and deposition in different locations within eggs is not well documented. In the present study, groups of laying hens were experimentally infected with large oral doses of Salmonella Heidelberg, Salmonella Enteritidis phage type 13a, or Salmonella Enteritidis phage type 14b. For all of these isolates, the overall frequency of ovarian colonization (34.0%) was significantly higher than the frequency of recovery from either the upper (22.9%) or lower (18.1%) regions of the oviduct. No significant differences were observed between the frequencies of Salmonella isolation from egg yolk and albumen (4.0% and 3.3%, respectively). Some significant differences between Salmonella isolates were observed in the frequency of recovery from eggs, but not in the frequency or patterns of recovery from reproductive organs. Accordingly, although the ability of these Salmonella isolates to colonize different regions of the reproductive tract in laying hens was reflected in deposition in both yolk and albumen, there was no indication that any specific affinity of individual isolates for particular regions of this tract produced distinctive patterns of deposition in eggs.  相似文献
