地西泮结合抑制因子(Diazepam binding inhibitor, DBI)在动物组织广泛表达,与细胞脂肪酸代谢密切相关,而脂肪酸参与早期胚胎发育能量供应。为研究其介导的母源分泌因子调控牦牛输卵管上皮细胞物质代谢和哺乳动物早期胚胎能量供给之间的潜在生物学作用。本试验通过分离并建立牦牛输卵管上皮细胞体外培养体系,培养过程中添加不同浓度外源性17 β-雌二醇(0、1×10-6、1×10-7、1×10-8、1×10-9、1×10-10mol/L),作用不同时间后(0、6、12、24、48、72 h)。采用实时荧光定量PCR(quantitative real-time PCR, qPCR)、蛋白免疫印迹方法(Western blotting,WB)和免疫荧光技术(Immunofluorescence, IF)从基因和蛋白水平分别检测不同浓度17 β-雌二醇对输卵管上皮细胞DBI表达的影响。试验成功建立了原代牦牛输卵管上皮细胞分离与培养体系:输卵管上皮细胞接种密度4×105个/mL,DMEM/F12 培养基+10% FBS+100 U·mL-1链霉素+100 U·mL-1青霉素,24h换液一次,细胞的纯度高达90%以上;1×10-7mol/L 17 β-雌二醇作用牦牛输卵管上皮细胞6h时,DBI基因和蛋白表达水平最高,其它各处理组DBI表达水平降低,免疫荧光显示各处理组输卵管上皮细胞的细胞核和细胞质均可表达DBI蛋白。结果表明:17 β-雌二醇参与调控牦牛输卵管上皮细胞DBI的表达,并且具有剂量依赖性和时间差异性,为进一步探索母源细胞因子调控输卵管上皮细胞的多重生物学机制提供了关键科学突破点。  相似文献

西藏牦牛的RAPD遗传多样性及其分类研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为了解西藏地区牦牛品种或类群的遗传多样性和亲缘关系,本研究从33个RAPD多态性引物中筛选出8个条带清晰且多态性丰富的引物对西藏地区的巴青牦牛、类乌齐牦牛、丁青牦牛、桑日牦牛、工布江达牦牛、江达牦牛、康布牦牛、桑桑牦牛、嘉黎牦牛、帕里牦牛、斯布牦牛等11个类群的核基因组DNA进行了RAPD分析,并用Nei氏标准距离和UPGMA聚类法分析了类群间的亲缘关系.结果表明:(1)西藏牦牛类群的遗传多样性指数变异范围在0,185 7~0.405 3之间,其中帕里牦牛最小(0.185 7),说明相对较纯,群体较整齐;而工布江达牦牛最大(0.405 3),显示该群体内部具有较多的遗传变异.(2)在11个类群中,其遗传多样性指数大小分别为:工布江达牦牛(0.405 3)>江达牦牛(0.353 6)>斯布牦牛(0.344 8)>康布牦牛(0.342 8)>嘉黎牦牛(0.332 3)>桑日牦牛(0.282 3)>巴青牦牛(0.279 3)>桑桑牦牛(0.269 8)>丁青牦牛(0.259 7)>类乌齐牦牛(0.224 1)>帕里牦牛(0.185 7),具有西藏东部牦牛类群遗传多样性相对较高,而西部牦牛类群遗传多样性相对较低的趋势,预示着西藏东部可能是牦牛的起源地之一.(3)遗传距离构建的分子聚类关系图表明:西藏11个牦牛类群可分为2大类,帕里牦牛(PL)为一类,其余10个牦牛类群为另一类.综上所述,西藏牦牛具有较丰富的遗传多样性,品种或种群内的遗传分化显著,这是西藏牦牛业持续发展和牦牛适应外界环境的遗传基础,是将来培养牦牛新品种或品系的重要基因资源;西藏牦牛品种可分为2大类群.  相似文献

为了进一步研究大通牦牛心肌对高原低氧适应的组织学特点,选取2个海拔高度(海拔3 700,3 200m)成年大通牦牛作为研究对象,并选取同海拔高度的泽库地区成年牦牛(海拔3 700m)和海晏地区成年牦牛(海拔3 200 m)作为对照,利用组织学、免疫组织化和电镜技术对心肌组织的显微和超微结构进行观测与分析,结果显示:海拔3 700m牦牛,其心肌纤维直径细于海拔3 200m牦牛,表面积密度大于海拔3 200m牦牛,差异显著(P0.05);海拔3 700m牦牛血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和微血管密度(MVD)均大于海拔3 200m牦牛,差异显著(P0.05);海拔3 700m牦牛平均体积和体密度大于海拔3 200m牦牛,差异显著(P0.05);而面数密度(NA)小于海拔3 200m牦牛,差异显著(P0.05)。大通牦牛心肌适应高原低氧环境的组织学特点主要表现为:肌纤维直径细、表面积密度大、VEGF和MVD均较高的特点,心肌肌线粒体平均体积相对较小、NA相对较大,而体密度大的特点。  相似文献

高寒草地硫酸铵施肥对放牧牦牛铜代谢的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了评价施肥对牧草矿物元素含量和牦牛铜代谢的影响,在黄河首曲草地进行施肥试验、放牧试验和动物矿物元素补充试验.结果表明:施肥明显增加了牧草N的含量(P<0.01),但各施肥处理之间没有明显的差异.(NH4)2SO4施肥明显增加了牧草S的含量(P<0.01).试验结束时(NH4)2SO4施肥牧场的牦牛血液和肝脏铜(Cu)含量极显著低于(P<0.01)NH4NO3施肥牧场和对照牧场,同时(NH4)2SO4施肥牧场的牦牛出现小红细胞贫血.肝脏Cu含量最低的10头牦牛接受Cu补充,在整个试验过程中接受Cu补充的牦牛肝脏和血液的Cu含量都在升高.试验结束时,补充CuClO(OH)3的牦牛肝脏铜含量极明显高于(P<0.01)补充CuSO4的牦牛,但血液铜蓝蛋白(Cp)含量没有显著的差异 .  相似文献

采用粪便内蠕虫虫卵检查法,对四川红原县牧区采集的39份粪样品,其中牦牛30份,藏羊9份,对6种常见寄生虫进行了流行病学调查,结果表明这几种寄生虫的检出率为球虫(牦牛57%;藏羊67%)、线虫(牦牛57%;藏羊100%)、前后盘吸虫(牦牛43%;藏羊22%)、肝片吸虫(牦牛23%,藏羊11%)、鞭虫(牦牛7%)及绦虫(牦牛3%)等.在此基础上,结合川西北草原畜牧业的生产实际,提出了主要寄生虫病的防治措施.  相似文献

牦牛乳作为天然浓缩乳为各类微生物的生长提供了所需的营养物质,为了解青藏高原青海地区高寒草地类不同海拔高度牦牛生鲜乳中微生物组成和结构,本研究利用16S rDNA方法对在不同海拔高度采集的牦牛乳进行微生物多样性分析,牦牛乳采样点海拔高度分别为4 781(yak1)、3 984(yak2)、3 372 m(yak3),每个采样点采集5个样本。结果显示:在97%的一致性水平下获得12 329个操作分类单元(OTUs),3个海拔高度牦牛乳共同拥有2 988个OTUs;微生物Alpha多样性指数在3个海拔高度牦牛乳间无显著差异(P0.05)。在门水平上,3个海拔高度牦牛乳中优势菌门均为变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes),这2个菌门在yak1牦牛乳中分别占细菌总序列的44.49%和20.93%,在yak2牦牛乳中分别占细菌总序列39.30%和32.66%,在yak3牦牛乳中分别占细菌总序列41.32%和23.90%;在属水平上,yak1和yak3牦牛乳的优势菌属为不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter),yak2牦牛乳中乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)为优势菌属;在种水平上,yak1牦牛乳中优势菌种为鲁氏不动杆菌(Acinetobacter lwoffii),yak2牦牛乳中优势菌种为奥斯陆莫拉氏(Moraxella osloensis),yak3牦牛乳中优势菌种为Kosakonia oryzae。由此可知,青海地区不同海拔高度牦牛乳中微生物组成和丰度存在差异。  相似文献

在完善牦牛犊代乳饲料配方、调整饲料加工技术、改进饲料饲喂方法的基础上,经过3年(2004~2006年)对332头健康的牦牛犊进行重复应用试验,经测定牦牛犊日增重、牦牛犊死亡率、母牦牛挤奶量等指标,表明用牦牛犊代乳饲料饲喂牦牛犊完全能代替牦牛奶,在保证牦牛犊正常生长发育(与对照组平均日增重基本一致(0.01≤P≤0.05))的同时,可显著增加母牦牛挤奶量(比半哺乳对照组平均增加挤奶量为0.929千克/头.天,比全哺乳对照组平均增加挤奶量1.836千克/头.天),减少死亡率2.15个百分点,获得显著的经济效益(比半哺乳对照组增加经济效益1.68元/头.天,比全哺乳对照组增加3.694元/头.天)、生态效益和社会效益。  相似文献

1986年6月至1987年4月作者在甘肃甘南州玛曲县的河曲马场,选一固定牧场放牧的牦牛群,每双月屠宰成年牦牛4~7头,3岁牦牛2~4头,肌样经肉眼和压片镜检,统计各月牦牛犬住肉孢子虫(S.poephagicanis)和牦牛住肉孢子虫(S.poephagi)未成熟包囊虫体在其优势寄生部位的感染情况,发现两种住肉孢子虫在成年牦牛,特别是3岁牦牛一年出现了两个感染高峰,第1个是在6月或8月,第2个在12月。  相似文献

牦牛主要分布在海拔3 000 m以上的青藏高原,是乳、肉、役、毛综合性品种,具有独特的生物学特性和经济特性.牦牛肉的特点是天然纯净,具有蛋白质含量高(18.8%~22.6%)(蒙古牦牛、西藏牦牛)、脂肪低[1.4%(甘肃牦牛)~7.9%(青海半血野牦牛)]、干物质高[23.7%(眼肌肉)~33.8%]的特点.本研究通过对青海牦牛的产肉性能及肉品中维生素的分析研究,对青海牦牛肉质评定、资源开发利用具有积极作用.  相似文献

LRH-A_3对全奶母牦牛的诱导发情效果和作用机理初探   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
本研究初步探讨了促性腺素释放激素类似物 (LRH A3 )对全奶母牦牛 (在当年 4~ 6月份产犊的泌乳母牦牛 )的诱导发情排卵效果及机理。 1998年 7月对试验组 (n =2 0 )母牦牛注射LRH A3 (30 0 μg/头 ) ,对照组 (n =42 )未作任何处理。9月 15日前用普通牛公牛配种 ,9月 15日后用公牦牛补配。 1999年产犊率为试验组 5 0 .0 % (10 / 2 0 ) ,对照组 2 8.6 %(2 0 / 42 ) ,试验组和对照组差异极显著 (P <0 .0 1)。对 5头母牦牛在注射LRH A3 前 30min及注射后 30 ,45和 6 0min血清中促黄体素 (LH)浓度测定以进一步探明全奶母牦牛诱导发情第一情期受胎率低的原因。结果发现 ,虽然注射LRH A3后 6 0min全奶母牦牛血清中LH浓度显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但该峰值 (3.34± 0 .6 7ng/ml,n =5 )未达到自然发情排卵的LH峰值 (17.182 9± 2 .1174ng/ml)。  相似文献

旨在研究RBM3在牦牛(Bos grunniens)生殖相关调控中的作用。本研究以卵泡期、黄体期和妊娠期4~6岁健康雌性牦牛各3头为采集对象,采集其卵巢、子宫和输卵管共9组试验样品,每组设置3个生物学重复。利用基因克隆技术克隆牦牛RBM3基因并进行生物信息学分析;利用实时荧光定量PCR (quantitative real-time PCR,qRT-PCR)和蛋白免疫印迹(Western blot,WB)分别在基因层面和蛋白层面检测RBM3在牦牛子宫、卵巢和输卵管中的相对表达量;利用免疫组织化学(immunocytochemistry,IHC)方法检测RBM3蛋白在试验样品中的分布定位。牦牛RBM3基因(GenBank No.:MF142258.1)被成功克隆并预测出二、三级结构,发现其与野牦牛亲缘性最近,基因编码区第51位、98位核苷酸不同于常见哺乳动物,生物信息学分析预测其编码的蛋白质为稳定的非跨膜蛋白。RBM3蛋白在本试验9组样品的表达量有如下差异:在卵巢中,黄体期显著高于卵泡期和妊娠期(P<0.05);输卵管中,卵泡期显著低于黄体期和妊娠期(P<0.05);子宫上,卵泡期显著高于黄体期和妊娠期(P<0.05)。免疫组织化学结果显示,RBM3在卵巢中的主要表达位置是卵泡膜、颗粒层和黄体细胞;在输卵管的表达位置是黏膜上皮;子宫上的表达主要以子宫内膜和子宫腺为主。本研究结果提示,RBM3可能参与牦牛个体发情周期和妊娠过程的调控以及妊娠识别等过程,为RBM3这一冷应激调节因子参与牦牛对高原环境的适应性生理机制方面的研究提供参考。  相似文献

为分析DIO2和DIO3基因在小尾寒羊不同繁殖时期(黄体期和卵泡期)下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴各组织中的表达差异,阐明这2个基因在绵羊发情转换中的表达模式,实验采用实时荧光定量PCR(Real-time PCR)技术对比分析DIO2和DIO3基因在黄体期和卵泡期小尾寒羊下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴各组织中的表达差异。结果表明:DIO2和DIO3基因在下丘脑、垂体、松果体、大脑、小脑、卵巢、子宫、输卵管、肾脏、肾上腺10种组织中均表达;DIO2基因在黄体期和卵泡期的垂体组织中表达量显著高于其他组织(P<0.05),其中黄体期垂体、子宫、下丘脑、松果体、输卵管和卵巢DIO2的表达量显著高于卵泡期(P<0.05);DIO3在卵泡期松果体、下丘脑、子宫、垂体和输卵管的表达量显著高于黄体期(P<0.05)。综上,DIO2能抑制绵羊发情,而DIO3促进发情。  相似文献

旨在探究整合素αv在牦牛繁殖周期输卵管不同部位的表达差异,为进一步了解整合素αv在牦牛生殖过程中发挥的作用提供理论依据。本研究采集卵泡期、黄体期和妊娠期健康母牦牛(3~6岁)的输卵管伞部、壶腹部和峡部样品,将卵泡期、黄体期和妊娠期输卵管分别按照伞部、壶腹部和峡部分为9组,采用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)和蛋白免疫印迹法(Western-blotting,WB)检测整合素αv基因和蛋白的表达情况,运用免疫组织化学法检测整合素αv的定位。结果表明:1)qRT-PCR结果显示,在卵泡期,整合素αv基因在输卵管伞部的表达量最高,极显著高于壶腹部和峡部(P<0.01);在黄体期,整合素αv基因在输卵管峡部的表达量最高,极显著高于伞部和壶腹部(P<0.01);在妊娠期,整合素αv基因在输卵管伞部的表达量最高,极显著高于壶腹部和峡部(P<0.01)。2)Western-blotting结果显示,在卵泡期,整合素αv蛋白在输卵管伞部的表达量最高,极显著高于壶腹部和峡部(P<0.01);在黄体期,整合素αv蛋白在输卵管峡部的表达量最高,极显著高于伞部和壶腹部(P<0.01);在妊娠期,整合素αv蛋白在输卵管峡部和伞部的表达差异不显著,但二者极显著高于壶腹部(P<0.01)。3)免疫组织化学结果显示,整合素αv主要分布于输卵管伞部、壶腹部和峡部的纤毛细胞、分泌细胞、基细胞、肌层和浆液腺中。结果显示,整合素αv在牦牛繁殖周期输卵管不同部位中的表达存在显著差异,说明其可能参与了牦牛受精及早期胚胎发育等一系列生殖过程,为牦牛的繁殖性能研究提供了基础资料。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to explore the expression differences of integrin αv in different parts of the fallopian tube at different reproduction stages of yak, and provide some important theoretical foundations for understanding the effect of integrin αv on the reproductive performance of yak. The samples of the tubal umbrella, ampulla, and isthmus of healthy female yaks (3-6 years old) during follicular, luteal and pregnancy stages were collected, the fallopian tubes of the follicular phase, the luteal phase and the pregnancy phase were divided into 9 groups according to the umbrella, ampulla and isthmus. Real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) and Western-blotting (WB) were used to detect the expression of integrin αv gene and protein. The expression of integrin αv protein was localized by immunohistochemistry. Results: 1) qRT-PCR results showed that, during the follicular phase, the expression of the integrin αv gene in the umbrella of the fallopian tube was the highest and extremely significantly higher than those in the ampulla and isthmus (P<0.01). During the luteal phase, the expression of the integrin αv gene in the isthmus of the fallopian tube was the highest and extremely significantly higher than those in the umbrella and ampulla (P<0.01). During the pregnancy phase, the expression of the integrin αv gene in the umbrella of the fallopian tube was the highest and extremely significantly higher than those in the ampulla and isthmus (P<0.01). 2) Western-blotting results showed that, during the follicular phase, the expression of integrin αv protein in the umbrella of the fallopian tube was the highest and extremely significantly higher than those in the ampulla and isthmus (P<0.01). During the luteal phase, the expression of integrin αv protein in the isthmus of the fallopian tube was the highest and extremely significantly higher than those in the umbrella and ampulla (P<0.01). During the pregnancy phase, the expression of integrin αv protein in tubal isthmus and umbrella was not significantly different, but these were extremely significantly higher than that in the ampulla (P<0.01). 3) The results of immunohistochemistry showed that integrin αv protein was positively expressed in ciliated cells, secretory cells, basal cells, muscular layers and serous glands of the fallopian tube umbrella, ampulla and isthmus. The results indicated that the expression of integrin αv in different parts of the fallopian tube at different reproduction stages of the yak were significantly different, which showed that αv might be involved in a series of reproductive processes such as fertilization and early embryonic development, the results provided basic information for the study of yak's reproductive performance.  相似文献

The yak (Bos grunniens) is the most important livestock animal in high-altitude regions owing to its prominent adaptability to cold conditions, nutritional deficiencies and hypoxia. The reproductive organs exhibit different histological appearances and physiological processes at different reproductive stages. Hypoxia-inducible factor-1 alpha (HIF-1α) is the regulatory subunit of HIF-1 that crucially regulates the response to hypoxia in mammalian organisms. The goal of our study was to investigate the expression and distribution of HIF-1α in the primary yak reproductive organs at different reproductive stages. Samples of the ovary, oviduct and uterus of 15 adult female yaks were collected and used in the experiment. The expression and localization of HIF-1α proteins and mRNA were investigated using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The results indicated that the expression of HIF-1α protein in the ovary was higher during the luteal phase than during the follicular phase and gestation period (p < .05). In the oviduct, HIF-1α protein was also more highly expressed during the luteal phase than during the follicular phase and gestation period (p < .01). However, in the uterus, the HIF-1α protein had stronger expression during the gestation period than during the follicular phase (p < .01) and luteal phase (p < .05). The expression of HIF-1α mRNA was similar to that of its protein. Immunohistochemical analysis revealed intense immunostaining of HIF-1α proteins in the follicular granulosa cells, granular luteal cells, villous epithelial cells of the oviduct, endometrial glandular epithelium and luminal epithelium, foetal villous trophoblast, and epithelia of caruncular crypts. This study showed that the expression of HIF-1α in the ovary, oviduct and uterus varies according to the stage of the reproductive cycle. This implies that HIF-1α plays an important role in regulating the stage-specific physiological function of yak reproductive organs under hypoxic environments.  相似文献

试验以屠宰场犬卵巢为材料,研究了不同生殖周期阶段(卵泡期、黄体期和乏情期)对犬卵母细胞体外发育的影响。结果表明,从卵泡期卵巢采集A类COCs的数量为22.67±11.02个,显著高于黄体期10.67±5.51个和乏情期7.25±4.92个(P<0.05);体外培养48 h时,卵泡期、黄体期和乏情期卵母细胞达到MⅠ-MⅡ期比率分别为19.2%±15.3%、26.8%±21.1%、9.8%±10.4%,卵泡期与黄体期之间差异不显著(P>0.05),但两者均显著高于乏情期(P<0.05);体外培养72 h时,卵泡期、黄体期和乏情期卵母细胞达到MⅠ-MⅡ期比率分别为25.2%±13.5%、6.6%±6.7%、9.2%±5.5%,卵泡期显著高于黄体期和乏情期(P<0.05)。同时,随体外培养时间延长,不同生殖周期阶段犬卵母细胞达到MⅠ-MⅡ期比率存在不同变化。说明不同生殖周期阶段对犬卵巢卵母细胞体外发育有一定影响,且与培养时间有关。  相似文献

The present study examines anatomical and histological characteristics of tubular genital organs and its relationships with the reproductive state of 24 wild adult collared peccary (Tayassu tajacu) females. The tunica mucosa of the uterine tube presents a pseudostratified, intermittently ciliated columnar epithelium. The epithelial secretory cells of pregnant females and females in the luteal phase of the oestrous cycle became taller than the ciliated cells and showed abundant apical secretory blebs, whereas secretory cells of females in the follicular phase showed abundant mucous secretory activity (periodic acid-Schiff positive cells). The uterus is composed of two narrow and convoluted uterine horns, separated by the velum uteri, a small uterine body and a long and muscular cervix. The endometrial lining of both uterine horns and body is a monostratified, columnar ciliated epithelium. Pregnant females and females in luteal phase showed a more developed hyperplasia of the endometrial simple tubular glands than females in the follicular phase. The cervix presents interdigitated rows of mucosal prominences that project into the lumen, structures similar to pulvini cervicali, occluding the cervical canal. In pregnant females, the endocervical canal was filled by a viscous cervical secretion. Females in follicular phase presented a thicker vaginal epithelium than pregnant females and females in luteal phase. The present study suggests that the collared peccary female showed different histological features of the uterine tubes, uterus and vagina in accordance with the reproductive state of the females.  相似文献

旨在获得牦牛FHL2基因序列,阐明该基因序列、蛋白质结构与性质、mRNA的组织表达模式、在雌性生殖器官及颗粒细胞的蛋白表达特性。本研究以5头健康空怀成年母牦牛的心、肝、脾、肺、肾、卵巢、子宫、输卵管组织及5头妊娠2个月左右母牦牛的子宫、输卵管和卵巢为研究材料,利用逆转录PCR(RT-PCR)技术克隆FHL2基因,并使用在线分子生物学软件分析其生物信息学特性;利用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)技术分析FHL2基因的组织表达特性;应用免疫组化(IHC)和免疫荧光(IF)技术检测FHL2蛋白在雌性生殖器官的分布和颗粒细胞上的亚细胞定位。结果发现,FHL2基因CDS区全长840 bp (ON456866),编码279个氨基酸,FHL2蛋白属于弱碱性亲水不稳定蛋白,没有跨膜结构。不同物种的FHL2氨基酸序列比对和进化树分析表明,FHL2基因编码区在物种进化中比较保守。RT-qPCR结果显示,FHL2基因在检测的组织都有表达,在心的表达量极显著高于其他检测组织(P<0.01);在肺、卵巢、输卵管和子宫中的表达量极显著高于肝、脾和肾(P<0.01)。FHL2基因在妊娠期子宫中的表达...  相似文献

This study was conducted to examine the effects of the reproductive cycle of donor cat on the quality of oocytes at recovery and developmental competence of oocytes after in vitro fertilization (IVF) and somatic cell nuclear transfer (NT). Based on the presence or absence of follicles and corpora lutea, the ovarian pairs collected were classified into inactive, follicular or luteal stages. After collection of oocytes, the oocytes were classified into four grades according to the morphological condition of oocyte cytoplasm and cumulus cells. A total of 16 558 oocytes were obtained from 198 ovarian pairs. The total mean numbers of oocytes and the mean numbers of oocytes with high quality (grade I) were significantly higher in ovarian pairs at the inactive stage (111.1 and 19.0 oocytes, respectively) than in ovarian pairs at the follicular stage (67.1 and 11.4 oocytes, respectively). A significant difference in the proportions of oocytes with grade I out of the total examined oocytes was observed between the follicular and luteal stages of ovaries (14.9% vs 20.2%, p < 0.05). The proportions of IVF embryos cleaved and developed to blastocysts significantly decreased with decreased quality of oocytes at recovery, irrespective of the reproductive status of ovaries. Moreover, there were no significant differences in the proportions of cleavage and development to the blastocyst stage of IVF and NT embryos among three oestrous stages of ovaries. These results indicate that the reproductive cycle stage of donor cat ovaries has no apparent effects on the in vitro development of oocytes after IVF and NT, but the quality of oocytes at recovery influences the development of IVF embryos.  相似文献
