通过RT-PCR获得一个编码棉花丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶类似蛋白全长的cDNA片段,其编码的氨基酸序列与拟南芥ATPK3的相似度达到82%,这个基因暂被命名为GhPK1。基因全编码区包括1038个核苷酸,编码346个氨基酸的蛋白。GhPK1的编码产物在265~270个氨基酸处有一个跨膜区并可能结合在内质网膜上。GhPK1在种子和纤维中的表达水平较其它组织高。另外,GhPK1的表达量在受到盐胁迫后上升,说明GhPK1可能参与了盐胁迫反应。 相似文献

Identification and adjustment on the disfigurements of original data of VISAR are probed by developing software for VISAR data reducing based on measure theory. Then the software is applied to plate impact experiment of ceramics. The disfigurements of light intensity data are identified and adjusted through Lissajou~ figures. The system acquires the state signal from the moving equipment by data acquisition module that based in W77E58 high-speed SCM, and transmits the data fast by wireless mode. The high efficient strain was separated and filtrated from the soil contaminated by petroleum hydrocarbon. The authors, we focus on the effect of H2 O2 in the bioremediation of petroleum hydrocarbon pollutant. The results show that the optimal concentration of H2O2was 200 mg/L at one time. At the lag phase of the strain, H2O2 was added in per eight hour, and at logarithmic phase, H2O2 was added in per two hour. Biodegradation rate of petroleum hydrocarbon was increased from 38. 1% to 83. 1%.
