经野外调查,已知镜泊湖熔岩台地有野生种子植物81科270属493种,其中裸子植物1科1属1种,被子植物80科269属492种。本区地理成分比较复杂,属、种分别具有13个和22个分布区类型,均以温带成分占绝对优势:温带分布属188属,占总属数的84.68%;温带分布种394种,占总种数83.83%。  相似文献

This study reports the discovery of a gene for resistance to septoria tritici blotch (STB) in two spring wheat cultivars, Courtot and Tonic. The gene, named Stb9 , confers resistance to Mycosphaerella graminicola isolate IPO89011. It was mapped by quantitative trait loci (QTL) analysis using an existing map of Courtot × Chinese Spring and was located between markers Xfbb226 (3·6 cM) and XksuF1b (9 cM) on the long arm of chromosome 2B. Markers linked to Stb9 in Courtot were then shown to be linked to resistance to IPO89011 in F3 families of Tonic × Longbow. Allelism tests in which Tonic was crossed with Courtot confirmed that Tonic has a gene for resistance to IPO89011 at or very close to the Stb9 locus. SSR markers flanking Stb9 may be used in marker-assisted selection to introgress this gene into winter cultivars or in spring wheat breeding programmes outside Europe.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Since biological degradation processes are known to be a major driver of the natural attenuation of pesticide residues in the environment, microbial communities adapted to pesticide biodegradation are likely to play a key environmental role in reducing pesticide exposure in contaminated ecosystems. The aim of this study was to assess the diuron‐mineralising potential of microbial communities at a small‐scale watershed level, including a diuron‐treated vineyard (pollution source), its associated grass buffer strip (as a river protection area against pesticide runoff) and the lotic receiver hydrosystem (sediments and epilithon), by using radiorespirometry. RESULTS: Comparison of results obtained at different sampling sites (in both soil and aquatic systems) revealed the importance of diuron exposure in the adaptation of microbial communities to rapid diuron mineralisation in the vineyard but also in the contaminated grass strip and in downstream epilithic biofilms and sediments. CONCLUSION: This study provides strong suggestive evidence for high diuron biodegradation potential throughout its course, from the pollution source to the final receiving hydrosystem, and suggests that, after microbial adaptation, grass strips may represent an effective environmental tool for mineralisation and attenuation of intercepted pesticides. BACKGROUND: Calibration by inverse modelling was performed with the MACRO transport and fate model using long‐term (>10 years) drainflow and isoproturon (IPU) data from western France. Two lack‐of‐fit (LOF) indices were used to control the inverse modelling: sum of squares (SS) and an alternative statistic called the vertical‐horizontal distance integrator (VHDI), which is designed to account for offsets in observed and predicted arrival times of peak IPU concentration. With these data, SS was artificially inflated because it is limited to comparison of predicted and observed IPU concentrations that are concurrent in time. The LOFs were used along with the index of agreement (d) and the correlation coefficient (r) to ascertain the fit of the calibrated models. RESULTS: Predicted arrival times of peak IPU concentration differed somewhat from observed times. All four indices indicated better model fit for the second of two validation periods when inverse modelling was controlled by VHDI rather than SS (SS = 26.4, d = 0.660, r = 0.606 and VHDI = 1.25). The VHDI statistic was markedly lower compared with the uncalibrated model (38.0) and SS calibration results (24.5). The final maximum predicted IPU concentration (44.5 µg L?1) for the calibration period was very similar to the observed value (44 µg L?1). CONCLUSION: VHDI is seen as an effective alternative to SS for calibration and validation of pesticide fate models applied to responsive systems. VHDI provided a more realistic assessment of model performance for the transient flows and short‐lived concentrations observed here, and also effectively substituted for the objective function in inverse modelling. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS), a component of Gram negative bacteria, was reported as important immunostimulant for fish. In this study, striped catfish were fed diets containing different Escherichia coli LPS concentrations (0%, 0.01% and 0.05%) for 2 weeks and then fed control feed (0% LPS) for 4 weeks. Plasma cortisol and glucose were rather low and did not differ significantly among treatments (P > 0.05). The respiratory burst activity, lysozyme, complement, total of antibody as well as mortality in fish challenged with Edwardsiella ictaluri were recorded every 2 weeks (W2, W4 and W6). The lysozyme activity significantly increased in fish treated with LPS (P < 0.05) in W2, W4 and W6. The highest values of respiratory burst activity were observed at week 4 in fish fed 0.01% LPS. There were significant differences in total of antibody between fish fed LPS (0.01%) and control in W2, W4. The challenge test with Edwardsiella ictaluri showed that fish fed 0.01% LPS had lower cumulative mortality (40%, 33% and 42%) compared with the fish fed 0.05% LPS (50%, 40% and 47%) and control fish (40%, 57% and 53%) in the three difference sampling times respectively. These results suggest that feed supplemented with 0.01% LPS could enhance immunity of striped catfish after 2 weeks of oral administration and fish could be protected against bacterial infection during the following 4 weeks.  相似文献

为构建新孢子虫和弓形虫AMA1基因重组腺病毒,并分析其免疫原性,本试验根据新孢子虫和弓形虫AMA1基因序列的开放阅读框,设计新孢子虫和弓形虫交叉抗原AMA1基因通用引物,构建重组克隆质粒pMD18T-NcAMA1、pMD18T-TgAMA1及重组腺病毒穿梭质粒ADV4-Nc/TgAMA1,将ADV4-Nc/TgAMA1和骨架质粒pacAd5线性化后共转染293T细胞,包装Ad5-Nc/TgAMA1重组腺病毒,测定病毒滴度后,收集病毒液接种BALB/c小鼠,间接ELISA检测小鼠血清IgG抗体水平。结果显示,Nc/TgAMA1在Ad5-Nc/TgAMA1重组腺病毒中获得表达,测定Ad5-Nc/TgAMA1重组腺病毒滴度为109PFU/mL,接种BALB/c小鼠后,Ad5-Nc/TgAMA1接种组IgG抗体水平明显高于pVAX1-Nc/TgAMA1质粒组和PBS对照组。结果表明,构建的Ad5-Nc/TgAMA1重组腺病毒能诱导小鼠产生特异性体液免疫应答。本试验为新孢子虫和弓形虫交叉抗原AMA1基因重组腺病毒载体疫苗的研制奠定了基础。  相似文献
