松阿扁叶蜂是目前商洛市油松林重要食叶害虫,严重威胁油松林的生长发育。定点研究了其生物学特性、发生危害规律,开展了防治试验。松阿扁叶蜂在商洛林区1年发生1代,由幼虫越冬。其危害油松纯林重于混交林;立地条件较好的油松林分重于立地条件差的林分。喷施森得保粉剂（2.25 kg/hm2）、1.2%苦.烟乳油1 000~1 200倍液、3%高渗苯氧威乳油3 500~4 500倍液均可取得良好防效。  相似文献   

Deoxyribozyme inhibits the proliferation of human umbilical artery smooth muscle cells

AIM: To observe the inhibition effects of 10-23 deoxyribozyme (DNAzyme) specific to human proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) gene on the proliferation of human umbilical artery smooth muscle cells (HUASMC) in vitro. METHODS: Using lipofectamine (Lip)-mediated method, the DNAzyme specific to PCNA was introduced into HUASMC. ［3H］-TdR incorporation was determined. The cell proliferation was examined by MTT assay and cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry. RESULTS: ［3H］-TdR incorporation in 1.0 μmol/L DNAzyme group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05) at 2 days after transfection. Compared with control group, the A value of MTT cholorimetric analysis decreased in 1.0 μmol/L DNAzyme group and antisense oligodeoxynucleotide (ASODN) group, at 2, 3 and 5 days after transfection significantly (P<0.01). The decrease in A value showed a dose-dependent manner within the experimental range at 5 days. After 2 days, the percentage of quiescence cells (G0/G1) was 73.8%, 54.7% and 41.1% in DNAzyme, ASODN and control groups, respectively. CONCLUSION: The DNAzyme specific to PCNA suppresses the proliferation of HUASMC effectively in vitro.  相似文献

根据生物信息学预测的基因序列设计引物,应用RT-PCR方法从柔嫩艾美耳球虫第二代裂殖子总RNA扩增获得了鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫表面抗原2(surface antigen 2,SAG2)基因序列,将其与pGEM-T easy载体连接后转化E.coliDH5α,筛选阳性克隆,以带有限制酶切位点的特异性引物用PCR方法扩增不含SAG2 N端信号肽序列的ORF序列后克隆至表达载体pET-32 a(+),构建了重组表达质粒pET-32 a(+)-SAG2,并将其转化至E.coliBL21(DE3)。经IPTG诱导,获得了SAG2重组抗原在大肠杆菌的高效表达,重组蛋白的表达量约占菌体总蛋白的35%,融合蛋白的分子量约为47 ku。菌体经超声处理后进行SDS-PAGE分析表明,表达蛋白以包涵体的形式存在。  相似文献

This study was carried out to examine the possibility of utilizing Bidens pilosa , a weed widely distributed in the subtropics and the tropics, for weed and plant fungus control. The extract of B. pilosa shows strong phytotoxic action against the growth of Raphanus sativus and Echinochloa crus-galli and antifungal activity against phytopathogens in bioassays. The extract of the roots exhibited plant growth inhibitory activity more than those of the leaves and stems. Fifteen phenolic compounds, including pyrocatechin, salicylic acid, p -vinylguaiacol, dimethoxyphenol, eugenol, 4-ethyl-1,2-benzenediol, iso- vanillin, 2-hydroxy-6-methylbenzaldehyde, vanillin, vanillic acid, p -hydroxybenzoic acid, protocatechuic acid, p -coumaric acid, ferulic acid, and caffeic acid were identified by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. Caffeic acid was in the highest amount among the detected substances. Dimethoxyphenol and vanillic acid were found only in the roots of B. pilosa . Ferulic acid and p -hydroxybenzoic acid were higher in the roots than in the leaves and stems. These identified constituents might be responsible for the phytotoxic and fungitoxic activities of B. pilosa.  相似文献

独山瓜馥木叶挥发油的主要成分及其抗肿瘤活性分析

为了进一步深入研究独山瓜馥木的药理作用,挖掘其药用价值,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取独山瓜馥木挥发油,运用GC-MS分析其主要成分。结果表明:独山瓜馥木主要成分为β-水芹烯(24.3%)、香叶烯-D(8.4%)、反式β-石竹烯(6.1%)和氧化石竹烯(4.5%),挥发油对K562、S-180和A549细胞株的IC50分别为22.5μg/mL,34.2μg/mL和64.4μg/mL;采用S180细胞株复制小鼠肿瘤模型,挥发油在剂量为80mg/kg、128mg/kg和204mg/kg时的抑瘤率分别为30.4%、49.6%和64.2%。  相似文献
