本文旨在评估蘑菇渣青贮料的营养品质、发酵特性及其与常规饲料原料的体外降解差异性。试验将收集的蘑菇渣作为原料,与米糠、糖蜜、垫料和菌种混合后青贮4周。分别在青贮0、7、14和28d时收集样品,用于评估营养品质、体外发酵特性,同时对比青贮蘑菇渣饲料与水稻秸秆和大麦秸秆的体外降解特性。结果:随着蘑菇渣青贮时间的升高,干物质含量显著降低(P<0.05),同时青贮7d后有机物含量也显著降低(P<0.05)。蘑菇渣青贮后,粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量显著升高(P<0.05)。青贮7d后,粗灰分含量显著升高(P<0.05),而青贮7和28d后酸性洗涤纤维含量显著高于青贮0和14d(P<0.05)。蘑菇渣青贮7d后,pH显著升高(P<0.05),随后又显著降低(P<0.05),同时乙酸和丙酸含量显著降低,随后又升高(P<0.05)。蘑菇渣青贮后,乳酸和氨氮浓度显著升高(P<0.05),而水溶性碳水化物浓度显著降低(P<0.05)。青贮蘑菇渣的干物质组分中,水溶降解部分显著高于水稻秸秆和大麦秸秆(P<0.05),但不溶降解部分显著降低(P<0.05)且非降解部分显著低于水稻秸秆(P<0.05)。针对蛋白组分,青贮蘑菇渣水溶降解部分也显著高于其他两种原料(P<0.05),但不溶降解和非降解部分显著降低(P<0.05)。蘑菇渣青贮料中性洗涤纤维可消化部分显著低于水稻和大麦秸秆(P<0.05),不可消化部分则显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:以蘑菇渣为基础的青贮料发酵良好,可保存至第4周。以蘑菇渣为基础的青贮料干物质和粗蛋白质降解率远高于水稻、大麦和黑秸秆,中性洗涤纤维的降解率则相反。  相似文献

草地地上生物量(Aboveground biomass,AGB)是衡量草地生产力的关键因素,准确测定草地AGB具有重要意义。高光谱因具有时效性强、不破坏草地等特点被广泛用于草地生理生态指标的测定。本研究提取和计算了海北试验站高寒草地冠层的原始光谱(Original spectrum,OR)反射率、一阶微分光谱(First derivative spectrum,FD)反射率、光谱位置面积参数(Spectral parameters of spectral position and area,PA)和植被指数(Vegetation indices,VI)4种不同类型的特征变量,使用连续投影算法(Successive projections algorithm,SPA)和递归特征消除算法(Recursive feature elimination,RFE)进行特征选择,采用随机森林算法(Random forest,RF)构建草地AGB估测模型。结果表明:在由4种特征变量分别构建的草地AGB估测模型中,基于VI的RF模型精度最高(测试集R2=0.70,RMSE=557.87 kg·ha-1),实测AGB与估测AGB的线性R2达到0.72;不同类型特征变量组合构建的草地AGB估测模型中,PA+VI组合的RF模型精度最高(R2=0.71,RMSE=548.97 kg·ha-1),实测AGB和估测AGB的线性R2达到0.73。  相似文献

为了解石鸡盲肠消化生理特点,采用石蜡切片和Grimelius嗜银组织化学染色方法,鉴定石鸡盲肠嗜银细胞及其形态结构和分布规律.结果 表明:石鸡盲肠嗜银细胞呈棕黑色,嗜银细胞多分布于黏膜固有层结缔组织中,也有位于盲肠上皮细胞之间,形态多样,呈近圆形、锥形或长条形.近圆形嗜银细胞有的位于固有层,有的靠近肠腔,分别表现为封闭型和开放型特征.长条形或梭形嗜银细胞两端均有突起,一端伸向深层固有层,另一端伸向游离面肠腔,同时表现为内分泌和外分泌特征.根据形态特征和分布位置,石鸡盲肠嗜银细胞同时具有内分泌和外分泌功能.盲肠管壁内的嗜银细胞密度可达6.6个/mm2,提示盲肠可能是石鸡重要的消化和吸收器官.  相似文献

ObjectiveTo compare the quality of postoperative analgesia and sedation after preoperative saphenous and sciatic nerve blockade, preoperative lumbosacral epidural injection and perioperative intravenous (IV) morphine, lidocaine and ketamine infusions in dogs undergoing stifle arthroscopy and tibial plateau leveling osteotomy (TPLO) under general anesthesia.Study designProspective, blinded, randomized, clinical comparison study.AnimalsA total of 45 dogs weighing 33.9 (15.9–56.7) kg and aged 5.2 (1.0–12.0) years, mean (range), undergoing elective unilateral TPLO for spontaneous cranial cruciate ligament rupture.MethodsClient-owned dogs were enrolled. Dogs were randomly assigned to one of three groups: group MLK, perioperative IV morphine, lidocaine and ketamine infusion; group EPID, lumbosacral epidural with ropivacaine and morphine; or group SSNB, saphenous and sciatic nerve blockade with ropivacaine. Routine stifle arthroscopy followed by TPLO surgery was performed. Sedation and pain scores were assessed at 0, 2, 4, 8 and 24 hours following extubation. Rescue analgesia was administered as prescribed by Glasgow composite pain score–short form score >5.ResultsSedation scores for MLK were higher than EPID and SSNB. Pain scores for SSNB were lower than those for EPID and MLK. No significant differences were found in anesthesia duration or surgery duration among groups. No dogs required rescue analgesia.Conclusions and clinical relevanceAlthough analgesia was adequate in all groups, the best combination of analgesia without increased sedation was recorded for SSNB.  相似文献

This retrospective study identified prognostic factors associated with survival; and compared survival data in 94 canine mammary carcinoma (MCA) dogs treated with surgery (n = 58), or surgery and adjunct chemotherapy (n = 36), and a subset of dogs with poor prognostic factors. On multivariate analysis independent predictors of median survival time (MST) were clinical stage, lymphatic invasion (LI; present 179 days; none 1098 days), ulceration (present 118 days; none 443 days) and surgical margins (incomplete 70 days; complete 872 days). Complete surgical margins were associated with MST in dogs with stages 1–3 MCA (incomplete 68 days; complete 1098 days) and dogs with LI (incomplete 70 days; complete 347 days). There was no statistically significant improvement in MST in dogs with advanced disease (stage 4 or LI) treated with adjunctive chemotherapy (chemotherapy 228 days; none 194 days); although five dogs with complete surgical margins that received mitoxantrone and carboplatin had a mean survival of 1139 days.  相似文献

Used in both beef cattle and dairy cows, monensin can provide many health benefits but can, when unintended overexposures occur, result in adverse effects. Information on serum and tissue concentrations following overexposure and/or overt toxicosis which may aid in diagnostics and clinical outcome is lacking. The aim of this study was to determine concentrations of monensin in biological specimens following oral exposure for 10 days to an approved dose (1 mg/kg) and a higher dose (5 mg/kg) of monensin given daily on a body weight basis to 10 dairy cows. No deaths were reported; cows receiving 5 mg/kg showed early signs of toxicosis including depression, decreased feed intake, and diarrhea after 4 days of exposure. Histopathological findings were minimal in most cows. Pharmacokinetic modeling of the detected serum concentrations for the 1 and 5 mg/kg dose groups determined the Cmax, Tmax, and t1/2λ to be 0.87 and 1.68 ng/mL, 2.0 and 1.0 h, and 1.76 and 2.32 days, respectively. Mixed regression models showed that the dose level and days since last dose were significantly associated with monensin concentrations in all four tissues, and with cardiac troponin levels. The high dose resulted in a significant elevation of monensin in tissues at approximately 4.7 times compared to the monensin concentrations in the tissues of animals from the low‐dose group. The cTnI concentrations in the high‐dose group were 2.1 times that of cTnI in the low‐dose group. Thus, the ability to diagnose monensin overexposure and/or toxicosis will improve from knowledge of biological monensin concentrations from this study.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To compare measurements of myeloperoxidase (MPO) in plasma, laminar tissues, and skin obtained from control horses and horses given black walnut heartwood extract (BWHE). ANIMALS: 22 healthy 5- to 15-year-old horses. PROCEDURES: Horses were randomly assigned to 4 groups as follows: a control group given water (n = 5) and 3 experimental groups given BWHE (17) via nasogastric intubation. Experimental groups consisted of 5, 6, and 6 horses that received BWHE and were euthanatized at 1.5, 3, and 12 hours after intubation, respectively. Control horses were euthanatized at 12 hours after intubation. Plasma samples were obtained hourly for all horses. Laminar tissue and skin from the middle region of the neck were harvested at the time of euthanasia. Plasma and tissue MPO concentrations were determined via an ELISA; tissue MPO activity was measured by use of specific immunologic extraction followed by enzymatic detection. RESULTS: Tissues and plasma of horses receiving BWHE contained significantly higher concentrations of MPO beginning at hour 3. Laminar tissue and skin from horses in experimental groups contained significantly higher MPO activity than tissues from control horses. Concentrations and activities of MPO in skin and laminar tissues were similar over time. CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: In horses, BWHE administration causes increases in MPO concentration and activity in laminar tissue and skin and the time of increased MPO concentration correlates with emigration of WBCs from the vasculature. These findings support the hypothesis that activation of peripheral WBCs is an early step in the pathogenesis of acute laminitis.  相似文献
