Initial flowering date(IFD) is closely related to mature period of peanut pods. In present study, a population of recombinant inbred lines(RIL) derived from the cross between Silihong(female parent) and Jinonghei 3(male parent) was used to map QTLs associated with IFD. The RIL population and its two parental cultivars were planted in two locations of Hebei Province, China from 2015 to 2018(eight environments). Based on a high-density genetic linkage map(including 2 996 SNP and 330 SSR markers) previously constructed in our laboratory, QTLs were analyzed using phenotypic data and the best linear unbiased prediction(BLUP) value of initial flowering date by inclusive composite interval mapping(ICIM) method. Interaction effects between every two QTLs and between individual QTL and environment were also analyzed. In cultivated peanut, IFD was affected by genotypic factor and environments simultaneously, and its broad sense heritability(h2) was estimated as 86.8%. Using the IFD phenotypic data from the eight environments, a total of 19 QTLs for IFD were detected, and the phenotypic variation explained(PVE) by each QTL ranged from 1.15 to 21.82%. Especially, five of them were also detected by the BLUP value of IFD. In addition, 12 additive QTLs and 35 pairs of epistatic QTLs(62 loci involved) were identified by the joint analysis of IFD across eight environments. Three QTLs(qIFDB04.1, qIFDB07.1 and qIFDB08.1) located on chromosome B04, B07 and B08 were identified as main-effect QTL for IFD, which had the most potential to be used in peanut breeding. This study would be helpful for the early-maturity and adaptability breeding in cultivated peanut.  相似文献

采用种猪性能测定技术和多性状动物模型BLUP法,连续3年对四川3个外种猪(长白、大约克夏、杜洛克)100kg体重活体背膘厚和日龄两个性状进行了性能测定和遗传进展研究。经过2年的选育,长白、大约克夏、杜洛克活体背膘厚分别下降0.86mm、0.49mm、-1.52mm,其遗传改进量分别为-0.27mm、-0.03mm、0.04mm;日龄分别降低0d、-5d、-17d,其遗传改进量分别为-0.05d、-1.60d、0.00d。  相似文献

The influence of high molecular weight glutenin subunits (HMW-GS) on wheat breadmaking quality has been extensively studied but the effect of different Glu-1 alleles on cookie quality is still poorly understood. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of HMW-GS composition and wheat-rye translocations on physicochemical flour properties and cookie quality of soft wheat flours. Alleles encoded at Glu-A1, Glu-B1 and Glu-D1 locus had a significant effect over physicochemical flour properties and solvent retention capacity (SRC) profile. The null allele for Glu-A1 locus presented the highest cookie factor observed (CF = 7.10), whereas 1BL/1RS and 1AL/1RS rye translocations had a negative influence on CF. The three cultivars that showed the highest CF (19, 44 and 47) had the following combination: Glu-A1 = null, Glu-B1 = 7 + 8, Glu-D1 = 2 + 12 and no secalins. Two prediction equations were developed to estimate soft wheat CF: one using the HMW-GS composition and the other using physicochemical flour parameters, where SRCsuc, SRC carb, water-soluble pentosans, damaged starch and protein turned out to be better CF predictors. This data suggests that grain protein allelic composition and physicochemical flour properties can be useful tools in breeding programs to select soft wheat of good cookie making quality.  相似文献

用混合模型BLUP法对山西瘦肉型猪SD—Ⅱ系选育过程中 0~ 4世代 5 3头公猪的 6 0 3头后裔 6月龄体重进行了遗传趋势评估分析。结果表明 ,遗传传递力与后代平均表型值的相关及其名次的秩相关均达极显著水平 ;遗传趋势、表型趋势和年遗传改进量较高 ,且遗传趋势与表型趋势较一致 ,说明SD—Ⅱ系选育过程中所采取的育种措施是有效的 ,继续进行选育还有提高的可能。  相似文献

用带亲缘相关阵的BLUP法(BLUP-1),不带亲缘相关阵的BLUP法(BLUP- 2)及最小二乘法(LS),就日增重、背膘厚及外形评分三性状对SD-I系种公猪进行了逆向遗传再评定,以探讨BLUP法在猪继代选育中的应用。结果表明:①对遗传力较高的性状用综合指数法选择是比较理想的;②BLUP法较LS法精确,且以BLUP-1最精确,估计误差方差(PEV)最小;③选育中可用经加权而成的BLUP综合育种值代替多性状育种值。  相似文献

旨在比较不同方法对遗传参数估计的差异,为未来北京油鸡胴体和肉质性状选育方法的制定提供参考依据。本研究利用传统最佳线性无偏预测(best linear unbiased prediction,BLUP)和基因组最佳线性无偏预测(genomic best linear unbiased prediction,GBLUP)两种方法对北京油鸡的胴体和肉质等性状进行了遗传参数估计。从系谱较为完整的北京油鸡群体中,选择100日龄体重相近的公鸡615只,测定其100日龄体重(BW)、屠宰率(EP)、胸肌率(BMP)、腿肌率(LMP)、腹脂率(AFP)、嫩度(T,以剪切力值表示)和肌内脂肪(IMF)等性状,并用SNP芯片(Illumina,60K)进行个体基因分型。结果表明,除IMF和剪切力(SF)遗传力基于两种方法的估值存在较大差异外,其余性状利用两种方法得到的遗传力估值差异较小;除嫩度外,GBLUP方法估计的遗传力均低于BLUP方法。所有胴体相关性状中,除屠宰率遗传力为低遗传力外,其余性状均属于中等遗传力性状。嫩度呈现低遗传力,而IMF基于BLUP法和GBLUP法的估计遗传力分别为中等(h2 =0.256)和低遗传力(h2 =0.107)。基于BLUP方法,IMF与BW、BMP和SF 3个性状间均呈高度遗传负相关(-0.572、-0.420、-0.682),与EP的遗传相关为中度负相关(-0.234),与AFP的遗传相关为中度正相关(0.420);基于GBLUP方法,IMF与BW、BMP和SF 3个性状间均呈高度遗传负相关(-0.808、-0.725、-0.784),与EP的遗传相关为高度负相关(-0.626),与AFP的遗传相关为低度正相关(0.097)。综上,对于某些性状,基于传统的BLUP方法与新的GBLUP方法得到的遗传力与遗传相关估值存在较大差异,实际育种工作中,为提高育种效率,需要综合考虑。  相似文献

Genomic selection has been routinely implemented in plant breeding in two stages. The first stage usually omits the marker information and estimates adjusted means of genotypes across environments. The second stage uses the adjusted means to predict genomic breeding values. However, if the effects of markers vary substantially between different environments, it may be important to account for this variation for varieties adapted to different environments. Using two maize data sets, we investigated whether modelling the marker‐by‐environment interaction can improve the predictive ability of genomic selection relative to modelling genotype‐by‐environment interaction alone. Modelling the marker‐by‐environment interaction did not substantially increase the predictive ability relative to modelling only the genotype‐by‐environment interaction for the two tested data sets. Thus, genomic selection, carried out in a stagewise fashion, such that the marker information is omitted until the last stage of the process, may suffice for most practical purposes. Moreover, predictive ability did not reduce substantially even when the number of markers with consistent effects across environments used for genomic prediction was reduced to about 50.  相似文献
