内生短短芽胞杆菌011菌发酵滤液抑菌活性研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为明确短短芽胞杆菌011菌株在植物病害生物防治中的应用潜力,采用平皿打孔法测定011菌发酵滤液抗菌谱及其活性稳定性;采用孢子萌发法测定011菌发酵滤液对番茄早疫病菌最低抑菌浓度MIC及EC50;并显微观察其对番茄早疫病菌菌丝及孢子抑制作用.结果表明:011菌发酵滤液对8种植物病原真菌均有抑制作用,其中对番茄早疫病菌抑制作用较强,抑菌带宽度为5.5 mm;对番茄早疫病菌菌丝及孢子均有致畸作用;对番茄早疫病菌最低抑菌浓度MIC为30%,有效抑菌中浓度EC50为9.64%;其活性具有较好的热稳定性(100℃处理1h活性保持在95%0),耐酸性及抗紫外线(pH2.0处理及紫外20 W,30 cm照射120 min,活性保持不变).  相似文献

The essential oils from aerial parts of Thapsia minor Hoffmanns. & Link (Apiaceae), obtained by hydrodistillation, were analyzed by gas-chromatography and gas-chromatography-mass spectrometry. Oxygenated monoterpenes represented the main fraction with geranyl acetate (82.3-83.0%) as the major constituent, making this plant a good source of this compound.Biological activity of the essential oil was evaluated against several fungal strains. The highest activity was found against dermatophyte strains, Crytococcus neoformans and Candida guillermondii with minimal inhibitory concentrations values from 0.32 μl/ml to 1.25 μl/ml. The antifungal activity could be associated with the significant contribution of the oxygenated monoterpene geranyl acetate.Furthermore, this essential oil demonstrated to have potent anti-inflammatory in vitro activity, at concentrations that did not affect macrophages and keratinocytes viability, being the anti-inflammatory properties of the oil mainly due to geranyl acetate.These favorable results emphasize the antifungal and anti-inflammatory abilities of the molecule geranyl acetate and further support the exploitation of T. minor oil for pharmaceutical industry, in order to find new phytopharmaceuticals.  相似文献

为研究锦鲤腐皮病的防治方法,试验分离了锦鲤腐皮病治病菌一株,经VITEK-2全自动微生物鉴定及药敏分析仪鉴定该菌为少动鞘氨醇单胞菌(Sphingomonas paucimobilis);采用改良二倍稀释法,研究了甲醛、高锰酸钾和三氯异氰尿酸3种消毒剂对其的作用效果。结果表明:甲醛、高锰酸钾和三氯异氰尿酸对该致病菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为14μl·L-1、3mg·L-1、12mg·L-1,最小杀菌浓度(MBC)分别为28μL·L-1、15mg·L-1、36mg·L-1。  相似文献

To explore the relationship between the heat-clearing and detoxicating functions and the bacteriostatic actions of berberine hydrochloride (Ber. H), chlorogenic acid (Chlo. A), and baicalin (Bai), their concentrations in rabbit body fluid were compared with their minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs). Their concentrations in rabbit blood and tissue fluid were determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography, and their MICs to Escherichia coli were determined by tube dilution method. The results showed that the peak concentrations of Ber. H, Chlo. A, and Bai in rabbit blood were 3.2, 5.03, and 7.63 μg mL^-1, and in rabbit tissue fluid were 0.12, 0.11, and 0.12 μg mL^-1, respectively. Their MICs to E. coli were, respectively, 1.0×10^3, 3.75 × 10^3, and 6.75 ×10^3μg mL^-1, which were far higher than the concentrations in rabbit body fluids. This study indicates that Ber. H, Chlo. A, and Bai have weak bacteriostatic actions and do not reach their effective inhibitory concentrations in rabbit body fluids, and their heat-clearing and detoxicating functions are independent on the bacteriostatic actions.  相似文献

This article described antimicrobial property and structure analysis of 2-hydroxypropane-1,2,3-tricarboxylic acid isolated from the crude extract of Citrus microcarpa. Presently, there was no report on compound from C. microcarpa that possessed antimicrobial property against fish pathogenic bacteria. Therefore, in this study, the bioactive principle in C. microcarpa extract was isolated using thin layer chromatography. It's structure was elucidated based on nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopic data, such as proton NMR (1HNMR), correlation spectroscopy, carbon 13 NMR, and heteronuclear multiple bond correlation data. This study showed that the bioactive compound isolated from C. microcarpa was 2-hydroxypropane-1,2,3-tricarboxylic acid monohydrate. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of crude C. microcarpa extract and its bioactive component, 2-hydroxypropane-1,2,3-tricarboxylic acid as well as commercially available synthetic 2-hydroxypropane-1,2,3-tricarboxylic acid, were determined against 18 isolates of Edwardsiella tarda and 7 bacterial reference strains, namely, Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922), Citrobacter freundii (ATCC 8090), Aeromonas hydrophila (ATCC 49140), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 35032), Streptococcus agalatiae (ATCC 13813), E. tarda (ATCC 15947), and Yersinia enterocolitica (ATCC 23715), using two-fold microdilution method. The MIC values for both the natural 2-hydroxypropane-1,2,3-tricarboxylic acid and the synthetic one were ranging from 15.6 to 62.5 mg mL-1, whereas that of the crude extract was ranging from 7.8 to 31.3 mg mL-1. These findings showed that both the crude extract and its bioactive component might have potential as antimicrobial agent for aquaculture use.  相似文献

本研究旨在评价头孢喹诺对上海市养殖场临床分离菌株的体外抗菌作用,为头孢喹诺的临床使用提供参考依据。从上海市养殖场分离并鉴定大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和链球菌各若干株,采用微量肉汤稀释法测定头孢喹诺对各菌株的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)、最小杀菌浓度(MBC),推算MIC50MIC90,并绘制头孢喹诺对这4种细菌的杀菌动力学曲线。头孢喹诺对金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌、沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌的MIC50分别为0.063、0.063、0.032、0.125 μg/mL,MIC90分别为0.125、0.125、0.125、0.25 μg/mL;在很小的浓度变化范围内头孢喹诺能够快速抑菌,在抑菌浓度为1倍或2倍MIC时,24 h内能杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌或链球菌、沙门氏菌。头孢喹诺对上述几种临床分离细菌具有很强的抑菌效果和杀菌活性。  相似文献

采用Tris-HCl法提取泥鳅抗菌肽,SephadexG-50凝胶过滤层析分离泥鳅抗菌肽,并通过微量反映法测定泥鳅抗菌肽对株嗜水气单胞菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明:泥鳅抗菌肽对株嗜水气单胞菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC分别为0.195、3.125、12.50μg/μL,具有较好的抗菌活性。  相似文献

For cylindricity error evaluation, the Least Squares Method (LSM) is not good enough because of the big error, while the bionics algorithms such as Genetic and Ant Colony Algorithm need to set many parameters and converge slowly, an Artificial Bee Colony Optimization Algorithm is proposed to evaluate the minimum zone cylinder (MIC). This Algorithm refers the tabu strategy for tabu search algorithm to use the Tabu table to save the local optimization results. It enhances the control effect of parameter limit and improves the global convergence ability. Experiment results indicate that this method can converge to the global optimization very quickly. The average runtime is nearly 1.2 s. It is applicable to the real time processing system such as Three Coordinate Measuring Machine.  相似文献

根据Genbank中编码MIC3的已知基因序列设计并合成一对引物,应用PCR技术对刚地弓形虫GJS株微线体蛋白基因MIC3进行克隆、表达及鉴定.结果表明:克隆的MIC3基因的开放阅读框与Genbank收录的MIC3基因在核菌酸和氨基酸水平上高度一致,说明弓形虫MIC3蛋白的高度保守性;构建的原核细胞表达质粒PET-MIC3表达产物分子量为46 ku,且经Western-blot显示可被猪抗弓形虫免疫血清识别.  相似文献
