以春秋两季醉马草样品作为试验材料,粉剂样品分别做系统预试验比较所含主要成分种类和数量上的差异,并通过分光光度法测定了2种材料的生物碱和黄酮含量;分别用不同极性溶剂制作的悬浮液,做毒性筛选试验。结果表明,春季材料含的生物碱类成分远远超过秋季材料,而秋季材料所含的黄酮类成分远远超过春季材料;毒理试验表明,毒性成分主要集中在春季材料的950 mL/L乙醇提取部分。  相似文献

Six new monosulfated triterpene tetra-, penta- and hexaosides, namely, the kurilosides A₁ (1), A₂ (2), C₁ (3), D (4), E (5) and F (6), as well as the known earlier kuriloside A (7), having unusual non-holostane aglycones without lactone, have been isolated from the sea cucumber Thyonidium (= Duasmodactyla) kurilensis (Levin) (Cucumariidae, Dendrochirotida), collected in the Sea of Okhotsk near Onekotan Island from a depth of 100 m. Structures of the glycosides were established by 2D NMR spectroscopy and HR-ESI mass spectrometry. Kurilosides of the groups A and E contain carbohydrate moieties with a rare architecture (a pentasaccharide branched by C(4) Xyl1), differing from each other in the second monosaccharide residue (quinovose or glucose, correspondingly); kurilosides of the group C are characterized by a unique tetrasaccharide branched by a C(4) Xyl1 sugar chain; and kurilosides of the groups D and F are hexaosides differing from each other in the presence of an O-methyl group in the fourth (terminal) sugar unit. All these glycosides contain a sulfate group at C-6 of the glucose residue attached to C-4 Xyl1 and the non-holostane aglycones have a 9(11) double bond and lack γ-lactone. The cytotoxic activities of compounds 1–7 against mouse neuroblastoma Neuro 2a, normal epithelial JB-6 cells and erythrocytes were studied. Kuriloside A₁ (1) was the most active compound in the series, demonstrating strong cytotoxicity against the erythrocytes and JB-6 cells and a moderate effect against Neuro 2a cells.  相似文献   

响应面法优化慕萨莱思配方的研究

本研究向慕萨莱思基酒中加入枸杞、玫瑰花、藿香、杏干四种辅料,测定添加辅料后慕萨莱思中的黄酮含量及感官评价得分,研究单一添加及复合添加对慕萨莱思品质的影响,并通过响应面优化试验确定慕萨莱思的最优配方。结果表明:结合黄酮含量和感官评价,慕萨莱思中黄酮含量均随四种辅料添加量的增加而增加,单因素试验得出杏干10 g/L、枸杞8 g/L、玫瑰4 g/L、藿香0.4 g/L为最佳添加量,对应的慕萨莱思中黄酮含量分别为0.30、0.39、0.36、0.31 g/L。随着四种辅料添加量的增加,感官评分均呈先升高后降低的趋势。利用响应面优化得出最佳辅料添加量为:杏干12 g/L、枸杞10 g/L、玫瑰5 g/L、藿香0.4 g/L,此时慕萨莱思中黄酮含量达到0.80 g/L,产品色泽莹润,澄清度高,果香和酒香和谐,典型性突出,感官评分最高。  相似文献   

Six New Diterpene Glycosides from the Soft Coral Lemnalia bournei

A chemical study on the extracts of soft coral Lemnalia bournei resulted in the isolation and identification of six new bicyclic diterpene glycosides including three new lemnaboursides E–G (1–3), and three new lemnadiolboursides A–C (4–6), along with three known lemnaboursides (7–9). Their structures were elucidated by detailed spectroscopic analysis, ECD analysis, chemical methods, and comparison with the literature data. Lemnadiolboursides A–C (4–6) contained a lemnal-1(10)-ene-7,12-diol moiety compared with the lemnaboursides. All these compounds were evaluated for antibacterial activity; cell growth inhibition of A549, Hela, HepG2, and CCRF-CEM cancer cell lines; and inhibition of LPS-induced NO production in RAW264.7 macrophages. The results indicated that compounds 1, 2, and 4–6 exhibited antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis (MIC 4–16 μg/mL); compounds 1–9 displayed low cytotoxicity on the CCRF-CEM cell lines (IC₅₀ 10.44–27.40 µM); and compounds 1, 2, and 5 showed weak inhibition against LPS-induced NO production (IC₅₀ 21.56–28.06 μM).  相似文献

Yield components,light interception and marker compound accumulation of stevia (Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni) affected by planting material and plant density under western Himalayan conditions

A field experiment was conducted to study the effect of planting material and plant density on stevia (Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni) under western Himalayan conditions during 2011 and 2012. The experiment conducted in a split plot design consisted of two types of planting material (rooted slips and fresh seedlings) in the main plot and five inter- and intra-row spacing in subplots with three replications. Yield attributes and dry leaf biomass yield of stevia were not affected by the type of planting material; however, plant density significantly influenced the yield attributes and leaf and stem dry biomass. Although the wider spacing (60 × 45 cm) gave more leaves, higher leaf area index, higher leaf dry mass per plant as compared to closer spacing, it resulted in lower values of these attributes per unit area. Plants spaced in 30 × 30 cm accumulated 41.2% and 42.8% more total biomass than 60 × 45 cm. Steviol glycoside content did not change due to different planting materials and plant densities; however, closer plant spacing (30 × 30 cm) recorded 114.8% and 70.0% higher steviol glycoside accumulation compared to wider row spacing (60 × 45 cm) in 2011 and 2012, respectively.  相似文献

对竹叶黄酮类物质的微波提取工艺进行了研究。结果表明,微波提取的影响因素顺序为微波功率>料液比>微波时间;竹叶黄酮微波提取的最佳条件为料液比为1∶35(W∶V),微波功率539W,微波时间6m in,此条件下总黄酮提取率为6.104m g/g。该项目的产业化可开辟竹叶资源加工利用新途径,将竹叶黄酮的资源优势转化为经济优势。  相似文献   

葡萄疏果多酚类含量及体外抗氧化活性研究

葡萄含有一系列对人体健康有利的成分,葡葡多酚是其中重要的活性物质。针对疏果天然活性成分的开发利用,可以实现废弃物的再利用,本文以13个葡萄品种疏下来的果实为研究对象,分析了疏果中多酚和黄酮含量。通过测定其DPPH自由基清除能力、羟自由基清除能力、还原力来评价葡萄疏果中多酚类物质的功能活性,分析了功能性组分与活性间的关系。结果显示,摩尔多瓦、A17、金手指的多酚和黄酮含量明显高于其他品种,并且其抗氧化活性也优于其他品种。  相似文献

为揭示夏枯草不同器官主要药用成分的积累规律,采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定夏枯草不同器官不同时期总黄酮、熊果酸、齐墩果酸、迷迭香酸和咖啡酸含量。结果表明,总黄酮、熊果酸、齐墩果酸、迷迭香酸和咖啡酸在夏枯草根、茎、叶和花中均有分布,但含量不同;总黄酮在叶中含量最高,齐墩果酸在根中含量最高;熊果酸、迷迭香酸和咖啡酸在花中含量最高。总黄酮、熊果酸、齐墩果酸、迷迭香酸和咖啡酸在同一器官不同生长时期含量不同。研究认为夏枯草根、茎、叶、花中都分布有药用成分,可全草入药,并且在终花期至果实成熟期各部位药用成分含量较高,可在此期间采收。  相似文献
