This paper proposes an improvement for the traditional Optical Algorithm, and presents a new way to image segmentation in a complex background. In addition, combined with the neural network, the system can locate the possible human faces successfully by means of two-step location model. In our system, the searching and locating of the human face is the most important stage. According to this, the authors adopt the two-step way to run, firstly they take up the segmentation of the candidate human face areas and then the accurate face locating based on the neural network is used. This algorithm is fast and robust. Experimental results with real scene images are given out there, and all these prove that two-step method gains many advantages in the course of human face location with motion information, such as real-time, robustness and practicality. 本研究通过测定盐度为14~40条件下,刺参"参优1号"苗种的生长、存活、呼吸代谢及非特异性免疫酶活性差异,确定其适宜和最适盐度条件及其盐度适应机制。结果显示,盐度为23~40时,30 d苗种的存活率(SR)均为100%;盐度在16以下时,苗种全部死亡。盐度为23~40时,苗种的特定生长率(SGR)为正值;盐度为29~37时,SGR较高,为0.9932%/d,盐度为20以下时,SGR降为负值。耗氧率(R_O)和排氨率(R_N)随盐度的变化呈现出以32为波谷"M"型变化,盐度为32条件下的R_O和R_N分别为0.0130和0.00138 mg/(g·h)。不同盐度组刺参的O:N值均为8左右,O:N值随盐度升高无显著差异。盐度的升高和降低会引起刺参体腔液中酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、溶菌酶(LZM)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05),在苗种适应盐度胁迫过程中,各盐度组SOD活性的峰值一般在0 d出现,而ACP、AKP活性在第10天出现峰值,LZM活性的峰值在10~20 d。研究表明,刺参"参优1号"适宜的生长盐度为23~40,最适盐度范围为29~37,盐度变化会导致苗种呼吸代谢和免疫酶活性的变化,研究结果将为刺参"参优1号"苗种的推广提供科学依据。 相似文献

The effects of N‐carbamylglutamate (NCG) on growth, intestinal enzyme activities, immunological and antioxidant parameters were evaluated by a 56‐d feeding trial in Pelteobagrus fulvidraco fed diets containing NCG with 0, 250, 500, 1,000 or 2,000 mg/kg, respectively. The results showed that 250 mg/kg of NCG resulted in significantly higher weight gain, intestine fold height, intestine lipase, serum lysozyme, glutathione peroxidase and total antioxidant capacity than control (p < 0.05). However, higher intestine trypsin, arginase, arginine decarboxylase, ornithine decarboxylase, diamine oxidase activities and serum nitric oxide content were observed in 500 mg/kg NCG group compared to control or 2,000 mg/kg (p < 0.05). The survival rate, intestine muscular layer thickness, serum lysozyme and superoxide dismutase activities in 2,000 mg/kg NCG group were significantly lower than those in control and 250 mg/kg group, accompanied by the higher feed conversion ratio in the same group (p < 0.05). Together, dietary NCG level at 250 or 500 mg/kg improved growth, intestinal enzyme activities, immunological and antioxidant abilities, while high NCG level of 2,000 mg/kg had a negative effect. Quadratic regression analysis on weigh growth, diamine oxidase and lysozyme activities indicated that the recommended optimum dietary NCG level was 213.48–314.50 mg/kg of the dry diet. 相似文献

为了解黄条(Seriola aureovittata)早期发育阶段的消化生理特性,测定了黄条胚胎、仔稚幼鱼阶段脂肪酶、淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶和碱性磷酸酶活性变化。结果显示,在黄条仔鱼出膜前胚胎阶段,即能检测到脂肪酶、淀粉酶和碱性磷酸酶活性;初孵仔鱼体内(1 d)初次检测出胰蛋白酶的活性。脂肪酶和碱性磷酸酶比活力在仔鱼孵化后迅速增强(P<0.05),在4 d开口时,2种酶比活力达最高值;淀粉酶比活力在7 d时达最大值;胰蛋白酶比活力在仔鱼阶段缓慢上升,15 d时比活力最大。稚鱼阶段内脏团中脂肪酶、碱性磷酸酶和胰蛋白酶活性基本维持稳定,幼鱼阶段内脏团脂肪酶、碱性磷酸酶和胰蛋白酶活性都呈现上升趋势;稚鱼和幼鱼阶段内脏团中淀粉酶活性下降并基本稳定于较低水平。研究表明,黄条仔稚幼鱼发育过程中,各种消化酶活性变化明显,且与其发育阶段和食性密切相关。在尚未摄食饵料的早期仔鱼体内已存在消化酶,认为其是母源传递而来,不是由外源性饵料所致;幼鱼阶段内脏团脂肪酶、碱性磷酸酶和胰蛋白酶比活力明显提高,这反映出随苗种生长发育,其肠道结构和消化机能逐渐完善,并且对脂肪、蛋白质的需求逐渐增强。 相似文献

Wild capture fisheries provide substantial input to the global economy through employment and revenue. The coastal zone is especially productive, accounting for just 7% of the total area of the ocean, but supporting an estimated 50% of the world's fisheries. Vegetated coastal ecosystems—seagrass meadows, tidal marshes and mangrove forests—are widely cited as providing nutritional input that underpin coastal fisheries production; however, quantitative evidence of this relationship is scarce. Using Australia as a case study, we synthesized fisheries stable isotope data to estimate nutritional input derived from coastal vegetated ecosystems and combined these “proportional contribution” estimates with total annual catch data from commercial fisheries to determine species‐specific dollar values for coastal vegetated ecosystems. Based on the data from 96 commercially important fish species across Australian states (total landings 14 × 106 tonnes pa), we provide a conservative estimate that Australia's coastal vegetated ecosystems contribute at least 78 million AUD per year to the fisheries economy. Two thirds of this contribution came from tidal marshes and seagrasses that were both equally valued at 31.5 million AUD per year (39.4%) followed by mangroves at 14.9 million AUD per year (18.6%). The highest dollar values of coastal ecosystems originated from eastern king prawn (Melicertus plebejus) and giant mud crab (Scylla serrata). This study demonstrates the substantial economic value supported by Australia's coastal vegetated ecosystems through commercial fisheries harvest. These estimates create further impetus to conserve and restore coastal wetlands and maintain their support of coastal fisheries into the future. 相似文献

Present study investigates the effects of n‐3 high‐unsaturated fatty acid (n‐3HUFA) levels on growth performance, antioxidant enzymes activities and fatty acid compositions of juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei. These represented seven iso‐nitrogenous and iso‐lipidic diets. Analysed n‐3HUFA concentrations were 0.16% (control), 0.48%, 0.74%, 1.39%, 2.39%, 2.92% and 3.44% respectively. A total of 840 juvenile L. vannamei were randomly stocked into 21 0.5 m3 tanks for 56 days. A significant increase (p < 0.05) was observed from 0.16% to 0.74% n‐3HUFA and a decrease when n‐3HUFA was above these levels in weight gain rate (WGR) and specific growth rate. Total cholesterol, triglyceride and low‐density lipoprotein in serum showed a significant decrease, high‐density lipoprotein showed a significant increase (p < 0.05). Phenoloxidase activity in serum and sodium‐potassium adenosine triphosphatase activity in gill were significantly affected by dietary n‐3HUFA (p < 0.05), both of them showing a downward trend after upward. Malic dehydrogenase and superoxide dismutase activities in serum were also significantly affected by dietary n‐3HUFA (p < 0.05), which rose first and then decreased in general, both of them have a maximum in 2.39% group. No significant differences of the activities of aspartate transaminase and alanine transaminase were observed among all groups (p > 0.05). With dietary n‐3HUFA increase, both ∑HUFA and n‐3HUFA contents gradually increased in hepatopancreas and tail muscles (p < 0.05). Based on broken‐line regression analysis of WGR, the optimal n‐3HUFA requirement is 0.89% for juvenile L. vannamei with initial weight of 0.50 ± 0.01 g. 相似文献

The influence of dietary supplementation of Lactobacillus acidophilus, on growth performance, digestive enzyme activities, gut histomorphology and gut microflora were evaluated in juveniles striped catfish (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus). Five experimental diets were formulated by supplementing 0, 103, 105, 107 and 109 CFU/g L. acidophilus in fishmeal and casein‐based semi‐purified diet. Triplicate groups of striped catfish (21.69 ± 0.18 g) were stocked in 15 fiberglass tanks with stocking density of 25 individuals per tank and fed twice daily at 2.5% of the fish body weight for 12 weeks. Weight gain, specific growth rate, feed conversion ratio and the protein efficiency ratio were significantly higher in fish fed with 105 and 107CFU/g L. acidophilussupplemented diets compared with the other treatment groups. Compared with the control and fish fed low (103 CFU/g) L. acidophilus supplementation, those fed with 105 and 107 CFU/g had significantly higher (p < 0.05) apparent protein digestibility. Inclusion of L. acidophilus at 107 CFU/g diet significantly increased amylase, protease and lipase activities. Microscopic analysis showed that the villi length in both the anterior and posterior gut and microvilli length in the posterior gut increased significantly in fish fed L. acidophilus supplementation at 105 and 107 CFU/g of diet. The fish fed L. acidophilus supplemented diets significantly increased the total lactic acid bacteria counts in the gut of striped catfish compared with the control‐fed group. Based on gut histomorphology and growth performance, inclusion of L. acidophilus at 105 CFU/g appears to have the most positive effect on striped catfish farming. 相似文献

Two trials were conducted to evaluate the efficacy of commercial enzyme‐treated soy (ESBM) to replace the use of fish meal (FM) in practical diets for Florida pompano Trachinotus carolinus. The reference diet which has been run in numerous trials for Florida pompano was formulated using 150, 466 and 80 g/kg of FM, soybean meal and corn protein concentrate respectively. In trial 1, test diets were produced by replacing FM with 30.8, 61.4 and 92.1 g/kg of ESBM. In trial 2, test diets were produced by replacing FM with 28.9, 89.8, 120.1 g/kg of ESBM. Triplicate group of fish in trial 1 (mean weight = 13.05 ± 0.34 g) and trial 2 (mean weight = 18.45 ± 0.49 g) was fed these diets to apparent satiety for 8 weeks. Growth performance was affected as the dietary FM was replaced with ESBM. In trial 1, final weight (FW), percentage weight gain and thermal growth coefficient were lower in 6 g/kg of FM compared to 15 g/kg, while feed conversion ratio significantly higher in fish fed the lowest inclusion level of FM (6 g/kg). In trial 2, FW was significantly lower when FM completely replaced by ESBM and no significant differences in other growth parameters. In all trials, no significant differences were observed in terms of crude protein, moisture, fat, crude fibre, dry matter and ash content of the fish. No significant differences in serum levels of total protein, albumin, alkaline phosphatase, alanine transaminase, aspartate transaminase, glucose and bile acids were observed in either trial. However, in trial 1, serum cholesterol level was higher in fish fed 150 g/kg FM compared to other dietary treatments. The histomorphological structure of liver and distal intestine was slightly affected by lower inclusion level of FM. Overall, there was a decreasing trend in pompano growth performance as the inclusion of FM decreased. All parameters indicated that ESBM could be used to reduce the inclusion of FM from 150 to 90 g/kg. 相似文献
