Inhibitory effects of LDL-ACM complex on subcutaneous implanted tumors in nude mice()

AIM: In order to evaluate the applicable value of LDL as a targeted vehicle for chemotherapeutic agents, we investigated and compared the inhibitory effects of LDL-ACM complex and free ACM on nude mice's subcutaneous implanted tumors derived from gastric cancer cell lines, SGC-7901 and NKM-45. METHODS: LDL-ACM complex was prepared and the tumor model of nude mice was established by subcutaneous implantation of SGC-7901 and NKM-45. Then, the groups of nude mice developed subcutaneous implanted tumors were received either LDL-ACM complex or free ACM. Subsequently, the tumor size, weight and leukemia cell counts were measured and the rates of tumor-inhibition and the survival were compared among the groups. RESULTS: The inhibitory effects of LDL-ACM complex on the tumors, especially on SGC-7901 implanted tumors were much more obvious than that of free ACM. It was also indicated that the action of LDL-ACM complex was mediated by LDL receptor. CONCLUSION: These results showed that LDL-ACM complex had significant inhibitory effects on the implanted tumors and the effect might be mediated by LDL receptor.  相似文献   

Effect of lansoprazole on gastric ulceration in rats

AIM:To investigate the effect of lansoprazole on gastric ulceration in rats. METHODS:Using the gastric ulcer model induced by hemorrhagic shock, restraint water-immersion stress and pylorus-ligature, the protective effect of lansoprazole (iv) on gastric ulceration was observed. RESULTS:Pretreatment with lansoprazole (7.5-60 mg/kg) significantly inhibited the formation of gastric ulcer in the three models in a dose-dependent manner. The autiulcer efficacy of lansoprazole was similar to that of omeprazole in the equal dose, but stronger than that of omeprazole for ulcer induced by water-immersion stress.CONCLUSION:The intravenously administered lansoprazole inhibited formation of experimental gastric ulcer in rats.  相似文献

试验选用荷斯坦泌乳早期奶牛15头,采用3X3复拉丁方试验设计,研究日粮DCAB水平分别为+367、+514、+663mmol/kgDM对奶牛生产性能、血液酸碱平衡和血清矿物质含量的影响。试验结果,不同DCAB水平日粮对奶牛奶产量差异不显著(P>0.05),高DCAB水平日粮可增加奶牛血液标准HCO-3含量(P<0.05),不同DCAB水平对奶牛各种血清常量矿物质含量没有影响(P>0.05)。试验表明,日粮DCAB水平超过+514mmol/kgDM可对奶牛奶产量产生不利影响。  相似文献

对古巴牛乳树盆栽苗进行不同浓度的NaC1预处理及热激预处理,探索其对低温下古巴牛乳树[Manilkara roxburghiana (Wight) Dubard]叶片色素的影响.结果表明:6‰NaC1预处理能有效缓解古巴牛乳树幼苗叶片受低温伤害,总叶绿素、叶绿素a及叶绿素b均较高于其它处理,此时盆土的实际盐度是3.70‰.  相似文献

以4个引种燕麦(Avena sativa)为典型代表,对其不同生育时期根、茎、叶中的C、N、P含量及其化学计量学特征进行测定,探讨不同生育时期燕麦C、N、P元素含量及其化学计量比的变化规律,为燕麦饲草的科学收获提供理论依据。结果表明：燕麦全株C、N、P含量分别为322.30～333.97、17.42～75.62、2.74～5.42 mg·g^-1,燕麦根C、N、P含量分别为298.42～317.92、11.47～73.71、2.82～3.42 mg·g^-1,燕麦茎C、N、P含量分别为311.25～338.86、10.15～75.16、2.44～5.06 mg·g^-1,燕麦叶C、N、P含量分别为330.80～372.47、30.64～113.80、2.59～8.65 mg·g^-1;各器官间C、N、P含量表现为叶>茎>根。此外,燕麦各器官C、N、P含量的积累过程具有一定季节特征,C含量积累过程受生育时期影响较小,表现出较强的稳定性;而N和P含量的积累过程受生育时期影响较大,其在拔节期～抽穗期均...  相似文献

本研究从中国高芥酸甘蓝型油菜品种华油8号与加拿大无芥酸品种Altex杂交的后代中,分离和鉴定出了两种不同的纯合中芥酸基因型,它们在一个基因座位上具有纯合的有芥酸基因E.在另一座位上具有纯合的无芥酸基因c,其基因型组成可分别用E_AE_Ae_Ce_C和e_Ae_AE_CE_C表示。二者的芥酸含量均为27%左右,基本上等于双亲的平均值。这两种基因型的杂交后代和回交后代的分离结果表明,其遗传行为与无芥酸和高芥酸杂交后代的结果相同,这再次证实了芥酸的遗传假说,同时也证实了这两种基因型的遗传组成。文后讨论了这两种基因型的可能用途。  相似文献

ER-α36 and miR-143 involved in invasion of gastric cancer cells

AIM: To investigate the relationship between the expression of estrogen receptor α36 (ER-α36) and the invasion of gastric cancer cells. METHODS: SGC7901 cells were treated with 17β-estradiol at high or low concentration. The invasion of gastric cancer cells and the expression of ER-α36 were detected. The SGC7901 cells with the characteristics of stable low expression and high expression of ER-α36 were constructed. The invasion ability and microRNA sequences were determined in above-mentioned recombinant cells. RESULTS: The decreased invasion ability and ER-α36 expression were detected in SGC7901 cells treated with low concentration of 17β-estradiol. The situation was the opposite in the cells treated with high concentration of 17β-estradiol. The expression of miR-143 was significantly decreased in the SGC7901 cells with stable high expression of ER-α36 and was increased in the SGC7901 cells with stable low expression of ER-α36. CONCLUSION: The expression of ER-α36 is positively related to the invasion of gastric cancer cells. It is possible that miR-143 plays an important role in the regulation of gastric cancer invasion.  相似文献
