选用1026只1周龄罗斯蛋用雏鸡为试验动物,研究不同日粮Se水平对雏鸡组织Se含量的影响。结果表明雏鸡的Se缺乏或过量均可通过各组织Se含量的变化反映出来,但反映的敏感性及临界指示值因组织及发育期不同而异。日粮Se水平缺乏或过量时,各组织Se含量相应降低或增加。在本试验条件下得出罗斯蛋用雏鸡的Se需要量范围为0.145×10 ̄(-6)~0.495×10 ̄(-6),其中以0.195×10 ̄(-6)最佳;日粮Se含量≤0.095×10 ̄(-6)或≥0.995×10 ̄(-6),雏鸡出现Se缺乏症或中毒症。 相似文献

建立了动物组织中己烯雌酚的高效液相色谱/电化学检测方法.色谱柱为HypersilODSC18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm);流动相为乙腈-0.007mol/L磷酸二氢铵(48∶52,V/V,pH3.5);电化学检测的检测模式为前处理(pretreat),工作电压为0.9V,灵敏度为0.5μA.己烯雌酚浓度在0.2~100ng/g范围内具有良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9995.各组织不同添加浓度的平均回收率均为80%,批内变异系数《3.60%,批间变异系数《3.72%,检测限为0.2ng/g. 相似文献

The present study was aimed to explore the potential role of Toll-like receptors (TLRs) on the mink immunity, and accumulate alternative genetic material for the mink breeding for disease-resistant.Four pairs of primers were designed according to ferret TLR sequences in GenBank to obtain the sequences of TLR genes (TLR4, TLR6, TLR7 and TLR8) of mink and then performed bioinformatics analysis of these sequences.In addition, the expression of TLR4 and TLR7 genes in various tissues in young and adult minks were analyzed by RT-PCR. Sequence homology analysis showed that mink had higher homology with carnivora (ferrets, polar bear, panda, walrus, seals, dog, tiger and cat) which had the nearest perimeter in the phylogenetic tree.Tissue expression analysis showed that TLR4 and TLR7 were widely and differently expressed in variety tissues of mink.Interestingly, the expression of TLR4 and TLR7 in young mink were much higher than that in adult mink. 相似文献

本试验旨在研究苏氨酸和异亮氨酸对皖西白鹅屠宰性能、器官指数及肠道形态结构、消化酶活性、抗氧化和免疫指标的影响。选取30日龄体重相近的皖西白鹅180只,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,苏氨酸组在基础饲粮中添加2.0 g/kg的L-苏氨酸,异亮氨酸组在基础饲粮中添加2.5 g/kg的L-异亮氨酸。试验期60 d。结果表明:1)各组之间90日龄屠宰性能和器官指数无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)异亮氨酸组60日龄十二指肠和空肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),苏氨酸组60日龄十二指肠、空肠和回肠隐窝深度及90日龄十二指肠和回肠绒毛高度显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。3)苏氨酸组和异亮氨酸组60、90日龄十二指肠胰蛋白酶活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),苏氨酸组60、90日龄十二指肠麦芽糖酶活性及90日龄空肠淀粉酶、乳糖酶活性显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。4)异亮氨酸组60日龄空肠总抗氧化能力显著高于对照组和苏氨酸组(P<0... 相似文献

在常规饲养条件下,对健康猪按2.5 mg/kg体重的剂量肌肉注射2.5%恩诺沙星注射液,每日2次,连续注射3 d.停药后第2、4、6、8、10、12、14天分别屠宰4头猪.分别采取每头猪的肌肉(注射部位)、脂肪(腹脂)、肝和肾脏等4种组织,用高效液相色谱法进行残留量测定.结果表明:残留在肌肉、脂肪组织中的药物消除较快,第8天总残留量(恩诺沙星 环丙沙星)已下降至检测限(20μg/kg)以下;肝和肾脏组织中的药物消除缓慢,第14天测得猪肾中药物总残留量为40μg/kg. 相似文献

A procedure was developed to obtain non-embryogenic callus and regenerated lines from root segments of Zea mays grown in aseptic conditions. The activity of glutathione-S-transferases (GSTs), for non-embryogenic callus, was determined toward 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene (CDNB) and it was compared with that obtained for corn seedlings grown without hormones. For the callus masses, increases of specific activity toward CDNB and the kinetic parameter Vmax were observed with respect to corn seedlings. The procedure permitted the regenerating of tissues from callus explants, therefore the GST(CDNB) activity and the effect of the safener benoxacor on its expression were investigated for the regenerated tissues grown in agarized substrate and in liquid medium. These explants showed a constitutive GST(CDNB) activity higher than corn seedlings and this activity was increased, for both tissues, in response to the presence of the safener benoxacor in the growing medium. The GST activity for the above tissues was also assayed toward benoxacor and terbuthylazine, metolachlor and fluorodifen herbicides. A Bacillus stearothermophilus var. calidolactis C953 tube test was evaluated for its ability in detecting the residue of selected anticoccidial drugs in poultry, specically sulfamethazine, furazolidone, and amprolium. Various concentrations of each drug were injected into chicken liver and kidney tissues and these tissues were tested to determine the drug detection limits for each drug. The detection limit was defined as the drug concentration at which 95% of the test results were interpreted as positive. The limits of detection in liver tissue were 0.35 µg/ml for furazolidone, 0.70 µg/ml for sulfamethazine and 7.80 µg/ml for amprolium. In kidney tissues, they were 0.30 µg/ml for furazolidone, 0.54 µg/ml for sulfamethazine, and 7.6 µg/ml for amprolium. It was concluded that this tube test could be used to screen for the residue of these three drugs in poultry. 相似文献

建立了氧氟沙星在肉鸡组织内残留的高效液相色谱分析法。采用荧光检测器,激发波长278nm,发射波长445nm。色谱柱为Hypersil BDS—C18,柱温40℃;以磷酸(三乙胺调pH至2.5)-乙腈(86:14)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min;进样量为20μL。氧氟沙星在肌肉、肝脏和肾脏中的平均回收率分别为96.3%、87.5%和76.4%,检测限为10ng/g,在10~1000ng/mL浓度范围内,氧氟沙星的峰面积与其浓度呈良好的线性相关,达到了氧氟沙星残留分析的要求。利用建立的方法对氧氟沙星在肉鸡体内的残留消除规律进行了研究,以1L水添加500mg的剂量,对120只肉鸡连续给药5d,对不同停药时间所取肌肉、肝脏和肾脏样品中的药物残留进行分析。结果表明,氧氟沙星在肉仔鸡组织中的残留消除速度较为缓慢,至休药23d时,仍可在肝脏和肾脏分别检出39和35μg/kg的氧氟沙星残留。在本实验的条件下,建议氧氟沙星临床休药期以25d为宜。 相似文献
