吉林莫莫格白鹤春季行为研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
白鹤属大型涉禽,仅分布于亚洲地区,其东亚种群数量为3 750只左右;由于环境变迁,种群数量越来越少,已被列为国家Ⅰ级重点保护动物。为阐明在沼泽湿地生态系统环境中白鹤春季的活动规律以及各种行为的时间分配,于2010年4月15日~5月13日,在吉林莫莫格国家级自然保护区对白鹤春季迁徙期行为进行了初步研究。白鹤的各种行为的时间分配依次为:觅食占64.34%、静栖占4.42%、警戒占13.92%、游走占4.57%、理羽占11.51%、其他(包括打斗、飞行、呜叫等情况)占2.56%。成体与亚成体白鹤、雄鹤与雌鹤在行为和时间分配上有明显差异,在觅食时间上雌鹤高出雄鹤10%左右,雄鹤的警戒时间高于雌鹤。 相似文献

为了解扎龙保护区圈养群体亚成体丹顶鹤越冬期越冬行为策略,于2014年11月至2015年3月采用目标取样法和瞬时记录法对圈养2013年和2014年亚成体丹顶鹤进行研究。结果表明,圈养亚成体丹顶鹤越冬期主要以取食行为为主(34.14%),其次为站立行为(15.77%);双因素方差分析显示,温度对越冬期各行为均有显著影响,年龄仅对玩耍行为有显著影响,Pearson相关性分析,温度与取食和游走行为显著正相关,与站立和静栖显著负相关,年龄与玩耍行为显著正相关。表明圈养亚成体丹顶鹤越冬期温度升高时取食和运动,温度降低时站立和静栖,2岁龄亚成体丹顶鹤相较于1岁龄更喜欢玩耍。 相似文献

The red-crowned crane Grus japonensis in Hokkaido, Japan forms a closed population as a residence that is independent of the mainland population. Based on observations of a limited number of individuals as well as cranes in captivity, red-crowned cranes are omnivores and eat fish, worms, insects and plants in their own territories except in winter, when they are fed with dent corn that is supplied in eastern Hokkaido. DNA metabarcoding based on high throughput sequencing was carried out using universal primer sets for cytochrome oxidase subunit I gene. Feces from 27 chicks collected in June and July in the period from 2016 to 2018 and intestinal contents from 33 adult and subadult cranes that were found dead almost throughout year in 2006–2013 in the field in eastern Hokkaido were used. Although compositions varied considerably in the cranes, both insects and fish were found in adults and subadults to the same extents, while insects were predominant in chicks. Both insects and fish were detected in all seasons for adults and subadults. Horse flies, scarab beetles and weevils accounted for the most of the insects regardless of the life stage. Dace, stickleback, flatfish and sculpin were the major fish species in adults, while chicks ate almost only stickleback. The results provide the first comprehensive data on carnivorous diets in wild red-crowned cranes in eastern Hokkaido as basis for conservation of red-crowned cranes, for which the life style and area continue to change. 相似文献

White-naped crane (Grus vipio) is a globally threatened spe- cies. It is very important to analyze its nest site selection in circum- stances where there are multiple disturbances, and also helpful to accu- mulate valuable information about this threatened species and supply scientific suggestions for conservation and management. We studied nest site selection and the effects of environmental variables on nesting habits of white-naped crane at Zhalong National Nature Reserve, Qiqihar City, Heilongiiang, China, during March-May of 2002-2008. White-naped crane responded and adapted to changes in the quality of the spatial environments of landscape and microhabitat under multiple environ- mental disturbances. Nest site selection included two scales and two choices, namely the choice of nest site habitat type within the macro-habitat scale and nest site micro-habitat selection within the mi- cro-habitat scale. Nest sites were recorded only in reed marshes. The choice of nest site micro-habitat included three basic elements and six factors, namely incubation element (nest parameters factor, incubation temperature factor and incubation humidity factor), safety element (pro- tection factor and concealment factor), and food element (water factor). Water, remnant reed clusters, and fire were major resource management challenges during the breeding period for the white-naped crane in this Reserve. 相似文献

利用聚丙烯酰胺垂直平板电泳技术对小麦族鹅观草属 3个物种 :毛叶鹅观草Roegneriaamurensis (Drob .)Nevski、纤毛鹅观草R .ciliaris (Trin .)Nevski和竖立鹅观草R .japonensis (Honda)Keng的 2 2份材料的幼苗进行了酯酶同工酶比较分析。结果表明 :① 3个物种的酯酶同工酶酶谱相似 ,说明 3个物种有相同或相近的遗传基础 ,亲缘关系较近 ,但 3个物种种间无完全相同的酶谱 ,或多或少表现差异 ;②种间差异大于种内差异 ;③同种不同居群间酶谱也存在差异。 相似文献

2006年4~6月,采用焦点动物取样法和所有事件记录法,对藏北黑颈鹤Gins nigicollis繁殖前期的昼间行为进行了详细观测。结果表明:①黑颈鹤昼间行为活动时间分配具有一定的节律性。各种行为所占时间百分比大小依次为:取食43.69%,警戒21.78%,保养21.69%,运动7.57%,杂项3.18%,繁殖2.09%。②各种行为活动的时间分配在雌雄个体间具有一定的差异。雄鹤的警戒和运动行为比雌鹤高,且警戒行为具有极显著差异(P〈0.01),其他4种行为雌性较高。③黑颈鹤的各种行为表现出一定的节律性。11:00以前,各种行为活动相对稳定,11:00之后依次出现了3个取食高峰和1个保养高峰,且呈上升趋势;其他4种行为无明显峰值,并呈下降趋势。④雌雄鹤的取食、警戒和保养行为在不同时段上表现出同步性和异步性。雄鹤取食高峰集中在中午(12:00~14:00),雌鹤的取食高峰分散在一天中的早(8:00),中(12:00,14:00)和晚(17:00)3个时期。讨论了繁殖前期黑颈鹤性别间的行为差异,并与黑颈鹤东部种群以及其他鹤类的行为进行了对比。图2表1参35 相似文献

采用瞬时扫描取样法观察研究扎龙保护区野生丹顶鹤和散养丹顶鹤秋季迁徙季节日行为节律和时间分配。结果表明,野生丹顶鹤在此期间,觅食行为时间分配显著高于散养丹顶鹤,差异均达极显著;散养丹顶鹤整理行为和其他行为(驱赶、鸣叫)显著高于野生丹顶鹤;成年个体两性间行为时间分配也有一定差异。观察发现,野生丹顶鹤大量觅食,是为长途迁徙储备能量;散养丹顶鹤作为不迁徙种群,整理行为和其他行为的时间分配表现出对保护区环境的适应性。野生和散养丹顶鹤家庭组中个体间行为差异体现丹顶鹤个体在家庭组中地位和职责有所不同。从野生丹顶鹤和散养丹顶鹤在秋季迁徙季节中行为节律观察,建立行为谱,可了解野生丹顶鹤和散养丹顶鹤行为差异,改进人工饲养技术,改善丹顶鹤生存环境,也为完善丹顶鹤行为生态研究提供新资料。 相似文献

报道了鹅观草属3个物种,毛叶鹅观草、竖立鹅观草和纤毛鹅观草及其居群间的核型,其中R. amurensis的核型2n=4x=28=24m(2SAT) 4sm为首次报道.结果表明,3个物种绝大多数由中部和近中部着丝点染色体组成,具1对随体,几乎都位于第14对染色体上.核型类型为2A.但在核型公式、平均臂比、臂比大于1.7的染色体比率等方面,不仅3个物种的种间存在一定的差异,而且R. ciliaris和R. japonensis的种内不同居群间也存在差异,表明R. ciliaris和R. japonensis种内具有较大的遗传多样性. 相似文献

The larvicidal component from sawdust of Thujopsis dolabrata var. hondai (Family Cupressaceae) against the pine needle gall midge (Thecodiplosis japonensis) was isolated by chromatographic techniques and characterized by spectral analysis as carvacrol. In a laboratory study using the impregnated filter paper method, carvacrol was more toxic to T. japonensis larvae than β-thujaplicine, cedrol, α-terpinol, thujone or thymol. In field studies with soil injections of carvacrol, this compound exhibited potent larvicidal activity, suggesting that this activity might be attributable to fumigant action. In a test with trunk implantation, a mixture of carvacrol and phosphamidon (0·15+0·15 ml cm-1 diameter at breast height) revealed much more potent larvicidal activity than phosphamidon alone (0·3 ml cm-1 DBH) in spite of little or no larvicidal activity of carvacrol alone (0·3 ml cm-1 DBH), indicating a possible synergistic effect. As a naturally occurring insecticide, carvacrol could be useful as a new preventive agent against damage caused by T. japonensis. © 1997 SCI. 相似文献
