不同锰水平饲粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌对12~16周龄五龙鹅生长性能、屠宰性能、抗氧化能力及血清生化指标的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究不同锰水平饲粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌对12~16周龄五龙鹅生长性能、屠宰性能、抗氧化能力及血清生化指标的影响,旨在探索一种低锰饲粮配制的方法。试验选用12周龄五龙鹅360只,随机分为6个组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鹅(公母各占1/2)。Ⅰ组为适宜锰添加组(锰添加水平为105 mg/kg,未添加枯草芽孢杆菌),Ⅱ~Ⅵ组为枯草芽孢杆菌添加组(枯草芽孢杆菌添加水平均为250 g/t),锰添加水平分别为0、35、70、105、170 mg/kg。试验期5周。结果表明:1)Ⅳ、Ⅴ组体重、平均日增重显著高于Ⅰ组(P0.05),Ⅳ组料重比显著低于Ⅰ组(P0.05)。2)Ⅳ组屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率和腿肌率均显著高于Ⅰ组(P0.05),Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组腹脂率显著低于Ⅰ组(P0.05)。3)Ⅳ组血清总抗氧化能力显著高于Ⅰ组(P0.05),Ⅳ组血清丙二醛含量显著低于Ⅰ组(P0.05),Ⅳ、Ⅴ组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著高于Ⅰ组(P0.05)。4)各组血清碱性磷酸酶活性及甘油三酯、总胆固醇含量差异不显著(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌能够显著提高12~16周龄五龙鹅的生长性能、屠宰性能及抗氧化能力,显著提高锰利用率,从而降低饲粮中锰添加水平。在饲粮中添加250 g/t枯草芽孢杆菌条件下,锰适宜添加水平为70 mg/kg。

Effects of Dietary Bacillus subtilis along with Different Manganese Levels on Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance,Antioxidant Activity and Serum Biochemical Indices of Wulong Geese Aged from 12 to 16 Weeks
Abstract:This study investigated the effects of Bacillus subtilis along with different levels of manganese on growth performance, slaughter performance, antioxidant activity and serum biochemical indices of Wulong geese aged from 12 to 16 weeks, and aimed to find a method of producing diet with low manganese supple?mental level. A total of 360 twelve?week?old Wulong geese were randomly divided into 6 groups of 6 replicates per group and 10 geese per replicate ( half male and half female) . The geese in group Ⅰ were fed a diet with an optimal supplemental level of manganese ( 105 mg/kg, Bacillus subtilis was not added) , whereas the geese in groups Ⅱ to Ⅵ were fed diets with 250 g/t Bacillus subtilis and supplemented with 0, 35, 70, 105 and 170 mg/kg manganese, respectively. The experiment lasted for 5 weeks. The results showed as follows: 1 ) the body weight and average daily gain in groups Ⅳ and Ⅴ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅰ(P<0.05), the ratio of feed to gain in group Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ (P<0.05). 2) The dressed percentage, percentages of half?eviscerated yield, percentages of eviscerated yield and percentages of leg muscle in group Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅰ ( P<0.05) , whereas the percentage of abdominal fat in groupsⅣ,ⅤandⅥwas significantly lower than that in groupⅠ( P<0.05) . 3) The ser?um total antioxidant capacity in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ ( P<0.05) . The serum malonaldehyde content in group Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ ( P<0.05) . The serum gluta?thione peroxidase activity in groups Ⅳ and Ⅴ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ (P<0.05). 4) There were no significant differences in alkaline phosphatase activity and the contents of triglyceride and total cholesterol in serum among all groups ( P>0.05) . In conclusion, adding Bacillus subtilis into the diet can pro?mote growth performance, slaughter performance, antioxidant activity of Wulong geese aged from 12 to 16 weeks, significantly increase the availability of manganese, and reduce the dietary supplemental level of man?ganese. The optimal supplemental level of manganese is 70 mg/kg under dietary supplementation with 250 g/t Bacillus subtilis.
