| 摘 要： | 参照李茂祥等人的方法提纯小鹅瘟病毒（Goose plague virus,GPV）,免疫小鼠,按常规方法获得3株GPV单克隆抗体。用胶体金标记提纯的GPV单克隆抗体288并制备金标棉,马抗GPV多克隆抗体和羊抗鼠抗体喷涂NC膜,组装成胶体金检测卡。特异性试验结果表明,该检测卡只能检测出GPV,其他对照病毒检测结果均为阴性。将GPV做100倍稀释,仍可获得阳性结果。 |
