汞离子暴露下草鱼肝胰脏过氧化氢酶活性动态变化

摘    要:研究了暴露在不同汞离子浓度下的草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)肝胰脏过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性变化。实验中汞离子浓度设5组,分别为0 mg/L、0.1 mg/L、0.3 mg/L、0.5 mg/L和0.7 mg/L,每组分别于1 d、5 d、12 d和21 d取样,测定肝胰脏过氧化氢酶活性。结果显示,0.1 mg/L组暴露1d时CAT活性显著低于对照组(P<0.01),然后增加,12 d显著高于对照组(P<0.01);在21 d时下降至正常水平。0.3 mg/L下暴露不同时间均显著高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。0.5 mg/L组和0.7 mg/L组在暴露1 d和21 d时酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.01);5 d和12 d时与对照组之间未有显著差异。

Abstract:To study dynamic changes of catalase(CAT)activity in hepatopancreas of grass carp exposed to the different Hg2 concentration could be helpful to understand of Hg2 effects on CAT.In this study,grass carps were randomly divided into five groups including control group and four different Hg2 concentration groups(0.1 mg/L,0.3 mg/L,0.5 mg/L and 0.7 mg/L).Each was in replication.Biochemistry methods were used to measure CAT activity of hepatopancreas sampled on day 1,5,12 and 21,respectively.The results were as follows:contrast to the control,for 0.1 mg/L,CAT activity was sharply reduced(P<0.01)on day 1,then increased and got to the top on day 12,and returned to the normal level on day 21.For 0.3 mg/L,CAT activity of all treated groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).For 0.5 mg/L and 0.7 mg/L,CAT activity increased significantly on day 1 and 21(P<0.01),while no obvious changes appeared on day 5 and 12.
