| 摘 要： | 弓形虫病(Toxoplasmosis)是由刚地弓形虫(Toxoplasma gondii,TOX)引起的一种重要人兽共患寄生虫病,该虫是一种可寄生于有核细胞的原虫。当前对弓形虫病的诊断和治疗虽已有一些方法,但均不够理想。本文就该病的免疫学诊断方法的研究进展加以概述,以研究SAG2为检测抗原,以制备弓形虫SAG2蛋白的单克隆抗体和免疫胶体金试纸条为核心,建立一种快速、特异、便捷的检测方法,为我国弓形虫病的诊断与防治、弓形虫与宿主关系、以及弓形虫的分子生物学等研究奠定良好基础。 |

| Abstract: | Toxoplasmosis is an important parasitic zoonoses caused by Toxoplasma gondii, TOX, which is a kind of protozoon parasitic on karyoplast. Though there has been some methods of Diagnosis and Treatment of Toxoplasmosis for the moment, these methods is not effective. This article reviewed the progress of immunogical methods on Toxoplasmosis, making studying on SAG2 as defined antigen, forced on the preparation of TOX-Monoclonal antibodies and gold immunochromatography assay （ICA） test paper, with the purpose of establishing a rapid, specific and simple testing method for Diagnosis and Control of Toxoplasmosis, interaction of toxoplasma and its host and Molecular Biology on TOX. |
