非淀粉多糖酶和益生素对蛋鸡生产性能及养分表观代谢率的影响

摘    要:选用46周龄健康海兰蛋鸡,采用单因素完全随机化试验设计,研究在饲料中添加非淀粉多糖酶和益生素对蛋鸡生产性能和养分表观代谢率的影响。试验共设3个处理组,每个处理3个重复,每个重复96只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组饲喂添加60mg/kg产酶益生素的基础日粮,试验2组饲喂添加400mg/kg非淀粉多糖复合酶,整个试验期共40d,饲养预试期10d,正试期30d。结果显示,添加非淀粉多糖酶和益生素都能提高蛋鸡产蛋性能,但益生素的效果更明显,添加益生素组的平均蛋重比对照组提高了1.57%(P<0.05),添加非淀粉多糖酶和益生素有提高各养分表观代谢率的趋势,但效果并不明显(P>0.05)。
