福建山茶树叶和梗中茶皂素的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]为开发利用山茶树叶和梗及拓宽茶皂素来源提供参考依据。方法]以福建泉州山茶树叶和梗为材料,通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了乙醇浓度、温度、时间和液料比对茶皂素提取的影响。结果]各因素对山茶树叶中茶皂素提取率的影响大小依次为液料比、乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间,最佳提取工艺条件为液料比9∶1 ml/g、乙醇浓度80%、提取温度60℃、提取时间2 h,提取率13%以上。各因素对梗中茶皂素提取率的影响大小依次为液料比、提取温度、乙醇浓度、提取时间,最佳提取工艺条件为液料比9∶1ml/g、乙醇浓度80%、提取温度70℃、提取时间2 h,提取率达17%以上。结论]确定了福建山茶树叶和梗中茶皂素的最佳提取工艺。

The Extraction Technology of Tea Saponin from Fujian Camellia Leaves and Stems

Abstract:Objective] To supply help for extracting tea saponin from Fujian camellia leaves and stems and broadening the source of tea saponin.Method] With Fujian Quanzhou camellia leaves and stems as material,the effects of ethanol concentration,liquid-solid ratio,time,temperature on extraction of tea saponin were studied through single factor test and orthogonal test.Result] The effects of various factors on extraction of tea saponin from camellia leaves were shown as liquid-solid ratio,ethanol concentration,extraction temperature,extraction time.The optimum technical extraction conditions were as follows: liquid-solid ratio was 9∶1 ml/g,ethanol concentration was 80%,the extraction temperature was 60 ℃ and the time was 2 h,the extraction rate is more than 13%.From camellia stems were shown as liquid-solid ratio,extraction temperature,ethanol concentration,extraction time.The optimum technical extraction conditions were as follows: liquid-solid ratio was 9∶1 ml/g,ethanol concentration was 80%,the extraction temperature was 70 ℃ and the time was 2 h,the extraction rate is more than 17%.Conclusion] The optimum extraction technology of tea saponin from Fujian camellia leaves and stems was confirmed.
