紫外光(UV-C)处理对库尔勒香梨采后病斑扩展和抗病性的影响

摘    要:以库尔勒香梨为材料,用紫外光(UV-C)照射处理,接5交链孢(Alternaria altetnata),研究 UV-C 处理对病斑扩展和香梨抗病性的影响.香梨采后用7.5 kJ/m2的 UV-C照射39 min,处理24 h 后,接5交链孢(A.al-ternata),贮藏于低温条件下(-1℃,相对湿度95%),测定A.alternata 病斑直径及果实抗性相关的酶活性.结果表明,UV-C处理可显著降低果实损伤接5 A.alternata 的发病率及病斑扩展直径(P <0.05),提高果实过氧化物酶(POD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的活性,抑制几丁质酶(CHT)和β-1,3葡聚糖酶(GLU)活性的下降,显著提高果实总酚含<(P <0.05).UV-C处理可提高香梨采后果实抗病相关酶的活性,抑制果实黑斑病的发展.

Abstract:Frangrant pear fruit (Pyresbretschnei deri Rehd)were used as test material to study the effect of ultraviolet-C (UV-C)light treatment on the spreading of postharvest disease spot and activities of dis-ease resisrance enzymes in postharvest fragrant pear fruit during cold storage.Fragrant pear fruits were ir-radiated with UV-C at 7.5 kJ/m2 for 39 min,and inoculated with Alternaria altetnata at 24 h after treat-ment,the diamiter of disease spot and the activities of enzymes related with the disease resistance of the fragrant pear fruit were determined.The result showed that UV-C treatment significantily decrease (P <0.05)the lesion diameter and disease occurring related with inculation injure at cold storage and increase ac-tivities of the peroxidase (POD)and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL),inhibit the decrease of chitinase (CHT)and glucanase (GLU)activities.Furthermor,UV-C enhanced the total phenol content.Conclusion showed that UV-C treatment can increase the activities of postharvest fragrant pear related with enzyme and can enhance lesion spreading.
