| 摘 要： | 选用32只2.5月龄左右美系獭兔，随机分为4组，每组4个重复，每个重复2只兔，分别喂给植酸酶含量不同的日粮，通过饲养试验和消化试验，研究日粮中添加植酸酶对獭兔增重和氮、磷排泄的影响。饲养试验结果表明：在低磷日粮中添加植酸酶对增重及饲料转化率无显著影响。消化试验显示：在低磷日粮中添加植酸酶能极显著地降低粪便中磷的含量（P＜0．01），对氮的含量无显著影响。

| Abstract: | This study was conducted using thirty-two American rex-rabbits of 2.5 months old,divided into four groups with two repeats of each group,adding with diffrent content of phytase in the diet.Through feeding experiment and digestion experiment to study the effect of ADG,F/G and the excretion of nitrogen and phosphorus.The feeding experiment results showed that adding different contents of phytase in diet did not affect the ADG.The digestion experiment showed that adding phyease can reduce the percentage of phosphorus in the feces significantly(P<0 01),but did not effected the percentage of nitrogen(P>0 05). |
