西施舌线粒体COI与16S rRNA基因片段序列测定及其分析

摘    要:测定了西施舌江苏群体样品的COI与16S rRNA基因片段序列,并分析了西施舌与蛤蜊科另外2个经济种类的系统关系.结果显示,西施舌的COI基因片段长度为578 bp,16S基因片段长度为450 bp,序列的平均AT含量分别为:65.1%(COI)和62.2%(16S);与四角蛤蜊及中国蛤蜊的系统关系分析表明,西施舌与这2种类的亲缘关系远于这两者之间.

Abstract:Coelomactra antiquata,as seafood and flavoring food,is a benthic bivalve distributed along the coastal area,and of great commercial importance in China.For the sustainable exploitation and biological interest in C.antiquate,knowledge of its genetic information is necessary.Here the COI and 16S gene fragment sequences of C.antiquate was amplificated and analyzed.Results showed that(1)the amplified DNA fragments of COI and 16S rRNA gene were 578 bp and 450 bp,respectively.AT contents were 65.1%(COI)and 62.2%(...
