| 摘 要： | 测定了西施舌江苏群体样品的COI与16S rRNA基因片段序列,并分析了西施舌与蛤蜊科另外2个经济种类的系统关系.结果显示,西施舌的COI基因片段长度为578 bp,16S基因片段长度为450 bp,序列的平均AT含量分别为:65.1%(COI)和62.2%(16S);与四角蛤蜊及中国蛤蜊的系统关系分析表明,西施舌与这2种类的亲缘关系远于这两者之间. |
