家蚕温度敏感型致死基因ntl的遗传分析

摘    要:从中系地方品种余杭7 中发现1 个新的温度敏感型致死基因ntl,该基因的特点为:5 龄期幼虫在平均温度为233 ℃时,幼虫生命率只有107% ,而当5 龄蚕在平均温度为294℃饲养时,幼虫生命率为900 % 。经分析该性状受1 对隐性基因所控制,可能是oc 油蚕的等位基因或与oc 油蚕基因存在着紧密的连锁关系,属于第5 连锁群。

Abstract:A new natural mutant:normal temperature lethal gene (ntl) was found from Chinese bivoltine native variety Yuhang7.The Characters of ntl gene were that if the fifth instar larvae were reared at the temperature of 23.3℃,the viability was 10.7%;But when the fifth instar larvae were reared at the temperature of 29.4℃,the viability was 90%.The genetic analysis showed that the ntl gene was controlled by a recessive gene.The further research confirmed that the ntl gene was located at the fifth chromosome and deduced maybe the ntl is a allele of oc translucent silkworm or has closely linkage relation with oc .
