Abstract:The experiment was to study the effect of glucose oxidase(GOD) and lactic acid bacteria on intestinal morphology and microbial flora of broilers. 1 200 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into four groups.Group Ⅰ was control group drinking normal water. Group Ⅱ was GOD group, adding 0.1% GOD to drinking water.Group Ⅲ was lactic acid bacteria preparation group, adding 1.5×105 CFU/(g·d) lactic acid bacteria preparation to drinking water of each chicken. Group Ⅳ was combined application group of GOD and lactic acid bacteria preparation,and the added dose was the same as that of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ. The test period was 42 d. The results showed that on the 21 st day of the test, compared with control group, the height of duodenal villi of broilers in each test group was significantly increased(P<0.05), and V/C was significantly increased(P<0.05). The height of jejunum villi of broilers in each experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05). The V/C of jejunum of broilers in the experimental group Ⅳwas significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in crypt depth between each group(P>0.05). On the 42 nd day of the test, compared with the control group, the height of the duodenal villi of the group Ⅱ and group Ⅳ was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the V/C of the test group Ⅳ was significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with control group, the Shannon index of each experimental group was higher than that of control group(P>0.05), and the Simpson index was lower than that of control group(P>0.05). Compared with control group, the content of Bacteroidetes in group Ⅱ was extremely increased(P<0.01), and the content of Bacteroidetes in group Ⅳ was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the content of Bacteroidetes was significantly decreased(P<0.05). The ratio of Parabacteroides and Faecalibacterium in the group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of the other three groups(P<0.05). The study indicates that the combination of GOD and lactic acid bacteria in drinking water can improve the intestinal morphology, microbial flora structure of broilers.
