小麦全蚀病生防芽孢杆菌的筛选与鉴定

摘    要:利用菌饼对峙法从云南省的土样中分离出了234株对小麦全蚀病菌(Gaeumannomyces graminis var.tritici)有拮抗作用的细菌,其中Kc菌株使用浓度为3.3×107cfu/mL的发酵液浸泡小麦种子1 min后,盆栽试验的防效达到56.65%,略高于50%多菌灵WP(1∶100)拌种对照处理的效果。从形态和生理生化特征上可将Kc菌株鉴定为芽孢杆菌属,16S rDNA序列与菌株Bacillus amyloliquefaciens DSM7同源性达99.5%,被鉴定为解淀粉芽孢杆菌。

Abstract:With a disc confrontation assay,234 bacterial isolates antagonistic to Gaeumannomyces graminis var.tritici,the pathogen of wheat take-all disease,have been isolated from the soils in Yunnan province.Among them a strain Kc controlled 56.65% of the disease in the pot experiment when its suspension of 3.3×107 cfu/mL soaked wheat seeds,showing better than 5 g/L Carbendazim.This strain was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens on the basis of its morphological,physiological and biochemical characters,and its 16S rDNA sequence had 99.5% homology with that of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens DSM7.
