| 摘 要： | 单克隆抗体具有高度特异性、均质性及来源稳定并可大量生产的优点,成为感染性疾病研究、诊断和治疗的一个有力手段.随着单克隆抗体技术应用的深入,其在水产养殖中也发挥了很大的作用.论文简要介绍了单克隆抗体的技术原理,对单克隆抗体在水产病原细菌性疾病、病毒性疾病的诊断以及水产激素、水产药物残留检测方面的研究及应用进行了概述,对单抗在水产方面的基础性研究工作进行了总结,并对存在问题和发展前景进行了讨论和展望. |
