| 摘 要： | 应用新城疫病毒单克隆抗体建立的抗原捕捉ELISA试剂盒,对人工攻毒和自然发病的肉鸽进行检测,结果表明,从人工攻毒肉鸽各脏器组织均可检出新城疫病毒,从自然发病肉鸽泄殖腔内也可检出病毒。

| Abstract: | Appling antigen capture ELISA kit based on Newcastle disease virus (NDV) monoclonal antibodies, samples of challenges and natural infections were detected. The results showed NDV could be detected in all samples of challenges and could also be detected in cloacae samples of natural infections. |
