摘    要:研究了臭氧(O3)处理对板栗果实采后生理及贮藏效果的影响,测定了不同处理板栗在贮藏期间呼吸强度、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、淀粉酶活性、还原糖和总糖含量、淀粉含量、失重率及腐烂率。结果表明:在(-1±0.5)℃贮藏条件下臭氧处理能抑制板栗果实贮藏期间呼吸强度,延缓淀粉和糖的变化,显著抑制栗果的失重率和腐烂率,在贮藏期间过氧化氢酶的活性和淀粉酶的活性均呈下降趋势。

Abstract:This experiment mainly explores the influence of ozone storage technology on postharvest physiology and storage effect of chestnut.Respiratory rate,catalase(CAT) activity,amylase activity,reduced-sugar and total sugar content,starch content,weight loss rate,and decaying rate were periodically determined during the storage period of chestnut.The results show that the respiration rate were restrained by ozone storage technology at(-1±0.5)℃.Changes of chestnut reduced-sugar and sugar content were delayed.The weight loss rate and decaying rate were notably restrained.The chestnut CAT activity and amylase activity were decreased during storage period by ozone storage technology.
