摘    要:在泥鳅养殖水体中施加一定浓度梯度的沼泽红假单胞菌,测定水化学指标并观察泥鳅生长情况.结果表明:沼泽红假单胞菌能够稳定养殖水体的pH,显著提高溶氧(DO),增加速率为(1.064±0.04)g.L-1.d-1,化学耗氧量(CODMn)和氨氮(NH4+-N)去除效果明显,降解速率分别为(0.84±0.04)、(0.136±0.03)g.L-1.d-1,氮磷比值(N/P)得到了有效调节;随着施菌量的增加,停食的泥鳅体重变化减小.因此,沼泽红假单胞菌对泥鳅养殖池塘水质的改善具有较好的效果.

Abstract:The chemical indicators of water were determined and the growth of loach was observed after applying Rhodopseudomonas palustris in the loach culture water. The results showed that R.palustris could stabilize pH of culture water, increase the contents of dissolved oxygen (DO) significantly with the increasing rate of (1.064±0.04) g·L~(-1)·d~(-1), remove CODMn and NH+4-N obviously with the degradation rate of (0.84±0.04) and (0.136±0.03) g·L~(-1)·d~(-1), respectively, N/P had been regulated effectively. With the increasing of R.palustris concentrations, the change of loach weight decreased. Therefore, there were better improvement effects of R.palustris on the quality of loach culture water.
