| 摘 要： | 14份疑似患副流感病毒病犬鼻咽拭子,处理后同步接种vero细胞,分离病毒。通过PCR检测、红细胞吸附试验和动物回归试验,确定1株为副流感病毒,命名为CPIV-CC。该株副流感病毒具有吸附豚鼠红细胞能力,能使vero细胞出现细胞病变。F基因与其他的犬副流感病毒F基因同源性高达97%以上。

Isolation and Identification of Canine Parainfluenza Virus and the F Gene Sequence Analysis of the Isolate |

| Abstract: | To isolate canine parainfluenza virus(CPIV),14 nasopharyngeal swabs from canine suspected CPI were inoculated onto vero cell.PCR,hemadsorption and animal regress experiment were used to identify the isolated virus.One strain of CPIV was isolated and named CPIV-CC.The result showed that the canine parainfluenza virus strain could absorb guinea pig red blood cells and caused CPE on vero cell.Analysis of this CPIV strain′s sequences of F gene showed more than 98% homology with that of the other CPIV strains. |
